Coach Outlet Great Prices. Authentic merchandise

I was sent an invite to shop the coachoutlet.com sales. I have purchased well over $2K in merchandise, and have always received my items within 4 business days after the orders were placed. I am very confused by the people on here saying coachoutlet.com is fake... really. I can log on to the site and see all my old orders I purchased from coach.com, because they are affiliated. Maybe all the people leaving negative reviews went to (coach-outlet.us.com) which is definitely a fake Coach site. Do your research before you bad mouth a legitimate company.

Coach Outlet Excellent from the beginning

I went on the site last year wanting to purchase a purse but everytime I went the one purse was on backorder then finally out of stock. So I thought well maybe wait until spring when they have new arrivals. I visited on April 22,2021 and not only found a purse but also a wallet. So I put them both in my cart and checked out. About an hour later I received the confirmation email. Something told me to look up reviews and such and seen many people displeased. I got scared but wanted to give the benefit of the doubt. I got a tracking email saying my package was en route and delivery May 1,2021. So I waited then the date changed to Tuesday April 27. Then the FedEx man delivered my package on that day. I opened only getting my purse. I was confused then signed back into my coach account and seen there were two packages. The first was my purse and the second my wallet. So expecting my wallet to come May, well my wallet came today April 29! This package came USPS. My coach purchases are real leather and authentic.

Coach Outlet A bit confused with all of the negative reviews

So after an EXTENSIVE search of reviews, site legitimacy checks and address/phone number checks - I finally decided to purchase my Coach Andi mini backpack from... and here in the KEY of today's review: WWW.COACHOUTLET.COM. Whatever site(s) others were using should not be affiliated with this site. I asked myself, "Why would www.coach.com have this very outlet listed on their website if it wasn't legitimate?" "Why would www.coach.com put their reputation at risk by selling cheap fakes?" I do not buy a lot of bags (hence why I was looking for a lower priced bag haha) but I do have to say that my entire experience with www.coachoutlet.com was great!
I placed my order on May 27,2019. Minutes after I placed my order I received a confirmation email. Because of the tainted reviews I thought "Well anyone can send a confirmation email..." Then I checked my bank account; it did not state that the payment was from China (like some other users have experienced) but rather said it was from... www.coachoutlet.com. I kept an eye on my tracking number (Carrier is UPS) and I noticed that my item had not been shipped 1.5 days after my order was made. So thinking I may have been scammed - I called the number that can be found on the coachoutlet website and was able to speak with a very friendly representative who advised me that my bag would be shipped out the following day; and it was. Today, June 4,2019 - my order arrived (in Canada) and I couldn't be more pleased with what I received. That means from order to delivery it was a total of 7 business days - which it what the website states for shipping (to Canada). The bag was well wrapped. The leather is soft. The hardware is great with Coach branding. The Coach leather Creed doesn't have a "bullseye" stamp on it (like I had read in other reviews). But rather has a serial/model number stamped onto it (not inked). All in all, to those who have been "scammed" - I recommend checking to see if you used the correct website. The bag I received is definitely real and as long as I get "invited" to another sale, I will be buying from www.coachoutlet.com in the future. I hope this helps anyone who was considering buying from this website. :)

Coach Outlet Kleo wallet

I purchase this item back on November 3, 2022, 1st wallet was delivery to wrong address and they consider their mistake so they will send another one still haven gotten my wallet yet….according to ups said it was delivered but not send yet….then it’s supposed to been another one delivered on 3 to 5 days to be signed far…never happened…. So they put in claim with ups with no information for me to check the status …..the sorry manager or supervisor don’t help…this company sucks this has been my worst nightmare where they are refusing to give me my money back or item. I DONE

Coach Outlet Purse

I bought two purses online in one order. I made one transaction that had two items in it to be delivered to my home in TEMECULA. Only one arrived. The second purse never arrived to my home and was delivered to another city as stated by shipper and was stated to be lost. Coach has not resolved this issue and has not issued a refund nor replacement yet. COACH is stating the package is being returned to sender and UPS says it must have been lost or damaged in route as it WAS NEVER delivered to me, it never even came to my city it went to another city altogether. Coach should not withhold my money due to an error with their shipper. Coach could have issued me a new package since this error has nothing to do with me. You can see the shipping label from COACH is to come to my home in Temecula, yet it never did and the day before it was to be delivered IT WAS LEFT IN Moreno Valley by shipper/shipping company. I appreciate a quick resolution of an immediate full refund or the exact order to me.

