Fabletics UK Review: Poor Customer Service, Sneaky VIP Membership, and Basic Clothing
I had a really bad experience with Fabletics UK. I ordered some items, but they never arrived because they were lost in the warehouse. They sent a replacement parcel, but it also never came. It was really frustrating because I was looking forward to wearing the clothes.
I also had a problem with the VIP membership. They don't clearly advertise that it costs ?49 a month, so I was surprised when I saw the charge on my bank statement. I don't think anyone would spend that much money on yoga gear every month, so it seems like they're trying to take advantage of customers who don't know any better.
The customer service agent I spoke to was really patronising. He kept saying things like "If I was a wise person, I would have" and "An intelligent person would have." It was really annoying because I felt like he was talking down to me. When I asked him where the clothing was manufactured, he couldn't give me a straight answer.
The clothing itself was really basic and nothing special. It was just like any other fast fashion clothing you can find at any high street store. I was really disappointed because I was expecting something better.
One thing to watch out for is that if you cancel your VIP membership but use your Fabletic points to buy something, you'll be automatically enrolled in the VIP membership again if you need to use your card to pay the difference. It's really sneaky and I wish I had known about it before I signed up.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend Fabletics UK. There are plenty of other places to buy yoga gear that are better quality and don't try to trick you into spending more money.
Fabletics Review: A Nightmare Experience with Delivery and Customer Service
I was super pumped to get my hands on some Fabletics gear, and I had high hopes for this company. But, let me tell you, my first order was a total disaster. The package ended up getting delivered to the wrong place, and I was left in the dark with no updates. I had to go back and forth between the courier company and Fabletics, and it was a real pain in the you-know-what. The courier company had to keep the package on hold until Fabletics could confirm a new address. Finally, after jumping through all these hoops, I thought my package would be on its way to me. But, instead, I got hit with a second credit card charge for the next full month. What the heck?!
To make matters worse, I didn't even get that many clothes in my first order. So, I decided to cancel my membership (thank goodness I was refunded for that second charge). But, two months later, I still hadn't received my initial order. I called customer service again, and they told me that the clothes had been returned to the company and were now out of stock. What a nightmare! And, to top it all off, I never received any emails about these issues. I had to call customer service each time just to get an update.
When I asked the customer service rep if they could just replace the clothes with whatever was in stock, they refused and told me I would have to wait 5 days for the refund and start the whole process all over again. Are you kidding me?! Needless to say, I won't be placing a new order with Fabletics anytime soon. It's a real shame, because I was really looking forward to trying out their gear. But, with all these issues, it's just not worth it.
Fabletics UK: A Warning to Others - They Stole My Money!
I had an experience with Fabletics UK back in 2016 and let me tell you, it was not a good one. I made an order without realizing that I was signing up for their "terms and conditions". At first, I was able to skip payment a couple of times, but eventually, I got fed up with the process and tried to cancel my subscription. Unfortunately, canceling online was impossible, so I had to call their customer service.
During the call, I asked to return an item and cancel my subscription at the same time. Months later, I found out that they were still taking the subscription fee from my account. I immediately called them to ask for a refund, but they argued that I hadn't canceled my subscription. They offered me four months of subscription back, and I accepted it without knowing how many subscriptions I had paid for.
After looking into my account, I found out that I had paid ?264! I called them back to ask for the remaining money, but they refused to give it back. They said that they had offered me four months of subscription, and I had accepted it, so they couldn't give me my remaining money back. I explained that the lady I spoke to didn't tell me how much I had in my credit account, but they still refused to give me my money back.
This company is stealing money from people! I wouldn't recommend anyone to use them. They continued to take money from my account even after I had canceled my subscription. It's disgusting how they're getting rich on other people's hard-earned money by simply taking it from their account without any purchase!
In conclusion, I would advise everyone to be careful when ordering from Fabletics UK. Make sure you read their terms and conditions carefully and keep track of your subscriptions. Don't make the same mistake I did and end up losing your hard-earned money.
Fabletics UK VIP Membership Policy Review: Exceptional Quality Products, But a Hassle to Cancel
I was scrolling through Facebook when I saw an ad for Fabletics UK and I was really impressed with the clothes they had on offer. So, I decided to order two pairs of leggings that were on discount. When the leggings arrived, I was really happy with the quality of the fabric and the stitching. However, I soon realized that I had been signed up for the VIP club without even realizing it! I was a bit annoyed because I didn't remember agreeing to it.
