So I ordered some shoes from this company on June 30, 2017. According to the website, my order would ship in 4 days (that's due to system upgrade) well here it is 14 days and my shoes have not shipped. I've emailed the [protected]@fashionnova.com link so many times my email automatically input the text when I'm trying to type. They send a automatic reply and I reply but still no response. I'm PISSED AND WANT A REFUND OR MY ORDER

I made a purchase of over 100 dollars and ordered 6 items of which I only received 4 I have the receipt and I will most certainly be sueing if I do not receive those items or receive full cash back for those items and on top of it my receipt says I was supposed to receive them in 2 days and I revived my items in 3 weeks. I have called and left emails to them but no one actually picks up for customer service.

I have ordered from Fashion Nova before and it has gone perfectly. I had recently placed a small order 2 weeks ago and still have not received anything. I live in Canada so it would take about 5-7 business days. Fashion Nova gave me a link with my tracking # so I could see the location and procedure of my shipment. A week after placing my order it stated "your package contains commodity that cannot be shipped." I am not sure what this means and I have emailed Fashion Nova about this but they have not been very helpful. I definitely want my money back, I have no clue where my order is now and have not received an update for days. I want my money back.

So I placed an order on 6/27 of the "I'm Better Off Sliders- Rose Gold" in size 9 and STILL to this day never received tracking information for them! I then ordered a package with three items; one top, one tunic dress, and one pair of the "Lose it All Heel- Black " in a size 10. So they send me the package with ONLY the too and tunic in it and not the heels! And keep in mind I checked EVERYDAY multiple times to see if the heels and sliders were still in stock and they NEVER ran out of stock! So then, I'm like okay maybe my package just got lost. So I ordered another pair of the sliders and heels, SAME COLOR AND SIZES and they again sent me a stupid gift card that does not have my full amount on it! I'm suppose to have FOUR PAIRS OF SHOES TOTAL and I was never sent one! I've spent over $600 on this company and at one point this was my favorite clothing brand, but I will not but from them again!

I placed three orders through fashion nova one towards the end of june for 80.00$, another on 7/3 for slightly under $300.00, and a third on 7/6 or 7/7 for another 80.00$ or so. I was aware that they were having delays in shipping, however, I have ordered from them many times in the past (All to the same shipping/billing address and all of my same contact info btw) and as I received my june order without issue other than the slight delay in shipping, I was confident in placing additional orders. The site indicates orders will be shipped in 4 business days instead of 2, and I understood that the fact that it was a holiday the next day might cause an additional delay.
Here's where this has become an issue:
My order from 7/3 should have shipped by 7/10/17 at the absolute latest, and I was concerned there was an issue as my third and latest order was already shipped, and yet this order still showed "unfulfilled". I sent an email (Very politely) inquiring if there was an issue with my order. No response. (I think on 7/7 or 7/8, however I did save and screenshot all attempts so dates are properly documented). I received a generic response telling me someone would get back to me within 24-48 hours, which of course did not happen. I sent another reply asking someone to please let me know if there was an issue with my order, still no response.
Now I was starting to get angry-as I see reviews everywhere saying fashion nova billed them immediately (Which isn't even legal in most states) and didn't ship their items, and ignored them or blocked them on social media when they tried to get assistance. After reading this I was even more concerned as my two cheaper orders shipped, and yet not the 300$, and on top of it people were complaining en masse they were getting notices the items they ordered weren't even in stock anymore. I again attempted to reach out, and still no response. What business ignores customers for 5+ attempts to reach them after they've billed them?
Here's where it gets even better: I finally get a response after more than 10 contact attempts telling me my order has been flagged for fraud because they couldn't verify my billing address, despite it being the same address, contact info, shipping address, etc. That I have placed more than 20 orders to, and they had already successfully billed me. They even processed an order two days after with the exact same info. Their email says "we have been trying to contact you…” which is a complete lie as I have the email threads showing all my unanswered attempts to contact you. The email states “send us a selfie holding your dl and we can release your order.” unprofessional, but whatever, I just want my stuff. I take the picture, even include my order number on it and send it back, and ask them to please confirm that this is now taken care of. Lo and behold no answer for more than 24 hours so I send another email asking that someone please confirm this was received and dealt with. I then get an email response roughly a day later saying, I kid you not, “case closed, your case has been closed and your request merged with case …..”
What makes this even better is not only did they close my case, they merged it with a different customer’s case, so now my email thread containing my dl, last four of my cc and billing address have now been supplied to another unhappy customer, compromising all my info, and I still have no answer and no resolution. Now i’m angry for real and demand an answer and that someone handle this – and since I notified them they did this I have been completely ignored. No order still, they still have my payment, and don’t even have the good sense to apologize for their complete screw up with my personal, sensitive information. I have tried to be understanding and reached out many times to get this rectified, but I am at the point where I am starting to believe this won’t get handled without escalating it to the ftc, bbb, or even my attorney.
The sad thing is, I just want my order. I didn’t ask for a refund or anything, just that they ship the items they charged me for, and this is the result. No money, no order, no response, just a massive headache and compromised personal information that may result in my having to cancel my credit card and get a new one.

