I aint never goin back to this place to fix my car. I had an appointment and they had my car for like 2 and a half hours and they charged me 847 bucks for parts, which is cool, but then they charged me 980 dollars for LABOR! That's like over 300 bucks an hour for labor. I talked to the boss man and he said they can charge full price for labor for each part even if they do multiple parts at once. I can't do that at my job, I only bill for 60 minutes an hour. I ain't comin back here unless they agree to charge an hourly rate for labor. No wonder people don't trust dealerships for car stuff...they rip you off and don't make sense. They even said I needed new brake pads in the back even though there was still 4mm left. I can't trust them.

I sold my car to Crowfoot Hyundai and it was a bad experience. They emailed me twice, once in June and again in August, saying they were interested in buying my car for $32k. They said I could shop around for a better deal but their offer would stand. I told them I was going on vacation and would get back to them. When I returned, I accepted their offer but they lowered it by $4k. They negotiate in bad faith and don't stand by their offers. Don't waste your time with them. There are other dealerships that are better. Be careful buying or selling from them unless it's in person and they sign off on it. They are the worst.

I got my car from Crowfoot Hyundai on April 20th. They sold me a 48 month insurance policy for $4035.00. But when I looked at the document, I saw that my insurance policy will expire on January 05. I tried to contact the dealership many times and left messages for their finance department to fix this, but no one got back to me. I paid $4000.00 for only one year of insurance policy? That's not right. It's like a scam - telling someone they're buying a policy for 48 months when they're only getting one year of coverage. Please fix this. Thanks.

Crowfoot Hyundai keeps calling me and my hubby to advertise oil change services. They've called me 14 times since November , even twice a month sometimes, from . We told them to stop calling us before November , but their manager, ***, knows about it and still lets them call us. He thinks it's okay to bug us with ads all the time. I emailed him on October 1st, to ask him to remove us from their calling list, but he hasn't replied yet, and it's already October 8th.

Hyundai Crowfoot salesperson sold me a warranty for $3238 called the 4 Way Protection Package, but it ain't valid for my ride. The warranty don't cover commercial use, and I'm using it for Uber. I bought the car on July 7th, and the dealership won't cancel the warranty, even though I sent an email to the GM and he didn't even reply. You can cancel a warranty within 90 days of buying it, but they won't listen to me. I talked to the Finance Manager and showed him the contract, but no one cares. They also added extra charges like Tire and Etch for $500 and Canadian Winter Group for $1195. The car was supposed to cost $43224, but it ended up being $55,308.84, which ain't worth it. You could buy a Lexus for that price.

Got two way key fob and double shop time bill. Asked how to use phone app, got no answer. Told to read manual left in car. Found out module connecting starter to phone app not installed. Called shop many times, no resolution or refund offered. Can't remove part.

I went to Crowfoot Hyundai to get my car serviced at ***km. The person who booked my car in recommended work that wasn't due until *** and *** km. She kept telling me how her mom gets certain work done every year and how it improves mileage, etc. She tried to sell me on a lot of unnecessary work. When I spoke to the general manager today, he told me that she was doing her job trying to sell me on all this unnecessary work. He even said that she was doing a really good job of selling the work to me. This made me really angry. He then told me that he didn't care who I spoke to about the transaction and that he didn't want my business anymore because I was irate and angry. My car is under full warranty, and this shows in their file. This means that I need to get the work done close to the correct mileage. Since I caved in and had the work done on one of the items that wasn't due now, it means if I have a problem at say ***km, I will not have had the work done since *** instead of ***km. She never said one word to me about work not needing to be done until *** or *** km, which she most certainly should have. The fact that the general manager tells me she was doing a good job trying to upsell me shows me how dishonest they are at this dealership now. I will not be going back to Crowfoot Hyundai.

I got a new electric car from Crowfoot Hyundai on May 13th. I have some issues with them that I want to resolve. First, they said they would pay all interest charges PLUS $213.04, but they made us finance the car when we didn't want to. They didn't tell us this before we agreed on the price. They said we had to finance it or the cost would be higher and they wouldn't sell the car to us. They want us to finance it because they get a kickback from the bank if we have a loan for at least 6 months. They said they would pay back the interest we paid over the 6 months. They showed us the interest calculation, but it was wrong. They said they would create a letter on letterhead, but they sent an unprofessional email with handwritten changes. They said they would pay most of the loan before our second payment and send us an update on the loan by business day 5 following our first payment, but they didn't do it. Today is the date of the second payment, which means we'll have an unexpected interest payment of $197.26. Second, the car was ordered by someone else, but they didn't take it. They said the person added extra "winter" package for $2,495, but we didn't get the winter floor mats. I want the mats and full documentation on the components of this "winter package".
