very very bad service

This company are nothing but robbers and thieves.
My order of 3 items took 4 weeks to arrive.
I was told 1 item was out of stock and told to reorder another item which I did not do due o the apparent lack of understanding of English.
The 2 items that arrived were made of inferior fabric and were grossly undersized. I ordered XXL the garments would not have fitted a 5 year old!
The company denied receiving the return package even though I have a tracking/signed receipt.
And to cap it all they only offered me a a partial refund which 2 months later I have still now received.
They do not respond to a 36 hour promise to reply if they respond at all.
clothing (three dresses)
My order included three dresses which were not acceptable. Reasons included they 1) were not like the picture represented, 2) too small, even though one size larger than I typically wear was ordered, and 3) poor quality (one knit dress was so thin you could see through it. I returned immediately with proof of returned items 1/12/18. After numerous follow up notes my refund of $73.55 and 17.15 return postage has still not been received. I did not accept their offers of $40 coupon, nor the $80 coupon plus free shipping, simply because the previous items were so very disappointing. The pictures look beautiful, enticing even. However the actual products were not acceptable.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
I have ordered quite a few items, none of which had invoices enclosed, and on most, the sizes were ripped off. So far, I have paid over $300 for clothing that is sized incorrectly. I wear a LARGE, yet FashionMia keeps sending me small sizes. This merchandise is worthless to me. I attempted to return it, and a young lady named "Kitty" advised me by email that it would cost more to ship the merchandise back. It would be wiser for me to request an exchange for another item. Unfortunately, all items are sized much, much too small. They do not use the U.S.A. standard sizes. I have read that enough people returned the merchandise but did not receive a refund. I am requesting a refund first before I attempt to return all merchandise back to China. I have contacted my Attorney General's Office in Ohio, and they will also be contacting FashionMia on my behalf in the next few days. I ask that anyone else who has problems with this company to please contact your local offices who can help you.
fraudulent business
I placed an order back in March 2018 and have yet to receive it. I submitted email after email asking where my items were and I never heard back from them. Then in May, I received an email from Kitty that that item that I ordered was no longer available and that I needed to pick out something else for the same amount. I expressed my concern with her since the original item that I ordered was for a trip that has since passed and I had been patient enough. She assured me that once I pick out the new items, they would be sent right away. The next day an email was sent stating that the new order was received and that it was now under normal processing. Then in June, I received an email from Mandy stating that I did not select Order Insurance for my order and that I needed to pay that. I responded with a NO WAY! I will not be sending them one more penny! I have since sent them several emails through their website and no one will contact me. I left a "not so nice message/voicemail" and of course I have not heard anything back. I also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I hope these fraudulent people get shut down! I am not to social media to warn people about them. They are awful!

09/17 I placed an order with Fashiomia through PayPal and the products was not what I had ordered.
I returned two of the three items and cancelled 3rd order once I saw what sent me trash. they never gave a wallet credit or refund me my money back. PayPal reached out to them and they never responded. why can't I get my money $99.87. I live on a budget and these items were for my birthday.
I am still waiting on my refund.

Their shipping method takes forever. The quality of the clothing they sell is cheep even for the prices they charge. You can get better quality clothing at Walmart. I have used their online return feature, their email contact page, emailed directly from my account to the account they list on their website and multiple messages via phone. This has all been going on for a month and they have a 30 day return policy.
Yesterday I received an email from their billing department stating that I did not select order insurance which could aid me in the refund process. In the email is a link - not their web address - that of course I will not be going to ... I have left yet another message for them on the phone. Don't be fooled by the pretty pictures on their website. The clothing is junk!
The last email I sent to them was on 6/11 and yesterday 6/26 was the response.
So 2 web contact forms complete - 1 direct email to customer service address - 2 voicemail messages
All this has been going on since the middle of May.

sizes are not compliant with US sizes, which is a lie from the start. I blame Pay Pal for some of this bull crap because they leave the customer wide open to be taken advantage of. I spent way more to return the items than what they were worth. Pay Pal only refunded me only $30.00, so I lost $ 19.00 in shipping. Have sent back the items have not received refund as of yet. So I am out of another $40.03 a total of $ 59.03. I wish they stop doing all business with all over seas. It's more of a pain in the a!%%**.

This company has terrible customer service and their clothes are sized way to small. I ordered Xlarge and everything fit like a size Small. They will not call me back, nor email me and although they say they offer returns, they do not provide return information.
I am going to post terrible reviews on every site I can, I wish I had checked this company out beforehand. They are based in China.

Great, right, WRONG it has been 3 weeks, and they have given me the run a round about y refund of $86.25 to my paypal account with which I paid to begin with. They tell me I did not pay shipping insurance and must do that first, Ha the order went never in process nor out, they tell me they cant refund my paypal account is frozen, it is not, they tell me they need to put it in their wallet on their website first, wrong, it is there, but they refuse to refund me. I have since filed a report with the BBB, have black listed them on the Blacklist website for for bad business practices and my attorney will write a demand letter now. BEWARE, do not ever purchase from them, they a re crooks, I have read many, many reviews were buyers never got their moneys back, nor goods... I have had it...Oh, I was also told I have to close my paypal resolution case, that is why they cant refund, I will never close that case...

