would give first choice collision less than one star. Unfortunately, one star is the lowest rating allowed for survey purposes. First choice had my vehicle for over five weeks. Originally as estimated it should've only taken two weeks in order to complete the repairs at approximately 4000.00 plus 1000.00 of my deductable. I received my vehicle five weeks later after my insurance paid over $7000 and I paid my $1000 deductible. after receiving my vehicle, there were three items which I brought to their attention. I was given a return date for the items of concern to be corrected. I returned, and only two of the items were corrected. The third item was not, even after I was told that it was. upon inspection, I realized it was not. I returned inside to make another appointment for the third item to be corrected and was confronted by an individual who worked there which I had never met before who was belligerent and made me feel that I was lying about the problem I had encountered with my vehicle while they had it in their possession. This person identified himself as being in charge of the bodywork repair department. after realizing that I was being provoked, I moved away from the individual made my return appointment and I'm awaiting the results of this new appointment, If first choice could not correct, the problem, they created generated by the repairs of my vehicle I will seek the advice of counsel. Don't bring your vehicle here for repairs you will be horribly disappointed.
