Florida Energy Water and Air Money motivated

I would give ZERO stars if I could.

On February 22, 2024 I used Florida Energy Water and Air's services, as an authorized Home Depot Hot Water Heater Installer. They came to my house within 3 hours of booking the call, as my previous hot water heater was not working. They said any home without hot water is an emergency and came the same day, installed my new water heater and charged me $1895.00

The newly installed water heater is functioning, but it is not putting hot water into my house. I have called the company 4 times to schedule them to return to my house to resolved this issue. Thus far they have made no attempt to come back and fix the heater. Friday February 23, 2024, When I've asked to speak to the manger, the employee stated that the manager is too busy to speak and I'd have to call back in a few hours, but they will ensure someone comes to my house on Saturday February 24th to resolve the issue.

Today I called the company and spoke to a "manager" who told me they are all booked up and they can come Monday. I'm now going to go 5 days since paying for the new water year, that includes a warranty on the product and installation, that does not work or is installed incorrectly. I have a family of 4, with 2 young children. This is not acceptable.

I'm pissed that they dropped everything to install a new heater and made me a priory to ensure they would quickly take my money... but then have no care to come back and make sure its working. I NEED my heater to work, I want priority to a resolution. I have already filed a BBB complaint and am posting on every review site I can find.

If this isn't resolved immediately, I will be filing a chargeback and paying another company for a new hot water heater and they can come pick this one up from my house. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

And shame on HOME DEPOT for working with this company.

Recommendation: Don't reward them and find another company.

Florida Energy Water and Air I bought a hot water header through *** Dec

I bought a hot water header through *** Dec. of 2021. instillation was completed by Florida energy water & air through *** but inspection for the permit was not completed. Mar. I received a letter from Florida energy water & air asking me to schedule an inspection on the instillation of the hot water heater with the city of New Smyrna Beach. I did so, and the instillation failed. I notified Florida energy water & air and was told that they received the notice from the city and some one would call back. after 4 days and no phone calls, I called back 4 times over 5 days and talked to 4 different employees who all said they would call back, I even left two messages for the supervisor to call me and had no call back. I went to *** and had the plumbing dept. call Florida energy water & air, they got Christine on the phone who scheduled a service call for 4/15/22 with the instruction to call her if no one showed up. no one showed up, I called Christne, was put on hold for over 20 min. and no call back, correction of instillation and inspection still not completed

I was promised that I would get a water heater installed in 1-2 day and 7 days later I finally got it. Seems that customer satisfaction is not the biggest priority. The 3 installers that came to my house were superior and professional. I can't say much for the salesman or the boss that didn't even check in for 5 days. So a disabled, retired veteran and my wife were trying to get clean in a cold sink. I will not do that again.

Florida Energy Water and Air Awesome people providing great service

Awesome people providing great service. We had a water conditioning system installed, and everyone we worked with provided awesome service. Jeremy, our water tester and salesman, did a great job of explaining the system and showing us the ins and outs of how it works and what it does. He had answers to all of our questions. Brandon, our installer, worked very efficiently and had the system installed in no time flat. We were his last install of the day, and he worked with no rush, making sure everything was installed properly and did a great job of cleaning up when he was finished. Scott was our inspector. He came and checked the system to make sure everything was working as it should. He took another water test for us to compare before and after system installation. He showed us that everything was functioning properly, and took the time to walk us through the system again and make sure we had a good understanding of how everything is supposed to function. Overall, we had a great experience and I would highly recommend FEWA for anybody looking for a water conditioning system.

We just had our water heater replaced by Florida Energy Water and Air. Jordan was the service technician and he did a great job. He removed our old water heater and replaced all the connections with new fittings and made sure that everything worked properly before he left. Our water heater had been leaking profusely and we appreciated the fact the came to do the install at 6:00 in the evening even though he had a long drive home. He was very professional and had a great personality. We would hire him if we had a business.

Florida Energy Water and Air I would have put no stars if I could

I would have put no stars if I could. Worst company I have ever dealt with. I am in debt for $12,000. for an OR water purification system that does not work. I had complained about a leak since the system was installed. I had many service calls and not one was able to fix the problem. I have had many service people out to my house but not one was able to fix the problem. Now it's been a Year and I haven't had water for 6 months now. First I kept setting up service calls and then they quit coming out. Now I am told that because warranty is expired it is going to cost me another $2000. to fix the equipment that has leaked since day one. Spoke several times with higher ups in charge and no satisfaction. He accused me of hitting the tank with a hammer. I am a 69 year old woman. My hammer has hit a lot of nails but did I hit my own system? So it doesn't even sound likely. Now I have no water unless I BUY it and in debt for the $12 thousand bucks. Please take my advice, the Melbourne office is full of people that are greedy and don't care about their customers after they get their money from the bank.

Prince was every bit the professional to complete this installation. His plumbing and electrical skill were beyond reproach, in other words he knows his craft. When he was finished he cleaned up around the work site. On a personal note Prince and his helper made me feel at ease with there warm welcome ways, I would recommend Prince to anyone that is in need of his skills. F.T

Florida Energy Water and Air Poor communication and customer service from upper management

Poor communication and customer service from upper management. Waited for a call from someone with knowledge of the contract to answer questions for a month 4/26 and was told multiple times someone would contact me and after reaching out myself Friday 5/21, finally spoke to someone in upper management 5/24. Still had to look up and review the standard contract to answer my questions. Nils was as rude and didn't seem to care that I had waited a month to hear from someone in the correct department. Seems to be a tactic used to stretch out the process and screw over the customer. Highly recommend NEVER purchasing from them . Product is extremely over priced and installers clearly don't know what they are doing, can't get it right the first time. Had the product 45 days and having issues with mildew and build up. Told this is "normal" and can be corrected with an adjustment. Then told it's a possible clog, after it was sold to me as a way to reduce build up on serfaces and protect my plumbing. Clearly false advertisment. My finance company had to contact them multiple times just to have someone return a call.

So here we are 3 weeks after the process began and now waiting on the inspection to complete it. Hiram came to install the water tank all by himself as his partner didn't show up for work. Then 2 guys came to install the solar panel but there is no electrical outlet to plug into to make the "recirculating" pump run. The inspector keeps calling to schedule the inspection and wants to know if I will sign off on the job until their "team" get's there to install the electrical outlet so my response was no. The electrical "team" then call to schedule the installation 3 days into the future on a Saturday morning at 10:am, they claimed it would take about 90 minutes, this was not convenient as I am cooking for a function that day but agreed as I could rise early to get it done. So at 9:30am Saturday morning I receive a call from a guy claiming he wanted to reschedule as his partner didn't show up for work. Now I am really pissed, I tell him not to call me again and that I would call the company and they could come and get their stuff out of my house and off my roof. So Monday morning they show up unannounced and asked to be allowed to complete the job, I allowed them because my wife wasn't feeling well and we were going to be home anyway. 10 minutes later they done, a job they estimated to take 90 minutes? So now I am waiting for the inspector to come and complete the inspection. Will I ever recommend them to anyone? What do you think?