I read the terms and conditions and found out that I had to skip a month before the 5th day of that particular month or get billed for ?44.00! I thought to myself, "This won't work for me." I have a busy life and I don't always have time to check my emails. But, I decided to keep the membership for another month and ordered two tops. Again, the quality of the tops was amazing. However, I still didn't understand why they had such a strict policy about taking large amounts of money from your account unless you cancel within a small window of opportunity.
I have now cancelled my VIP membership because I don't like feeling tied down to any agreement. I also don't like feeling like I'm being ripped off. It's a shame because the products themselves are of exceptional quality. I would have remained a customer and carried on using their site as and when I needed to. But, I guess I'll have to look elsewhere for future purchases.
Overall, I think Fabletics UK has made a mistake with their VIP membership policy. They should make it easier for customers to cancel or skip a month without any hassle. I understand that they want to keep their customers, but they shouldn't do it at the expense of their customers' peace of mind.
Warning: Don't Trust This Website - A Total Rip-Off!
I gotta say, this website is a total rip-off! I bought a couple of leggings from them about 5 months ago, 'cause I was about to have spinal surgery and I needed some comfy clothes for my physiotherapy sessions. But then, just the other day, I checked my online banking and saw that they'd taken ?44 out of my account in January! I called up their customer service team and they told me that I was a VIP member, so that's why they charged me. And get this - if I wanted my money back, I had to buy ?44 worth of stuff from their store! I was so mad, but I went ahead and did it anyway. But then, I found out that they'd been charging me ?44 every single month! That's a total of ?176! And I had no idea! I haven't been able to work since my surgery, so that money could have gone towards my rent or something. It's just not right! When I called them back up, I had to wait on hold for over 20 minutes, and then they told me the same thing - I had to spend ?132 on their workout gear to get my money back. Like, seriously? I don't even need that stuff! I'm telling you, don't buy anything from this website. They're sneaky and just want your money. I'm never using them again, and I think they should be shut down. It's not cool that Demi Lovato and Kate Hudson are promoting them, either.
Fabletics UK Review: Beware of VIP Membership and Hidden Charges
I gotta say, make sure you know what you're getting into before you sign up for Fabletics UK. I snagged two pairs of leggings for a sweet deal of ?24, but then I found out I was automatically enrolled as a VIP member. Next thing I know, I'm getting charged ?44 for a credit at the start of the next month, and I ended up shelling out ?66 within two weeks. You can skip a month, but you gotta do it by the 6th or else they'll take your money without warning. And let me tell you, the email they send you ain't exactly obvious - it looks just like all the other ones they send out with special offers and whatnot. So if you're not careful, you might miss it and end up with a surprise charge on your account.
Anyway, I decided to cancel my membership and just use up the credit I had. But when I tried to buy an outfit for ?44, I couldn't do it for some reason. So I settled for a pair of leggings that were on sale for ?57 (but supposedly reduced to ?44). But get this - I wasn't entitled to any more discounts, so they took ?13 from my PayPal account. Not cool, man.
I'm definitely gonna let everyone at my gym know that Fabletics UK ain't worth the money. I mean, who wants to pay ?44 a month for outfits? They should charge less and have a loyalty scheme or something. In the future, I'm sticking to local shops where I know what I'm spending. I ain't buying from this company again, that's for sure.
Fabletics UK VIP Membership: A Tricky and Confusing Experience
I gotta say, I ordered from Fabletics UK a few months back when they had this special marketing campaign going on. They convinced me to sign up for their VIP membership, but I wanted to cancel right away. They talked me out of it and said they'd let me know when my membership was due and I could cancel then or take a payment break. But they never told me and I missed the ?49 that came out of my account on 09/08.
When I finally realized what had happened, I cancelled my order through online help with a person named Geo on 7 Aug. I used the ?49 to buy a pair of leggings full price that I didn't even want for ?47.95. Geo assured me that my account was closed and that no more payments would be taken from it. But imagine my surprise when over a week later, another payment of ?47.95 came out of my account!
I tried to chat with someone online, but I got cut off. So I rang up customer services and spoke to someone named Bella. She was really hard to understand, but she told me that the payment was for the leggings I didn't even want in the first place! Apparently, since it was less than ?49, it didn't come out of my "credit" and I would have had to spend exactly ?49 or more and pay the difference. So now I've been charged nearly ?100 for a pair of leggings I didn't want and from a monthly "membership" that I didn't want either. It's really hard to get out of and understand!
