I called last week to ask about my upcoming weeks order and understand as to why my coupon wasn’t being applied to my order. After asking to speak with a manager or supervisor, I was hung up on continuously 5x in an hour period of time. Fast forward to tuesday of the following week, i’m waiting for my meals to come in. I call factor to inform them my meals have not been delivered. The first customer service rep says it is weather related and they were unable to make the delivery but it would be here tomorrow. I informed him that I would like money back as I would now have to go to the store to buy food for this evening for my family. Not only was each representative exceedingly rude to me, one named jesse said “ the supervisor is going to tell you the same thing i’m going to tell you and my supervisor is not going to hand deliver your meals to you tonight”. The supervisor got on the phone following the representative and he informed my meals wouldn’t be here tonight either and they weren’t t giving me a refund at all for this evenings meals.