Jordan was my service attendant and I must say, he went above & beyond when it came to installing & explaining to me about my new water heater. He ran into several issues while installing it and never lost his cool or got rattled, he was very professional and knowledgeable about his job. He left me feeling good about the purchase I had selected and the meticulous installation he provided.

Florida Energy Water and Air Dealer location: Florida Water, Energy and Air *** 1st service tech came out to service the water

Dealer location:

Florida Water, Energy and Air
***
1st service tech came out to service the water machine. Rude, left trash and did not reset service timers on machine. Called dealer and they sent a second tech out to reset timers. Some where between the two of them they spliced my power cord wires and left the wires hanging out exposed to the elements which is not safe. I called to have some one come out and take care of it. While I was being transferred on the call I was put on hold for 20 minutes. I called back and by that time the office was closed. I left a comment on their website which corporate got back to me and said they were escalating the issue. At the end of that, the dealer said they did not thing wrong and would do the work like that again. I called to have my service subscription cancelled only to find out I have to pay to get out of the contract. I am asking for a copy of my contract, so far no response. Horrible company and, horrible service. If you are thinking of getting a water system for drinking water stay away from this company. They don't care about you.

Florida Energy Water and Air I had been interested in getting a water softener for my whole house installed

I had been interested in getting a water softener for my whole house installed. Knowing nothing about water softeners I went to *** hoping to get some information. They outsource these kind of jobs so they took my info & said someone would contact me. Florida energy water & air contacted me the following day to see what I was looking to get done & to schedule a appointment that worked best for my schedule. A couple days later Marcel the regional manager showed up at my door and basically blew me away with the demonstration/presentation of the rain soft water treatment system. He was a really cool guy, down to earth and definitely knew his stuff. He wasn't pushy about buying the system. But honestly after seeing what was in my water without any treatment, tasting the difference between treated water/ non-treated water, the difference in smell between the two and even the way the treated water made your skin feel so soft and clean without the soapy residue feeling. It really opened my eyes to the horrible quality of water that we use everyday and I give this to my pets to drink everyday. Needless to say I'm getting the Rain Soft water treatment system installed asap.

Florida Energy Water and Air I purchased a RainSoft Water Softener System through the Florida Energy, Water and Air for my well in 2015

I purchased a RainSoft Water Softener System through the Florida Energy, Water and Air for my well in 2015.I have contacted them multiple times and the set up an appointment but no one shows up. I have to shut my water off to keep from burning up my well pump. The water has been undrinkable since the system was put in and I have told the ones who keep calling about maintenance. Back when I bought the system I felt I was being pressured into buying it since they did a water test that turned the water to sludge in the glass. We are on a fixed income. I have begged these people but seems like I'm not getting anywhere.I also have repeatedly asked them to just come get the system out of my yard and then make it to where I don't have to keep making payments on it anymore. I was lied to when I bought it, being told it would make my water drinkable, yet it isn't and I still have to buy drinking water for us and the pets. I just want them to either fix it to where it works and I can make payments I can afford for repairs or take the thing out and I won't be made to pay for something that is shut off and not working and I don't have the money to pay for fixing it. I am very stressed over this. I also have a limited lifetime warranty on the system. Please help

Florida Energy Water and Air Was not thrilled with this company

Was not thrilled with this company. Contacted FEWA to replace my hot water heater. A week after it was put in, I noticed that I was losing water. They had to come back out and adjust the pressure valve. They said the guy who originally installed it probably "forgot" to set it to the correct pressure. There was no mention of refunding me for the hit to my water bill. Then, FOUR MONTHS later, I get a letter in the mail asking me to contact them to schedule a final inspection so they can close out the permit. The city's permit was included with the letter. It said on the permit that it was supposed to be posted and visible from the closest street until the inspection. So I had been out of compliance for 4 months. I tried calling and texting FEWA's permit department but couldn't get a response. After 2 weeks I called the main line and was transferred multiple times. The main person's mailbox was full so I left a message with the second person I was directed to. That was a Friday. The next Monday I got a text message at 8:30 at night "returning my call". I told her that by that point I had already contacted the city and made an inspection appointment through them. When I stated that I was glad to be done dealing with their company, the woman's response was "thank you".

Florida Energy Water and Air If I could put zero stars I would!

If I could put zero stars I would! We bought a rain soft system. We were quoted at $7,000.00. After over an hour of high pressure sales we financed the system and had it installed with the promise of free upkeep/maintenance and a complimentary disconnect and reinstall if we moved. Well... we sold our house and guess what?!? We were told that we do not get a free disconnect or reinstall (December ). Fast forward to May , our new house is being built and I'm now told (after threatening to complain) that we do get a free install. Not only did we do the disconnect and hope it was correct but we also paid for our maintenance on the system when we were told it would be FREE! We recently found out that we were completely ripped off, others have purchased the SAME system for $4,000.00 less than what it was sold to us for. When I confronted the company about this and asked how they determine their pricing they could not give me an answer. long story short, they don't care that they are ripping you off. We are hard working people that bought the system thinking it was necessary for our health. We are still paying off this system. I feel beyond taken advantage of. This should be illegal! Their business practices are absolutely unethical. I just want the difference of 4,000.00 back but somehow I doubt this company will blink twice.

Florida Energy Water and Air Had them put in a new AC in my attic in November2019

Had them put in a new AC in my attic in November2019. Installation team stepped on and broke a water pipe that was covered and marked near the water softener system costing me $350 dollars. They denied responsibility even though they had left their garbage and spare parts by the break. Supervisor agreed to pay the bill after the job as complete..."just send the bill with payment" Never heard back. My fault for not following up because I trusted them. They had to come back out twice due to wiring problems. Fast forward to August 30. Drain pipe clogged due to debris but the float switch alarm did not shut the AC off as it is supposed to. Garage ceiling fell out and the attic flooded due to the faulty switch. We got a friend licenced in AC to come out to help with the problem but he said it was the company's responsibility to change out the switch. He also said the workmen did not hook up the secondary drain and float switch. Called the company the next morning and service person came out. He swore that the line was still clogged nd he fixed it except there was no debris that came out. He said the damage and switch were not covered under warranty. Supervisor said the same so warranty was useless and I am stuck with $2000 in damage. He also said the secondary system was optional and did not have to be hooked up. I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS COMPANY.

