scam - took the money and did not deliver the flowers
I ordered flowers to be sent to my friend on SATURDAY - 09/22/2018.
I placed the order on 9/21/2018 - due to their same delivery advertisement.
They called at 11 am on Saturday to report that they could not deliver the flowers till Monday.

On their website, Flowershopping.com offers Sunday delivery; they charge $9.95 extra for this service. I bought an overpriced bouquet for my daughter to be delivered on her birthday (a Sunday [I paid the extra charge]), but they delivered them on the Saturday before. They did not voluntarily refund the money for the Suday delivery until I complained to their customer service. This may seem trivial, but the practice of falsely advertising a service, and charging extra for that, is poor business practice from any perspective, save their own, especially for something that is not a necessity, but a nicety.

I called the day before a delivery and placed an order. I was told, no problem, it would be delivered. I called twice the next day to check on the order and was told no worries, they deliver until 6:30. I called once more to check on the order and was told it wouldn't be delivered today, now too late to place an order with another florist. I had to contact you to find out it wasn't delivered. Ruined my birthday surprise, the customer service center really could care less. Horrible way to do business, you've lost mine.

Flowers were ordered on 7/2/18 at 11am for same day delivery. I have a written confirmation from them. Later in the day I received an additional email stating that they were unable to fulfill there commitment because the flower shop in Seattle that they assigned the order to was too backed up to fill the order and or deliver it. I next got a phone call from a male at the company stating that the flowers would be delivered early the next morning before the business in the building closed for an early 4th weekend. I call back and asked for a credit on the same day delivery charges. So on 7/3 the delivery of the flowers was not made until 11:45 that the business was closed at 11:30. I call to express my disappointment. The customer service agents name was Diana. She was the rudest person I have ever spoken with in my life. She told me I would have to pay an additional $10 if I waned the flowers delivered. I said no simply cancel my order. She then informed me I would be charged an additional $18 for canceling my order. I said no that I would not authorize any additional charges to my card and was going to report them to my credit card company as fraud. Ten minutes into the call she told me we were on a recorded line. I told her good, her management team need to here just how rude she had been. I told her good-bye and hung up. I little while later I got another call from the company I believe from a Christine. To arguing that I had to pay the additional charges for re delivery or or pay an additional $18 for cancellation. She actually I believe lied to me about the delivery time as it was different then what the first person told me . She then back peddled and told me she did not have her notes in front of her at the time. What! She called me! I again told her that I was reporting their company as fraud to my credit card company. I next wrote a complaint to the company's customer service department. Next I received an email from Aleana stating again I had to pay an additional $18 for canceling an order that was never delivered. I wrote her back, gave her my Lawyer's name and phone number and ask that her company stop calling and spamming me. Well today 7/4 I can see that the company did not only charge me $57.76 and did not refund my same day delivery fee but they also charged me an additional $18.

