I came to Honda to enter a credit consumer transaction and I applied and submitted an application in good faith and I am being treated unfair and the business is doing fraudulent activity and accessing my credit card without completing their end of the deal and running me back my interest and benefit and I am the security collateral to. This dealership is causing me substantial loaa and actual damages. Withholding my right to my credit and withholding my securities is securities fraud. I will be fining a formal complaint with the SEC and CFPB and I will be puting the IRS on notice of this credit loss. I am absolutely disgusted by the discrimination and unfair treatment as if I had a higher credit score then they wouldnt ask me for a down payment and if it is not a dealer standard and regular procedure that the dealer makes everyone put a down payment that is false and misleading and discrimination. All i know is that I have been violated and i will be notifying the federal regulatory agencies know about the fraud activity that is happening and this is my interest, my credit, my securities, and my revenue at stake. You would go after what was stolen from you as well.
I demand that this matter get resolved immediately