Florida Energy Water and Air We purchased a home in March and were excited to get a new water softening system installed

We purchased a home in March and were excited to get a new water softening system installed. It has been the biggest nightmare! Our brand new water softening system broke twice in the first 6 months. It broke in November and because I still had running (dirty) water, it was not considered an "emergency" to them and expected me to wait THREE weeks before they would send anyone out to fix the issue. There was no refund offered for the time I paid for the services and didn't have it. In May 2022, since it had been past the year mark. I had to pay $200 for our yearly maintenance, plus a restock of salt. Today, December 5, 2022, less than two years with the water softening system and yet another break. I wake up this morning to water pouring out of the salt tank. Since maintenance is only covered for the first year, they want $200 just to come out and see what is wrong, plus $60 every 30 minutes the tech is out, plus parts. No one can offer any explanations or any reimbursement for anything which has not been our fault. They are a scam. They want to take your money every month but refuse to admit their systems suck. Every few months something is wrong with the system and we have to pay for someone to fix it. Per our contract, we are also not able to complete repairs or make adjustments to the machines ourselves. There is never a supervisor available to speak and they do not make any accommodations or reimbursements due to their systems errors.

Florida Energy Water and Air The initial presentation was very pleasant and extremely informative & persuasive

The initial presentation was very pleasant and extremely informative & persuasive. It was clearly evident that our water needed a system. The company was accommodating with a quick installation due to time restrictions. It seemed to work well right away but soon after, a pipe broke due to poor installation and flooded our pump house where it was housed, causing black mold to grow everywhere and the system to fail (we were out of town for several weeks when this occurred). A technician was sent out the next day following this discovery (the person that handles my area has been unavailable on two occasions so I've had to wait for the nearest technician out of Tallahassee) and made the repair. He was also very nice and professional. Josh, a supervisor, was quick to reimburse me for the first part of repairs that needed to be made for the electrical damage caused by the flooding, but when the pump house finally dried out after 2 weeks and the mold remediation was completed, I submitted the final bill for that and have received no response to email or phone calls, much less reimbursement (a minimal amount of money). Currently, the system doesn't seem to be working at all as there are stains in the toilet bowls and the water reeks of sulfur, which is why I called for the demo to begin with. This has been a very dissatisfying experience because, while the selling points were fantastic, the actual system at only 8 months in, has been, not only, mostly ineffective, but an expensive problem. Customer service is ALWAYS a runaround, if you get an answer at all. Also, I was promised a bonus gift of cleaning agents and despite 2 people making promises to get them to me, it's never happened. I would absolutely avoid this company if I knew then what I know now.

I called customer service was transferred to Ms Tara who scheduled appointment on 3/30/22, plumber came and installed the water filter and softener. I checked manual and learned that Water Filter was installed incorrectly (Inlet and Outlet reversed). I called manufacturer and verified that So I called Ms Tara 3 times 4/5/22 11:06 AM - phone not answered - voicemail left 4/5/22 1:39 PM - She transferred me to "installation Department" where no one answered 4/5/22 1:43 PM - She told me she can not do anything and asked me to call customer service If Ms Tara is able to schedule appointment for installation, I am not sure why she can not send someone to fix the incorrect installation Anyway I called customer service 5 times 4/5/22 1:45PM - they transferred me to installation department where no one answered 4/6/22 3:34PM - again transferred to installation department where no one picked up the phone 4/6/22 3:37 PM - called again to inform that no one is picking the phone at installation department, so customer service representative wrote down my information and told me I will receive a call 4/7/22 11:38 AM - called again --> this time customer service transferred me to Tara (I came to know as she didn't pick up the phone and I heard her voicemail message) 4/7/22 11:41 AM - called them again and told them that Tara actually gave me customer service number to resolve the issue. Florida Energy Water and Air I was contacted by Florida energy water and air to sell me a water system

I was contacted by Florida energy water and air to sell me a water system. I invited the sales person into my home and she went through the water testing procedure to test my water. After moving from California, where our drinking water was fabulous to Florida, there was a big noticeable difference in the water quality, so I didn't mind getting the water system, but the price was a bit much. Fast forward a year, I get a phone call from Florida energy water and air saying that it is time for my annual maintenance and that the cost would be nearly $200.00. The technician shows up, very rude, first thing out of his mouth is "How am I going to pay for this? He spent 5 minutes at my house and basically cleaned the o rings and tested the water, and ran it through a quick cycle. I don't understand who he could have done all that in just 5 minutes. My daughter was the one who answered at the door and I was 3 minutes away at the grocery store down the street, and he was gone by the time I got home. She was really upset with the way this company treated us. I called them when I got home and I was told that this was a flat rate that they charge regardless of how long they are there and that the annual maintenance is not required and does not void my warranty, but is recommended. This is not how they explained it when they called to make the appointment, they made it sound like it was something I had to do and the way they described the service, it sounded like they were going to be doing much more than was actually done to the system. Bottom line,, you can do this annual maintenance yourself and save a bunch of money! I am quite sure there is a you tube video to show you how to clean the O rings, or replace them if necessary, which you can purchase them at any hardware store, and flushing the system is just pressing a button. Don't call these people and pay the annual maintenance fee. You would probably save money and get better service by calling a plumber if you have a problem.

Florida Energy Water and Air Mike *** provided OUTSTANDING Customer Service

Mike *** provided OUTSTANDING Customer Service. I purchased a EC5 Rain Soft water softener from Florida Energy Water and Air and had it installed on July 16. The following day, their representative came to test my water, which caused me some concerns when the result if his testing indicated certain outlets reflected purified water, and inconsistency in two outside spigots, where one outlet showed hard water, the other outlet indicated soft water. I found this very puzzling, and the evaluator had no good reason why this was the case. During installation, there had been no spigot installed at the water softener to access untreated water if/when I needed to do so. Mike *** was dispatched to evaluate my concerns. He was professional, very courteous, extremely knowledgeable and super motivated to address each of my concerns. I was very concerned with how the drainage hose had been installed (using water pressure to "sink" the drainage hose int my ground.) I was, and am concerned there could be a blockage in the drain line, and very concerned that the discharge from the drain could cause damage to my foliage, trees, and house foundation. Mike initiated a system backwash, and looked for evidence of water or material rising to the service, which did not happen during this procedure. Mike then discussed the need to flush my house pipes to get purified water, which had not been mentioned or discussed when the system had been installed. Mike instructed me how to turn the two valves at the top of the RainSoft tank to enable me to use unpurified water when I needed to use my high pressure equipment, thereby saving money. We discussed types of salt to use in the system. Mike also looked at my hot water tank, and found no issue of concern, because during early testing with the previous testing representative my hot water was not working, causing me to think there may be a correlation between the RainSoft system installation and my hot water loss. This proved not to be an issue of concern. Mike addressed every issue of concern I had, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. Thank you Mike for everything. Please send Mike to my house whenever I have need of service. Kind Regards, Joe

This product was a $6500 investment to our home. All was good for 15 months until we started noticing a difference in our water. The salt system was not going through the salt and therefore not working. We contacted the company and it took 2 weeks for someone to get to our house to look at it. At the time they charged us "shipping only" for the parts that...