Ordered flowers to be delivered to Gaylord, KS for Mother's Day on the Wednesday prior. I received an email confirmation stating that flowers would be delivered. The site did say that delivery could happen within +-3 days of my requested date and that flower arrangement may be substituted, which was perfectly acceptable.
However the day prior to Mother's Day I received conflicting messages, first there was the voicemail stating that they would be delivered but only if I called before the end of their work day because a substitute had to be made OR the the flowers would be delivered as ordered on the Monday AFTER Mother's Day. I did not receive the voicemail until after work hours. But for a second thought this was still ok (not great but reasonable even though the website said substitutes would be made) as long as flowers were received on Monday.
However that relief was short lived when I looked at my email and saw cancellations for the same order made the day of the call.
So on the night before Mother's Day my order was canceled for no other reason than the local flower shop wanted to make substitutions and I needed to say "ok"? I called the flower shopping.com today, May 16th, no flowers have been delivered and money hasn't been refunded yet. I was told that it was the local shop that probably got other orders called in and when I didn't call back they just canceled.
The flowershopping.com website is misleading they should state that individual flower shop may have conflicting policies also clearly state that they are a flower broker not an actual flower shop in the town being searched on and there is a possiblilty that orders will not be filled even after a confirmation and monies exchanged.
flowers/chocolate $160.00
My husband ordered from your site on 5/11 that morning for Mothers day. The site sent a message saying the deliver would be delayed until 5/14 due to Mothers day overwhelming orders. The flowers were not delivered on 5/14 either. So my husband told me he did order flowers and chocolates He said he spent $160.00 for the flowers and chocolate. Today he called to find out why the flowers didn't deliver today either 5/15 and was told they didn't know. He asked what yall were doing and the girl convinced him to cancel. I did not receive anything from him for Mothers day because your deliver policy according to the lady I later spoke with said that YOU DON'T GUARANTEE DELIVERY. What kink of flowers scam are you pulling. This is a flowers delivery service and you do not guarantee a delivery. Wow! I am very disappointed. I did not get flowers for mothers day because of you. Flowers.com always delivers and now we know why yall are different. He pulled up the wrong site. I hope you are happy with your company being such a disappointment in peoples lives. I thought my husband forgot me but instead it was a faulty company that couldn't have even googled a florist locally to get the flowers to me. Promised full refund 3-5 Business days. We will see. plant arrangement
My parents sent me a plant arrangement that they saw online for mother's day and to congratulate me on a significant promotion. They were very excited for me to receive, what they expected would be, a very special arrangement. As always, I sent them a pic of the arrangement I received and I was thankful for their thoughtfulness. My mother nearly cried when she saw what their $100 purchased. I looked up the website and had to agree that what I received did not look anything like what they ordered. There were fewer and different plants, the only similarity in the container was that it was round, and there were supposed to be "lava rocks" that were replaced by moss. I reached out to "flowershopping" and sent a pic of what I had received. They believed that the arrangement was an appropriate substitution and offered a 15% discount. $15? No thanks. Now it's the principal. I would never order through this site. Clearly, they cannot ensure that their florists will deliver what they portray in their pictures. They have taken what was intended to be a joyous moment and turned it into a disappointment. Buyer beware.

I placed an order for this particular flower arrangement on May 4, 2018 to be delivered same day no later than 5:00.. I received an email stating they could not complete the order requested so a substitute would be made very close to the initial order. I will attach a photo of what the substitution that was delivered and in my opinion it was not worth the $158.56 that I paid. I would like to be reimbursed for the arrangement I ordered. The website said guaranteed same day delivery. I ordered for delivery yesterday, Saturday, the day of a just learned about memorial service (to be shipped to the recipient's home, not the service) and was informed this morning that delivery will be put off until Monday. I called customer service and he argued with me that they don't guarantee same day delivery and I told him I was looking at it right there on the screen. He told me to send a screen capture to customer service and "they'd have to honor it" if it was indeed there. So I did, and the reply back was "we can't always offer same day delivery, sorry." Now, I had searched for same day delivery in the city I was sending to, and their site came up with the searched for city in all of the site verbiage with the guarantee next to their BBB symbol (which is a D+ rating, by the way, not the A- they claim). The generic site does not have this verbiage, but the page I found when I searched by city, did. As did the page that links back from the confirmation email they sent. So that was the info I was working off of, and the info they allow to be out there if you search by city. Needless to say, I am frustrated, and all I was offered was a "sorry". That just doesn't cut it.

There is no guarantee, no customer satisfaction, no replies to emails or return phone calls. I ordered from this company on the 6th for a valentines day delivery. The items never arrived. When I emailed, I got one one back saying there would be an investigation and to call a number. I called the number and was on hold for 30 minutes, then told someone would call me back with an update. It never happened. Flowers were never delivered. No communications whatsoever about the delivery. I called back today and was told same thing. A customer service agent would call me. They have high positive reviews on google and their site, but I would suggest they are totally bogus.. Do not order from this company! They are terrible!

I ordered flowers with a keepsake cross for a funeral service from this company. What was delivered was absolutely not what I ordered and the keepsake cross was not even delivered. I also paid for rush services that promised to have them delivered before 2pm because the service was at 3pm. It was delivered around 5pm. I called customer service, but was told they would have to call me back. I still have not received a return call. I was completely ripped off. The picture with the cross is what I ordered. The other pic is what was delivered.

