I was put on night mode by this company
I was put on night mode by this company. Now they tell my wife tha that they have to send. A tech. To switch it to day mode costing around 200 dollars. They said only a tech can switch it back. Now if only a tech can switch it, then it stands to reason that they were the ones that switched it to night mode in the first place.
I am more than happy with Sun-Tec solar
I am more than happy with Sun-Tec solar. Adam D has been a great help to me through the process of receiving my solar system. He was not pushy to sell from the start and gave you time to decide. The installation went smooth, completed in one day. My system is up and running for the past two months, and my last bill from *** Energy was $15.30, down from an average $221.10 month. I would highly recommend Sun-Tec Solar.
I recomend sun tec to others, im more than happy with my solar system and the company in general. Thank you to Adam for getting set up with everything.
Suntec Solar did a great job from start to finish. Marc was very helpful and knowledgeable.
Sun-tec solar is number one in thank you for the solar energy business. One of this gentleman one other salesmen by the name of Justin came out explain to us every advantage and disadvantage to switch to solar. After he told us everything about it we were sold on the spot. Sun-tec solar is definitely an awesome business and they are at the top of the list of businesses that I have dealt with. Awesome information, very quick service, and the installation process was very fast. A+++ #1 Solar
I believe this business has closed
I believe this business has closed. I've been leaving messages for over a month with them to re-install solar panels. They took my solar panels down in early July so that I could have my roof replaced. The roof work was completed before the end of July and I have been calling two to three times a week to schedule a re-install. They have not responded. Now, I am stuck with a stack of solar panels in my garage and no idea how to get them to re-install.
I just Spoke to Adam, he has been let go from Sun-Tec and the company is closed
Sun-Tec installed 24 panels on my roof this past August. From the day of installation 10 of the 24 panels have not produced electricity. I have placed multiple service calls and complaints. Each time it takes the company 2-4 weeks to get someone out to our house. Each time they fail to fix the problem. It is now December and I am no closer to a complete system than I was on day 1.
Insulting salesman turned us off, fast! If it's too good to be true, you know.

Sales person Adam shows up with no mask
Sales person Adam shows up with no mask..no identification and no introduction. Had no written information about the product...and accused me of being a tree killer because I wanted written nfo. Quoted me a huge amount for a system that included battery back up...trying to upsale me because I asked about what happened when the power went off. Then quotes me another price...when I told him I wanted to do some research he said the price was only good right then...he was argumentative during the presentation and insulting. It felt very scam like...
Company does not returns calls only after the third call or when you threatened to cancel contract
Company does not returns calls only after the third call or when you threatened to cancel contract. Contracting people come late and unprepared. Sometimes they don't show up. They took two months and a half to do the work and they didn't do it like they were supposed to. They didn't do a concrete slab for the on the ground solar panels installation like stated when we signed up. They left the trash and we called three times in a period of a week and a half and still waiting for an answer. But already got the email and call that our first payment will be in Dec. We Do NOT recommend this company.
I'm very disgusted with this company and Adam their sales rep
I'm very disgusted with this company and Adam their sales rep. I was told I would save money. Well as it turns out, I'm paying Service Finance $160.00 a month and my electric bill last month was $115.00. Prior to getting solar my Avg electric bill was $150.00 a month so my total electric is savings is $35.00 a month, add cost of system $160.00 and it's nearly costing $200.00 a month and that's for the next 20 years. I'm on a fixed income and this really hurt. I think the practices o Sun Tech should be investigated for misrepresenting the benefit of solar and the integrity of their business practices should looked into. I wonder how many other people's their impacting that don't report it? Shameful!

This company gave me experience to have ALL the sales pitch RECORDED
This company gave me experience to have ALL the sales pitch RECORDED. They are absolutely fraudulent and give deceitful information. They were quick to take money and tell us that these solar panels were going to be "saving" us money on our electrical bill. Furthermore, that we would get "credits" back from the FPL. Not so...our electrical bills have been 50 - 80 cheaper...and we are still paying $167. This is BS. Buyer beware! Do your homework, and research. These guys appeared at our doorstep and we fell for this con hook, line and sinker! Now try to get a return call from them...just not happening. Thank goodness none of our friends and family were referred to this scam company... Will be taking further action in the near future if nothing is resolved...

