Hi I travelled by Fly Dubai flight FZ 712 from Tbilisi to Dubai via Business class seat no.3F Name Manoj Balaji Patki on 06th October 2017. I was wearing a black coloured semi leather weather proof jacket. I kept on next seat to me after boarding as the seat was empty. Fly Dubai airline staff said that I will keep the Jacket on hanger behind me. I allowed. When arriving at Dubai I forgot to ask staff about my Jacket but even the Staff forgot to return me the Jacket. I have a connecting flight at 10:45 pm boarding. I realised after crossing the security, so asked several officers but no correct guidance was given. I even went to boarding gate F2 business lounge where staff was rude and didn’t want to listen to my problem where Fly Dubai in flight staff was equally responsible for not returning my Jacket. Ultimately the information desk personnel helped me connect to Fly Dubai staff to convey that my Jacket is lost in flight FZ 712. I am waiting in lounge infringer gate F12. Waiting to get positive response and my Jacket...

I was on way back from sylhet to dubai.my boarding time was at 5 flight was at 6 on the 26th of September. As I sat down I got myself comfy I put my seatbelt on this was like few hours after.cabin crew went around offering if we want anything to eat.one of the cabin crew who was male was next to me I asked him politely will you be able to give my bag please from the top? He angrily shouted "why" you not get it" I didnt say nothing back because he was hard to understand very rude.After that he got any bag out which it wasn't even the right one and angrily shoved it in my face. My auntie who was next to me was sleeping it woke her up when he chucked the bag. I dont understand why cabin crew got so angry at me it was awful to experience that.i only asked nicely it was one of the worse customer service I have ever experienced.I would have like to report just that one person it wasn't the whole of cabin crew. It was wrong how he treated a girl on a plane.

I sent 2 mails in past 1 week but no revert from your end.
Please refer PIR#DXBFZ56575 prepared by DNATA for flight FZ446 Ticket# [protected] Tag# FZ907786 and sent to you on 17/9/2017. I can not expect such mis handling by the Global Aviation company. You might be budget carrier, but you are expected to handle properly passenger's luggage. My Suitcase was new (just 5-6 months old, only few trips by it) and costed approx. 800AED of Benetton (one of the best brand internationally). I am also attaching photos, in actual the damage is more, even one wheel is also damaged.
Looking forward for a compensation of Rs 1000 AED ( cost + mental suffer to me) at the earliest.

My flight was on thursday from larestan (iran) to dubai at 12:50 i arrived at 9 and since i reached i faced one of your colleague (mrs.kallani) she was all the time shouting on us and was pushing other to close the counter althought it was very early and some of passenger was waiting for their stuff to get from security checking . And when we wanted to pay for overwight she forced the staff to refused all the overweight suitcases .
Some of passenger changed their flight to al.arabiya airline becuase of her bad behaviour and she was shouting "im the fly dubai manager" all the time!
Im really sorry that you are representing dubai and uae by having her.

بتاريخ 04 سبتمبر 2017 واثناء رحلتي مع امي اللى اذربيجان، رفضت موظفة المطار من فلاي دبي اعطاء الصف الاول من الكراسي في درجة رجال الاعمال لامي المقعدة بحجة انها محجوزة لاناس اخريين واعطاء امي اخر مقعد بعيداً عن البوابة، يرجى العلم ان امي لا تستطيع المشي وهي دائماً على الكرسي المتحرك ((والصف الاول الالوية فيها للعجزة والاطفال لقربها من الباب لانها تسهل نزولهم وصعودهم من الطيارة)) ،، ورغم الطلب بالرجوى من الموظفة رفضة وقالت ان هناك اناس حجزت في الصف الاول ودفعوا سعر التذكرة لذلك،، ((وكان تذاكرنا كانت مجانية! وهي ليست كذلك)).
وبسبب هذه العنصرية كانت تقول لا يوجد حل اخر والصف الاول يوجد بها اطفال،، وعند الصعود الى الطائرة لم اجد اطفال وانما وجدت بالغين في الصف الاول.
وبسبب هذا التصرف الا احترافي من الموظفة اود فتح شكوى ومقابلة مسؤول الموظفة اللتي رفضة اعطاء الصف الاول لكبيرة في السن ومقعدة والفقت بقول غير صحيح ان هناك اطفال ولم نجد اطفال،، غير مبايلة بامي الكبيرة في السن والمقعدة على الكرسي المتحرك ولم تستطع المشي الا بمساعدة شديدة مني بين الكراسي بسبب اخطاء وعدم مبالاة الموظفة،، وحسب شركات الطيران فأن الصف الاول الاولوية لكبار السن والاطفال الرضع فقط،، ولكنها رفضت واللفقت بقول ان هناك اطفال ولم نجد اطفال عند صعودنا الطائرة.