Florida Energy Water and Air In October I had a water softener system installed due to my child having severe allergies and skin issues

In October I had a water softener system installed due to my child having severe allergies and skin issues. The system was put in while I was at work and I was told they would come out and go over it with me also I was told the system I bought is what would help with my child skin since that's what I wanted it for. I recently called the company due to the water softener not working and it hasn't been working for a long time I was unable to get it taken care of prior as I had Covid unfortunately then I got salmonella then my child got Covid it's it's been a long tough journey the last couple years . When I called the company to ask someone to come out and review the stuff with me and help me figure out what's going on I was told it would be $200 just to come out because it wasn't under warranty anymore. I then had to call a different company to come out they came out and told me the system is not the right system for my needs it's not even the right size for my house and the carbon and resin should never be mixed as it creates major problems apparently mine is mixed they didn't give me a separate container with the system. I was sold a system that they knew would fail after its warranty. And now they want to charge hundreds of dollars just to come look at what they installed. I was fooled and taken advantage of I am a single mom with two children and I work very hard they used that to their advantage and obviously I had no knowledge or not enough knowledge of the water softener systems I put my trust in the salesman.

We purchased a $1,645 AO Smith gas water heater/installation/permits & inspection through ***'s which then contacted FEWA to send sales rep to complete sale and arrange installation/permit. Permit issued 09/09 to FEWA, water heater was then installed by FEWA, with inspection on 09/29. During the inspection process it was observably clear the inspector was not happy with the installation he saw. In the following days I called FEWA and informed them the inspection did not appear to go well and asked for info on the permit status and requested a copy of successful closed permit. I repeated several times at later dates. The human response was always a vague variant on "I will talk to my manager and get back to you." FEWA never got back. Later through independent research I learned the permit close process was never completed by FEWA and the permit remains open due to a failed inspection. Over the past year I have also unsuccessfully attempted numerous times to call FEWA using several of the sales contract listed phone numbers. The FEWA auto phone response system rarely works and is useless in regard to obtaining permit status. Over the past year this has been a very frustrating experience - I would like to see my "paid for" installation completed correctly/safely and the permit process followed through to a legally successful completion.

On June 30th I purchase a reverse osmosis water filter for our home. A few days later it was installed. It barely works. It spits and sputters. I called them and they sent someone out to fix it. No change. It still has little water flow and spits and sputters. I have contacted them 4 times since then. Each time I am told someone will call back. So far, no one has called back. I called again this morning and was given a new 'Corporate' phone number. I called. No one answered. I called the local number again and was once again told "someone will call you back." I want the to fix it or remove it and refund the cost.

They installed a hot water heater that I purchased through***'s Installation Plan on Saturday. No hot water. I made numerous phone calls. No return calls. Monday a different plumber called (no notification), showed up and reconnected a wire that had been not been placed properly. Charged me $166 and said I'd have to get a refund from***'s. Hot water heater Still does not work. I've sent emails and left messages. No response. Tomorrow is Tuesday, so now it is 5 days without hot water. I'll be contacting***'s corporate office in the morning.

Florida Energy Water and Air Florida Energy Water and Air was contracted by Lowe's to perform a "professional installation" of our new water heater

Florida Energy Water and Air was contracted by Lowe's to perform a "professional installation" of our new water heater. The sales person assured us that the price she quoted included everything, including the inspection. When the installer arrived, he added an extra charge anyway even though we were assured there would be no additional cost. The city came and inspected the water heater, which failed and was not to code. I called for 3 weeks and left messages with the installation department, the permitting department, and the operator. I called the Orlando office as well as the corporate office. I left a half dozen messages, my husband left messages, our realtor left messages. A Lowe's manager called and finally got a hold of Josh at the corporate office who promised to call us and fix the issue on either 12/18 or 12/20. He did not call us back. I called Josh directly on 12/21 and he promised to call back and schedule the fix as soon as he pulled up the failed report. He did not call me back. I tried again on 12/22, the operator screened my call and wouldn't even put me through to Josh. She promised that he'd call me back as soon as he finished his current call, which he still has not called me back. This has dragged on so long that we are going to lose the contract on the sale of our home. This company is clearly the type that takes your money and runs. Florida Energy Water and Air needs to send a technician to fix the water heater and schedule the city to re-inspect our water heater immediately. No returned calls after 3 weeks of 4 different people relentlessly calling for help is not acceptable.

11/05 - ordered a water filtration system from Florida Energy Water & Air - courtesy of the water tests made available by Home Depot. Was told and promised that it would take care of the foul water smell and other impurities from city water. As of to date, the smells continue to get worse and feel as if we were sold a VERY EXPENSIVE bill of goods. In our opinion, the system is not performing as described. 4/5/2022 came out due to foul odor. Said it "tested ok". Called 7/26/2022 and now they are having another tech come out 8/3/2022. This is a $10,345 piece of junk - ie: overpriced water softener.

Purchase a soft water system, two AC units and a Hybrid water heater May . In the last 14 months have had issues with my Hybrid water heater and AC units. I bought these from *** who subcontracted with Florida Energy. Since June 28, 2022 I've been attempting to get my Hybrid water heater fixed. I contacted Florida Energy around July 11th after first attempting to get resolution by using my Home Warranty. I've been given the run around. They have given me two appointments to come out and exchange my unit, never showed or called. they claim I need to get the RA (return approved) number however ***, who makes the unit explained they only provide the number to the *** distributor who is Florida Energy. After 2 weeks, nobody is getting back to me or helping me to replace the unit which *** has approved to replace after the many attempts to fix the issue and me having to resolve it on my own.

