Fashion nova men clothing/ refund
Ordered from fashion nova with an understanding from advertisement & promotions that their clothes are made to fit my body type. After receiving clothing I learn that in fact fashion nova clothes run small. And for that reason I returned the clothing. Seeing as this was false advertisement. There is no need for me to shop at fashion nova anymore. The clothes don't work for my body type & ultimately I won't be able to use a gift card as refund. I request to have my money back in the original form of payment asap.

My daughter made a online purchase with Fashion Nova she has yet to receive it. She was keeping up up with the shipment because the clothes were for a trip that she planned for her college graduation out of the country. She received an email about the shipment of the package on December 1, 2021 saying shipment information was sent to FedEx, on 12/2 picked up at Hawthorne, CA and left Hawthorne, CA by FedEx. December 3, 2021 arrived at FedEx hub in Memphis, TN and on December 7, it says in transit and nothing after that. She tried to reach out to Fashion Nova with no response so she filed a claim with FedEx not feeling like it was you guys fault because you did your part and shipped the merchandise, so she filed a claim with FedEx being that the merchandise was in their possession. They denied the claim because they are telling us that we the shipper must file all claims as per their contract agreement with Fashion Nova and told us to contact the shipper for further information. It is impossible to speak with anyone at Fashion Nova so we have been emailing since this started. This is too much money to ignore the situation and to not be able to speak with anyone is just nerve racking. PLEASE RESPOND!

I ordered from FashionNova's website, Got express shipping, didn't come when it was supposed to so they refunded me my shipping cost which was great. Now it's been over 3 weeks still no package, no updates and nobody from customer service is emailing me back. Which I find funny because they were so responsive up until they date they gave me which they'd start the refund process.

Order was never received no way of contacting FashioNova except email that doesn't provide any help all it says it was delivered….but the horrible LaserShip courier keeps telling me to contact seller. So I'm out $40 because it claims delivered and signed and that's not my signature. I checked my whole building even the next building. This is not ok. Never again. FashionNova needs to be more responsible and responsive to their customers.

Return portal error

My issue is with Fashion Nova's Return Portal. I am receiving an error message when attempting to process my return. I reached out to customer support and have exhausted all recommended steps to try to resolve the issue to no avail. I have done the following:
1. Utilize a different device
2. Utilize a different Web Browser
3. Clear Cache and Cookies
Last approach recommended was to send separately through a carrier of my choice. I went to the Post Office to price the return and it is approximately $100 to ship. Fashion Nova offers a pre-paid shipping label option for $7.99. Since I am receiving an error from their portal, this option is not available to me.
I refuse to pay such an obnoxious amount for return shipping when I am entitled to their pre-paid shipping label.
I have asked them to send me a courtesy label since their portal is not working. I have also asked for them to send me the label and then charge the shipping fee to my refund amount. They continue to send me the same instructions for accessing the portal, which isn't working so it has been extremely frustrating.
There is no phone number to call to talk to a live agent. I have been unable to escalate my concerns.

Wrong item sent
I received my order and they sent the wrong pants. Sent customer service the photos of the pants I received vs the pants I ordered in my order confirmation email WHICH ARE VERY OBVIOUSLY NOT THE SAME PANTS. Do you see rips and distressing on the pants in my order confirmation? NO! The pants I ordered are solid black. Totally different item from the faded gray jeans with rips I received. Looks like at the time your website was posting pictures of the wrong item. Please send me a prepaid shipping label so I can return the wrong item received. I am not paying to send it back as this was an error on Fashion Novas part.

No help with order
I made a purchase November 30, 2021 for $173.54. Two days ago which would be December 15th2021, I received an email saying my order was delivered to my address and it was false ! I've contacted fashionnova every day since then and all I get is that it's not their fault I didn't receive what I paid and ordered for. I placed my order back in September. 1.5 months later i didn't receive my order. After getting in touch with Fashionnova, they told me that the carrier lost my package in transit. They told me I'd get my money back. I made a purchase online with fashion nova on 12/03/21 I received confirmation when I first made the purchase I have not received tracking information. I have deleted my confirmation number by mistake the help center is not hopeful at all if you don't have your confirmation number they cannot look up the order. You should have another way to look up orders if you don't have your confirmation number. This is the first time that I have a problem that I did not receive tracking or my shipment order.

I ordered a package on November 26th and the delivery date keeps changing. For example, for the past week the package's estimated delivery date was December 13th, and now the estimated delivery date is December 14th… my building won't accept packages after December 20th. I am contacting you, because I believe the shipping carrier that fashion nova sent my package in, stole my product. & I understand the holiday problem, with packages being delayed but that is not my issue & the customer service people who respond to my issues are not giving me the answer I need. Mind you my package arrived at their facility on November 26th, so them posting two new updates that say my package arrived at a facility that was already there, tells me there is some kind of miscommunication, and/or error that should have been resolved because I have been contacting both lasership and fashion nova about this issue, more than 3 times for both I can say. Lasership more than that. Everytime I contact one company, they tell me they cannot do anything and to contact the other. That has go to be illegal. My FIRST ever experience ordering through fashion nova and right now, I am 100% sure I will never be ordering with this company again. I ordered clothes on October 11 and on October 15 it said that my order was in transit.
