delayed flight without notice and compensation
I had a flight in flu dubai last night december 24, 2017, boarding in muscat oman to dubai supposedly at 17:05 and arriving in dubai at 18:10. However i got a really bad experience, as we departed from oman at 22:53 already and we landed dubai at 12:30. Worst ever experience as the crew at the airport doesn't care about what we feel. I am already at the airport at 14:00 as i don't want to miss my flight. I've waited for 9 hours and when i ask for an in charged or a manager to complain, the crew just answer me that they are not available anymore and just log a complain on the site. (wow) how can i have necessary and quick action if i will log a complain on the site? i've miss my appointments because of the delay and their is no compensation given on the delay. What a worst experience in fly dubai.

Nobody entertained me for lodging complaint about lost bag. After
hectic efforts I have succeeded to lodged complaint and got File

to 3 hours at Madina Airport.
I was very disturb and in a very serious tension because of with out
clothing and my medicine as a heart patient. I had a two trip of Air
Port from Hotel for inquiring the lost bag because nobody can attend
on phone / language problem.
Now I want some Compensation from your Air line about my tense 2 days.
Eagerly waiting your positive response immediately other wise I can
exercise Legal Notice of USD 10, 000/ compensation for tension /
disturbance I have received during stay at Madina.

I had purchased 2 tickets from there online portal on 24th Nov 2017 (Friday) . 2 passengers coming from Karachi Dubai Karachi. One ticket they acknowledged and sent the confirmation. The second one they cannot track the payment. Although the money was deducted and reflects on my Enbd statement they still cannot find it. Enbd said its been decucted from their account and sent already. Its the 4th day today and when i call their customer service all they can say is that we will escalate the matter and there is nothing more that they can do. After begging to speak to a supervisor yesterday he called me and said that by morning it will be sorted. Today morning its the same story. The flight is tomorrow and still we have to go and do the OK TO BOARD.
The tickets are more expensive now and they advised me to wait.
Isnt there anyone who can sort this matter out. Its been 96hrs and still they cant find the payment

My friends and I were travelling back home on the 03rd of November after the Arbaeen walk in Karbala from Najaf Intl Airport to Dubai Intl Airport via FlyDubai - flight number FZ- 8228 which was scheduled to leave at 13:15 however it got delayed by 08 hours initially hours and we had to spend most of our day confused in the airport as the airline staff were very vague and unhelpful regarding the rescheduled flight times. One person in our group was injured and was in a wheelchair yet we did not receive any assistance from the airline staff. We were promised a lunch meal and it was not given to us due to which we had to spend our own money to leave the airport and go back to our accommodation in the city for proper food and rest. When we came back in the evening at 6:00PM we were again told that the flight was delayed until midnight. We were extremely tired and disappointed at this point which is why I would like to be compensated for all our expenses that arose due to the delay and for the meals that we were promised but had not gotten.
Moreover, when we approached the person at the check-in counter Mr. Yasir, he promised us that all our baggage would be loaded into the flight however when we started checking in Mr Yasir was no longer on the shift and the other person refused to help us even though we mentioned that we had already been promised help.
I hope that you will take this matter into consideration and ensure that such issues do not arise in the future.

I was traveling to Jeddah from Dubai on 10 Nov'17 with my wife. We had a seat together and at the end shuffled our seats and made us separate. I sope to the crew about this and he refused to help and instead starter shouting at us. This was my worst experience ever in a Flight. His name was Mohamed and from Egypt I believe.
He threatened to offload me. Why would Flydubai ever recruit such people. This was pitty and I would never prefer neither recommend Flydubai to anyone.

I want to share my poor experience with crew named Maria and Elena from flight FZ978 from Min Vody to Dubai on 11/ 11/2017. Both displayed full disrespect, unprofessional behavior, were totally rude, arrogant, sarcastic. It's a disaster image of your company. I love fly dubai and I use it often. But after that flight I was absolutely disappointed and disgusted by the horrible behavior of Maria, and even worse the purser named Elena from Romania. Purser must be a person who is the row model and highly knowledgeable, educated or at least has common sense and be able to solve issue not to make it bigger and uglier!
I was resting trying to sleep when Maria approached my neighbors sitting in A and B seats, my sit was C. Maria was leaning on the back of the seat in front of me and waving her elbows in front of my face almost touching it. I was very aware of her actions as I had only just had rhinoplasty two days earlier and was being protective of my face. She made me feel very uncomfortable and not paying attention or trying to bother herself to show care that she tries to keep a distance. I asked her if she can be careful, where she exclaimed at me that " how difficult to please everyone" and making the face grimace like I was bothering her and have no right to sit on my place. I was totally shocked! instead of receiving apologies and nice smile, I received full disrespect and negligence . I asked her name for my feedback and she came back after 2 Min talking in hysterical voice that she will give me the email address where I can share my complaint. I answered that It's ok, I know where to find it. Here I guess she understood that she made a mistake and again no apologies... she came back again after 1 Min with piece of tissue and written email address. I repeated again that I didn't ask for it and I just want her to leave me alone. After 5 Min Maria started shouting while standing in the corridor asking help of another crew member to serve the order for my neighbors and Supervisor Elena brought the order for my neighbors . Then on purpose, she started to theatrically wave her hand right in my face, even closer than Maria did, with a sarcastic smile on her face. It was obvious that she was trying to let me down and make me even more uncomfortable. She start talking in Italian to my russian neighbors... no comments, no sense in this behavior, only if she tried to look smart or pretend she doesn't speak English ... stretching time and asking them some questions which they couldn't understand since they don't speak Italian and continue waiving her hand in front of my face . Her body language is absolutely unprofessional and inappropriate. Another crew member Ramzi came across at least trying to understand the situation. He was the only one who tried to be nice and apologized. Later he offered coffee/tea to me. Where purser Elena was standing without any effort to apologies neither for her staff behavior nor hers. Both of them create horrible experience of the flight and the image of the Fly Dubai. They definitely need extra course of hospitality. They don't deserve to have a job with Fly Dubai.
P.s. Grooming is disaster, especially purser Elena, messy hair, vulgar make up. Maria uniform is not ironed. Regards Elena Davydova