We had a water heater installed roughly about 11 years ago. The water heater has started to leak approximately 6 days ago. I have contact the business more than five times, left messages for after hours. I never received a call back. When I called to follow up on status no one had any recollection of the messages left. At this point we have spoken to two supervisors and several departments, none of whom was offering any help with the problem. All they did was transfer me to different departments. No one offered any help in getting a resolution. Poor customer service by everyone who answered. They seemed annoyed with my questions. I am going to seven days with an active water leak and no assistance. I am fully aware the warranty is expired, however, I am willing to pay for the repair since this was the company to install it. I had my daughter type this for me, I am elderly with poor vision.

Florida Energy Water and Air HIGH PRESSURE SALES

HIGH PRESSURE SALES. WONT LEAVE WITH A NO. CRUSH YOUR CREDIT WITH INQUIRIES. I had them come to my house because of A) interest and B) a Home Depot gift card. The presentation took a very long time, and felt like a gimmick. The sales guy was nice, but became very high pressure at the end. I told him that I didn't want to sign up today. He wouldn't take no for answer. After of telling him no for about an hour, I finally agreed just to get him to leave so I could pick up my brother. I tried to call to cancel the contract, but they were already closed. Closed for calls, but not to run my credit. I realized they process everything extremely quickly to try to lock you in. The sales guy was also extremely pushy to let me have them install it that evening. Cancellation of the contract was easy. Low pressure there. Fast forward to today though I noticed the three hard hits to my credit which has severely hurt my credit. I called Trasnunion who stated that they need a written letter from the credit companies. The credit companies said they would just need FEWA to call and confirm cancellation in order to send those letters to Transunion. Morgan at FEWA stated that she was not going to do it because I should have cancelled prior to them running the credit even though it was about a 15 min window from the time the high pressure sales guy left my house, and the time they shut their phones off. Therefore my credit is damaged now, and there nothing I can do about it. Their gift card website doesn't work, so they send you the gift card. Curious to see how much it is and if ill actually get it. Very negative experience. Very glad I escaped this company with only my credit crushed, and not more.

Florida Energy Water and Air I purchased a RainSoft Water Softener System through the Florida Energy, Water and Air for my well in 2017

I purchased a RainSoft Water Softener System through the Florida Energy, Water and Air for my well in 2017. The first time a person came out in 2018 the system was on bypass and not even working. The company keeps calling every 6 months repeatedly to do a $185 maintenance but I don't have the money to pay for it. Now the system has completely shut down and water keeps running through it. I have to shut my water off to keep from burning up my well pump. The water has been undrinkable since the system was put in and I have told the ones who keep calling about maintenance. Back when I bought the system I felt I was being pressured into buying it since they did a water test that turned the water to sludge in the glass. Now I have to pay $195 for the first half hour and $60 each half hour after to get the system fixed. I am a Disabled woman Army Veteran, 64 years old, and I take care of my 43 year old Disabled son. We are on a fixed income. I have begged these people to let me make payments on the maintenance which would fit into my budget but the amount they tell me I couldn't afford. I also have repeatedly asked them to just come get the system out of my yard and then make it to where I don't have to keep making payments on it anymore. I also have a limited lifetime warranty o the system...

Bought a new 40 gl AO Smith water heater and installation from Lowes and it was installed on 1/3/2022. The installation failed the plumbing inspection by Orange County on 3/7/2022 because it is leaking. I have been trying to get either Lowes or FEWA to fix the problem to no avail. Many times I can't get a real person on the phone and have to leave a voicemail, that many times is not returned. Other times people say they will do something and don't. When I do get to talk to someone, seems they point the finger at each other meaning FEWA or Lowes. Seems like almost 4months would be adequate to get this issue resolved. I have attached a timeline to this complaint.

Florida Energy Water & Air installed a new water heater (not an emergency just re-place the one I had getting old). On March 3rd they replaced it with a new one. I have called them 4 times to pull a permit and as of today 5/11/2022 it has not been done and I cannot get an inspection. I get the running around from them.

I've called numerous times first several times they told me it wasn't set up right. After more calls they told me it was my well. The last time they came out they bypassed the entire unit. Till this day it is still bypassed. I had bought all new appliances and had to have my washing machine serviced my dishes are dirty looking. My tub sinks are Orange. Multiple calls later and still no results. I sent a 10 day demand letter no reply. I am disabled and on a fixed income. My home was all brand new and the water is killing my stuff. My washer lid needs replaced because the water has rotted it. My clothes are stained. Please help.

We purchased the Rain Soft water system back in March 2022, we've had it for about 2 months and have been in need of service 3 times. On this last request, one of the employees by the name of RONIKA, forgot to schedule our appt on their system, and so when the service date of 06/02 came along, no one came to service our equipment, due to an oversight on her part. We are paying for a system that promises for your water to be soft without any chemicals yet for the past weeks, we have been experiencing dryness and itchiness in our skin and in those who come to visit. This is a very expensive equipment in which the customer has to pay a monthly fee for an extended amount of years and it is unfortunate that my family and I have not had the best experience with the RAINSOFT water system nor with their customer service. We called today to reschedule our appointment that Ms. Ronika in the Central Florida customer service office forgot to place, and the next available service date was for 06/13/2022. So in the mean time we will not be able to take advantage of the system that we are paying for.

Florida Energy Water and Air Wrong installation and damage water softener On 8/31, I bought water softener equipment

Wrong installation and damage water softener On 8/31, I bought water softener equipment. From the first day, I noticed that the pressure had dropped. On 12/11, I called a well company to check about the low pressure in the house. The technician found that the water softener equipment had been installed incorrectly; he removed the water softener installation and installed the well directly into the house plumbing. The cost of this repair was $249.00. I called Florida Energy Water and Air(FEWA) to reinstall the equipment correctly. The technician from the company arrived and installed it as previously; this repair cost was approximately $125.00. Since he reinstalled it, the water flow pressure in the house has dropped to how it was before. A month after that reinstallation, the tank crunched in the center, and the water pressure was minimal to the point that if one used the water for two minutes, it would go away completely. As soon as I noticed about the tank, I called FEWA, and the answer was that my well was drying up, which is a lie according to the second technician. On 3/16, I called another well technician to reinstall the pump correctly. He also found that the water softener was installed incorrectly. The technician also eliminated the water softener installation. The cost of his work was $ 125.00. He explained to me, like the other technician, that he found that the installations of the two technicians were wrong. The technicians installed it on the side where the pump pulls the water from the well when that installation has to be on the side of the supply water to the house. Purchase date: August 31 Problem Date: 9/01 Installation Date: 9/01 Payment: $5,995.00 Account ID: XXXXXX