I told them I don't want the leggings that haven't even arrived yet. I'm going to have to go through the hassle of returning them for a refund. They gave me a support email to complain to in the hopes that I can get back my ?49 that they basically tricked me into signing up for in the first place.
Honestly, I just want my hard-earned money back. There's nothing else on their site that I want and nothing that's even valued at ?49 anyway!
Fabletics UK: Unlawful Practices and Scamming Customers
I recently made a purchase on Fabletics UK's website in January 2017. The website was advertising a one hour limited time 50% off offer, and I thought it was a good deal, so I decided to buy a sports jacket. However, a few months later, I noticed that Fabletics had taken ?44 from my account. I couldn't remember purchasing anything from them since January 2017, so I checked my bank account and found out that Fabletics had taken ?44 a month from my account for five months in a row, totaling ?220! I was shocked and confused as I did not knowingly give my authorization to Fabletics to charge me ?44 per month.
After investigating the matter further, I discovered that Fabletics automatically signs you up to a "VIP Membership," and you have to actively opt-out of this, or they will charge you ?44 each month. This practice is known as Inertia Selling and is illegal under UK Law. I was not aware of this, and it seems like thousands of people have had the same complaints. Fabletics' social media pages are full of complaints from customers, and they keep apologizing and reassuring customers that they are not a scam company. However, one poor customer had not realized he was being charged monthly until ?900 had been taken from his account!
I also found out that displaying a limited time 50% off purchases offer is unlawful under The Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008. It is illegal to "Falsely state that a product will only be available for a very limited time... in order to elicit an immediate decision and deprive consumers of sufficient opportunity or time to make an informed choice." Therefore, I would conclude that this company is "scamming" its customers. I did not agree with the "subscription" and was misled due to Fabletics' unlawful practices.
I have tried to request cancellation of my "subscription" and request a refund, but the phone number that Fabletics provides for you to contact has an extortionate rate, and the online chat system never seems to load. Therefore, I have written a letter to Fabletics requesting the same, and I have also had to contact my bank to request they block any future attempts to charge my account. I am currently in a dispute to try to get my ?220 refunded.
It's disappointing that all this happened because I bought one half-price sports jacket. I am dismayed that Fabletics is being allowed to continue to operate in a misleading and unlawful way. I hope that other customers will be aware of their practices and avoid being scammed like I was.
Fabletics Review: VIP Membership Scam - Don't Trust Them with Your Money!
I became a member of Fabletics when it first launched in the UK. I was aware that I had to opt-out of the monthly charge of ?44, so I set a reminder on my phone every 1st of the month to remember to skip. However, I changed phones and forgot to set the reminder on my new phone. To my surprise, I did not receive an email from Fabletics on the 1st of April showing My Outfits and containing the link to skip the month. It was only on the 6th that I realized I had missed the deadline. If I had received an email from them prompting me, I would have definitely skipped. This month was expensive for me with car tax, birthdays, and other expenses, and I really needed that ?44.
I emailed the company twice to explain that they hadn't sent a reminder email to me and that I would like my money refunded, but both times to no avail. Their explanation to me was not dissimilar to them saying that my money had gone into some sort of wormhole and was now irretrievable. When is your own money NOT really your own money? When Fabletics turns it into MEMBER CREDITS. You ain't never getting it back! At this point, I know I'm going to quit my membership because this has made me so angry.
As a rather joyless exercise, I had to order an outfit that I sort of like, is okay, but most importantly is bang-on priced at ?44 so that I know I can make a clean exit and not have to pay them another penny. In my eyes, any reputable company that was made aware that one of its customers was unhappy would not be happy themselves until they made the situation right -- for the CUSTOMER! Instead, all they could do was "stick to the script," i.e., 'We sent the email.' But you didn't. It was nowhere in any of my email folders. I didn't receive it. That is the key point.
Well, now they have lost this customer because I've found out that no, I'm not really a VIP -- I'm here to pay money that I didn't want to pay for something that I didn't even want or need, because they need the money more! My advice? Make yourself your OWN VIP -- stay away from this company and keep control of YOUR OWN money. Go onto eBay, Amazon, or wherever you like elsewhere online for cute outfits - they're out there and at some pretty great prices too. Also, Sweaty Betty - they've got a brilliant returns policy.
I have taken the extra step of canceling my 'future payments' to Fabletics on my PayPal account -- a necessary step, I fear, as I still don't trust Fabletics to leave well enough alone and honor my cancellation without some unforeseen hitch popping up -- weighted in their favor, of course. Whew! I feel much lighter now. Think I'll go work out!