I am complaining about bad behavior that made me unhappy
Mine and my wife's flight from Kwait to Dubai via fly dubai was at 5pm. We were sitting in the Kwait's Airport lounge, then one of the customer service told us that they will move our flight to 3pm instead of 5pm.
We were happy to leave the lounge at 2:30pm to catch the plane.
Then we were surprised that they made us sit in front of the gate exit from 3pm to take us on 5pm flight.
This is a serious complaint as my wife is pregnant, and the flydubai representative threaten us that he will cancil our booking if we were late more than 4:15pm (as per rules, he said) and I was afraid that he would make anything to cancil our booking following the "rules".
He said that some people had exceptions to change their flights from 5pm to 3pm. And this not acceptable.
Please take this complaint in consideration.

Dear Sir/Madame
Our CEO, Ms. Sajida Shroff, recently flew on FZ 081 from Dxb to Bahrain. We paid extra for her have comfortable seating (Seat 2F).
When she boarded the plane, the overhead luggage compartment above her PAID seat was filled with the airline staff’s personal belongings.
She asked if they could make space for her belongings above her PAID seat.
She was informed by Zuzana that it was important for her (the staff) to have her belongings close to her but that Ms. Sajida’s bag could be placed in an overhead cabin several rows away.
So according to this staff Zuzana – it was more important for her (the staff) to have her belongings close!
And it was of no relevance to ensure that a passenger who has PAID extra for her seat – has her belongings close to her and is comfortable.
Moreover Zuzana stated that she had done her job by finding a space for Ms. Sajida’s briefcase in an overhead cabin and was not apologetic or helpful.
• Why would the staff keep their belongings in an overhead luggage compartment paid for by a customer?
• Why didn’t the staff move their luggage to ensure that the customer’s belongings were close to her and close to the seat we paid extra for?
• Does Fly Dubai condone the attitude taken by this staff Zuzana of “too bad – not my problem”?
This level of customer service is disappointing and pathetic.
BTW Ms. Sajida told Zuzana that she will be complaining so then Zuzana said – “I will be complaining too! Give me your boarding pass” which Ms. Sajida did upon request – mind you – I am confused about what Zuzana can complain about!
Isn’t it her responsibility to ensure the customer is comfortable?
We would like appropriate action taken and this poor attitude to be noted in Zuzana’s file.
Again – the fact is that Zuzana did NOT care about the customer’s comfort and was only interested in safeguarding her own belongings.
Also what will Fly Dubai be doing to rectify this for Ms. Sajida?

Yesterday, I few from Dubai to Lebanon flight number fz 169. The service was very bad! Flight attendants serving some customers and ignoring some. I remember I ordered something from an Asian guy, he portended that he was serving my order but ignored me. I pressed on the flight attendant botton and waited for 1 hour and half but no one showed up. A lady flight attendant passed by and I stopped her and told her everything. She brought him to apologize but he didn't and said that I should pay him before I order! Then it took them 20 minutes to bring what I asked for. I will surely not fly with you all again and will not recommend you all to anyone because the service is more than bad and in my hall life I never seen something like this!

Taking my flight back from Zanzibar to Dubai, flight number FZ 677, the total weight on my sports equipment was 34 kg, 4 kilos above the allowed 30kg. On the airport, they made me pay 55 dollars per additional kilo, totalling 249 USD. This is way above the rates that you have on your online for zone 3 (55 EAD, not USD). I have uploaded a picture of the receipt I got in the airport.
I would appreciate a quick response and let me know whether the amount charged, which seems way out, is part of your rate policy. If not, please let me know next steps to get this reinbursed.