Florida Energy Water and Air On February 2/26/22, I purchased from Florida Energy Water & Air a RainSoft Water treatment

On February 2/26/22, I purchased from Florida Energy Water & Air a RainSoft Water treatment. There we severe deficiencies. I want to cancel the Contract, and after the manager intervened and offered me a $2000 reduction, from$10,026 to $8026, it is still a lot of money for a system that doesn't provide excellent drinking water and is heavy in maintenance. I have had many hours of aggravation spent on the phone with the service department; It took six months for them to fix the water settings for chlorination to provide potable water. During the equipment installation, I noticed that the water holding tank had a fixture to flush the tank once a week, which was too short. I told the installer that it would flood the area around my water well, but the installer claimed that the water would not accumulate. But the flushed water has accumulated, almost creating a swamp-like filled with mosquitoes, which can pose a health hazard. I called the company and was hours on hold to speak with a customer service agent. Finally, one answered the phone, and when I explained the problem, she transferred me to yet another department, and I was on hold for about 45 minutes. I hung up and called the operator and Asked to speak with the manager; she rudely said that I could not talk with the manager and asked If I wanted to cancel my Contract. I said NO, I wasn't calling to cancel my Contract; I was calling to get service and a solution to the water accumulation problem. She affirmed that I could not speak to the manager and rudely hung up. My equipment is still under warranty, and if Florida Energy Water and Air cannot fix the problem, I want compensation for hiring a plumber to correct the problem. In addition, I ask for an extension on the equipment warranty.

Florida Energy Water and Air Repeated claims of $100 gift card for water test, upon arrival and completion of test only received gift card value voucher of $20

Repeated claims of $100 gift card for water test, upon arrival and completion of test only received gift card value voucher of $20. My wife and I recently moved in a new home. We received several inquiries about completing a water test and the leading information provided was that it was free and came with a $100 gift card offer upon completion. We recognize nothing is truly "free", however sought to have the test. We scheduled and rescheduled at least 3 times (one time the employee came to the house but was unable to complete the test because my wife was unexpectedly out of the house). Another time, we deferred to the following day as it was around 7PM and the employee said it would take a while and felt the next day would be better. I am writing this TODAY, about 7 hours after the test concluded. Our test and subsequent dialogue took close to 3 hours. The individual that came to our home was Audrey, and she was great. No complaints about her at all. The presentation was fine and we understood why this may be a good idea, we just couldn't commit to the purchase at this time. I mean, we just closed on a house so an additional monthly expense is not something we are interested in at this time even with all of the information provided. Anyway, we received the voucher and anticipated it would be worth $100, which honestly is a fair value given it was 3 hours of my time and my wifes time with our 6 month old son on a day where I had to work later. $100 for 6 hours of our time comes out to just shy of $17/hr, a reasonable expectation in my opinion. Unfortunately, the card shows a $20 value, which comes out to just over $3/hr. Had I known this fact, I would have never considered the presentation at all. I am seeking the full value of the gift card for our time.

Florida Energy Water and Air I spent over in products

I spent over in products. I made this purchase on April 2022 and until this date I've never been able to use each of my products in full capacity in a reasonable timely matter. The install department is short staff or as they say "very busy" I asked for the operations manager, left messages an email no response. I had to reach out to my selling agent. I got a vm from Josh. There after, I left several messages sent an email. No response nor follow up. A month later, I got my main HVAC Air filtration installed. I'm still waiting for completion of my clean start washer hook up. It's a simple hook up connection. I'll call 5 to 6 times a day, leaving messages, it's exhausting. I had to physically go into the corporate headquarters location. I have been at the location 3 times. The first time, I was sure I was going to get service. After a long wait, a manager came out confirming the insulation would be done in three days. Unfortunately, my luck, I had to leave town. I called and ask them to put me on the calendar for the next day or any available date. It never happened and the cyclone of nothingness calling started all over again. I still have not got my install completion for my clean start laundry system. It's been a month since that time. I went to office 3weeks ago again. Nothing. Over the months, only one install happen immediately after purchase. Everything else has taking over a span of time and it's still not complete. I am completely floored this is how customers are treated. You shouldn't take peoples money or promote products you can not install in a reasonable timeframe. This is fraudulent customer experience of a business practice. Now, to make matters worst, I notice a foul smell coming from the showers. I can't imagine the nightmare of trying to reach someone in the service department. I'm done.

Florida Energy Water and Air I purchased a full house RO system almost a little over a year ago from Florida energy air and water (rainsoft distributor)

I purchased a full house RO system almost a little over a year ago from Florida energy air and water (rainsoft distributor) . The system cost us almost $15,000 .Since the day this has been installed it hasn't worked a full 30 days without something not working right. I have been waiting 3 months for Greg +Josh Regional managers to call me about credits being given to our account. See below. David R came out said membrane was bad on whole house reverse osmosis system. I paid for a new one.$700 Membrane went bad again in a couple of weeks got charged for another one.$700 they are suppose to last over a year+ Customer noticed stenner pump not running when reverse osmosis makes water which injects clorine into water to remove the iron. Jeff was sent out said he thought it was flow sensor but didn't have one. David ruiz was sent out again tried to charge for third membrane at this point customer said no. Customer called office(April 2022) spoke with HR Sharon said they will call me. Chris H came on a Saturday explained flow sensor not picking up water usage when reverse osmosis is running. Chris H replaced flow sensor , vane pump, pre-filter, and membrane . These parts had went bad due to iron fowling do to clorine pump not kicking on because of flow sensor. I have been waiting for Greg to call me back bc we were charged for unnecessary parts when it was the flow sensor (which jeff said ) ahead of time that caused all those other parts to go bad due to their negligence and unwillingness to listen to their own tech who had it right now they want us to pay for their mistake and are now refusing to service our account. All I have asked is for their regional manager to call me to discuss its been 3 months . Please help me resolve this customer's shouldn't be treated this way especially when so much was spent on their system.