This company is HORRIBLE - the WORSE experience we have ever had in dealing with home improvement companies in the Tampa Bay area
This company is HORRIBLE - the WORSE experience we have ever had in dealing with home improvement companies in the Tampa Bay area. We had to have our panels taken off so that we could get a new roof replaced - we received MULTIPLE different invoice charges - the first was to take them off and put them on for $4,941.72 (almost 1/3 the cost of our original panel installation). When they came out to take them off we were charged/paid $1,240.00 on May 6th. We have continued since the middle of June to both emails to the owner (Scott B.) and calls to the office in an attempt to schedule this company to COME BACK to reinstall our panels. Our last communication with "NICKY" at the end of August mentioned "she was contacting the group that would be putting them back up and would contact us - we ARE STILL waiting for the following a month and a half later... never got a call back, no emails, no follow ups nothing - this company "gets paid" and gets client / call back and customer service amnesia. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone even someone I was mad at.

In 2017, we had this company install 31 panels on our southern exposure of our tile roof
In 2017, we had this company install 31 panels on our southern exposure of our tile roof . Our home was 2 years old at that time. We called them a few months after their completion of the job with some general information questions. We were told someone would call. No call was ever made from them to us. ( My wife does not work outside the home and we have a message recorder on our phone). About a year after installation, we called Sun Tec Solar to inquire about their service agreement. Again, no return call from them. About a year after that call, we called them because of a potential problem with the system they installed. Again, no answer in return. Which brings us to the present... We had a water leak from a heavy rain. A roofer told us it was undoubtedly coming from the anchors from the top three solar voltaic collector panels or the junction box which penetrates the roof. We called Sun Tec Solar as we would need them to remove the 3 panels. We tried several calls throughout the morning as this is a pressing issue. This time nobody would even answer their business phone! So, we called a solar company with great reviews. They analyzed the problem as the junction box. (Was leaking like a strainer) Sun Tec had not used a sealer at the point of roof penetration, instead just putting grout around the opening. In the Florida heat, grout will flex, crack and crumble. Even a non professional roofer knows that! So STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, in my opinion.
I bought a solar hot water heater and attic fan around 5 yrs ago for $15,000
I bought a solar hot water heater and attic fan around 5 yrs ago for $15,000...after installation the techs left with no explanation about the system...so for 5 yrs I assumed I had solar hot water...the only reason I called the co back was because the shed they put the hot water heater in was falling apart...they said they no longer installed hot water heaters but still serviced them and I should get it flushed for $160...when the techs arrived they informed me that the hot water heater was running on electricity...since I never touched it I'm assuming the solar panel was never activated...they flushed the system for $160 and said I needed a new overflow tank for another $125...Mike was very knowledgeable and soon had the system working ...he explained everything and I was just happy to finally have solar hot water...it ran well for a day then it was cloudy and rainy for 3 days and I had to switch on the electricity again...when I turned off the power the solar never came back on...so I called the co again and asked for Mike to come back out, but they sent some kid out who started playing with my breaker panel and said there was no electricity going to the system and I would have to hire an electrician...are you kidding me? why would the hot water heater work if there was no electricity going to the system? I called back several times...at first they said they would get back to me by the following week, now they won't even return my calls...$15,000 for nothing!
This company has multiple issues!
This company has multiple issues! It has been 5 months since I notified them of issues with solar system and still not resolved. They never return phone calls. Most recent issue, we had to have the roof replace and contacted them to remove the solar panels. The roofing company told us the number of days it would take, I called Sun Tec to schedule the removal and also scheduled the reinstall. Sun Tec did the uninstall and stored the panels and hardware in our garage. The day before the re-install I got a confirmation call and I reminded them to not forget to bring the technology card that hasn't been resolved from a 5 month old previous call. Then 7 minutes later, I get a call telling me that they can't come to re-install because the "manufacturer" sent the wrong "mounts". I told her all the equipment was in our garage and she said no it wasn't because mounts can not be re-used. She said her parts manager was on the phone with the manufacturer and she would give me a call back when he got off the phone. Two and half hours later, I called them back, Ashley, with whom I was speaking, had gone home at 4:00. She had assured me that they had ordered the correct part, my response was, if it was manufacturer mistake, they should be able to FED EX the parts immediately. The next day I called Sun Tec again, mid-morning, and mentioned the fact I had not received a return phone call. She said wold check with the manager about what was decided...she returned to say her manager was not in and she would let me know in 24-48 hours when we could try to reschedule. I said 2 days to talk to your manager before we can reschedule. Ridiculous. I called the manufacturer and they had no information about "mounts" needed to re-install the solar panels. Again this is just the most recent issue...there are many previous issues. During their inadequacies, we pay for Electric AND Solar. Instead of saving money, we are paying double and they could care less. Just FYI, Solar Edge is the manufacturer. If you are considering solar, My opinion: STAY AWAY from Sun Tec or Solar Edge. SOLAR PANELS AND HARDWARE STILL IN OUR GARAGE! FYI.. I would give them zero STARS, but we have to use at least one.

