order saying delivered but I have not received anything
I placed an order on Feb 24, 2018 order#[protected], provided address Pakya, 7950 NW 77 ST STE 4, Miami Florida. [protected]. the USPS tracking is showing delivered Mar 5 2018 at 4:43 pm to the provided address but i have not received my package.
I am beyond frustrated about this. This is very unreliable. For a company who has developed its brand so well i am very disappointed. Also, to say that you are not responsible because the status is saying delivered is ridiculous and unfair. For that matter, this is unacceptable. This issue seems to be a regular occurrence based on reviews and this is not good for your brand. I will not allow my hard earned money to waste, i need this rectified as soon as possible. I need my order shipped to the address or i need an issued gift card to reorder. This creates problem for your brand because once the word gets around persons will not be encouraged to place orders if they are uncertain of receiving their package.

I've called this company's customer service number over 3 times with no answer or response. I ordered 5 items and only got 4. I was never given a notice of unavailability for the item or that it was out of stock. I have emailed about this problem and have gotten no response as well. This website is a scam do not order from them no matter how good their products are. Forever 21 can give you the same satisfaction.

where do I even begin. first everytime I order from them there is always something that later is out of stock so they have to give me a gift carded refund, on the second time of this happening I emailed them saying I want the refund back in my bank account because it is their problem why should I get a gift card when it's the second time. 2 weeks ago I was told i'd be getting a refund to my bank account and it should be there 5-7 business days...it is day 9 and STILL nothing in my bank account and anytime I email them about it I get no response. now I made another purchase right after I got that email or else knowing now I probably wouldn't have but anyways, I had this stuff in my cart for a week with the coupon code SHIP30 that I was given in my email telling me i'd be getting my refund lol, and every time I hit checkout to see what the amount was while I was changing items the coupon code was ALWAYS still saved in it and I didn't have to renter it, no matter how many times I closed my browser. finally when I decide to purchase it since it was always still saved in my cart I choose to hit "checkout with paypal" to make it quicker and I figured why not sense the code was always still in there. well no. apparently when you checkout with paypal it takes out the coupon code so I had to pay $70 more. they of course don't do cancelations, I emailed them 3 times no response till 4 days later and were no help still. all I want is the $70 back and I will still buy these items. no where on their website does it say those payment options at the cart for a faster checkout that they do not use the coupon code. I called their customer service well over 30 times and no one answers. I've emailed them about this and the first refund, still nothing and they shipped my the package I did not want. i've emailed them probably 8 times and only gotten 2 responses saying they don't cancel and how I can return it. I feel like no one is actually reading my emails. i've never been more disappointed with a company which is heartbreaking because I love their products so much but hate their customer service. now I am going through the process with my bank of having the whole charge taken back as I was not charged the price I should have been.

I placed an order on the 24th February and to date I am yet to have my order shipped. I have emailed the information site 3 times already and no one has addressed any of the comments I have made. I have asked 3 times already when my order will be shipped and I am yet to have a straight answer. No one has informed my why my order has not been shipped. This is the most disgraceful service i have ever had. There has been no information on the complaints procedure and no form or reimbursement and it has been so long it's a new month. I refuse to ask again when my order will be shipped to be completely ignored.

I ordered a package from Fashion Nova and I never received it I left emails I contact them through Instagram and I also called and no response they took my money and no one's responding to me and I'm very upset. I placed a $95 order Feb 20th hoping to get it for vacation. I have not received any updates, despite emailing and writing them on social media multiple times. I also placed a smaller order so I can at least have a couple outfits for vacation, and it has already shipped. I'm not sure if they just skipped my first order, but if they're not here by 03/15, I plan on disputing it with my bank!

I ordered 5 shirts on February 26, 2018 and all of them came out to be crop shirts and they didn't appear to be so on the models. One of the tops had a hole in the seem. I returned all 5 tops and didn't receive the amount of credit that I paid for the items. No one answers the customer service number and I deserve an explanation as to why I'm being cheated out of my money.