I placed in order on June 20th and the monies were almost immediately withdrawn from my account. I then received an email stating that the item was out of stock and I'd be receiving a refund. At this time my I've not seen my money. If you call this company you'll get a generic message and the same goes if you attempt to email this bootleg company. Thieves!

Ordered shorts 6/28 with 2-day shipping. Hadn't received product or tracking by 6/30. Emailed, called, DM- wrote on their posted pic, PM. Received a gift card with no explanation for the price of the product minus shipping cost. When I "check status" on website. Shows my address and "ordered"
But no shipping. I am beyond frustrated. I would love to have the shorts but also want to know what's going on. I do not want store credit/gift card. I want a refund if the product isn't available but I look online and see you're still able to order. I don't appreciate the hassle of trying to get a hold of this company. And the lack of communication.
horrible shipping and customer service, horrible company overall
I placed an order on JUNE 13 and as of today, JULY 12, I still have not received my order or a refund. I've been blocked from their Instagram page for asking about my order and complaining about the lack of communication. I've tried calling but no one ever answers. I've only been able to reach someone(who knows if it's actually a person) through email. They informed me they were experiencing delays on orders placed on or after June 13 and that I will get an email once my order ships, but couldn't tell me why or when I should expect my order to ship. Finally on June 27, after sending a couple more emails and getting no reply, I told them I wanted a refund or an explanation as to what's taking so long, why my order hasn't shipped, and when I can expect it to ship. On July 1 I received an email from the oh so unhelpful Elva stating that they've issued a refund and that it can take up to 7-10 days but usually only takes 2-5. Well, as of today, July 12, I have nothing, no order and no refund. This company is extremely unprofessional and misleading(claims 2 day flat rate shipping but fails to mention it could take a month for your order to actually ship). Something needs to be done about the horrible way they conduct business or it won't change. All I know is I'll never buy from them again and I'll be advising anyone else not to either. They're a selfish company who doesn't care about their customers at all. I can't even believe Instagram "celebrities" support this brand.
incomplete order
I made an order of 8 items on 07/04/2017, they claimed the orders would take 2 days to ship on orders ove $75 I was excited. Only for me to find out just for of those items were shipped out but when I got the orders in the mail it was only 3/4 seen. Missing a necklace. I've tried calling and emailing and IG messaging but no one got back to me. The calls basically leads you to a deadend. I am so frustrated because I wanted to wear those items on my trip but now I guess no more. And for the remaining for items I haven't heard anything about them, they sent me a gift card and I am hoping it's not for my 4 items . This is really out of hand, someone needs to do something about this scamming company. Taking money from people and not sending anything. I am so irritated and I am never shopping there again. It's ridiculous how the customer service is a disaster.

