What's up Fashion Nova the Devil.
I'm writing this review as your [censor] business has brought nothing but misery to me and my poor wallet. 14 days ago I ordered over 100 dollars worth of your junk and up until the day I'm writing this, I still haven't received them yet. I understand that Fashion Devil allocates so much of their budget (that comes from silly people like me who ends up buying from this company) towards sponsoring famous rich girls to wear their clothing, mindless in-your-face ads, yet they spend so little to ensure the actual paying customers are satisfied.
I live in a proper city in Germany where other packages usually reach me just fine, but Fashion Devil chooses to use RRD (whatever the hell that is) to ship the package and when I reached to both RRD and Fashion Devil, no answer was given. While other websites use DHL and UPS as their shipping method, this company chooses RRD? really. Try leaving them comments on their instagram? those will be deleted. Sending emails? those will NOT be answered.
I truly regret shopping there, my whole life I will spend telling people not to shop there as much as I can. I would hate to see people's hard earned money gone to waste/ towards [censor] quality clothes.
If I could give Fashion Nova the Devil 0 star, I really really would.
To those thinking of caving in and ordering the stuff, DON'T. You will not get your packages in time and for the price you can certainly get better clothes some place else. Perhaps from another website where they value your money and treat you properly.

This company is horrible. They sent me a e gift card that was not my full amount first off, I contacted them by phone an they never ansrw or reply. I sent them several emails an all I got back was a pre rented email from them. So since they only let you use the gift card online im like let me hurry up use it an be done with them. I orderd a two piece set an a make up pallet totaling one of my gift cards an they said my items were being processed. Then I get hit with a email three days later saying my items was being shiped with a picture of the out fit only. So I sent them another email an now I just got my order today an only the jacket is hear an they not open on the weekends. I am pissed. Trust me this place is not worth it at all. I feel like they only have a couple 100 that look like the picture online an the rest of the clothes are bootleg.
illegal and unethical business practices
I placed an order for 2 items to make it worth the shipping cost. I mainly purchased for the dress. Within a few hours of my order I got a notice advising a gift card for the dress only. I immediately asked that my order be cancelled BEFORE they sent the shipping notice. They refused to refund me until I went to PayPal and then only offered a refund LESS a restocking fee of $12. Restocking fee for what?! The item you NEVER sent me?! So unethical! The gift card alone is an unethical and illegal business practice in Canada. These scam artists need to be put out of business immediately.

Ordered something on feb 22nd and used the gift card they gave me as a previous order I had placed they had mentioned that one of the items can't be sent out due to it being out of stock but I checked the website and the item was never out of stock but the money was already taken out of my bank account so anyways I used the gift card they gave me and also add an additional item that way I don't pay for shipping, my items which has been more than 24 to 48 hours hasn't been processed yet and money has been taken out once again I'm sick of this company will never do business with them again and customer service sucks you can never get a hold of a human being
paid for express shipping and never got product
I ordered 2 items on 02/28/18 and paid for 1 day express shipping. The order was confirmed and an email was sent out stating my order was on its way on 03/01/18. Checked tracking and it was going to be delivered by FedEx on 03/02/18. at 3:33am on 03/02/18 i get an email stating Fed Ex reported that your order has a delivery exception on 03/02/18. Detail status says shipment cancelled by sender. Called Fashion Novas customer service number 5 times to see what the issue was. I needed these items for an event taking place on 03/03/18 and now it will be ruined because of Fashion Nova. Called [protected] and just get a recording for everything. Press#6 for customer service and sat on hold each time for 30 minutes and each time they hang up after 30 minutes. A live person never answers. This is poor customer service and I would never recommend or order from them ever again. And now i have to wait 7-10 days to get my money back? They had no problem taking the money out as soon as i placed my order. Worst company ever. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM!

I placed an order & selected the two day shipping. The day I placed the order was Feb 27 2018. I needed my items by March 3rd. According to the shipping I picked I would've received the items but they never shipped out. They took my money but never shipped the items. They still haven't. I first ordered an extra small, and it was defective. One triangle was smaller than the other, so I sent it back. They were about to sell out so I thought "I'll order another one, give them another chance." The second time they sent me the wrong size. Both times I was not refunded the full amount, or the shipping for THEIR mistake. They sent me 2 $7 gift cards for each order! I paid at least $23 including return shipping for each. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT SHOP AT FASHION NOVA!