Fabletics UK Review: Sneaky Subscription Service Disguised as Optional Check-Box Exercise
I really wish I had taken the time to read some reviews about Fabletics UK before I made a purchase. To anyone reading this, please do your research and read their website multiple times before making a purchase. Their subscription service is very sneaky and disguised as an optional check-box exercise, but it's actually evil.
Here's what happened to me:
I had seen ads for Fabletics for a while and was curious if it was legit. I visited the website and read up on everything, thinking I would spot any catches. There was nothing obvious, so I thought the worst that could happen was getting a lot of spam emails after buying something. They advertised the first outfit as being £22, but that's only true if you buy the most basic cropped top and shorts with no pattern. The outfits aren't picked out specifically for me, just a random page of sportswear. I found a top and leggings I liked for £26 and ordered it using Paypal. I didn't see anything telling me I would be committing to have money taken from me each month, so I thought I was safe.
When my outfit arrived, it was great. It fit well, was well-made, and the material felt lovely against my skin. It was so flattering! I thought maybe I'd buy something else from Fabletics in the future and forgot about it.
Fast forward to nearly a month later, and I received an email suggesting I buy more stuff from Fabletics. I nearly ignored it until I read it closely and realized it seemed to be suggesting I had paid a monthly subscription fee of £44 in return for a store credit worth £44 towards my next outfit. All outfits cost more than £44, so you have to pay more on top of this to get anything worth having. I thought they wouldn't do that, but then I received an email from Paypal saying I had authorized a payment of £44 to Just Fab. I didn't have £44 in my account, so I panicked.
After some research, I found these reviews and complaints to Fabletics on Facebook and Twitter. I realized I had been duped and felt embarrassed. I thought I was internet-savvy, but I hadn't realized that by checking out as a VIP member, which is automatic unless you opt-out, I was agreeing to let Fabletics take £44 off me every month.
They claim that if you go on their website between the 1st and 5th of each month and click a button that says "skip the month," they won't charge you. They present this as a normal idea, as if we have nothing better to do than remember to press buttons on retail websites at the same time every month. They present the whole concept of the VIP membership in such a way that unless you scrutinize every last thing, you won't realize what you're letting yourself in for because the language they use is deliberately misleading.
The website claims they will remind you by email on the 1st of the month that you can skip the month if you want. I never received any such email.
After a lot of panic and feeling like a victim, I opened a dispute with Paypal, blocked Just Fab from taking any more payments, and left angry queries on the Fabletics Facebook and Twitter feeds. I got no response on Twitter except from a group of shoppers who had also been duped. The response on Facebook was a copy and paste job that didn't even address my problem. They spelled my name wrong and lied by writing "the good news is that Fabletics membership is free!" Right, of course it is. That's why I can't afford to pay my phone bill because all my money just got taken by you without any warning.
Luckily, Paypal found in my favor, and I got my money back. I had read a lot of customer complaints saying that Fabletics do not provide refunds and that their customer service is terrible. When I rang them up to cancel my VIP membership, I just told the man on the phone what I wanted him to do and cut him off every time he tried to waylay me with more jargon about how great and free Fabletics is.
I then received an email from Fabletics confirming my canceled membership. The language in the email was once again misleading, so for all I know, they've signed me up to pay double per month.
It's such a shame because the clothes are actually good. But this is a barely-legal scam. This company does business by confusing and misleading their customers, and that is completely unethical. On principle, I will never shop there again.

Hole in leggings
I purchased leggings back last spring, unfortunately they developed a hole in the inner thigh area. I contacted them via Facebook, asking for a replacement. After delays in getting back to me, they recommend I email them (supplies an email) which I did. The assistant I was dealing with couldn’t locate my account. I provided Pay Pal details of the transaction. Haven’t heard anything since. Please help, I just want another repair. Not even a refund. Thank you Katie Thompson
Desired outcome: New leggings

Fabletics UK Review: Great Outfits, Terrible VIP Option
I gotta say, the outfits from Fabletics UK are pretty darn good. I ordered two outfits and they were both top-notch quality. Plus, they arrived at my doorstep in no time at all. I was pretty chuffed with my purchase, until I realised I had accidentally signed up for the VIP option.
Now, let me tell you, DO NOT GET VIP. It automatically takes ?44 from your bank account without any warning. I was pretty miffed when I saw the money had been taken from my account. I called up customer service (on a paid number, mind you) to cancel my membership and get a refund, but they told me I couldn't get a refund and that I could only cancel my membership. And get this, I couldn't even use the ?44 until I re-instated my membership. What a load of rubbish!
