Kindly note I made a booking on 05/09/2023 for a local flight Lift Airline through Flightnetwork online with the following details:
From Johannesburg to Durban ( Kingshaka Airport) departure 21/10/23 return 23/10/23 for the following people:

Kelvin Roland Morton
Edward Charles Morton
Drucilla Claudette Morton

I did not receive my booking confirmation now I can't retrieve any information from the website because of no booking confirmation number.
My initial quote was R2667 but the amount taken from my credit card war R13564.97 totally overcharged. I contacted the local airline lift they do have refernence on the booking is [protected] invoice number is 1597715 but I cannot get the booking reference from Flightnetwork to log a complaint for the overcharged amount as the amount on my local invoice is R6760.
Kindly note the local airline also said that Flightnetwork used a fictitious email address to make the booking ( keIvin.roland.[protected]@itinmail.net) with the result I cannot trace my booking confirmation to query this. I send numerous emails the telephone number is non existent and I get no feedback or help in any of this.
I need to get this query resolved as it is very frustrating and with this website that are not user friendly if you have no confirmation number.
Can someone out there please be of assistance in this regard.