Florida Energy Water and Air I purchased a RainSoft unit on 8/26

I purchased a RainSoft unit on 8/26. Only a few weeks later, the salt tank filled with water. I called for service, and was scheduled for more than four weeks out. The tech came and explained that the exit line hadn't been clamped properly and caused the drainage system to stall. He readjusted the clamp and drained the tank. The unit regenerated properly a few times but by November, the until was backed up again. Two other techs have come out to clear the drain. The third, who came in January, said that the issue was that the land was soggy, and was preventing the used water from draining properly. He said that I would need a long line to push the water out in a different direction. He supposedly put in the order, but it has been two months and when I called to follow up on 3/25/22, I was redirected to the install team (the team that does the long lines), but the line disconnected. I called back several times and was not able to make contact to confirm the order or date. Since the last tech came, the unit has sprung a leak at the top. I thought the excess water around the base was caused by the adjustment the third tech made because he said the excess water should rise up, but my neighbor confirmed that it is not just the waste water we see but that the unit is not working properly and is leaking from the top. The salt tank is also no longer draining. I would like this unit to be fixed so that the water drains properly and does not cause a huge puddle. I'm not sure how much the leak has added to my last bill, but I expect it will cost a lot this month. I have not received the full benefits of this unit the entire time I have had it and FEWA seems to be playing games. They were very quick to install the unit but take forever to repair it. I have been patient enough. They need to fix the leak and complete the long line so that it works properly or remove and refund the unit.

Florida Energy Water and Air We financed the water softener on February 23, 2022

We financed the water softener on February 23, 2022. When the installer came out he had trouble locating the main pipe to my house after I told him where it was, eventually he dug where I told him and found it. I explained we were needing this installed due to our pipes getting redone after he installs it so we can have clean water for the new pipes and remodeled bathrooms and appliances. Few weeks go by and the drain hose kept popping out of the drain pipe. So I called and scheduled service. They didn't call or knock to let me know they came by but they did show up and he plugged the drain hose into the drain pipe with an elbow. We thought it was fixed until my hair once again was caked with hard water minerals, all of my brand new faucets turned white with a crusty calcium build up and once again the tile, grout and toilets are turning orange. When I called service again because obviously something's wrong and our salt tank was overflowing with water, he came out and took a look at our system. First he started by telling us that our water softener was only a conditioner, not a filter and when the handful of carbon they put in the tank to hold you over runs out you will need to buy a carbon filter to filter your home again or else you will be conditioning city water. He then told us that the drain was not working and the back pressure was pushing the water into the salt tank and seems our system hasn't been working since the first few months we've had it due to the amount of water that has accumulated. He then says that the drain needs to be reinstalled and ran to the road but he said he can't do it today and he will make the appointment. 2 weeks later they call to schedule an appointment and I missed the call . I walked outside to see if they stopped by and inside of the brand new PEX plumbing is turning green with what looks like algae. I did call them again and express my frustrations. Finance was supposed to call me back and it's been 2weeks... Still waiting..

Florida Energy Water and Air We purchased a rain soft water softener system from Florida Energy Water and Air, on [protected]

We purchased a rain soft water softener system from Florida Energy Water and Air, on [protected]. When you sign the paper, it reads you have 3 days to try the system ect. After that you cant return it. Well they didnt come out and hook it up right before 3 days. We tried it out and we kept loosing water pressure to the house and it would drain the well all into the yard so wed have no water. I have been calling for over 6months to have it fixed. They sent someone out once, told me he cant do anything because its not there department, i called for another 3 months, then they came out again, was told the same thing, instead of sending out an electrician like they needed to because the electrical was hooked up wrong to begin with. Then finally 6 months later they sent an inspector, well that guy denied the whole setup because of the electrical and the system was to big for the well so it wasnt powering it right, which is why we would loose water to the house. Mind you I have had the system off for months because we loose water so i cant even use the system. After the inspector denied it, I never heard anything from them to fix it, I just keep paying every month for something i cant even use. We paid $6300 and now it is more because of interest because i recently have not paid the last 2 months. I reached out to the loan provider and made a complaint. The energy company wrote them an email saying that they have tried to reach out and we dont answer and that we asked them to leave the property the one time that they came. this is all a lie. they also said we asked for the original outlet to be where it was, which we did not because its exposed to outside with no cover and no protection. I call the office every single week, more then once and the boss is always in a meeting and never calls me back. I have saved my phone records of all the times i have tried to call. I cant use the system because it doesnt work and they are ignoring me. This is a lot of money I dont know what

Florida Energy Water and Air I bought the Water Treatment with filter on 12/18

I bought the Water Treatment with filter on 12/18. Signed contract 3 or 4 weeks after that, after they came to finish installation. - 1st problem: they came on 12/20th or so, they came to install the equipment but installer could not get electrical part done. WE WERE WITHOUT HOT WATER FOR 10 days or so. - 2nd problem: another installer came to do the electrical, he cut the water heater wire and installed an outlet out of code (high and material) to connect equipment.Guy "technician" did not know anything about electrical. MY WATER HEATER BURNED. Had to get another and after ask the company couple times and speak with Customer manager, they sent me the check for water heater material, not the labor that I paid to have installed. - 3rd problem: The equipment start to make our water pressure on entire house slower. That was in middle of January. I spoke with Manager Josh that we were not happy with equipment and he said that he would send someone to look at it. - 4th problem: The equipment start to send minerals to all pipes at house, start to clog shower head and kitchen faucet, the water taste change, not good to drink, danger to health. Young girl came look at it problems, but she could not even take a water hose apart ( I had to come home to disconnect water hose). This girl broke a hose, did not fix the problems and left me with my master bathroom without a working faucet... *So i called the Customer Manager Josh and told him my disappointments with their technicians and with company and equipment. I asked him to remove the whole equipment, that i could not trust it any more. that was around 2/15th. He said that they could not do it. *couple days after I had a certified plumber come, look at it (receipt attached) and he found minerals inside pipes, faucets and shower head, that came from equipment. I was told that those minerals could break or clog the pipes and faucets. Again I called the company, spoke with Josh and Sharon Assistant manage. Both said that could not help. Florida Energy Water and Air I am not happy with the quality of our water after installation of a Rain Soft water Softener

I am not happy with the quality of our water after installation of a Rain Soft water Softener. It is killing my pets, garden and affecting my job. I went to *** looking for Garden supplies and was approached by a lady for a Free in home water inspection. In return we will receive a gift card for the store. I honestly felt sorry for the lady so I kindly agreed. Little did I know what we were getting involved with. The salesman came to the house. Took out his dirty water tester and put a couple drops of this dark liquid then added water from our faucet to it. He explained that our water quality was bad and that we need to get a water softener system. He then showed us all the perks of having one and how much money we will save. Unfortunately that was a big lie and a sales tactic. My fiancee had to go to work after the 2 hour demonstration. I asked if we can think about it and the man said that he will not be able to give us the deal he was offering unless we sign now. We honestly didn't need the system nor wanted it but at the time were fearful of our water quality. The salesman ensured the water would be safe for our family and pets.My fiancee had to leave to work but the salesman wanted to make sure that he got his sale so he left me to sign all the papers which I felt uncomfortable about doing. They installed the unit within the week. At first everything was fine. Didn't really see or taste a difference but figured our water would be safe now. After a couple of months we started noticing hard water spots everywhere. My fishes aquarium began to look cloudy and his health continued to go down. I tried everything and spent a lot of time and money trying to help my fish. unfortunately he died. The company promised if I told my family and friends about the product that they would waive some of the fees but they never did. Also Ive started to do research and see that salt in the water is actually bad for your health. Our garden is not doing well and I work with plants for a job. The plants began to die. I got in trouble with my boss because of this. The upkeep for the unit is expensive and troublesome. I really wish I wasn't so nice and just told this company and their employees to take their business elsewhere. Ive contacted this company about my complaints but they refuse to help us. They say its between us and the credit company.

