returned item not refunded
I originally bought 3 items and checked out as a guest. I received the items March 2, 2019. I decided to return 1 of those items and mailed my returned package on March 21st. I filled out the form and used the return code they specified. I then mailed it through USPS. USPS tracking showed the package was received. Unfortunately, I don't remember the exact date. I then deleted the picture of the tracking number thinking I no longer needed it. I waited well past the 5-7 business days they state on their website and never heard from them. I finally reached out to customer service on April 12th and was told that I needed the tracking number from USPS. I tried my best to get the tracking number but I did not save a picture and the post office told me the only person who received a tracking number was me. I gave them the date they received my returned item, my order number, the specific item, and color of the item I returned, the reason code on the return form, and they insisted I needed the tracking number instead. I understand that it is part of their policy, but that is ridiculous. I have never ever, and I repeat never ever, have had to keep the tracking number to return an item. I just returned an item through another vendor and kept the tracking number just in case, since this has me paranoid, and they didn't even ask. It's almost like they are hoping you don't keep the tracking number and wait until you reach out to them so they can blame it on you. Surely there has to be another way to find the item I returned, especially since I saw it arrived. If it didn't arrive then it would have been sent back to me eventually through the return address, but that never happened. The unfortunate thing is that I really enjoyed the other clothes I received and would have loved to order more things in the future, but this fiasco definitely rubbed me the wrong way.
bad to the bone boyfriend jeans
I ordered these jeans and they look look nothing like the picture. No one ANSWERS the phone I've called multiple times and have waited over 20 minutes. They arrived today and I can't find the ones I actually ordered online now. Now I'm out 40$ with no use of these pants. I would love to have what I Payed for. Also would love if the phone was answered. Terrible service. I can't submit to [protected]@fashionnova since I can't find the original pair I ordered online !

I placed a order last night, after placing the order, i realized the zip code was not right, so I immediately called them, received a email, so we cant help "order shipped they said", that fast, i told them, i placed a order with youll before, please check to vefify, they verified and still could not correct issue and did not care, they had the money already, this is not good customer service or dealings, it could have been corrected. I will not be ordering from here ever. The customer is suppose to count. They told me to call USPS to update address, it could have been done on their end, sk easily, if they cared.

Product arrived incomplete. The bathsuit was missing from the package and it all it included was the cover up.
When contacted they told me they would not ship out a replacement bathing suit and I would need to just make another order or send the piece I had back. They would give my a store credit instead of a refund. What good is a store credit if you never want to shop with this company again? For a mistake that was clearly theirs. I'm not sure why I should have to inconvenience myself to go back online to order again or to even take a trip to the post office. They also will not reimburse or cover returns but can't be sure they are shipping out the entire sets. This sounds like fraud. Do not support fashion nova.

I ordered a dress for my bday in medium the shipment came in small I new who the hell do u have working over there. Then you have the never e to tell me I have to wait 5 days to get a credit and by then my size will be gone and my event will be gone what good is this company? U guys are cheap and low no customer service for your errors oh I promise I will go further and little by little the company will drown u might now no who you are inconveniencing.
I ordered some pants in size 1x. Tried them on they were extremely huge. I noticed the inside tag said 3x, the tag on the pants was 1x. I’ve been emailing back and forth. All they can offer me is a store credit and up to $10 refund for shipping. Reorder the pants when I get my store credit. Why should I have to inconvenience myself for their mistake. Not to mention pay $7 to have the pants shipped. I ordered those pants for a special event. Now I’m I’m basically I’m spending more money. I’m so done with this company.
received wrong item
I placed my first order with a lot of hesitation. I got my package quickly but the main reason I placed this order was because I needed a blouse for an even this weekend. I did not get the blouse and instead got a pair of jeans. I have sent several emails and am currently waiting on hold with customer support (going on 10 min now.) The responses that I am getting to my emails are telling me how to return the jeans... perfect. But I NEED the blouse and nobody is responding to my questions on how to get that. This was your company's mistake and I feel you should send me the shirt that I paid for ASAP. What can I do to get this fixed?! I do not have time to sit on hold all day long.

Received the below for an item I requested the one day shipping option for... the link to cancel the order does not work and they don't respond via phone calls nor email...

received wrong order
I placed an order for over night shipping for an event, I opened the package and it was the wrong order. I called customer service I was told I have to pay to have the wrong items shipped when it wasn't my fault at all. I was told once I ship the items they will send my original order which I highly doubt. I don't know how the company is so big and doesn't have free return shipping on orders especially wrong orders. I called customer service I was told I would have a call back never received a return call. I am beyond pissed I love their clothes but i hightly doubt I will use the as often anymore. Very unprofessional
bulk items lost in transit
I purchased a large number of items from Fashion Nova for my honeymoon next month. The items became lost in transit and I was informed I would need to wait 30 days for the investigation to be completed. Fashionnova informed me that as the items are no longer available to be reshipped, I would eventually receive a store credit (date to be confirmed). I have requested a full refund which I have not heard a response back. I do not wish to purchase anything again to be lost in transit again. I have limited time to purchase items for my honeymoon and need this money back to do so. All of this has repeatedly been articulated to Fashionnova who have ignored this point.

