I purchased this set today, the box never looked tampered with . I was just taking it out of box to wash and noticed only 2 bowls and one was cracked. Cracked plate as well. It was supposed to have 4 of each . very disappointed . I pay $15 for broken dishes. Is their anyway I can get a new set in black? I purchased this from family dollar in bay City MI.

Very unhappy with your dinnerware set bought from family Dollar in Toronto Ohio .. bought a set of black 16 piece set and only got 14 pieces missing two bowls ... And paid $15.00..would like my two bowls or my money back ...and will never buy your brand again or recommend your products to my friends or family...

I purchased 2 sets of the dinnerware at the Ligonier, Indiana store. Gave them to my wife for Christmas.
Should have been 32 pcs total. I only have 24 pcs. Missing 2 complete place settings.
Not very happy. Who should I contact for a solution for this problem ?