Florida Energy Water and Air Multiple service repairs and system still not fixed and they ignore the fact that you have no water for weeks

Multiple service repairs and system still not fixed and they ignore the fact that you have no water for weeks. I had this unit installed in 10. Since then I have had several service calls out to get rid of the sulfur smell. Salesman sold a lifetime warranty for installation and parts. System cost 7500 which under contract with a loan. I drive a tractor trailer, so therefore. This unit does not get the large amount of use as a family of 4 thats home everyday. Therefore. I should not be having a third of the problems I have had. They claim excessive use. Newest problem ... an alarm for rebed was going off. New alarm had to call them to get service. The was beginning of November. Their tech came out, mind you the guy was polite. But leaving company next day. I've yet to see same tech out. Explains it now needs some internal stuff removed and replaced. Also needed routine service of gaskets changed etc. After having to dig the unit out of the ground and making a larger hole than original installer had left unfixed. He got new rebed materials in unit. But doesn't know how to reprogram the unit to stop the alarms. Or to make sure the system is set up to cycle at it normal times. He tried calling no one answered him. My charges for the trip was $473. Call to have someone come check the settings. That took another week for an appointment to fit the retailers demands never the consumers. That tech shows up no call literally at property 3 minutes and leaves. I believe that was a Thurs afternoon. I came home long enough to switch vehicles to go to work. Didnt check unit thought it was fixed. A friend came by and there is water coming out the the hoses flooding mine and my neighbors yards. And will not stop. Call Florida Water n Energy about major problem. Their customer service goes well theres a same day charge for a tech to come out and service charges for tech. I got upset because again I HAVE NOT BEEN THERE TO EVEN TOUCH THE MACHINE SINCE THEIR LAST 2 TECHS. That tech came out parks and blocks the road. Did call but claimed a wire short which left the motor stuck in the on position. Not even 15 minutes later is gone. Well as of Tues 12/08 I came home and the unit is again flooding yards and will not stop flowing the water. I look at the unit and there's screws missing from the backing. Slide it up to expose the float piece and it seemed to have stopped. Called FWAE and they tell me to unplug it and turn it off. Next tech is not available until the 17th. My son came up on the evening of the 12th and it is still flowing water everywhere. Come to find out their last tech when he was out only rigged the repair. Hes cut wires electrical taped them and left the original connector on unit. Lost screws etc. And now that I am off a couple days I have to be without water because they will not ever allow you to speak to the manager.

Florida Energy Water and Air The system is not producing enough pressure for my ice maker, this has caused an intense leak from my refrigerator throughout my kitchen Hello

The system is not producing enough pressure for my ice maker, this has caused an intense leak from my refrigerator throughout my kitchen Hello my name is ***. On 1/31 a rep came to our house to go over setting up a water system, by my request. The reps name is Jeff O. Jeff tested our water from the refrigerator and sink. He saw that we had a full tray of ice from our ice maker and instructed us that after installation we will have to dump 3 trays of ice before we should consume the ice. Our ice maker was working and we have never had any issues with our ice maker or our refrigerator. The next day our new reverse osmosis system was installed. When my husband came home we dumped out a tray of ice cubes. We also noticed a small scratch on our granite counter top from installation, a hole had to be drilled into the counter for the reverse osmosis. The next day we noticed that the ice maker tray had a thin flat sheet of frozen water. We took the tray out and defrosted the tray and then put the tray back into the freezer. We figured that maybe a few more days were needed to make ice. We also noticed the water tasted very salty. The following Monday 2/3 I spoke to Brian about the scratch on the counter and that the water taster salty. He said he would send someone to look at the system. I believe it was that following Saturday a man came to look at our water system, said some valve was loose and that it should not taste salty anymore. My husband *** and I told the man that out ice maker was not making ice cubes and that it was just filling with water and freezing as 1 solid block of ice. The man said that he has never heard of that problem before and that there must be something wrong with out machine. We told the man that the ice maker worked until we had this water system installed. The following week I spoke to Josh who I believe is a manager, his phone number is [protected]. Josh said he was working on getting someone to fix the scratch on our counter, and then I mentioned the ice maker problem and he said he'd send someone to look at the ice maker. There was another time when I received text messages from Brian to set up signing forms I think to set up a payment plan, I told Brian about the ice maker and he said there must be something wrong with our ice machine. On February 19 my family left the state for vacation. When we returned on 2/24 it was midnight. The next morning our ice tray was over flowing with frozen water, there were icicles throughout the freezer, groceries were damaged by water leaking on them and then freezing. There is a bottom bucket on a shelf in the freezer that was filled with frozen water. The next day we noticed water leaking all along my cabinets on the floor, under the dishwasher, behind the fridge and under the wall panel. We sopped up water with the towels.Thur2/27 I spoke to Josh again about this issue and he sent someone to the house, my in law was at the house and he said to her that there is nothing wrong with the water system that it is our ice machine. He undid the water to the fridge and turned off our drinking water because he saw a leak under our sink, that I have yet to find. When we got home that day the leaking was worse. We unplugged the refrigerator in hopes to defrost the ice tray because it was so over flowed we could not pull out the tray. We discarded groceries either into the cooler or trash can. My husband is a type 1 diabetic and we had to store his insulin at his parents house. I spoke to Josh again Friday 2/28 and told him about our frustrations, and that we do not know how an ice maker works or a water system but that the maker was working before the system was set up. Josh said he would call me back and he never did. My husband and I googled some videos and our water line did not look clogged, we think there is not enough water pressure. We can not miss work for this issue. I'd like the system to be fully examined, I feel like this company has made the decision that they have nothing to do with the ice maker being messed up and we are suffering as customers
