On 9/6/2023, used a coupon I received in the mail and tried to order at Factor75.com The coupon didn't apply correctly, so I canceled the transaction. I then tried 2 other coupon codes and a third from television. None of them applied correctly. At that point I was done. I cancelled the Factor75 account and then I signed up for BistroMD with no issues. On 9/14/2023 at 1:00 AM in the morning I found a box from Factor on my front porch. There was a clear liquid leaking from the bottom of the box and I had to turn the box over to avoid having the bottom come out from under it. I briefly brought it into the house, but due to the condition of the box, I took it to the dumpster, knowing that I did not want to take a chance on consuming the contents. I then went to my cancelled Factor account and was greeted with a message that my next order was ready to go out! I immediately cancelled this order. I then checked my email and all I had from Factor was the 4 emails from 9/6/2023 that I had cancelled my account. I replied to all the cancelled emails and asked how this had happened. So far I have received no communication from the company. Upon checking my Factor account again, they went ahead and processed the order for the date I had cancelled! I check my bank account, sure enough, they charged me. I requested a refund from Factor75 and that they close my account so that I can never order again. Still I have not heard from them and probably won't.
Desired outcome: Refund the damaged box that was never ordered but discarded bacause it was damaged and don't send the box that was cancelled, but then charged for anyway and refund it also. Then close the account, if I have not done so already.