I placed my order on 3/1 and I bought around 5 items. My total came out to about $85 (I also paid for 2 day shipping. I got a confirmation that went to junk mail but never recieved any shipping details. It's been over a week and I still haven't heard anything back from them. I sent them an email which says they will get back to their customers within 24 hours (lies) they didn't get back to me until 4 days later and they didn't even solve the issue they just stated that my items will ship soon due to a discrepancy in their system. Just this morning I got an email that my items shipped (finally!) but when I looked at my email they are only shipping ONE item but they still charged me for the full amount. It says in small font that if you don't see some items they are going to refund store credit... umm sorry but I want my money back not store credit what makes me think this isn't going to happen again? Also, I PAID for these items so how did they sell it AFTER I paid? I think fashion nova is a scam and treat their paying customers like [censor]. If I had a social media platform or if I was Kylie Jenner they would be solving any issue at the snaps of my fingers. If they do this to me I'm sure they do this to a lot more. And they have a lot of following so I know they are keeping their coins. I also don't think it's professional not having a customer service line where you can speak to a live representative. Instead they just send you coupons to purchase more of their China quality clothes. So if anyone wants to purchase from them, buy at your own risk.

This was my first time ordering on this website, but I have a couple of friends that have ordered from here various times and they've never had a problem with their order or anything. My order has been said to be "delivered" and never showed up to my house... I have emailed them various times and each time they tell me the same thing and saying its not their responsibility after the order is said to be "delivered". It should be their responsibility until the package officially gets to its destination. They are basically stealing peoples money. People depend on this brand. The company was the one that pays USPS so it could be shipped to the customers' house, the customer doesn't pay USPS we pay Fashion Nova. They don't return people's money back or find a solution to people's problem. What kind of company is this! I was counting on them to get a dress for a concert and never got anything! I demand a refund, NO STORE CREDIT! Why would i want store credit when they can't even do their job and ship a package right or find a solution. All they do is ignore or say the same thing.

Online it Says that I'd your order is $75 or more you can get up to 2 day shipping . I placed my order March 2nd and it still hasn't been shipped . I'm just about ready to cancel my order . I tried to contact customer service but it's just a machine talking . How are you going to run a business and not answer to your customers ? Never will I order from fashionNova again .

I need all to know! My financial information was used without my authorization and amongst other purchases #fashionnova was one of the merchants. I'm beyond perplexed that @fashionnova has no course of action for this kinda of thing. I called as soon as I was made aware of the purchase and asked them to cancel the order - they did not. They sent me the shipment anyways 2 weeks later. Then I asked them to send a return label (why should I come out of pocket to return something I did not buy and tried to stop from being shipped 2 weeks prior)- they wouldnt. The only way I got my refund was by filing a claim with my financial institution and putting a stop payment on @fashionnova. I shipped the items back and we'll see if they reimburse me for the shipping. But based on my customer service experience I highly doubt they will help me. I am a firm believer in customer service! I will take my business to the most expensive place and leave the most cost effective places based on customer service! You can not put a price on how you are treated and I will say this loud! @fashionnova treated me like crap! I'm not an "online" type of shopper but if I was - I will never give my business to them. I hope this was a one off and they don't treat everyone like they did me... But I for sure want this to be known because they deserve to be exposed for there wrong doing and lack of empathy for consumers in general! @fashionnova learn some customer service. This aspect of business will surly round out your business. You have a product that is wanted, you have marketing that brings you business, now work on your customer service and this will secure your business.

I ordered items from fashion nova a week ago they haven't packaged my order yet. Now I understand it takes time for my items to be shipped to me but why is it taking so long to process my order? I specifically ordered it in advance because I need it for an event. To make matters worse, I emailed their customers service and no one returned my email. Hello, I'm still waiting for order to be shipped. It's been 9days. Money has been taken off my card, everything has been paid, and yet nothing has move. Again I'm getting frustrated because this has never happened. I really need this problem handle. It's not fair to me or anyone else in that matter. I'm extremely upset that some one put the wrong address on my package that I ordered on feb 23 ( 12476689) this is the 2 time that I've missed an important event due to my package being late or lost! I'm very disappointed because I've been ordering clothes for 3 years . I no longer need the clothes I order because the event was this weekend and I didn't receive my order ! I purchased $337.00 on February 26 2018 worth of clothes I paid $20 rush one day delivery that currently still says unfulfilled I called their calling service no one answers I emailed them I got one email back stating after 5 days that my items was shipped which they weren't on the site it clearly still showing up as unfulfilled.