Coach Outlet Refund not received over 3 months and no follow-up with my complaint.

On April 15, 2022, went to the Mills Jersey Gardens Mall “Coach Outlet” Women’s store and did an in-store exchange size for one (1) Reversible Signature Souvenir Jacket With Floral Embroidery purchased online totaling $289.83 (order#XUCP1237888), and while in-store due to a promotion $23.63, was refunded to my MasterCard (Promotion Price $266.20). On April 18, 2022, did an in-store purchase at the Mills Jersey Gardens Mall “Coach Outlet” Men’s store” for a Diary Script Varsity Jacket that was on sale totaling $181.89, and paid using my visa card. While doing so went over to the Women’s COACH store and was given an invite to their “Mother’s Day Floral Party” dated Sunday, April 24th, 2022, from 7 pm-8:30 pm. On April 25, 2022, after speaking with the COACH Corporate Office Headquarters (Amy) at 866.533.3467ext73598, complaint#[protected], requested to return three (3) COACH items on April 24th, 2022, during the Mother’sDay Floral Party while no one was watching and/or intervening three (3) COACH associates behind the register were rude and disrespectful towards me. One of the females came from behind the register and hit me a 55-year-old black woman while I was backing away and then was told by a white man to get the f*k out of his store and that I had ruined his party where he invited me to, took my jacket that did not belong to the store and refused to call the police and/or mall security and told me he was security but never asked me what happened. I forgot my credit card that was still in the chip mode and the COACH store had not returned it to me and had to cancel my visa card. Returned three (3) items in one (1) box to “COACH RETURNS” by UPStracking#1Z6073579093224900, “COACH” received two (2) jackets and one (1) bag on April 28th, 2022, and refunded me $165.60 for one (1) item (Kristan bag) and has not refunded the $181.89 and $289.83, this is very disappointing after everything that's has happened and my next step is to proceed with legal actions.

Desired outcome: I would appreciate a refund for all items returned and received by COACH and you still have not refunded $181.89, and $289.83

Coach Outlet Boots returning cost $70

I ordered this item online and I was under impression of free shipping and return as it has been advertised big. I have two babies and just started going back to work and for the first time I was trying to treat myself and buy coach boots that based on description, it appeared it will be a goof fit. unfortunately the calf was too tight and I was not able to pull up and I had to return it. When I click on return here, I had followed all instruction but I realized that there is no free return and I had to ship it in my own cost which cost me $71.39 to return it. I am very very disappointed and I feel this free return advertising is so misleading. I called coach outlet to address this issue and requested if we can solve this and I can have my refund for shipping, however he laughed and said its so clear in the policy and I should have paid more attention. I think this was very rude.

I am putting this complaint to address how disappointed I am for such a big loss paying for shipping and misunderstanding. I will be so pleased if you can help me out with this issue.

Desired outcome: please refund my shipping cost as this was my first time shopping online and misunderstanding your policy .

Coach Outlet The leather handles on my purse have shredded (one worse than the other)!!

I purchased my Coach purse around April 27, 2019 in the Delaware Coach outlet store... before the pandemic. The serial # is N9M1379-F28997.

I have bought Coach purses ONLY for the past 10 to 20 years and have never had a problem with them.

I have taken a picture of my shredded handle purse and would like the handle replaced as soon as possible. My mailing address is below.