Please be inform that i was planning to travel to srajyvo via dubi with my family 3 adults and 4 childs, so when’s we arrived in Dubai flights number FZ 866 and then proceeds to Gate F4 to carry on to sarjyvo the Ground Staff informed us that our chengen visa will be valid on 18 while we are on 17 which shoucked us especially im traveling with 4 kids with me, now several questions should be clearify
1 I submitted the passport to the travel agent which was faydubi staff and he saw the visa and never mentioned any possibil proplem
2 I submitted my passport to the ground staff at Dammam Airport and also no one informed me about the consequences !
Now i had to go through a very hard time with limited choices, so they send us to terminal 3 and it took us long time until we reach there
When’s we arrived they told me i have to pay 1760 for two rooms one night where i was hopeless from any assistance, so had to pay this amount just to have some rest for my family & kids.
Now im completely frustrated, angry and tiered because of some one els mistake who is apparently not professional
I ther for whuld like to have full payment as compensation for the hotel and for the un convince we went through and I hope my case will be taken seriously or ill defiantly wll pass it as legal case against FLYDUBAI

1). I am an fly dubai customer past 2 years, on 27th July, 2017 during my check in @ jazan airport... I had one PNR with 3 tickets & 1 infants, I have paid extra 12 kg luggage/26 SR...in my experience with your flight each ticket has 5 ltr of ZAMZAM (Holy water)allowed to carry. During purchase of ticket they said each ticket allowed, In the time of check in, they are not allowed me to take 2 cans(5 ltr) water. And the behaviour of counters too bad in front of my family...
fz-306 delayed. missed connection flight. had to buy new tkts $7500
11-Aug-2017 flight number FZ-306 KBL-DXB delayed for more than 3 and half hours. Missed out connection flight in Dubai with Air France AF655.
Went to Fly Dubai for help. They ignored us, despite that we have informed them in advance that we have connection flight.
Went to Air France, they also refused and said that it is Fly Dubai's responsibility to arrange something in order to get in our final destination in Canada.
After lots of attempt no co opration. We were in Dubai airport for 29hrs. Then we had to buy new tkts to get home. It cost us $7500 5 new tkts to get back to Canada.

The pilot announced in Dubai that 4 passengers did not board and their luggage needed to be removed from the flight.
What Flydubai did was remove baggage of all passengers from the flight. You deliberately removed all baggage and made your customers suffer. complaint registering in Jeddah was so tedious and time consuming considering the most inefficient staff in Jeddah. It is such a shameful act by Flydubai that I feel that I have a social responsibility to use social media and all other communication means at my disposal to let public know what type of company Flydubai is. Shame on you.
I want full price of our tickets returned to me.
lost baggage
I have lost 1 baggage from 3 baggages I checked in while travelling from Dubai to Alexandria on 17th July 2017. All my important things and documents are inside that bag. I am 7 month pregnant, I don't have clothes even underwear with me because all my things are in that bag. The worst thing is, Flydubai sent us another bag and we went back to the airport which is 1 and half hours just to find out we wasted time and taxi fare. The staffs are unprofessional, no mercy, not caring for the passengers. I am tired and it's almost 2 weeks now waiting for my things. My days are ruined, I have to endure the situation. I lost the biggest bag which contains all what I need. I read the flydubai reviews from the internet and I was shocked to find out that there are many lost baggages and stolen goods. I hope to receive my bag because even if flydubai compensate for the lost baggage, it's not enough to bring the things inside that bag. So frustrating and so upsetting. All this drama in Flydubai Airport mean staffs are not professional or well trained. No appropriate system. CEO must be aware about these things. Although the tickets are cheap, it doesn't mean they can jeopardize the belongings and safety of their passengers. I hope no one else suffer like us.

