I ordered the tshirt in ample time for her to receive for a Christmas get together. She found you on Facebook & sent to me. I paid for 3 day shipping. So of course she didn't get it in time because it wasn't shipped till 17th. I went & bought another and paid overnight shipping.
Why do you offer if you can't deliver on time.
You really should refund merchandise but definitely sipping

I ordered a Christmas Dress on 12/3/16 and said it would ship within 7 days. I received an email 12/5/16 saying it had shipped. I still have not received. Customer Service inquiries go unanswered.
I also ordered two ugly Christmas shirts 12/6/16 and said it would ship 3 - 8 days. Got notification one shipped 12/8/16 and the other one still has not shipped.

I put an order in with this company on 12/08/2016 I paid extra for expedited shipping the site says it will ship within 3-7 days. It has now been at least 8 days and no conframation email about being shipped out. I emailed them several times and have not yet received a response. The item number for my paid item is FSC082355039559152 unfortunately after the fact I read reviews on this company all of which are not good with same issues as myself I feel I've been scammed and not sure what I can do about this your help would be much appreciated there is no phone number anywhere on site to contact only way to contact is via email but they won't respond

Fairy Season did not even process the order for almost 2 weeks.
Then when I inquired by email, suddenly it was marked "shipped" the next day!
After several weeks, I began receiving updates that included several different stories like "its stuck in customs", it was "transferred to a different shipper", and that it was "delivered" on two different days (9 and 12 Dec). Followed by a notice AFTER they said it was already delivered that said, "sorry, you package is delayed" and that it would be delivered the next day...by someone else.
Every communication with FairySeason was answered with a different lie and excuses that it is "out of their control".
Bottom Line: I do not believe they ever shipped my item.
They refuse to provide a phone number and each communique takes 3-5 days to get an answer.
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CRIMINALS...THEY ARE FRAUDS.

I placed this order on December 5 and it was supposed to ship within 1-5 days. It is now December 10 and I have not received any response to my many inquiries regarding the status.
They were Christmas gifts and I need to cancel the order as they have not even been processed. There is no one available to help with this at the company

“what a big rip off!”

I placed an order 10 days ago for some wine socks and xmas socks for family members. Order confirmation reveled that my order would ship in 3-8 days and would receive an email when items are shipped. I paid for the items plus paid for expedited shipping which was not cheap. I have not received an email letting me know items have shipped. I have also sent 2 emails in the last 5 days regarding shipping and delivery with no response. I learned about this site on "facebook" and cannot believe that "facebook" advertises for them. I feel at this point that i will not receive any communication from them, will not be receiving my items ordered nor a refund of my money which was paid the 1st day when items were ordered on 12/5/16. What a big scam and the biggest rip off for a company ever.

I ordered a pair of socks on Dec 2 2016 I received a tracking # [protected] my order # is FSC023788047662944. they sent me an e-mail stating they received my payment and they said they would send another e-mail when item would be shipped but I haven't heard anything from them. I e-mailed them 3 times as of Dec. 14. I wanted to call but they have no business # went to Facebook page and I see very many completes about this company.

Only receive generic email response. Has been 17 days . UPS tracking says no information available. I should have read the reviews. I ordered an item in August. They took my money and never shipped the item. Unfortunately I forgot about it and recently ordered 2 more items, that of course, never shipped. At least I used my PayPal account this last time. They will take care of getting me a refund! There needs to be an alert of some kind attached to their facebook page and website. I ordered 3 shirts a couple of weeks ago before Thanks giving and only received 2 of them . I contacted customer service and the emailed me back saying due to free shipping they can't track the packages . The other order I place after Thanksgiving it says it been paid but don't see where they took not out of my account and said it I see unshipped. This company seems very unstable. I want be ordering from this place anymore. I have never had any trouble with any other orders with other companies until now. It seems as if this company want your money and account info. I don't think they want to try anything stupid. This is a real joke. They r very unorganized with the shipping and I still don't under stand if it free shipping why can't we track the package. We should he able to track all packages. I'm my opinion don't buy from this company . The clothes may he nice but the people who work there may need to be more educated to know how to run a business.

So I ordered a shirt, leggings and gloves for their black Friday sale. Paid extra for expedited shipping, was promised to receive within 7 days. They think they're slick. They mark the item as shipped, but never physically ship it. For 9 days UPS' website states it is waiting for the package from them. I have a current dispute with Paypal over this because I want my money back. Buyer beware.. they are scam artists.