Am Khalid Habib, Emirati from Dubai I travelled to Bahrain for 1 day on 4th oct 17 and return was on next day . I booked through an agency which is nadalshiba travel & tourism LLC . Due to a family emergency I couldn't come back to Dubai on my return flight and chatched for the earliest airline and came to Dubai earlier. rude flight crew member (flight no. 864) from dammam to dubai

In Wednesday, 25/7/2017, 16:45 Dammam Time. Delayed Flight No.FY846. An old Saudi man asked one of the crew member to use the toilet while the plan is being prepared for take off. The old Saudi man kept asking to use the toilet in Arabic language and said I have diabetes disease and he can't speak english and keep saying " No english, no english" for the member crew. The member crew insulted him by asking him, do you speak Russian?!The Saudi old man didn't understand that and looked at me in order to explain something for the crew member. I translated what is he need and why he needs to use the toilet. The member crew opened for him the toilet door and he muttered in Arabic language! After a while, this member crew showed that he speaks Arabic!. At that time I've been shocked and said for the him" you must be more respectful with who older than you not to underestimate or mock and Why you did not explain for the old Saudi man that", He said " What is wrong with you?", I said " Don't talk with me is better for you because we are almost to take off please".
Then, I think he called the Captain directly, I don't know what did he say for him. unfortunately the Captain did not come back to me or even sent one of the head of flight attendants to inquire or to talk, It seems captain decision has been taken already to talk with security and go back from taxi!
I did not rise my voice front of anyone when the airport security came to take me such as a guilty guy! It was embarrassing for me I was polite and respect the captain as he was talking with security once I were out of plan I did not rise my voice never front of him as he is our leader right now but his decision has been taken to prevent me to complete my flight to Dubai. I was fully upset from inside but I kept my self in calmness.
Why the captain did not send a head of the flight attendants to investigate!? Where is the professionalism!?
All security people in King Fahd Airport stand with me but they said this is a Captain decision. And I respect that and them in order to avoid more delay.

Quite often I fly with FlyDubai and as usually I'm happy with their service (especially Call center, always helpful and professional), except my last flight from Dubai to Kiev on 20th of Oct flight #FZ 727. The flight attendant Hola was quite rude, unpolite, with very bad attitude. She was abusive to passengers who don't speak English well. The way how she works looks that she doesn't like her job and like she comes not to work, but just to spend her time. She was pushing with her [censor] all passengers. I understand that there's not much space between seats, but still it's possible to manege... Kindly provide her with extra customer service training, maybe after she will learn atleast how to smile and say "sorry". Thank you

My mom and two more people were flying from Mineralnye Vody to Dubai and got delaid by customs so they had to miss the flight that night. The tickets were booked by an agency and when they approached the Fly Dubai desk at the airport and were refused any help rebooking the flight. We had to rebook the flights for the following week and also pay the penalty fee for changing the date. The penalty fee amount and the date change exceeded the amount we paid for the tickets! I ended up paying 7, 000 dhs for 2 tickets from Mineralnye Vody to Dubai! This isn't the first experience that is horrible with this airline that we had in a past. We just don't have any choice as this is the only flight in the area.

