It’s been a week and I haven’t received my bag yet. The agency tell that they don’t know exactly when it’ll be delivered but I need it as soon as possible. I has all my essentials in it (clothes, document medicine food and tools that I need the work) it’s really urgent I have been wearing the same clothes for a week now. It was the only bag that I brought with me to romania. It’s a blue trurquoise colour bag. It’s in the bucerest airport office.

These are the basic information for that day which occurred with me. That cabin crew manager named Mitchel behaved so badly as I haven’t experienced ever. I’m travelling on air since 2012 and that was the worst behaviour of a cabin crew that I faced. He shouted too much badly and threatened me several times that he will put me in jail and forced me to say sorry in Chittagong airport. Not only me, but also with the other passengers also experienced that same behaviour from him whenever they need help. He just created a bad scene and insulted me on that day. He forced me to snatch my passport from my pocket. I’m very shocked and astonished with the incident. It just created a bad experience not only with me but also all of the passengers of on board. Please take an immediate step for better customer experience. As regular passenger of Fly Dubai, I hope I can get an instant feedback regarding this issue as I can travel again freely with Fly Dubai.

Delayed and damaged baggage
I am writing to file a complaint regarding the delayed and damaged baggage that I experienced during my recent flight with your airline on April17th, 2023.
Upon arrival at my destination, I discovered that my baggage had been delayed for one day and when I received it, the baggage had been damaged and the cover was missing. I hold Flydubai responsible for the damage to my baggage, as it was in your care and custody during my flight.
I understand that Article 15.5 of your Conditions of Carriage outlines Flydubai's liability for baggage damage, and while I acknowledge that Flydubai is not liable for damage resulting from the inherent defect, quality or vice of the baggage, I believe that in this case, the damage was caused by the airline's negligence.
I am requesting that Flydubai compensate me for the damage to my baggage, in accordance with your liability limits specified in Article 15.5(c)(iii). As the damage was caused by Flydubai's negligence, I expect to be compensated for my direct losses, up to the limit of 1,288 SDRs per passenger.
I have attached evidence of the damage to my baggage, including photos. Please let me know if you require any additional information or evidence to process my claim.
I look forward to a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this matter.

Reversal of funds
I booked my ticked and Flydubai cancelled the flight.
When I went for reversal fly Dubai gave me a voucher to use. I have no use I this.
I am asking my money back and fly Dubai is not giving my money. Flydubai is worst and you should not run airlines. You should run auto rickshaw because your airlines is cheap and your service.
Flydubai is cheater and fraud.
Flydubai don’t have right to hold my money.

Ticket issued wrong
This is brought into your notice that I have booked the ticket through online portal provider of FLY DUBAI - ticket number 4DYHI0.
At first i have selected luggage of 30kg but i got only 20kg.
Second ticket which I have received is under name of Mrs. ZAHIDA BANO BANO they have make the mistake while issue the ticket, the correct name is Mrs. Zahida Bano.
Now i have call to contact center to remove the extra words BANO, they are charging 100$ for nothing.
This is way that are making money from innocent people.
I went to ABU DHABI FLY DUBAI OFFICE - they have given me mentally stress while process to ok to board.
As per them i have to cancel the full ticket and rebook the ticket with fly DUBAI since return ticket is from EMIRATES AIRLINE.
I am seeking support here to resolve the issue.

Discrimination and homophonic
Good morning,
I would like to make a complaint for one of your crew cabin’s member. Unfortunately I do not know her name, but she was dark hair young woman, short and skinny on flight number FZ570 from Colombo in Sri Lanka to Dubai on 07.04.2023 at 02:10 am. I was travelling with my partner. He was waiting for his food around 1h. This is very unprofessional and I believe it’s due discrimination and homophobic reasons. Firstly she did not ask him if he would like meat or vegetarian meal, but she ask that woman sitting next to us. Then she passed to us meat meals, then my partner ask to change it for vegetarian. Her response was that it’s on its way. The time was passing by, all passages ate their meals, cabin crew was cleaning/collecting garbage. I have asked twice afterwards if she remembered about the meal for my partner. She replayed the same as at the first time. Finally after third attempt of asking for it, the blond man went to the back of the plane to heat up the food.
I believe this is very unprofessional and people who discriminate others for their believes, religion or sexual preference should not work for international flight companies like yours.
I hope that consequences will be taken for such behaviour from this woman.