Fashion Nova took my money Feb 24 and has not yet processed my order. I can't get a hold of them on the phone, or facebook, or through several emails. I paid for my jumpsuit on monday february 26. Being that I paid for the two day shipping, it should have come in on February 28th. However, it is march 1 and I still do not have it. I have an important performance on friday that I need it for. First, I want my money back for the two day shipping since it did not come in time. I placed an order with Fashion Nova on January 23rd. I ordered a skirt in a 1X but they sent me a small and I received this order on January 26th. Before I contacted the company regarding the error I checked to make sure that it was them and not me that made the mistake and sure enough my receipt has 1X on it. After going over their return policy I could not find anything that addressed an issue such as this so I reached out their customer service. My first email that I sent on Jan 27th went unanswered, so I emailed them again on Jan. 29th, still no answer so I sent them a message via Messenger and I got a response that I would hear from them in 24 business hours that still went unanswered. So I went on the website and went through the contact link on Jan. 30th and advised them of the issue again. Finally on Feb 1st I received and email from Alani M. stating that I needed to pay to ship back the item that THEY sent me in error but I would reimbursed and they would credit my money back for the skirt in the form of a gift card. This was on the Feb 1st. I contacted Alani on Feb 3rd to let her know that I sent the skirt back and also provided her with a copy of the shipping receipt to show how much I paid for shipping and the estimated arrival date of Feb 5th. She stated that it would take 5-7 business days once they receive the skirt back and then I would get my gift card. I tracked the package and it was delivered to them on Feb 6th. So I estimated that I should receive my gift card at the latest by Feb 15th. As of Feb 22nd, I still had not received my gift card so I emailed Alain about it. The email was answered by someone named Catherine Caballero stating they did not have record of my return and she basically told me it was my fault b/c I did not fill out the form correctly or maybe I didn't put a form in with the item I returned. So, I sent her pictures showing that I did indeed fill out the form and it was included in the package with the skirt. She replied to me on Feb. 24th and stated that after "research" they found the item and I would receive my gift card. I finally received the gift card on Feb 28th for $4.54. Which is no where near what I paid for the skirt or my return shipping this is the reply I received:

I made a purchase from Fashion Nova at the end of January. The post office did something wrong and returned the order to Fashion Nova. Since then I have not been able to get a response from them. I have sent numerous emails and to no avail. I can't get a response about my order or a refund of my money. I really liked ordering from this site because I had no problems. I would not suggest anyone else makes purchases until they have a way to get in contact with a real person. They never answer the number on the site.

Fashion Nova, based on this timeline it is evident that I have suffered a tremendous loss in this transaction as I have not receive my items until 22 days later from purchase. These items were purchased for the Christmas holidays, and due to not receiving them for my vacation, I was forced to spend additional money somewhere else because my package never came. I made numerous attempts to contact the establishment via phone, email, and through the website but always got a computerized general answer that never answered my questions or concerns.
On January 31, I spoke with a Supervisor (Kirstie Semien) and after addressing my concerns and she sympathized the situation as anyone would in the same predicament; and stated she would send an email to higher management to review my request to receive full refund back to original payment ending in 4426 and have them contact me within 48 hours. To date, I have not received a call back, and have been calling everyday since then to speak with someone, but was unsuccessful. As I have explained to the Supervisor, I have done business with fashion Nova many times in the past but have never had an experience as such. It is disappointing that due to circumstances on your behalf the customers had to suffer a loss regardless of the issues that took place. I do understand that there are policies in place, and your policy states that all returns are subject to store credit only. In this particular situation, the only reason the items were returned was because I had no use of them anymore due to delayed processing and shipping on your end that exceeded 3 weeks. Based on these facts, its only ethical to revisit policy and admit to remissness.
I am once again requesting to have my full payment of $205.72 refunded back to original payment of card ending in 4426.

Then the next day I get an email saying that my order has been refunded to me because of them having to open a second distribution center, but then I go back online and fill my cart with the exact same items and none of them say sold out?! I've sent an email complaint but it said it might take one to two business days to hear back ...
Lol this to me recently too in january but i checked and items were never sold taking about their damn distribution centre someone needs to call them out its turning into a scam smh

I placed an order a few weeks ago for a few items. However I received all but I item I ordered, which was ok because I received an email prior to the order being shipped saying that the item was out of stock and I would be issued credit within 72 hours. I was completely fine with receiving a store credit in form of a refund because I shop with fashion nova often. Well it's been a couple of weeks still no refund nor store credit in any form. I've emailed them countless times and well as tried to reach customer service via phone several times. Until now I had never experienced any problems with fashion nova, but I can assure all that they will not receive any more of my business because they have had time to resolve this issue but it obvious that it's being ignored and over look. Very bad business and poor customer service... pissed!

I ordered some items and few days later after numerous unanswered emails I get a gift card saying one of my items is out of stock (it was in stock when I ordered it). I don't want store credit. I want a refund. Because I was deceived into purchasing an item that was out of stock. If I don't get a refund it will be considered as grounds for fraud. I waited 3 weeks for an order to be fulfilled only to find out that 3 of my items were now unavailable. I was not given my money back, but only offered an e gift card. I placed another order and 2 of the items were out of stock after my card had been charged and I was only offered an e gift card. I explained that I should be refunded the way I paid, which was via debit card. I am still waiting on my refund and have received and sent at least 10 emails since last month regarding this refund! It seems as if they continue to oversell their products to keep you spending money with their company, by only offering you a gift card! In addition, I've requested several supervisor callbacks and no one ever answers the phones after waiting on hold for 30 minutes, the call just hangs up! I am highly dissatisfied with their lack of customer care!
