FairySeason shipment notice

I saw the ladies socks on their web site that had print on the bottom that looked cute.. -- had to be a month ago -- but I do not remember ordering them? Probably put them in my cart and that was all --to 'think' about it. So long ago that--- if I did-- they were to be Christmas gifts…. So today-- December 23 an email said they were shipped AND I was to have my phone on when they arrived? That's weird.. No phone number… Customer service questions did not include my question. No way to contact them. It will be interesting to see if the phone call request is linked to them wanting money… not happening…..

FairySeason socks

I ordered $50 in socks from this site over a month ago and never received my order.. Credit card was billed .. tried to contact with no response. They took my hard earned $ I had for Christmas which wasn't a lot and never got my presents for my family. Horrible people and website fraud! Do not order from this company if you actually want your product! I hope they are prosecuted and held accountable for their actions

FairySeason scam company, unethical behavior, collects payment but no delivery, no contact info

Ordered some socks on 12/8/2016, per information posted on Facebook. Got an email stating that delivery would be made in 3-8 business days. Paid with my VISA card. Today is 12/23/16. My VISA account was charged two weeks ago. There is no information about our order, other than there is a tracking number. The email we received contained poor grammar, which indicates that this is not a legitimate company. Fortunately cost was less than $7, with free shipping. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND WEBSITE! IT IS A SCAM!

FairySeason scam, unethical, lied, misleading

I placed an order Nov 27, 2016. Was lead to believe the products would ship 3-8 days. I had to email the customer service to see why I had not been notified if my order had shipped. Within 24 hrs my order status updated to shipped, this was dated Dec 9th. FOUR days later than the latest shipping date noted. No tracking information, not an exact date of shipping, nothing. It now has been another 2 weeks, 14 days I still have not seen a thing. SUPER disappointed, NEVER again will I order from them and I will post everywhere possible to warm others not to buy from them. Sadly after digging on the internet I found they are located somewhere in CHINA... what a crock of crap to be soooo misleading!

Severely disappointed US consumer!

FairySeason never got items

I ordered and paid via pay pal on 11/8/16. It's now 12/22/16. Never got the 4 items I ordered. Emailed the company but they never got back to me. I am beyond pissed!I will be requesting a refund from paypal. Fairy season sucks. I'll never order from them again. I work hard for my money and don't expect to have a company take my money and just walk with it. This should be illegal. They ruined my Christmas! ! Don't buy from them. You'll lose your money and have nothing in return! There is no way to get in contact with them either.

FairySeason never received order

I ordered a couple pair of socks on December 3rd. Order # FSC030434651546811 I never received a shipping notice and despite trying to contact them several times, I have gotten no response. My credit card was billed.

FairySeason failure to deliver product in the designated time/no successful manor to contact them

I placed and order for some novelty items on December 15th (even paid an additional expediting fee). I received a confirmation of the order, but since that time I have been unable to reach them. There is no phone number to speak to a live person.
The package tracking site is so convoluted that it takes you around the horse's behind and back with information.

I am frustrated and scrambling to find replacements for family members as I will be traveling tomorrow.

I want them reported, I want a refund I want them to stop posting ads so this doesn't happen to other people.

FairySeason order paid in full, but never sent

I ordered 2 pairs of socks on Dec. 7 as stocking stuffers. Order number FSC078715987039768. The website said it would ship in 1-3 days. It is now Dec. 21 and I was charged in full, but the order still hasn't shipped. I have emailed (there is no phone number) many times to say to cancel my order, but I have not received any reply.

I would like a refund and they can keep the socks that never shipped.

FairySeason socks

I placed an order on December 1, 2016 and was told it would be shipped within a few days. My PayPal account was charged on the same day that I ordered but I have not received the product yet. The website has no phone number! and there is no way to see the status of the order. It was ordered as a Christmas present and it is now December 21 - we'll see.

FairySeason order

I placed an order for some Christmas gifts for friends on Dec. 7th, paid in full, expedited shipping and only received a confirmation email. The email stated my order will be shipped in 3-8 business days and I would receive an email regarding shipment information. It is now Dec. 21st I have paid in full, no way to tack my package, no way to call to check on my shipment but email. Very frustrated. Hope this website isn't a scam.

FairySeason took my money & no order received!

I placed an order # FSC110754036733053 on Dec. 11th. They charged my Credit Card for the full amount. A couple days later I got an email that partial shipment was sent. That was 10 days ago & I can find NO tracking information for the UPS number they gave me that a package is in transit. I have tried to email them THREE TIMES and all I get is an automated confirmation that they received my email & no one ever contacts me. I also PAID EXTRA for "Expedited" shipping & that was 10 days ago! I will now contact PAYPAL AND CANCEL my order. And I will also have to file a Dispute for the charges they put on my Credit Card. DO NOT order from this company!

FairySeason order not being delivered!

This company has no phone number to call them because i'm sure it would be busy, due to pissed off person's not getting what they ordered..
I placed my order on November 28 and received 1 of the 2 items.
I have email them 4 times with NO response.
A christmas dress will not be necessary in a few days.
Happy new years Frosty the snowman Dress cant wait to where you Christmas 2017!.

I order 2 Christmas dress on November 26, 2016 & I have only received 1.
I of course took advantage of there free shipping so NO TRACKING provided. WTH
Do not know if I am getting the other Dress. I can not find a number for this company. I have submitted 3 requests to be contacted have gotten 0 returned.

If it is not here by Christmas lot of good a Christmas tree dress is going to do me in January!

One other thing, it states to contact them on Face book. This is what you get

I placed an order on december 3, 2016 with expedited shipping just received a partial order this evening december 20, 2016 with one of the dresses missing. I have sent several emails over the course of the past few weeks with absolutely no reply! So not impressed! And now i'm without a dress! And fully paid for! FairySeason non shipment of order

Placed 2 orders at the beginning of december... Nothing shipped but my card was charged immediately! Should have read reviews, will never order from this place again! Super scam!

FairySeason order never received but I was charged!

I placed an order on 11/28/16 of $136.99 with fairyseason.com. The order contained 12 items which were ALL CHRISTMAS GIFTS! I have sent SEVERAL emails and to no avail no responses on either! There is no contact number anywhere. I also had a dress for Christmas in that order. Some items said shipped but there is no way to track because shipping was free according to site. I wish I would of seen these reviews before I placed my order. Hopefully this will be helpful to someone else.

I have been sending emails to the customer service email address on your site. I have never heard back from anyone. In November I paid by paypal $67 and never received my items or a refund. On the orders page it doesn't even show my order! You accepted my money then not list it so you don't have to do a refund if its not really an order? not happy would like a refund asap

FairySeason not received order since 11/23/16

I ordered a dress and 2 shirts for Christmas from fairy season. It was ordered on 11/23/16. It is marked shipped, but I have not received it and it has not almost been a month. I have emailed and sent a message through their website, with no follow up. This is unacceptable. I hope people do a better job reading reviews before they order than I did.

I ordered 2 of the items listed above on 11/24/16. Order #[protected]. I received an e-mail on 12/3/16 saying that my order shipped. The website indicates that I cannot track my order because I had free shipping. The website also does not offer a telephone #. This order was for Christmas which is 6 days away. I am requesting a full refund to my credit card. I look forward to hearing from someone soon & this issue being resolved. Jennifer Carter