Placed my order and my money was taken out of my account right away, order was eligible for free shipping as the website advertised ( free 2 day shipping on all orders totaling 75 or more) well my shipping was not free and I still have not received anything in mail. I have tracking number but when I look it up it say information is currently no available I have been sending emails to get back an email saying they are in the process of upgrading there system and will email me when packages are shipped. I returned order item via usps with tracking, was received on 6/26. I have made numerous attempts via email and calls to this bogus customer service number that no one live exists to assist you and have been unsuccessful. I was told I would get an email regarding the credit and be able to use it immediately. This is yet to be seen.
By far Worst experience with online store I have ever encountered! This place should be shut down! At this point I'm going to contact my bank to have funds reversed and let them deal this.

I ordered a two piece skirtset only to find out after the order shipped, that the shirt was out of stock! The shirt had been out of stock before and I opted to be notified when it was restocked. So then I get this email about a gift certificate and thinking i'm just a lucky customer only to find out that it's a refund for the top! Now I have to pay to ship the skirt back and am stuck to shop there again! Guarantee it will be the last time cause no one will control how I spend my money!

I purchased 5 items on July 02, 2017.I received 4/5 items on 07/08/17.When I checked online it said 1 item is being shipped.I sent multiple emails to Fashion Nova.On 07/10 I sent an email following up to the first message sent.They sent me an email with a gift card for what I am assuming is for the item I did not receive but the amount on the gift card is not what I paid for the dress it is less.I went on the website that same day and sure enough the dress is instock in my size.WTF? Fashion Nova is a scam. I ordered 2 pairs of pants and some heels on June 21. It took forever for my pants to finally ship out and be delivered to me, but the heels were not included. A week later on the 27th, I recieved a gift card of $28. I had no idea why. The email just said "your gift card is now available!... Treat yourself or send it to someone else as a gift". So I thought, oh okay this is probably because my order is taking longer than expected. I used the gift card to buy another pair of jeans, which was shipped and delivered to me. It is July 11 and STILL my heels aren't here. Don't bother calling their customer service # because it's just a recorded message and then it hangs up. I tried emailing several times, once again just an automatic message. THERE IS NO WAY TO TALK TO AN ACTUAL PERSON. Those heels were 30 something dollars. So I don't want to hear any lies about that gift card being a refund gift card. No. If it was, it should be for the EXACT same amount AND that should have been stated in the email. So therefore I either need a refund or I need my shoes.

I placed an order on 6/28 and it still have not been fulfilled. I returned an item on 6/25 and still have not received a refund. I have sent several emails and no one has responded as of yet. I even called their toll free number which has no live person to talk to. All they do is continuously repeat this automatic recording about their shipping mishaps which is the same general email they send you via email. All this is some BS because I just placed an order from a gift card I had on 7/5 and I received my package yesterday. FashionNova needs to do better with their customer service and shipping. Seriously, do not shop here, they just take your money and they do not ship them to you. I ordered 4 clothes and only got 3. I emailed them millions times and waited weeks still got no reply. wrong item sent and they are ignoring me
June 28 I ordered a matching legging and top set for $50. It is now July 11 and I have not yet received the pants, and they said they sent me the top but I received the wrong item, some dress I didn't even order. Emailed them 4 days ago to tell them and they've ignored my calls and emails. I don't buy clothes often since I'm broke and in nursing school so the fact that I just blew $50 on nothing really pisses me off. If this problem is not fixed soon I will never be shopping here again

I ordered 6/26/17. I finally got an order shipped email 7/4 but it was only for 5 of the 7 items I ordered. After it was shipped I received a free random fashionnova gift card for $15.94 which I fear is the replacement for the other two items. But it's less than the amount I'm still waiting for and I would hope any legitimate business would reimburse me with cash if they don't have the items.