Coach Outlet Purchased a coach bag on april 26, 2022 through paypal.com from the fraudulent website www.Coach-outlet.com

Well, unfortunately I have recently discovered that there are no retail Coach outlet on-line stores. I purchased the, supposedly, 2016 New Fashion Coach Turnlock Tote in Signature Jacquared. I paid with a gift card that my sister gave me for my birthday and was charged $63.65 on April 26, 2022. The invoice I received through PayPal, however, stated the amount to be $72.45 USD . The email I received from them stated that they received the order and will arrange the delivery as soon as possible within 1-3 days, and it will be delivered within 3-7 days. The Transaction ID that PayPal listed is: 5VE65814GH801521B. The seller is listed as Daniushka [protected]@yahoo.com. . . . of course this is non-existent. I have not received ANYTHING. Is there anyway that I can claim back my money, or is this a total loss?

Desired outcome: I would like my money back! This is nothing but a scam. Very professionally done, but still a scam.

Coach Outlet Unable to purchase items online

Message: Hello, I am very disappointed that I could not order my Haley Loafers online, in-spite trying to pay with 4 different credit cards , and trying to pay through your sales rep 2 times. They just told to call the outlet store, which I did in Maryland and they could not help me either because the person with the link was only available Monday when the outlet store opens. I was trying to order Style No. FG3110 and Style No. C5576. I would really appreciate receiving the service that I am used to buying Coach products in your store. Disappointed customer

Coach Outlet Employee went through my purse when I walked inside of the store because the alarm went off.

My Name is Pamela Bennett and I filed a verbal complaint against an employee here at the Coach outlet in Jackson, Ms. on January 28, the same night I spoke with his night manager and told her what he had done she just brushed me off and I just got my item and let so that following morning I called customer service told them what happened she said someone would get in touch with me, A young lady by name of Joy Thompson called me, and talked to me in such a hurtful way I asked her to never call my phone again, so the next morning a young lady by the name of Kandace emailed me and said that she was the Store Manager and Mrs. Joy wasn't supposed to have called me because she was just a store employee and I was like wow she was nice and I forgave everyone but something needs to be done about him being so rude and invading my privacy, since that incident every time I would shop on line with coach my items would get cancelled for no reason

Desired outcome: I would like some type of compensation because he did not have the right to go through the purse when I entered the store

Coach Outlet Racial Profiling

I recently purchased the above products on your website, but I had no idea it would cause me stress and anxiety. I went to your outlet store in Aurora, Il (1650 Premium Outlet Blvd Suite 573, Aurora, IL 60504) on Saturday, Feb 19, 2022, and the sensor on my jacket was NOT removed before it was shipped to me. An associate in the store showed me where it was (because the alarm sounded when I came in), and I explained how many stores I went to, and the alarm went off. To make matters worse, after the cashier cut the sensor out, I was racially profiled as I was leaving the store by a manager who insisted that I stole the jacket and even put his hands on me. I was so embarrassed because the store was packed, and I felt singled out. I never saw the manager for him to even accuse me of stealing, but out of nowhere, he said, "you took that jacket off of that hanger," before even looking to see there was not one single hanger insight.

I am a military veteran college student, and I work for the federal government. I had no intention of stealing from any store, and I came there to buy some items with friends from out of town. Instead of making it go viral like I was expected to do, I left the store in shame because I did not want to spoil the experience for my friends. It was a group of four of us, and if the associate who greeted me and helped me understand why the sensor (that was shipped to me) didn't physically see me come in the store, I may have gone to jail. She was also a minority. As I was being accused, she told the manager that it was on my jacket and the alarm went off when I came into the store. He did not believe her AFTER I went to the register to get it removed. I took the jacket off like I was a thief just for him to go all the way to the other side with my jacket and bring it back to me. I wanted to reach out here first before I took further action. I want all of my money back, and you can have the products that I spent my hard-earned money on. Because I am black, I can't enjoy nice things still in 2022.

Desired outcome: I would like all of my money back. I don't want to spend my money where I am not welcomed.

Coach Outlet Trekker Bag

I purchased a Trekker Bag for a Christmas gift for my daughter who is in the military. I received my bag in late October and Since my daughter is deployed she didn't received her gift until December 7, 2021. She realized is missing a shoulder strap. I called Coach Outlet customer service they said " I only had 30 days to return or exchange" they couldn't do anything about it. I didn't want a return or exchange I just want the shoulder strap. That ridiculous!

