My Order 3Z9XW8 is not getting refunded already more than 3 weeks!
I placed an order on 13.08.2023 (655 EUR). When placing an order, it was written that the item will be delivered approximately on 17.08.2023 which was OK for me because on 18.08.2023 I was going on vacation for 1 month.
On 16.08.2023 the item was not yet shipped. I realized that it will be delivered with the delay, therefore, called customer services and asked for the cancellation/refund. They told that they are going to check with the carrier company and if the item is not yet picked up from the boutique, then they will ask for the cancellation.
Ever since, I am receiving not clear answers on what is the status of my cancellation process. I called multiple times and wrote emails. Every call/email ends up with the similar answer "We are working closely with our internal teams to ensure a thorough resolution." Some team at some point has to process my cancellation or whatever!
Some of the sudden, today 01.09.2023 I received an email that my order was delivered! As you may understand, it was never even shipped so I am wondering how would it be delivered then!
I am still waiting for clear explanation which makes sense!
Please take seriously this issue and process the cancelation/refund!
Desired outcome: Full refund asap