I was due to take a flight on 23rd June from DXB Terminal 2. Fly Dubai going to Bangkok for a wedding and then extended holiday and touring. When I reached immigration and my passport was scanned it was clear something was not quite right. I was asked to follow an officer into the immigration/police office where I was told that I was wanted by the CID/ blacklisted. This came as a shock as I had no knowledge of this. I later find out it was for money I apparently owed to a car hire company Dollar UAE. (I was completely unaware that when I cancelled my credit card for a fraudulent transaction with another company the payment for 3200AEd to dollar Uae rent a car was also cancelled (transactions within the same month of each other ). I settled my outstanding payment with the hire company on 24th April 2017 and did not receive any further information from them after this date. This company is the most incompetent company I have ever had to deal with or so I thought.
So what transpired on 23rd June was I: got in touch with the head of legal and the car company and he was absolutely of no assistance to be whatsoever. Claiming they had informed me of this before. There is absolutely no evidence to support this. THIs IS NOT LEGAL nor should anyone be treated in this manner. I was on the phone to him once I moved to the police dept in terminal 2. He didn't care at all. I then showed one of your officers the receipt Of the payment I made. He told me to follow him and wait in a 'cell' which I refused to do. That is completely against everything you are meant to stand for. Am I am criminal for not paying a bill I was u aware of? How can you treat someone in that way?I was then instructed that I would have to go to bur dubai police station which I agreed to do, however I was then put at the back of a police van like a prisoner.
WHERE IS THE TOLERANCE/HAPPINESS POLICY HERE? OR THIS A FALLACY?
(You had already taken my suitcase off the Fly Dubai flight I had checked in for so unbeknown to me my place on the flight did not exist! No one informed me of this nor was my permission sought. again WHERE IS THE TOLERANCE, particularly during the month of Ramadan!
To make matters worse your plain clothed officers then picked up a 'prisoner in cuffs' who seems either drunk or drugged. I felt threatened at the back of that vehicle and I felt My security was in jeopardy . Is this the way you treat a law abiding citizen in Dubai ? The situation was resolved within 25 minutes at the police station and I got a taxi back to terminal2 arriving at 3.30. I went straight to the Fly Dubai desk to make sure my luggage was still on the plane because I was in good time for my flight. I was told I would not be able to fly now as it was too late (flight was leaving at 4.15pm). The supervisors were of no assistance at all- again did not care. I then had to purchase a new flight the following day at a cost of 2200AED (more than the return flight I booked to Bangkok). What kind of treatment is this? I thought Ramadan was the month of giving . I thought customer/ UAE resident wellbeing and happiness was paramount. I have never been treated in such a manner in my life. FLY DUBAI WERE ABSOLUTELY NO ASSISTANCE, EXTREMELY RUDE AND HAD NO TIME FOR ME WHATSOEVER. I was given no discount at all, considering the fact that the flight had NOT left the airport yet. NO WHERE IN THE WORLD ARE PEOPLE TREATED LIKE THIS. My bag could have easily been put on that plane - I do not care what your policy or procedures are, you are completely going against any human rights (UN Human Rights). SEE BELOW AS MATTERS NOW JUST GOT WORSE:
COMPLAINT 2 - FZ522 BANGKOK TO DUBAI SUNDAY 30TH JULY. To make the situation worse, the flight back to Dubai was as bad.
1: The flight was meant to leave Bangkok at 02:55 today. We were all sat at the gate for over an hour. Not one announcement or apology was made at all. I did not know whether I was coming or going. Everyone just sat there waiting (I have photo evidence of this). at 03:30am there was some activity at the door to the gate. Everyone stood up and a queue was formed. Again no announcement was made at all, bearing in mind this is now nearing an hour delay!) We waited another 15 minutes. There was absolutely no organisation or apology for the delay. Nothing whatsoever. So we started boarding the plane at 03:45.
The plane did not move until 04:15. No announcement, no apology, no reasons given. NEVER HAVE I EXPERIENCED THIS LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE OR VALUE ON ANY AIRLINE. I HAD TO ASK FOR WATER 3 TIMES. The first time I was told by a member of the cabin crew (WHO ARE EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNHELPFUL) that they could not open the service area until take off - complete RUBBISH.
The plane started to move at 04:15. We did not take off until 04:30. I asked for some water again and was told I had to pay for it! FLY DUBAI HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO CARE FOR THE CUSTOMER WHATSOEVER. Not one announcement was made.
I had booked and paid for the Premium Entertainment Package, my Seat and extra baggage allowance when I booked the flight back in April. Was any of this recognised? NO! I chose a window seat - was it a window seat? No it was a white plastic wall. The window was for the seat in front of me!
What about the meal?... Again absolutely no customer service. I was offered what I can only describe as 'crap' at 05:30 (photo evidence too) - Potato Cake. Potato Cake layered with disgusting cheese and served with dry potatoes. (Oh I had been given my 'free' water tub when I purchased the bottle of water before - no other drinks offered with the 'meal'!)
Firstly it smelt disgusting and I do not eat cream cheese like that. It looked and smelt disgusting. I asked if there were any other options and told unequivocally NO (with the cabin crew giving me their usual sarcastic smile) There was another pasta option, however I was TOLD that I had already selected this online which I had NOT. Absolutely unacceptable treatment. So I ate nothing on the 6.5 hour flight.
On landing the baggage took 30 minutes to come out.
I EXPECT SOME SERIOUS FORM OF COMPENSATION FOR THE FIRST FLIGHT (Considering the unexplainable delay I experienced on the 2nd flight) AND A WRITTEN APOLOGY FROM FLY DUBAI AND THE AIRPORT AUTHORITIES.
I am not taking this further at present, however if I do not receive some kind of response withing the next 5 to 10 days I will be taking this much further and involving the media as well. FLY DUBAI do not have the right to treat people in such a manner. Not only one flight, but on both flights!