To be fair, it's in the terms and conditions that they'll take your money automatically, but it's not exactly clear. I wish they had made it more obvious, because I wouldn't have signed up for it if I had known. It's a real shame, because I really liked the sportswear and would have bought more if it wasn't for this issue.
All in all, I don't think I'll be using Fabletics UK again. The lack of communication and refund policy is a real let-down. But hey, if you're willing to risk it, the outfits are pretty great.
Fabletics UK Review: Beware of Unauthorized VIP Membership Charges and Poor Quality Leggings
So, I bought two leggings from Fabletics UK for a sweet deal of ?24. But, to my surprise, I was charged an extra ?44 this month for a VIP membership that I didn't even sign up for. The leggings were alright, but I decided to give them to a friend as a birthday present since they had shown interest in them before. After the transaction, I called their customer service line to complain about the unauthorized charge, but they were not helpful at all. They insisted that I keep the membership and buy more items, and they refused to give me a refund. They even blamed me for not reading the terms and conditions carefully, which I found ridiculous. I mean, who reads those things anyway? And to make matters worse, all the emails regarding the membership ended up in my spam folder, which I never check.
Now, the leggings have cost me a whopping ?68, and I must say that the quality is not worth the money. I have a family member who works for a more reputable clothing company that offers better quality items for less. I feel like Fabletics UK is taking advantage of students and other people who are looking for affordable workout clothes. If I could return the leggings, I definitely would. I advise you not to buy anything from this company.

Fabletics UK Review: Disappointing Customer Service and Unclear Cancellation Process
So, I decided to give Fabletics UK a try and ordered a pair of leggings. I was excited to receive my order confirmation and eagerly awaited my new purchase. However, after two weeks of waiting, I began to wonder where my leggings were. I decided to give them a call and was informed that my order had been cancelled for some unknown reason. I was shocked and frustrated that I had not received any notification of this cancellation.
I spoke with a woman on the phone who told me to email customer service with pictures of my bank statement to prove that I had been charged for the leggings. I sent two emails, but unfortunately, I did not receive a response. I called them again and was told that I had been issued a refund and should receive it within 48 hours. However, 48 hours came and went, and I still had not received my refund.
I was extremely disappointed with my experience with Fabletics UK. I felt like I had been scammed and had wasted my time and money. I did not receive any items from them, only frustration and anger. To make matters worse, I had not even realized that I had been signed up for their VIP program until I received my order confirmation email.
I would not recommend this brand to anyone. Their customer service is lacking, and their cancellation process is unclear. Additionally, I cannot fathom how anyone could purchase that many yoga clothes frequently enough to justify the VIP program.
In conclusion, I demand that Fabletics UK do something about this situation. I hope that they can improve their customer service and make their cancellation process more transparent in the future.
Disappointing Quality and Terrible Customer Service: My Experience with Fabletics UK
So, I decided to give Fabletics UK a try after seeing their outfits online. They looked so amazing in the pictures that I just had to have one for myself. However, when I received my order, I was disappointed to find that the quality was not up to par. The material looked cheap and the outfit was too small, even though I ordered a medium size.
To make matters worse, I was automatically enrolled as a VIP member when I made my purchase. I don't remember opting in for this, but apparently, it comes with a charge of $49.95 every two months. I read some reviews that said I could use the savings to order more outfits, but when I tried to log in to my account, it said my email address couldn't be found. I tried to contact customer service, but they were no help at all. As someone who works in customer service myself, I could tell that their responses were just BS.
I only received an automated email and nothing else. They said it could take up to five days for a resolution, but I haven't heard anything from them since. It's almost like they're doing this on purpose to make it difficult for people to complain and get their money back. I urge all women out there to read reviews before ordering anything online. There are so many scammers out there who look like legitimate companies.
Overall, I was really disappointed with my experience with Fabletics UK. The quality of their products was not up to par, and their customer service was terrible. I would not recommend them to anyone.
Fabletics Review: Misleading Membership and Hidden Charges - A Total Scam!
I gotta say, I totally agree with all the other reviews out there - DO NOT SHOP HERE!
I decided to give Fabletics a try last month after seeing some of their cute designs pop up on my Facebook feed. They had a pretty sweet offer going on, so I figured why not?
Little did I know, I was actually signing up to become a member. And now, a month later, I've been charged another ?44 from my account without even realizing it. I only found out because I was checking my accounts tonight.