Refund given as voucher without consent
During March 2022 I was in Budapest for a competition.
Per my original booking the scheduled departure from Budapest was on May 20th,2022.
On March 18,2022 I received a mail from flydubai stating that my connecting flight FZ447 departing on May 21,2022 (DXB to MAA) will not operate.
Then on March 20,2022 I got a mail stating my flight to Chennai has been automatically rescheduled to May 20,2022 from Budapest(BUD) to Chennai (MAA) via Dubai (DXB).
Again on March 22,2022 there was a mail about the change in timings of the flight on May 21,2022 (BUD to DXB to MAA).I was really annoyed by the constant changes to my flight.
Finally on April 1,2022 flydubai mailed me that my Flight on May 21,2022 is cancelled due to runway maintenance and repair at the Dubai Airport(DXB) between 9th May 2022 to 22nd June 2022.
It was "clearly" stated in the mail that I can either reschedule my flight or I can get a refund to my original form of payment which was a card payment.
I couldn't reschedule as there were no flights available. So I went for the refund option.
But after applying for a refund I did not get it back in the original form of payment but rather a flydubai voucher which I did not ask for.
It was clearly stated in the former mail that I can get my refund to my original form of payment. But without the customers consent and despite all the inconveniences caused, I was given a voucher without an option.
After returning to my country I tried contacting flydubai via phone several times for months and yet there was no response.
Thus I emailed them stating the situation along with the proof. Yet they were not willing to refund my money quoting their terms and conditions.
I wasted around 6 months following up and spoiling my health and time, trying to contact flydubai helpline, but still everything was hopeless as there were no response.
I even visited the nearby admin office of flydubai on Feb,2022 with the email proof and yet there was poor response and the issue was not resolved.
My voucher has a sum of 24460 INR (approximate) and it is expiring next month (April,2023).
I just want my refund back not in the form of voucher but as money to my bank account.
I have legit proofs to support my compliant.
It would be really grateful if swift action is taken.

Delayed baggage
My single checked in baggage while flying from Kolkata, India to Eugene, USA on 13th Feb, 2023 via FlyDubai and Emirates is delayed and/or lost. FlyDubai was my carrier for the first leg of the journey (Kolkata to Dubai), flight number FZ 460. At check in in Kolkata airport, FlyDubai could not print my boarding passes for the second and third leg of the trip but said my luggage was checked through and provided me with the relevant baggage tag (attached). My bag was sitting behind the lady in the counter when I was proceeding to customs and immigration in Kolkata airport and I went back to talk to them about it. I was assured by FlyDubai staff that the bag will be sent through. Second leg of trip (Dubai to Seattle) was with Emirates, flight number EK 229. My luggage did not arrive at Seattle, my port of entry, and I had to clear immigration and customs without it. I was told by Emirates ground staff at Seattle that they cannot track my baggage by the tag provided by FlyDubai and that I should file a complaint with Alaska Airlines, my carrier for the last leg after I reach Eugene, Oregon, my final destination. Since my baggage did not arrive in Eugene, I filed a complaint with Alaska airlines (Incident Number: EUGAS59064148, File Locator: JAQUIY, Bag tag number(s): FZ590462). It has now been 3 days since my trip ended and I am yet to receive any notification on my baggage. It was a SINGLE bag and FlyDubai could not take care of it. I need an immediate response to my complaint and to the status of my bag since it held memories from my trip.
Desired outcome: I want a response on the current status of my luggage immediately and a refund if it is lost.
Non cooperative customer service, Flydubai front desk staff at Dubai airport terminal 1
I must say very bad airlines, I will make sure not to choose it again. I had connecting flight from Madina to Dubai with flyDubai, and then 6 hours connection time on Dubai airport and next flight from Dubai to Dublin with Emirates. They change gates after giving the boarding pass and did not notify to the older gate for new gate notification. anyways, but main issue, I requested FLYDUBAI staff multiple times do not book baby stroller, rather need to keep in cabin or given at the time of connection airport where we have connection time more than 10 hours for next flight. But they booked it and collection at final destination. They made situation worst and worst. First on flight they said if I contact the airline desk on connection airport, they will give me. When I connected at Dubai airport, they were very rude and even call the DATA staff to kick me out. DATA staff was very [censored]* rude and try to threaten me, while I was holding 13 months old baby. He did not respect women, he came over close to my face and threaten me "Do you Know WHO I am"? WHO ARE YOU? you don't have any right to ask for stuff etc. I wish I missed my flight and report to security for their behavior.

