ON September 24, 2023 I placed a retrieval request for F25000 Yeezy Boost 350V2 Carbon. #6611174 is the retrieval number. They charged me 29$ retrieval fee. These shoes sat for 97 days after they falsely labled them "used" and would not let me lower the price to sell them. They sold me the shoes as "new" for 321$. 1 day later, in exactly the same condition I returned them to sell them. They marked them as "used". So obviously they were "used" when sold as "new". We gave it a chance to sell anyway as we had no other option. They did not sell for 97days but I had no other options. So we retrieved them and NO SHIPPING CONFIRMATION has been sent to me. in 12 days! I have written every day for 12 days and get a general message that they will "respond as soon as possible". Where are my shoes? How can you take 12 days to pull them from the shelf and ship them back. If they are lost, I need a refund for the original purchase price. This is horrible and disgusting business practice. My son saved his money for over a year and this is his first experience with online shopping only to have his money tied up for over 4 months and now lost somewhere in a factory! Completely unacceptable.
Desired outcome: Full refund of purchase price or immediate return of the shoes.
What is the status of my complaint? Is anyone going to answer ?