Coach Outlet My Order

I placed an order on Nov 12, 2021

Coach charged my account 26 times for 1 order. I spent 2 hours on the phone trying to get it resolved on Nov. 23, 2021...I was told it wasn't Coach's fault.

These charges remained on my account for over 1 week...Over $2, 000 of my money was held because of this.

I called This past Monday and Tuesday to once again try to get it resolved..Tried to cancel the order but yet it magically shipped Tuesday.

Terrible customer service in my opinion

Coach Outlet Shoulder bag handle detaching from bag after only 3 months

I bought a shoulder bag online at coach-outlet.com in early July 2021. Now, the strap handle is detaching from one side. The sewing has come unraveled. I have tried numerous attempts via email and Facebook Messenger to find out what to do about this. I keep getting told to take it to my local Coach Outlet store. I don't have one very close to me, and I do not want to go into a highly populated shopping center with holiday shopping beginning and Covid cases still high in my area! I have expressed this to Coach, but they have yet to tell me an alternative. I keep getting the runaround. I'm super pissed about the bag coming apart in the first place, but to also get the runaround from customer service? My first email was sent on 10/11/21. I received a response on 10/15/21. I immediately responded back, but I have not received any further communication. I sent a message on Facebook on 10/14/21 and was told the same thing about taking it to an outlet store. I replied with the same issue of not being very close to a store and fear of Covid. I got a response on 10/16/21 about having an option to mail it in for repair. They asked me for my order number, which I provided. When I received a response, they told me once again to take it to an outlet store. Round and round with no solution! If I try to call, I can't get through. It apparently is an enormous wait time on the phone. My order number for the bag is U6067237.

Coach Outlet Customer service

I needed to make a change on my order but could not reach a person to help me. I was told I could get a call back in 1 hour without losing my place is line. One and 1/2 hour later I still did NOT receive a call back. I called back again and was put on hold for almost 45 minutes. I heard their recording Tons of times saying sorry for the weight and still never got help. I have spent alot of money with these people yet with all the money they make, they can't hire enough help to keep up with customer concerns. I am disgusted. Has anyone else dealt with this situation? Shame on them!

Desired outcome: Better customer service with call-backs when they promise that.

Coach Outlet The houston premium outlet coach store manager laughing and only gave 10 dollar off instead of 10% off for total order

On jan.23, 2021, we went to the coach in houston premium outlet and bought mini cally white bags, I asked the store manager near the cashier if I could get the discount for the birthday month, the manager and cashier chatted a while and they are laughing, and let me show the insider email, I opened the email and show to them, then paid the discount amount left, but when I checked my receipt which I only got 10 dollars off not 10% off for total order. I felt insulted, should this kind of person be manager? How will the customer service compensate my extra discount and give this manager a lesson?

Desired outcome: Pay back my discount and travel fee and say an apology to me

I ordered a purse on december 1, they charged my credit card and said shipping in 5 to 7 days, it has now december 21, and the item has still not shipped, I spoke to customer service and they don't know anything about shipping and they can't cancel the order, or return my money to the credit card, they also said I could do a return if it ships and arrive...

I made an order and it was confirmed and the amount was withdrawn, but I received a message that the product is not available and my money has not been refunded!

I also requested a gift card with a very large amount and the amount was withdrawn, the request was canceled, and I did not receive the card!

Coach Outlet Unethical process

I ordered a wallet from coach june 6th and I got a confirmation code saying that my order was approved and it would be on its way soon, today is june 15 and I still never got a confirmation that is was being shipped. I decided to call to figure out the progress of my shipping and it turned out that my order was cancelled by coach without my regard because they didn't have enough wallets in stock. I am angry and disappointed that 1. I never got notified that my order was canceled the day after I ordered it and 2. When I called they said that coach did not have enough when my order was made. I don't like that they had me waiting for 9 days with no regards of informing me whatsoever and if I had not called when I did then I would never had been told this information, I am truly disappointed in coach and might think again when ordering online from them again.

I am currently waiting for a bag that I ordered a week ago with no shipping update, I call and they keep saying it was out of stock and their checking different stores for the product. They gave me no update or anything until I reached out. This has been the worst online shopping experience EVER!
