Fixez Customer service rep has an attitude.

I purchased a service pack for a new display and frame for a Samsung S10+. The service pack is part number 2-SA-4686. That parts page lists items that Fixez recommends to purchase for this repair. Turns out the pre-cut adhesive that is recommended (5-SA-4434) is for the front glass to be reattached to the frame. However, this item IS the front panel already attached to the frame. To make this repair you ONLY remove the back glass. Therefore, Fixez should be recommending the back panel adhesive (5-SA-4425) for this particular repair with this service pack. I called customer service and spoke to a representative that pulled up the web pages and blamed it on me. All I wanted was a replacement for the incorrect recommendation. She still blamed me and I responded by saying, "you guys are supposed to be the experts. I have never repaired a phone before and I accepted your recommendation for this repair"... she then hung up on me. I redialed and found that she had blocked my number. I then went back on the Fixez website and attempted to login and found that she ALSO disabled my customer account. Fixez will not own up to their inaccurate recommendation and then cut me off from having the ability to contact customer support. The most ridiculous detail about this problem is the fact that this is concerning a $2.55 item. They are willing to risk poor reviews and public complaints over a two and a half dollar item. Besides all of that the incorrect adhesive strip is missing the bottom line of adhesive. It is not exactly the same as the photo. I would love to upload some photos, but my phone is in need of repair. As mentioned I wanted a replacement, but I have already found the correct adhesive elsewhere. So, now I would like to receive a refund but customer service has blocked me from contacting them.

Fixez Fraudulent Shipping Practices.

I ordered a watch LCD and paid for the promoted 2 day Fedex shipping (clearly listed on the purchase receipt) and they shipped USPS. The package never arrived and although the USPS automated system stated it was out for delivery for 5 days, conversations and claims filed with the USPS have it listed as lost at the local facility.

Fixez will not refund my money or ship anew via 2 day Fedex and have made no effort to work together on this matter. All they keep saying is tracking said it's out for deliver and not our fault it can't be delivered, even though I have provided them all of the documentation from the USPS, and asked they also file a claim with the USPS (something requested in email from the local USPS manager), they refuse to help in any way.

Just a little heads up on their shipping practices for anyone who wishes to know.

Fixez lg v20 replacement screen

Buyers beware: I ordered a replacement screen and the one I got was damaged in shipping. The box it shipped in was beat to hell. I never even installed it, and took it out of the packaging just long enough to verify it was broken. When I contacted customer service about getting an RMA, they claimed that since the shipping method I used (USPS First -Class) had no insurance, that I would need to go through the postal service about getting a refund. This is horrible customer service and I will never do business with them again, regardless of the outcome. I'm going to talk to the post office tomorrow, but I have very little hope of getting any sort of results.

Fixez I am extremely disappointed

Oh god, what a horrible experience I had dealing with these guys!
I WILL SURELY NEVER do any business with them again.
Asked them to give me a normal tracking number, not a false one. It took them 3 days to do it. Slow, but ok.
I checked the tracking number, it said that I already got my order.
Even though I didn't
I called them again and said what was going on. They confirmed it and told me that they see the same information provided by a tracking information. How can this be? Of course, representatives didn't believe me, in short: they refused to help me.
I honestly have no item here and have no idea where it is. Maybe it was lost on its way to my house? Terrible.

Fixez stay away

Maybe my problem is not very important to anyone (to them, especially), but I have never received my item. I ordered it at the beginning of September and don't really understand where it is. I have no tracking number (I mean I have, but it's a false one). I called customer service yesterday and was said the item was on its way and it was shipped 3 days after I placed my order. You know what? I don't believe this information, only if they didn't send it on a slow boat from the moon. Then maybe I would believe this crap.

Fixez lack of customer service and product support

I received a poorly packaged product that was fragile. Upon opening, the item purchased was broken.
I purchased a screen protector (shatterproof) item number 4-LG-2438, order number 114132X on 2/1/2017. I paid with an AX card, the item cost $6.99 & was part of a two item shipment. Upon opening the product, I found the product was damaged/cracked. I never attempted to use the product. I contacted the company I purchased from right away, at first, they asked for pictures and invoice information. Then they said it was the shipping company's fault and now refuse to refund or replace the item. The shipping box showed no signs of damage. I have all email communications and pictures submitted. They have been completely uncooperative and demonstrated a complete lack of "customer service". They have shown that the small profit derived from a $6.99 item is more important than customer relations and long-term considerations. I would never purchase or recommend that anyone ever purchase from this company ever.

I have ordered from Fixez back in April and was supposed to receive my order in early May, but here we are and it is already June and there is still no sign of my order. I used the tracking number they gave me and tracked my order and it showed that my order was not even shipped! But these liars continued to tell me that they shipped my order a long time...

Fixez the company gave me discount, but I didn't get the order

3 months ago I have purchased screen protector from the company www.fixez.com. I got it on time, but the protector was defective and didn’t work. I contacted the seller and explained the situation. But the seller offered me the discount for the second order, so I bought another screen protector. I have waited a month and it hasn’t been delivered. I really don’t advise to buy from them.

I have been very skeptical about online shopping however, when I really needed some parts for my phone, I decided to try Fixez and it was the best decision. The parts arrived in tact, arrived when it should have, their customer service skills were right on point and I couldn't have asked for more. Thank you.