I ordered flowers on Dec 29th to be delivered to a Stamford Hospital in Connecticut after my grandson was born. The order included flowers and a mylar "It's a boy" balloon. The flowers were delivered on Dec. 30th without the balloon. On Dec 30th I contacted them on Dec 30th to let them know...here is their response, "Thank you for contacting FlowerShopping.com. This message is to confirm that we have received your email and are researching your inquiry. We will respond to your inquiry as soon as possible. It is important that you only submit one inquiry about your order."
Ten days passed and I never heard from them. I finally called on Jan 9th and was told that they would need to contact the florist to make sure they could get reimbursed before they reimbursed me! When asked why they never responded to my email I was told they never received it! Hmmm...that's funny because I got an email from you stating you received my email. They agreed to reimburse me for the balloon.

I ordered flowers to be delivered out of town for an associate who preferred to have them delivered to her Mother's funeral service, instead of her home. I called the business phone number provided, and the customer care associate confirmed they would be delivered to the address on the correct date, they were not. I called the phone number once again to find out what happened, and was informed they were not ready in time for delivery so they had cancelled the order. By the end of our conversation, the customer care associate hung up on me, a lovely situation all of the way around.

we ordered premium they sent standard - they claimed to be in richmond hill, ontario canada - they are in fact in the us. they then charge your credit card foreign exchange charges.
we sent a picture of the arrangement - they agreed it was the wrong arrangment. but they drop off of communication - and stall - claiming they will credit your account. it never happens. they new they sent the wrong arrangement - but still charged our card for the full price. then they claimed it was two weeks and they wouldn't be crediting anything to my account.
how do these people get away with this!
i've never had this happen - and i never will again! particularly by these pos's.

Flowers I received looked nothing like the picture on the website. Moreover, some of them weren't fresh and looked rotten. Not a very beautiful bouquet, honestly speaking. And the fact that I had to give these rotten flowers to a young woman made me feel terrible. I contacted FlowerShopping to hear their opinion regarding my situation. But they only gave me their stupid credits I will never use. I went to a local flower store and bought another bouquet. I regret I donated my money for nothing...

Does this company actually deliver flowers? It seems that they don't.
I ordered flowers for a special date and paid them to get the flowers on time when it was needed.
Of course, no one came. Moreover, no one had warned me about this delay, no one had asked me about anything. I am sure, they are very self-esteem people, but when it comes to punctuality and your company reputation, there can be some exceptions, I think.
dead flowers
I received flowers on 10/16/17, three days later, a rose and a daisy were dead, the very next day, all the flowers were dead, dead, dead! I took pictures, because I was flying home a few days later. Customer service rep refused to do anything to make this right because of my tardiness in contacting them. She did tell me to go to the teleflora website for instructions on caring for fresh cut flowers.
I would like a full refund, if I settled for a new arrangement it may be just like the first. 76.81

My flowers never arrived and I can't reach the company.
What happened? Were they shut down or what?
I ordered flowers for the next day delivery and paid extra for this.
I wasn't notified they weren't going to deliver anything or that they were going to delay the delivery. So when the flowers were supposed to be delivered, we got nothing.
I immediately called their customer service (it was around 5 om), and nobody picked up the phone. I thought that maybe everyone went home and called them the next day in the afternoon, but everything was the same.
They keep ignoring me, even though it's been 3 weeks since this incident happened. What the heck is this?

I ordered expensive flowers for my fiance on a special date. Paid extra for an expedited shipping. Decorated everything. And the enormously big bouquet had to be the most important decoration of our little party.
And you ruined everything. Because the bouquet wasn't delivered. Not this day nor another one.
They said they rescheduled the delivery due to the unforeseen circumstances and blablabla. Why the hell I got no any notification about it, huh? I found out it only after I called you. Forgot to mention.
So unprofessional. You will have to refund as soon as possible, or I will take the needed measures against you.