I do a lot of online shopping, and I've never had anything like this happen before. The way they approach you and market their membership is super misleading. It seems like you're just getting some perks and discounts, but they don't make it clear at all that you're signing up for a monthly subscription that they'll automatically charge your account for.
And those emails they send you afterwards about a shopping credit? Total marketing ploy. I had no idea I'd signed up for anything.
Honestly, it feels like a scam. I'm so disappointed and frustrated that so many people are getting tricked by them. I'm going to try to cancel tomorrow, but from what I've read here, it sounds like I'll have to do it over the phone. Ugh.
Fabletics UK Review: Cute Clothes, Sketchy Membership Tactics
I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with Fabletics UK. I mean, don't get me wrong, their workout clothes are cute and all, but I just can't justify paying ?44 a month for it. And to make matters worse, I didn't even realize I was signing up for a membership when I made my first purchase. They really should make that more clear, ya know?
Now, I'm already struggling to pay my rent, so this whole situation has just added a ton of stress to my life. And to top it off, the only way to cancel the membership is by calling them up. But here's the thing - I'm self-employed and work crazy long hours during the week. So the only time I can call is on the weekends. And guess what? I've tried calling three times now and can never get through. Same goes for their chat service. It's like they don't even want to help their customers.
Honestly, I don't even think it's legal for them to take money directly from my bank account without a direct debit or standing order. I mean, shouldn't I be able to manage all my payments through my banking service? It just seems sketchy to me.
In the end, I had to cancel the payments through my bank. It was a hassle, but at least I know I can always contact my bank via email or phone if I need to. Unsatisfactory Service and Hidden Fees: My Experience with Fabletics UK
Fabletics UK is a company that I would not recommend to anyone. I recently ordered three items of clothing from their website and it took almost a month for them to arrive. I was very disappointed with the service I received from them.
One of the main issues I had with Fabletics UK was their VIP membership. The information about this membership was not clearly stated on their website. They basically lure you into accepting the VIP membership and then debit your bank account £49 without your knowledge. When I saw that I had been debited, I was very confused and wondered why. I called their customer care and was told that I had accepted their VIP membership terms and that they charge their VIP members £49 every month. I was shocked! Who buys gym clothes every month? It is not like a gym membership where you go every day and need new clothes all the time.
To make matters worse, they failed to refund my £49 and instead told me that I had to purchase from them instead. The customer care assistant then suggested that I should still retain my VIP membership so that I could use my £49 to buy anything I wanted on the website at a reduced price (supposed VIP price). However, when I looked at the website, I found that 98% of the items were now at least £49 each, including items that were 2 for £24 when I made my first purchase. I felt like I had been scammed!
In the end, I had to use my money to buy one pair of leggings, when I could have bought at least two very nice and quality leggings from the PUMA store. I was very disappointed with the service I received from Fabletics UK and would not recommend them to anyone.
Fabletics Review: Poor Quality and Lacking Customer Service - Save Your Money!
So, I decided to give Fabletics a try and signed up for their monthly subscription. I thought it would be a good idea to order something every month to avoid the monthly charge, which is a bit of a rip-off if you ask me. Anyway, I ordered a set of leggings, some tops, a cap, and a jacket. I was excited to try them on, but unfortunately, I was disappointed with the quality of the material. It was garbage quality, to be honest.
The cap was a complete disaster. It looked nothing like it did on the model, and it was just plain ugly. I tried it on, but it didn't fit me well, so I threw it in the bin immediately. The leggings were my favorite item, but the stitching in the crotch came undone after just two washes and three wears. I was so disappointed because I really loved the burgundy leggings, but I knew I couldn't go back to Fabletics.
When I reached out to customer service to tell them about my problem with the stitching, they never bothered to respond. It was frustrating because they replied to one of my positive comments about how much I loved the leggings after first trying them on. It's like they only care about positive feedback and don't want to hear about any problems.
I would advise anyone reading this not to get sucked in by Fabletics. It's such a waste of money. Don't believe any YouTubers who do a "Monthly Fabletics haul" because they are sponsored, even if they deny it. I know this for a fact, but I won't expose who told me that. It's just not worth it.
I mean, seriously, what's up with Fabletics? I have $8 leggings from Kmart that I've been wearing for the last year without any issues. So why can't Fabletics make a decent pair of stretchy pants for $40? It's ridiculous. They need to step up their game and improve the quality of their products.
In conclusion, I would not recommend Fabletics to anyone. The quality of their products is poor, and their customer service is lacking. Save your money and buy from a different brand.