PLEASE! PLEASE!
PLEASE! PLEASE! Don't waste your time with this company, I have wasted over 6months waiting for these guys to get their head out of their ***. I bought a house that these guys surprisingly installed solar panels. At first it took a month of calling everyday just to get some one on the phone to asked if I could get information on what's on my roof and 2 months later they send only a solar hot water heater expert at $160 just to show up, I have to wait another month for a kid contractor to show up. He couldn't even complete the job and still wanting to get paid another $160, for not even finishing the job (who gets paid for un-finishing a jobs?). Come to find out I just need a simple warrantee part swapped out and these fools cant even show up to appointment and finish the warrantee process. Schedule multiple new appointments then the excuses come (one of our guys broke down and our other guy has got to go save another employee [that's what tow trucks do, right?], department is having technical problem and the whole department is shut down, yet the next receptionist say I don't see anything going wrong with the department, ask for boss, office manager, owner, somebody that gives a ***.. I'm still waiting and still no answer) still no one can tell me if a tech is coming to an scheduled appointment or not and I got to wait from noon to 4pm. For no one to show up who do I send my bill to? or who is the boss and how the *** can I get inverter board serviced? Looking below don't give no excuses about Covid-19 because the cable company, water company, USPS, UPS, my place of business shows up or keeps customer informed. I sill vow to call everyday just to talk to the *** office manager/boss. I need a new job and I sure as *** single handily could run your company while being blind missing two hands and a leg and still run the company better then the *** you have put me threw. Any lawyers out there how do I get compensated for *** companies that waste your time plus your not saving any money with solar panels if its not working properly. I believe just dealing with this company I'm owed $2,000.00+ but I'm sure I'll get a bill. IS IT POSSIBLE TO GET HELP WITH SOLAR? Saddest part of everything I still don't know what's on my roof.

