FairySeason 3 shirts that were ordered 12/13/2016

Received an email that stated that Order #FSC139646090431001 was shipped on 12/25/2016. It is now 01/11/2017 and have tried to track the shipment and it states that there is nothing found. I have emailed them several times and they only respond back with an automated response. I have not received any of the shirts I ordered and have not a received a personal email stating where they are.

FairySeason order not received

I ordered socks from the company "fairy season.com on 12/13/2016...emailed their supposed web site on 12/28/2016 reporting in my email the 3 items still were never received but they charged me the $23.97 no problem...I did get a response in an e-mail the customer service people would be contacting me soo...nothing...I emailed them once more on 1/9/201...this is ridiculous...

FairySeason site claims 10-18 day delivery; 33 business days and still waiting

The site says that items will be delivered in an estimated 10-18 business days, if you use free shipping, which I qualified for with a $50+ order.
I ordered 5 items in November, expecting Christmas delivery. As of January 11, I've received 4 of the items (on 3 separate days) and have yet to receive the 5th item.
I contacted the company. They responded with "(item) was shipped out on 12/23/2016 Free Standard Shipping is unable to track online.
Normally, it will take 10-30 working days to be delivered."
Prices are incredible... until you see the poor quality. One item that I have received fits poorly, but I have serious doubts about whether I'd ever actually see an exchange.

FairySeason ordered socks

It must be a scam. They collected money from me. Sent out an email that said my order was shipped. One month later I have received nothing and the emails I send get an auto reply back that make no sense. The emails says that they will speed up my order and that they are sorry but then say it already shipped but they will make it faster for me. They have also sent me a coupon to say sorry. I am now just asking for a refund. Those emails get reply that also make no sense.

FairySeason mama bear shirt

I will never order another thing from this company. It has been weeks and I haven’t heard a word from them! I keep contacting customer service and emailing, nothing. Paid for expedited shipping, nothing. I’m done! This campaign had went on for a while and I was really excited to get it, certainly wasn't in time for christmas! I recommend never shopping there

FairySeason zero customer service and poorly made items

I ordered a zip up jacket and paid for expedited shipping. I recieved my package two weeks after the date I was supposed to. Upon opening my package the zipper fell off. I have been emailing and calling the company for the past three weeks and no one has responded to me in any way. Aside from paying for expedited shipping and not recieving it in a timely manor the jacket is poorly made and they have no customer service. I do NOT recomend ordering from this company.

We’re able to offer you amazing discounts because we don’t house inventory after our sales end, and therefore cannot process returns except in very limited circumstances. However, we want you to be delighted. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re committed to doing our best to find a solution. For questions, contact our customer service!

However I did not have any sort of discount AND paid an extra fee for expedited shipping and didn't even recieve that. It clearly states that they can take returns "in limited circumstances." Apparently an item being shipped broken doesn't count for that. Then it goes on to say "for questions, contact out customer service." To which they will not even respond to give me suggestions on how we can fix this situation.

FairySeason received one of 5 items which supposedly all shipped the same day

I ordered 2 Christmas dresses and 3 pairs of thigh high socks in November and it is now January and today i recieved only one pair of the socks i ordered. If everything was shipped at once how am i not receiving all at once? Not to mention i did not have my dresses for Christmas which defeated the purpose of ordering them to begin with. I have emailed them to find out whats going on and noone has replied. I am very disappointed and have been taken by this company for over $50 which doesnt seem like much but for someone on disability with 2 kids and a prepared photoshoot, not having my dresses put a huge damper on our holiday season.. ..

FairySeason shipping. customer service - terrible company

I ordered socks on November 28th and still have not received them. I emailed FairySeason and actually got a response, on December 13th, telling me that they would put my order on "priority" in the warehouse. The tracking number they sent when the order supposedly shipped does not work. I'm disputing the transaction with PayPal and would suggest that anyone else who paid via PayPal do the same. If enough people complain, PayPal may disallow payment to them. It won't shut them down, but it will significantly curtail their ability to collect money.

FairySeason very cheap products/bad service/took forever to get my order!

Ordered 4 hoodies only three came in a month later! They are very cheap I could have bought better one at dollar general. I emailed fairy season took a week to respond and just to tell me the rest of my order is on the way, I didn't even want the rest of my order I just want my money back. They have not gave me my money back and keep sending me the same email every 7days.