I'm new to fashion nova and just about wanted to order everything but when it comes down to it. Everything is out of stock!. One item I got an email that it restocked and it didn't?. That's very frustrating and just makes me wanna say forget it and buy nothing, when im taking almost an hr to scroll thru items that I can't buy. It's very disappointing that they don't restock.

okay first thing I called the number provided from them, it isn't working (I tried twice)
also, I've ordered from them around 3 times now with no problems.. So I emailed them asking for help it says they reply in 12-24hrs which they haven't it been 48hrs now and still no reply. So, I have emailed them again which means another 24hr to wait for a reply and another day where my parcel has been lost. I ordered it on the 26th of March and it was going smoothly till it was put in transition with yodel and they received the data but not the physical thing- is there any way I can have a talk with a human one to one who can actually give me a straight answer or at least a refund?!

I placed an order and after weeks of it not being delivered and being told by customer service that it's been shipped I finally get told by customer service that there was an error with the processing of my order and they would have to refund me. At first I was disappointed but said that's fine thinking I was going to get my money back to my credit card. Turns out all they can do is give me store credit when the error was on them. I wasn't returning any items. They messed up my order. After being disappointed I said fine later to find out when I revive the store credit it's not for the same amount that I paid. It's less because they don't refund shipping. Why would I be charged shipping when my item never shipped. I need a full refund and proper customer service.
I placed an order for 4 high wasted Jeans. This was my first time ordering. My sister has been trying to get me to order these Jeans because she loves them and we are tall and they are suppose to be all that. However, I was happy to select 4 pairs, selected my size and added them to my cart. The next day I noticed that they were all in a size 0. I know that I did not select a size 0. I went back to the site and realize that even though I clearly selected my size and placed in the cart. It was changed to a size 0 no warning no mention just automatically changed. I am so pissed I called them and they are like well nothing I can do about it. I got them at 40% off and that sale was set to end the next day. I was told I had to wait on my order pay to send them back and then wait for a store credit and then they offered my 30% off. I just wanted my money back at this time. I'm already out $12 and didn't even get anything from them. At the very lease they should have just send the correct sizes for the price I already paid seeing it was their website that is flawed, or offered me the same 40% seeing I have to now pay to send the order back.

I bought $300 dollars worth of clothes that didn't fit I had to pay to have the items shipped back for a refund or store credit. I have not received a refund yet and I haven even received a call from the company regarding the returns. I am extremely upset and I will be contacting my credit card company to have the items purchased disputed. This company is not going to get away with this scam .
unauthorized order
I was shopping on their website, had items in my cart, and when I clicked to add a giftcard/promo code, it processed my order without even using the promocode, my order was not complete, and my card was charged the full amount, over $100, I never got to use the giftcard and my bank account is now over withdrawn! I just want them to cancel the order and refund back to my card but I can't speak to anybody! Issues on their website always freezing and changing pages, now it processed an order I didn't approve of!

Fashinova is very inconsiderate. They shipped me an incorrect package and then blamed me for it. I called and they told me I could not receive the correct item. So let me get this right? You shipped me an incorrect item and I was unable to return it? It was two piece set and they told me they needed me to send it back to them... and ALSO could not ship items one by one... However they did manage to ship me a romper without any tags and then told me I needed to resend everything back. Very unprofessional. I will not be ordering from them ever again!

Hi I havent recieved my order or a refund or a gift card since october 2017last year when I initially ordered my order status has always been unfullfilled and no email to say out of stock or anything. What is going noone is replying to my emails either I starting to feel like I was really robbed by this site. I accidently made a order couple days ago and sent an email to cancel they said they do not cancel and I can send back the item, and also to reply back to email with any further questions so I replied about my order I never recieved nor was it ever sent and to my surprise they did not even reply at all! At this point im very frustated and I feel like I was scammed of my hard earned money while the ceo of this company is living lavishly and some customers do without and make sacrifices to order things they like or feel they deserve.

I was ask to provide a tracking number for a return in which I did. Then I received a email (same rep) stating I need to show proof of the receipt. I am appalled that I was ask to provide a photo copy of the receipt tracking info as if I can make up a tracking number. I shop with Fashion Nova at least 3x a mth and has since started my husband with shopping. They are making it difficult to stay on board with all of their inconsistencies.