A story and a review
A story and a review.
The company: SunTec Solar.
Aggressive sales tactics.
Unprofessional salesman Justin P.
Threatening behavior and anger towards client.
Awful company policy regarding targeting elderly clients.
Outcome:
Police investigation was conducted and no trespass order given against employee and any and all representatives of Sun-Tec Solar.
Salesman tried to sell my elderly father a solar array with a 25 year loan, no real Information pertaining to the array, the kilowatt per hour production, or the final cost, just a silly "we have a great program & this is will be good for you, just sign here and trust me you'll love it." sales pitch.
The company cold called
My dad and he booked an appointment with them for information about solar panels.
Instead the sales rep wanted my dad to sign it within an hour and a half of their first meeting, which obviously is a super aggressive sale tactic and my dad got the feeling this guy wasn't going to take no for an answer.
My dad is not a confrontational type, and was uncomfortable with the sales rep so my dad stated he wanted a contract on paper and that his printer wasn't working. The sales rep said he would go back to the office print out the contract and come right back.
That's where I come in,
Dad called told me what was going on and asked I call the sales rep and ask for more information, so I could give my dad my opinion of the sale rep and the whole situation which dad deemed sketchy, which I did.
Within 45 seconds of my call, the sales rep went from surprised a perspective clients son was calling him minutes after he had left to threatening me for questioning him and ruining his deal.
I asked if he had just told my dad, a 80 year old man he was coming back with a contract for a 25 year loan to pay for a solar array he hadn't even shown him real information yet.
The sale rep kept cutting me off and got louder and louder refusing to listen to me, answer my question or to let me get a word in edgewise as he kept spouting nonsense like, "this isn't a loan it's an investment".
I kept asking him to stop talking over me and he started acting like a child mocking me and playing repeat with me, literally repeating everything I said in a unprofessional manner.
Then I said, I and likewise my dad were not going to be interested in doing business with him if this was how he was going to act and as he kept screaming at me. I then let him know he wasn't going to allowed back to my dads house.
And that's when the sales rep lost it. He stated your dad's a grown *** man he can call me and ask me not to come back, & your lucky your not here right now I'd kick your ***. I'm going back and he's signing this contract.
I hung up and texted him not to contact me or my father again...
I also in a text stated to him I was going to alert the police to make sure that he didn't go back to my dads house and that I was gonna call his office and let them know about his unprofessional and threatening behavior.
But then he texted me back... with weird meme's.
Seriously... like a angry child, so unprofessional.
I followed through and called the police, they did a well being check on my dad the rep had not returned, and my dad gave the police the story and information so a no trespass could be sent to the company and the employee.
Then I called the main office to report the employee's threat on my person, and personally let them know about the police involvement.
Part 2 The company's response.
Manager Scott Bs first response was to question and deflect my concerns when I told him about the employee threatening me.
Not wanting to believe his employee had wished I was there so he could kick my ***.
Or that he was going back to my dad house after he was asked not to thus creating a genuine concern for my dad's safety.
I explained to the manager, that to walk in and aggressively ask a elderly person to sign a contract without properly explaining or showing on paper how the array or the loan worked could be seen as a predatory tactic especially since it was a 25 year loan.
That and my 80 year old dad had concerns regarding it being the type of loan that puts a lean on your home (like a PACE loan) and if he died before he was 105 then I would be stuck paying off that loan before I could sell the house...
But... I explained...the real issue was when I questioned the sale rep, the employee had threatened me.
The manager replied no you don't see, a lot of these elderly folk don't mind the loan being 25 years long because what they are buying leaves the world in a better greener place, and after they are gone, it'll be making the world a better place for their kids and grandchildren.
I just thought wow, you really drank the company kool-aid sales pitch there haven't ya...
I explained to him my dad had concerns and that after reading the excuses, deflections and down right blaming the customers written by their company as responses to the 30 ComplaintsBoard.com complaints about them in the last 3 years alone, that we didn't have to agree with how a business should work or if a company's policy and business practices of preying on the elderly and pressure selling them Something they probably don't need, will never pay off in their lifetime, putting their kids on the hook and complicating a probate case later was ethical or not...
Or how believing this kind of shameful philosophy helped you sleep at night or not, didn't matter or was my point.
I explained again...the real issue was when I questioned the sale rep, the employee had threatened me.
And the police were on there way to my dad's to record his statement and that a no trespass was going to happen, so he may want to call the employee before his employee called or texted me or possibly showed up at my dad's again.
The manager asked if I blocked the employees number, and I said if your employee is that stupid and calls me again I want evidence to file charges, so no I did not block his number.
I wished the manager well in life and said I hope he speaks with his employee and maybe he and the company could use this as a learning experience to train new employees what NOT to do...
And maybe rethink the whole company philosophy of preying on the elderly thing...
But somehow... I doubt it...
Who knows?