FairySeason no product

I ordered over a month ago...paid for expedited shipping 3 to 8 days and I gave NOT received my items...I have emailed 5 times only to receive an automated response. The money has been taken from my account as well. This is getting ridiculous. Where is my product? Someone needs to get back to me. This is really unfair that a company is allowed to get away with this.[protected]@aol.com

FairySeason counterfeit clothing and unauthorized charges and no repsonse from fairyseason.com

Someone ordered clothing from Fairy Season.com using my name and credit card. The merchandise that has been received was counterfeit and returned but still have not received the other half of the order or the refund for the stuff that was returned, and this was over 2 months ago. never received any response from emailing Customer Service, have submitted several claims. Have already taken action with PayPal and BBB, but they are saying there is nothing they can do. Who can help us all that are being scammed by this ghost company?

FairySeason still haven't received my order

My cousin's and I always order the same shirt to wear for our family Christmas. I ordered with more than enough time to have it by Christmas. Here it is New year's eve and still no shirt. I also emailed them asking about my order and asked about returning and getting a refund (since the holidays are over) and they won't even respond to that. I thought about ordering a swimsuit but I doubt it would arrive by summer! Dont waste your money here unless you dont mind waiting forever!

This same thing happened to me! I ordered a gift for a christmas present, paid the highest shipping to get it faster and they still havent shipped my order. I emailed them over a week ago and I still have not heard anything back from them! this is going on a month aho I ordered my product!

FairySeason have not received order that was ordered on 12/2 and its 12/30 - 1 pair of socks!!!

Disappointing website - FairySeason. I will never order from this site again. I ordered "A" pair of socks beginning of December and yet to receive them. I received emails that my ordered shipped. There is no way to get a hold of them by phone to let them know how I really feel. I tried emailing them 2 days ago and no response. Poor customer service! Never again!

FairySeason socks

Ordered five pairs of socks with expedited shipping on 12/12/16. Paid with PayPal on same date. Have yet to receive any items I ordered. Some were not even shipped until 12/25/16. Since these were Christmas gifts, a little late now. Horrible way to do business! Will not be ordering anything else from Fairyseason in the future.

FairySeason leggings

I ordered on December 16th and on like the 18th of December it said my account had a withdrawal for the amount of 109.71 i paid for the 10 pairs of leggings that I paid extra to have shipped n 3 to 6 business days and still have nt received them it was Christmas gifts and I'm nt pleased with this company I paid my amount and extra to be shipped early and the tracking # I got says at ups has nt received it they r waiting for the company to ship it and that's all so if anybody is wise don't order from this company, also I would like a refund if im nt getting my order if nt I will contact the sheriff's office and they will do something abt it

FairySeason socks

I placed an order on December 2. It was being shipped in two shipments. I received one shipment but have yet to receive the second. I keep getting notices that I have a %off coupon to order anything I wish but will not re-order anything else. I would like to receive what I paid for or a refund. This was a Christmas gift for 2016, not 2017! Very disappointed in this company!

FairySeason wears my products???

Ordered December 8th ..received 2 emails that my order was shipped separately on the 20th, mind you they were Christmas shirts which are no use to me now! NO order has shown up, it is now December 28th. Of course the tracking number they gave me cant be tracked! I emailed the company because they have no phone number which I should have looked because most of the time if you have to email them forget it. So nothing received, no answer and they stole $36.00 from me SCAMMERS! Thank goodness I didn't place an expensive order. lesson learned!

FairySeason shipping

Placed order with the crooks fairy season on the 17th with expedited shipping so I would have it by christmas guess what no pkg. But they have my money. I called ups with my shipping info the customer rep said the crooks never handed them a pkg. All they did was print a label... I emailed the crooks at fairy season they replied with a 15 % off coupon...

FairySeason shirts

I placed a order on December 9th, I received an email on Dec 11th my package was being shipped. I received another email last week stating my package was being backed up and please do not submit a ticket they were giving me a 15% discount on my next order. Well I don't won't another order I want the order I made on the 11th. Today is December 26th and I still have not recieved my order. I will NEVER order from this coming again, and will be returning the items to get my money back as soon as they FINALLY come in. Yall need to do better this is ridiculous.

I placed the order and paid for expedited shipping. I received an email that my item shipped 12 days ago but when tracked usps has still not received it, sent an email to inquire about my order and where it was, they responded with a 15% off coupon and requesting I not file a dispute. I still have not received my order, nor any other response from them. They do not have a telephone number to reach customer service you can only contact them through email, and they take 2 to 3 days to respond. I will never order from this company again and will warn others about them and I will be filing a dispute as to the order.
