I began my subscription and was happy with the taste of the food, Only once, the food was packaged sideways, didn't heat up right. When I went to order the 2nd time, I was unable to get into my account. I ordered on by telephone because customer service couldn't figure out what was wrong. I kept trying and apparently I opened a second subscription by mistake. I ended up having 3 subscriptions and I have no idea how I got a third. My Dr. said that since there was too much salt for my diet that I should cancel. I first paid a cancelling service about $35 to cancel. I ended up getting another shipment, I called again because I received 2 boxes, one with 10 meals and one with six meals. The woman on the phone cancelled and told me I had two subscriptions and she assured me I would no longer get any more shipments. So I got another one on Tuesday and I was not at home until Thursday and so of course the food must be spoiled by now. I called and was told they couldn't compensate me for the last shipment because the cancellation was done too late to get done on time and they would not reimburse me for the meals. As well as all this, the representatve had difficulty explaining this all to me. This was the second time I had a representative that did not know how to explain things in an understandable manner. I am very unhappy with this company. Very disappointing to deal with a business like this.
Desired outcome: I wanted to be reimbursed for the shipment.