Solar panels not working Since May 2023
I first realized in May of this year my panels weren't working, when the power bill came..Since then I've been calling and trying to get my panels back up and running, with no luck. Power bills have been over $500 a month. We are now in October and Suntec keeps responding with, we are waiting on a part. Meanwhile I have been paying the most expensive summer bills since being a homeowner. I also singed up with their monthly maintenance plan of $19.99 and paid $200 for a part months ago I have yet seen installed. I have forked out over $1200 additional dollars since my panels have been down! I would like some kind of retribution from Suntec and my panels back up asap!
Desired outcome: Retribution/refund of parts and maintenance plan and panels back up and running asap.My contact # [protected]

Reinstall solar panels on roof Since June we have attempted via phone and email to have this company scheduled to come back out and reinstall our panels they removed for us in May for a new roof. We have had to contact the CEO via personal email and have received "confirmation" back in late August from "Nicki" that the installation group would reach out and schedule and here it is 10/16 and zero follow up, zero schedule. This company has customer service amnesia

Need solar panels re-installed after a re-roof In early July, Sun-Tec took down my solar panels so that I could have a new roof installed. I started calling them as soon as the job was complete. Only after filing several complaints did they contact me and schedule a re-install. The morning of the scheduled re-install, they called and canceled the appointment. I have left multiple messages with them to get them to call me back and re-schedule. The only thing they seem to respond to are complaints filed on the internet.

Solar panel leaked on roof
Solar panel leaked on roof. Called company for over week no return calls. Only 1 1/2 yrs old. On 6.14.20 water began to pour off of my roof from solar panel. *** The purchase date was 1.31.18. The Rep was Kenneth B. The payment amount ended up being ridiculously expensive at $11,987.00. Part of it was a credit for taxes-$3596.00. I ended up having to pay interest on what should have been a credit for solar energy bc I ended up owing taxes that year. I am still paying off this water heater. But real issue is I have called them for over a week for service with NO return calls at all to remedy my problem. Can't get a return call to fix a warrantied product.

I have 18 solar panels that are supposed to generate electric installed January
I have 18 solar panels that are supposed to generate electric installed January . I have had several repairs including the inverter since install. Solar Edge failure to timely monitor function and report to solar tech has caused me very high electric bills. Solar Tech's failure to repair in a timely manner, is responsible for all of this. They claim the inverter is on order, it should be stocked since it has failed several times already. This time it's month of waiting. No Phone contact can be made no emergency number is provided nobody in the Company is available. This is not excerptible since the cost of the Panel is supposed to be offset by saving on electricity. The production of electric is supposed to be monitored and available to me but it is not being done. I find out by an electric bill over $185. The company is not doing there job after paying well over $21,000.00 For the Panels and not getting what I paid for.

Contracted with them to remove and reinstall solar panels
Contracted with them to remove and reinstall solar panels. Had to replace the roof. Contracted with them to take off and reinstall because I had to replace roof. They came out the beginning of May and took panels off. Call them after the roof replaced and they came out to reinstall. The first time they came out they could not figure out where the panels went. So they came again out to finish reinstallation but did not get all the panels up. Call continuously in June and July finally they called me and set up appointment for August 18. They were no show on the18 of August and did not call the cancel the appointment. I started calling again. No response til the 1st of September when they finally called me. They set up an appointment for September 15. They did not show up or call. I have being calling everyday since then. I am retired and have been very patience for months and would just like my system up and running. It is also costing me money without my system. Some months I had credit on my electric bill.

Our solar panels stopped working over 3 months ago
Our solar panels stopped working over 3 months ago. Difficult to get them to answer the phone, emails, scheduled service calls are incomplete. 3 months ago, (August 16,2020) after many calls and emails we were given a service date a month out. Service tech couldnt reach manufacturer of inverter because it was a Saturday. Another appt a month out. Inverter ordered. Appt a month out. On the day of the appt,, I got a call saying the inverter hadn't arrived from the manufacturer. There have been many calls or emails that go unanswered. they have one excuse after another,I suspect they are going out of business. Meanwhile we've financed thousands of dollars for panels that don't work. Marcus M. from ***@suntecsolarenergy.com responded to my first email, after that, no response. XXXXXXXXXX is the phone number. #XXXXXXX is the only "number" on my contract, which I'll provide if you need it. I would like them to work like the salesman said they would on January 3,2019, or at least generate some energy. They stopped working 18 months after installation.