To Whom it may concern,
Following our recent flight from Tbilisi we felt it impossible not to complain as the experience just kept going for bad to worse.
Here are the issues we have with the flight and Fly Dubai
1) Excess baggage - An additional 20 kgs was booked for our flight and thought this would cover both legs of our journey but discovered when we checked in for the return flight that we were not covered for our suitcase.
We had to pay and additional $123 as we had 16 kg to return to the UAE with.Common sense tells me if I am taking 20kgs away with me I will be bringing it back. At no point when I was booking was I prompted or told that I had to pay this for both flights, if i had been told I would have paid it as it was only around 100 AED
To add to this when I went to pay the excess i was told this is the most common complaint / misunderstanding the company has. This infuriated me as this implies that you are happy to allow customer to continue to make this mistake and take their hard earned money every time. Something needs to be done about your online booking and it has to be made clear to customers how this works
2) Flight delay - Around 30 minutes after boarding the plane we were told we were being delayed due to 3 passengers who had not cleared security. Around 30 minutes later 16 new passengers turned up and it was an utter shambles. The flight crew had no idea what was going on and took 20 minutes at least to seat the additional passengers. I can only assume that these customers had booked last minute so Fly Dubai were happy to delay the flight and upset the customers on board soi they could get as much income from the flight as possible.
3) Additional fuel - Once the additional customers were on the flight we were then informed that the flight would be further delayed as extra fuel was needed to cover the extra payload. This i found ridiculous as the crew must have know when the flight was being filled that there would be a need for extra fuel so why wait until the customers were on the flight, add the fuel as they are loading.
4) Inflight refreshment - Finally the flight took off and refreshments were being served this cause a number of issues. aAisles were blocked so it was talking too much time to get to and from the wash rooms. Once the refreshment cart made it to me (in the middle of the plane) there were no sandwiches or wraps left so I could not eat what I wanted. Also having been delayed for 90 minute it then took a further 90 minutes to be served refreshments of which there were none for my preference. We weren't even offered free water to compensate for the delays.
5) Flight attendants - Eventually we decided to take picture of the situation to demonstrate the issue as we were going to complain. These pictures were not of any particular individuals just of the chaos that we were having to endure. One member of staff became offended by this and start to raise her voice and became aggressive towards the customers. This was not a professional reaction and was not the way customers should be treated especially when we were not being rude or abusive in any way.
When asking the previously mentioned member of staff her name she immediately threatened us with the police as it is the law in Dubai not to take peoples photos without their consent. This may be true but again this is not the way to deal with the situation. Flight crews job is to keep the passengers happy and make us feel at ease at all times. This threat of police action made and the attitude of the flight attendant made my girlfriend very anxious and she was physically shaking. Not the way a passenger should be made to feel by members of the crew.
We also asked another member of crew his colleagues name and he told us he did not know, I find this hard to believe as they are work colleagues. Are they meant to wear name badges, if so they were breaking company policy by not wearing them. The lady in question told us her name was Susanna
This experience has completely tarnished the trip as we had such an amazing time in the beautiful country of Georgia. Such a beautiful country with warm friendly people completely ruined by the treatment we received from what we thought was Dubai's reputable budget airline. I am sure their tourist board will be as disappointed as we were that this has ruined our trip.
We were not the only dissatisfied customers and the passengers around us insisted on giving their details as they will be complaining and confirming what we have said as well as adding their own details of poor service.

When I going to boarding (then I almost boarding at the first). A tall and thin man want to check my documents. It is fine, I show my passport, E-visa of UAE (take a bit long time). Then he told me he need my Georgia visa. So I gave his my visa and ask him to be fast. Then he changed his face and attitude.
He ask me: you want to be fast? Ok, come I will let you be last. You will boarding after all people boarding.
Then he lead me out of the line and went to waiting seat area. I feel confused and ask him any issue in my documents?
He said: Yes. There are issue in your document.
But there is no issue in my all documents.
After 3 minutes, he told me: You can go but not ask me fast.
I feel very angry. Obviously, he is play with me. He didn't know what is the respect and what's the customer service. He just wasted my time and tried to scary me.
I feel very angry and want to complain this guy.
Because I don't think Fly Dubai training them to treat me like this. To cheat and scary passages is not in you training?
Also, when that guy told me I must go last. He is not joking me! So if he want to cover the reality, please let it go. Because after that a lady also joked like that, I knew that's a joke and gave five to her.
The second thing I want to complain this guy is that he refused tell me his name (he closed his jacket and cover his card) and refused make apology.
When I ask him who is the manager, he told me he is the manager. When I ask him who is your boss, he told me he is the boss. Do you Fly Dubai have this kind of boss?
I didn't know his name or employ number at the last but I remember he is the tallest guy of them.
But I know I have right to know his name. Because a lady coordinator come and told me I can ask his name. I asked for 10 times and he refused to tell me. If there is nothing wrong. Why he refused?
If we cannot know his name why every staff should wear their card?
I also want to complain all staff. Because nobody stand in my side. But what's wrong with me? Just let him fast and good attitude at the first time.
That lady coordinator, I thought she will help me. But she just explained check documents is their job. But she cannot explain why that guy let me wait till all people boarding and why that guy cheated me that my documents have issue.
Firstly, the lady told me I can know the guy's name. But after the man refused to tell me his name. That tall gay and coordinator lady, both told me if I want to know his name, I should go to police.
Is there any policy in your Fly Dubai, the passenger can only know the staff name in police office?
I didn't go to police office because I didn't want to miss the flight. If I can, I will go.
At last I didn't know all their name and nobody make apology to me. I thought that lady can help me, but she only protect that guy and write down my number. If that man not the manager and boss, I think this is his second lie.
I feel very angry because I have power to know their name and I have power to let them fast.
I don't like make complaints but this time they're too much. I did shouted to that guy because I don't know why he treat me like this. It is not a treat, it is a humiliate!
Please give me a convincing explain of all issues above.
I need this man make apology to me. And if you cannot explain why the lady change her words about know his name ( if there is no necessary to go to police office), please make apology also.