I ordered 5 items from them and paid through PayPal over a week and a half ago. My credit card was charged. Went to check order on their web site to check status of my order and it stated I did not have an order. It stated no order was made. Then when called PayPal and got phone number to contact them, it stated that they were not excepting calls at this time. PayPal showed were my credit card was charged and rhat the order had not been shipped out yet. So PayPal was going to set up a complaint and stopped payment.

FairySeason is a bad company. I placed a small order to try out their clothing. Within minutes, my credit card was charged an additional $692! I immediately emailed them asking them to cancel my original order and to stop the shipment of the $692 fraudulent order. I rec'd email confirmation stating that they would cancel the orders. Much to my surprise, I rec'd small packages over the course of a month that filled a large garbage bag. I had to open the bags to see if any of them contained my original order. ALL OF THE CLOTHING sent to me was poorly made, cheap material, and sized so poorly that it wouldn't fit a 10 year old. I tried to find corresponding photos on their websites and they did not match ANY of their catalogue photos. I think they actually sent me a large portion of their prior returned articles, hoping that I would pay for them. I emailed the company nearly every day. I had also cancelled my credit card and logged a fraudulent complaint of fraud with my bank within 24 hours of the fraudulent order. Being a good person, I offered to send them back their merchandise if they sent me money for the return shipping to CHINA. This company ignored my emails (of course)... the phone number on their web site had been disconnected and when I infrequently did get an email reply, they acted like I owed them their fraudulent products they sent me! Interestingly, they attempted to charge my credit card for an additional $650! Don't be fooled by their photos and prices. They are a bad company selling poorly made clothing with sizes that do not even correspond to a normal human being. More over, they make fraudulent charges to customers credit card. The information on their website is false and customer service does not respond and their phone number either clicks off on a call OR does not go through. I have lodged complaints with every single government agency that I can and will continue to place warnings on every web site that I find. If you want a lot of stress, heart ache and fear of fraudulent charges with poor quality and non-existent customer service... go ahead and order from them. SHAME ON FACEBOOK for allowing their company to place ads on their site. FACEBOOK is contributing to illegal fraudulent activity on American citizens!

No returns, crap merchandise and horrific customer service! I ordered 3 shirts on 10/22 & have yet to receive 1 of them. One of the 2 that I did actually receive, did not look like it did on the website... And when I sent them a picture and told them I wanted my money back, they told me that they thought the item was adorable! They also offered me 10% back on the item, and 15% off my next purchase! Are they delusional? No way in hell am I ever ordering from fairyseason.com again... And I still haven't received the rest of my crappy merchandise!

This website it is a scam. Look like from USA, but really work from China. I pay for 13 different items at October 9 /2016 $122.86 the website does the transaction through Paypal. The next day that they don't send me any receipt, I try to cancel the order and they answer that the products were partially shipping to my home. I insist and they refund in my credit card 22 dollars and keep it the 100. They send another mail telling me that the products are on the way . After a month I received 3 blouses that this cost should be by second hand a penny. Who remit is Fanny Pang

I received 4 items that took about 4 weeks to receive. 2 of the 4 items were way to small and one of the items had a hole just below the right breast. I contacted customer service regarding the defective item to try to receive a replacement. Even though the measurement table was off, I was willing to eat the price of the 2 items that were 2 small but I believe that should replace or refund the defective item! I sent them pictures of the items defect and pictures of the packaging as they requested requesting a replacement and they responded today with the following 3 options to remedy the issue (none of which is acceptable to me):
1) We sell new one to you at lower price, namely, give you some preferred discount.
2) We refund you 40% to make up this error, or you can fix it up at your local place.
3) You can send it back to us for return or full refund, but the postage maybe at your side.
If the issue is there fault, they should remedy with a full refund or replacement.
This company is definitely a RIP OFF!

I've made my order in early August and still haven't received anything and I cannot contact these guys! I sent them tons of messages but they never replied and I have no idea what to do! They took my money very quickly but it seems like they don't care. The only way to get a refund is to contact customer service, but since they are ignoring me that seems impossible.
I only want to warn others no to do the same mistake I did. First of all check their website, there is absolutely no information about the company itself. A trustworthy company would never hide such an information.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
I have had the same issue. I wish I would have read reviews before ordering. There is no way to contact this company except email and the will NOT respond after 4 attempts. I am so mad that I will post on every site I can to warn others!
If you paid via Paypal they will help you. Otherwise...good luck...they are the worst to deal with.