We were sold a solar powered attic vent
We were sold a solar powered attic vent. The vent began to leak in the attic the end of December. They no-showed 7 appts to fix it, damage is ongoing. December 19 we noticed discoloration of our living room ceiling indicating a roof leak. We climbed into the attic to see where it was coming from and found the solar attic vent purchased and installed by Sun-Tec Solar was the source of the leak. After contacting them about the warranty repair, they no-showed 5 appointments and it took 5 months to get somebody out. The repairman that showed up said they did a terrible job sealing the vent when they installed it. He claimed to have repaired it and left. Around a month later we heard dripping water and climbed back into the attic to find the attic fan was again leaking. We again reached out to Sun-Ten to have it fixed again. They've now no-showed us 2 additional appointments and it still remains a problem. We've taken all actions we can on our part to mitigate further damage but if Sun-Tec doesn't follow through with the contract warranty, I will take them to court for breech of contract.

today is May 8th and my solar panel stopped working February 25th
today is May 8th and my solar panel stopped working February 25th. I was not notified of this issue until i got an elevated utility bill. I was never notified that my solar panel was not working for over a month. i assumed my electric bill was elevated due to the pandemic and being home more. I call suntec the 2nd to last week of April and was told that they couldn't send anyone out because of the restrictions. Now 3 weeks later i have to pay $160 fee for a tech to look at the product they installed on top of the cost for of the solar panel and an inflated utility bill. This is not my first issue with this company. my solar panels were installed in august and i was responsible for making payments in june for a product i didnt have. I was told that the process would take no longer than 2 months which took months to complete. when i called the tech who installed my system to ask about my system not working he said he no longer works there because the boss took all of the money and didn't pay him for weeks of service. This is a nightmare experience I am having heightened by this pandemic we are going through as well.

My complaint is re: illegal phone calls and texts from Sun-Tec
My complaint is re: illegal phone calls and texts from Sun-Tec. I am on the DNC registry. I am on the national Do Not Call registry and have been since 2009. I did not ask for solar and never opted in to receive calls. I was first called from a spoofed number at 12:57 PM on Feb. 19th and was solicited from Henry. When I asked for the company name he gave me a vague answer of Florida Energy. He wouldn't give me a website - would only set an appointment for someone to come to my house to discuss solar. I asked why they called from a spoofed number, to which he informed me that they use an autodialer. He then switched me to a manager named Nick who again confirmed that an autodialer was used. I repeatedly asked for a website because I was skeptical about a company who hides their identity when calling. Because they wouldn't give me further information I set an appointment for them to come to my house so I could ascertain who the actual company was. After setting the appointment they started sending me texts from an autodialer regarding the upcoming appointment. Again, I never gave them permission to call or text me. I would like LSCI or Sun-Tec to contact me regarding this situation so we can resolve it.

THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM!
THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM! Spent $27,000 no instructions, broken meter since12/19, high bills, won't return calls. Want electric reimbursement. This company is a total scam. They sold us a solar system for around $27,000 and never did an in service on how to monitor the system and I kept calling Duke why we were getting such high electric bills. We finally got in touch with the salesman who has since quit and he was able to get someone out in May to look at the system. What they found is that the meter hasn't been working since December! It took them three weeks to supposedly get the part and another three weeks to get it installed this past Saturday 6/27. I spoke to a Lee while the technician was there and she promised to call me Monday today 6/29 to discuss this entire nightmare situation and I told her I wanted compensation for the electric bills that we've had to pay. When it got close to noon and no call I called and asked to speak to her. I was told that she'd get a message and call me back. Then when it got to 3:45 and no call I called back and had to leave a message on her voicemail and I told her that if I didn't get a call today that I was going to file a complaint with the ComplaintsBoard.com, post reviews on the internet and slam them any and every way I can. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SCAM COMPANY!