Fraudulent company. Like many other online shoppers, I paid for a dress supposedly shipped to me on march 17 2018 — over 3 months ago — and have received nothing.
The tracking number given to me in the receipt has never worked. It was never registered by fashionmia, my emails to inquire got pleasant but useless false reassurances.
On march 7th 2018, I paid fashionmia $49.80 cad for the dress and shipping, via paypal.

Over a month ago i placed an order for a blue dress, i was not given an order number nor a tracking number. I have not received my order. I am questioning if Fashion Mia is a legitimate company or not. The customer service number that is listed online is never answered. There is a voice mail recording always on. There is never anyone to speak to about my order.

delivery of product
I was told that the dress I ordered was shipped out on April 27, 2018, and it is now May 15th, 2018 and there is no sign of it. I tried to track it on Canada Post and got the message that the product is not in the country yet. What gives? The money has already come out of my bank account.
I am not impressed with your service. If it takes 3 to 4 weeks to receive your products, you should inform people of this when they place an order

I ordered a dress online on May 5th, 2018 through Fashionmia, i have not received the order nor am i able to track the order. Nobody responds to the ticket or to the phone call either. Apps showed i should be recieving it from 7-8 days, it been near a month now, no signs of shipping the product . Terrible service. Not trustable Fashionmia. They lure people with good products and less derivery time. But they dont even deliver the product. Thankfully i ordered just one. I need my dress that i ordered.

Customer service returns emails but does not fix the problem. I think this company scams people, doesn't have products to deliver, and strings you along until you finally either take them on in a war or lose your money because you are sick of their nonsense. Don't buy anything from this company!
I ordered a dress in March 2018; it was suppose to be delivered in 5-7 days; never came; correspondence with fashionmia..."we are sorry" it will take another 15 days; then requested refund; said they'd give refund but had to jump through a bunch of hoops and was told refund wouldn't process for up to 25 days; told them that was unacceptable and they said they would give me immediate refund...yeah? I still haven't received refund.
a dress which was too small
I have attempted to return a dress which I received recently but have been unable to get past the return section of Fashionmia's website. I have e-mailed them and they said they would get back to me within 36 hours but this did not happen. I have just e-mailed them again and they say they will get back to me within 36 hours again. My worry is that I only have 30 days within which to return the item to them for a full refund. The quality of the dress is dreadful, the size is ridiculous. It would fit a child and I am an adult. It took several weeks to come despite me e-mailing them querying the arrival date and time. When I ordered the item it was in stock according to the website so I do not know why it took so long to arrive. I have yet to return the item and have a feeling I am going to lose my money which I am very angry about.

I ordered shoes and a jumpsuit from your company awhile back under email [protected]@yahoo.com I asked to return the products no one ever got back to me the shoes didn't fit right the jumpsuit looked liked a pajama and on top of it I had to pay customs I was never emailed back nor contacted I have not since placed an order this company is very horrible

December 26, 2017 I ordered a dress and a long sleeve T-shirt from Fashionmia. Their web site claims that orders are processed within 5-7 days.
All contact can only be done by email as their published number does not work.
On January 15, 2018, I received an email from Fashionmia that there was shortage of inventory on the Tshirt and they would notify me when ready to ship.
I contacted Angela of customer service on 1/15/18 and asked to cancel entire order, she said the dress was shipped. I asked to cancel the T-shirt and credit my credit card.
On January 23, 2018 I received a thin long straight thing that was supposed to be the dress. I could not believe the quality of the material, the shape that looks like a long t-shirt and nowhere resembles the dress pictured on their web site.
I contacted Angela the same day, completed a return request form, shipped the dress which arrived at their return department on 1/25/18.
I contacted Angela on 1/26 to ask that my refund(less shipping) be returned to my credit card immediately.
On 2/2/18 Angela send me an email that my partial refund will be processed between mid to late March. Their finance department takes vacation from mid February to mid March for the Chinese New Years.
I contacted Angela back on 2/2 and 2/5 inquiring that if my merchandise was returned and received on 1/25/18 why can't they process my refund now before mid February. I received the same exact response by email.
I contacted my bank, PayPal and the E-consumer board but unfortunately since Fashionmia has processed the payment the day of the order 12/26/17 there is nothing they can do. I have contacted PayPal numerous times inquiring as to how they can continue to do business with this company, they say it's up to Fashionmia to return funds.
Something needs to be done to stop this company from false advertising, copying images of clothing that are not the real thing, the length of time to receive order and to receive credit.
Let's put this place out of business!
I never received reimbursements for 3 returned dresses since may 2017.
I have purchased 3 dresses and a t-shirt on 18.04.2017 from Fashion Mia online, but I returned all of the dresses within 2 weeks. Until now, I haven't received 1 penny as a refund. (In total I paid close to $ 130.- in Canadian dollars.) I have written them a few times but each time, received some lame excuse that their financial system had some problems and that I needed to be patient. I am sorry to say that I lost my patience long time ago.
I wouldn't recommend anybody to deal with this company. They are not honest and working in bad faith. Also, the quality of their merchandise is very poor.