I wanted to get solar energy to lower my electric bill
I wanted to get solar energy to lower my electric bill. Suntech came out. Salesman by name of Adam D. came out. We went over everything, reviewe Reviewed a years worth of electric Bill's to see how many panels I would need. He even called past customers to show me their Bill's were around $10 a month. I was misinformed and lied to about what to expect. I paid $29,321.00 at that time, no loan. After the sale it was almost impossible to get help. I stated numerous times that only around $100 coming off my bill. I called FPL and they stated I needed double the panels for that. They did nothing to help. I've had a lot of bolts come off and called and texted Adam's boss. Never would reply. My bill this month is almost $300. Then they convinced me it was my hot water. Once again I paid almost $10k. No change. No one will come out to check anything unless I pay a hefty service charge. Also, they were installing my panels up til 11:00 pm. Moved over insulation and left it. Called numerous times about how they did not tell me the truth. They didnt care. So I have spent almost 40k and there has been no real change in my bill at all. I am so upset at the money I spent, being told I would only have a $10 electric bill. That's the only reason I had it installed. Now I know from others I've been scammed and I'm a single mom. I'm so upset at the deceit and being lied to at what I was supposed to be receiving. I installed 18 panels...

I am paying more now than before I had panels
I am paying more now than before I had panels. One payment to FPL other to financial inst. who approved us. I will now compare the cost of the unit versus what FPL would charge, these are all hard mathematical numbers that are just matter-of-factly. For the period of 4/27-5/27: Solar system produced: 933.68KWh at $0.1101/KWh - the solar system is producing $102.79/mo during some of the highest-yield months we have. For this purpose we will use the amount - $102.79 FPL sold me 1416KWh at the rate of $0.1101 cents/hr which is $128.53 This equals $128.53 (FPL billed rate) plus the $102.79 worth of energy your system made would mean my bill would have been $231.32. That is the total cost out of my pocket that the energy from 4/27-5/27 should have cost. This is what it is now: $128.53 power paid for to FPL $100.00/mo paid to the finance company to cover $102.79 in solar energy provided - very close, very fair. The finance company now wants me to pay $160ish/month, on top of what would be $128.53 making it around $288 dollars give or take $15 this is absolutely unacceptable in any capacity whatsoever. I am getting $102.79 in energy from the system, and I am expected to pay $160/mo for it. EVEN when the 20% adjustment is made, it bring it down to $111.00-range I was told, by the finance company, still 10-15% HIGHER than what it would cost WITHOUT the system on my roof, which is beginning to 100% be more costly than just having FPL originally. I am not paying 120%+ for GREEN energy, either A) Come put solar panels on my house to bring my power production up to match the $160/mo I am going to start paying ($100/mo is what it makes, so that is 60% more panels actually - and the finance company gave an ultimatum) -OR- B) Take all the solar panels off the house and discontinue my finance agreement which was entered into under false claims and promises. I never received the tax credit that I was told I would get and Suntec said my payments would remain the same at 80.00 a month. Now this is not true. The finance co. wants over 8k to bring payments to 120.00 a month. Not what was promised me initially. Suntec did not represent the deal honestly. Also the panels were not put in the place initially promised. They did give me 4 more panels which were put in the front of my home and still the output is not what was promised as far as my savings go. Yes they are working properly but we were misled as to the panels efficiency. They were installed Oct 2018 and we were told to wait a year to see what the savings would be. Now 18 months later we are told by the finance co. that we need to pay 160.00 a month. When I asked how to bring payments down to the 80.00 per month they told me over 8k in a lump sum payment but it would only bring it down to 120.00 a month. Nothing is working as stated originally by the salesman or anything else.

I was put on night mode by this company. Now they tell my wife tha that they have to send. A tech. To switch it to day mode costing around 200 dollars. They said only a tech can switch it back. Now if only a tech can switch it, then it stands to reason that they were the ones that switched it to night mode in the first place.