DXB-TLV.
It turned out that we didn't add luggage for the return flight, so I went to ticketing where Fairies Hanegev Mohamed was.
She took my passport and told me the price. I told her I think it is too much but gave her my credit card. She returned the cc back and received someone who came after me against my will, claiming that she was in a hurry, even though I was also in a hurry. Because I was angry and said it was wrong and I would publish this conduct. She called the police and said that I wanted to photograph her, which did not happen at all. The feeling was very unpleasant, pressing, etc. When the policeman arrived (Ibrahim) and investigated the matter, he asked me to report on her because her behaviour was very wrong and inappropriate, and gave me her name. I cried, I was sad and in one sentence it ruined my whole vacation.

Denied boarding for not booked return with flydubai airlines
I booked a ticket with Flydubai to Baku , Azerbaijan dated:05-01-2023, PNR : CB7FQD.
I have booked a ticket with flydubai after verifying the destination requirement details as they mentioned in their website. I am really disappointed in their service. I have all the required documents with me but your airline staff refused me to board the flight. He even didn't stand for 5mins to talk to me. While I am talking to he is just moving to other work without giving me a resolution to board the flight. His intentions are not good. The Airport staff said i don't have travel insurance, he even don't know that its not mandatory to travel Baku and peoples travelling to Baku will come back to dubai as transit ? How come its possible ?
Secondly, I have an onward flight from Baku to Qatar on 15-01-2023 with Qatar Airways PNR :5S7DLQ, Since I am not a UAE resident and I am visiting Dubai for Tourism i don't want to come back to UAE again I have below documents with me.

3.Onward flight Ticket.
4.Vaccination certificate.

Missold airline tickets at airport and online

I recently booked a flight from Dubai World Central (DWC) airport to Doha International Airport (DIA). Booking reference number XKTVYI, flight number FZ 5823 at a cost of AED 1,545.00 Payment reference number 6116271. I did this online on the 28th November 2022. However on arrival to DWC with many hours to spare I was asked for my Hayya number, I had no idea what they were talking about as I had not been given any information when booking the ticket online. Worried I had been scammed, the helpful FlyDubai staff helped me get a code. This was not an easy process for myself or the staff, as the FlyDubai staff had not been trained on this matter. This took so long I missed my flight (so did many other people who had fallen victim to the same scam as I did). This was not my fault, or the fault of other travellers, so I would like to claim a refund. I was advised by your staff to write an email when I next had a computer available, stating the facts to claim a reimbursement.
After obtaining a Hayya code No. FI7404787376 and still wanting to go to Qatar the staff issuing a boarding pass said if I was very quick and brought another ticket I could catch the next flight. They also said I could still keep the same return flight from my previous ticket mentioned above. The staff then rushed me to their desk where I promptly brought another ticket. Payment reference number [protected]. AED 1,411.10. Flight number FZ 5812. I then went back to the boarding pass desk and gave them my Hayya number to the very same gentleman that had told me about the new flight ticket. He would still not let me on-board as he said the number was useless without a match ticket. He even tried phoning my friend who had the ticket on his phone (we were going to meet up outside and going in together). I explained this to the FlyDubai worker who had told me about the ticket. I asked why he had suggested I buy another ticket, and could I please have a refund for the ticket I had just obtained under his advice. He said I would have to write to you and then disrespectfully ignored me. Some of the other workers apologised for this and told me to ask for a refund. The total I am claiming for this very sorry affair is AED 2,956.10.
I had contacted my bank HSBC at the time to try and stop the pending transactions. They said they could only claim compensation and reimburse me after the transactions had been completed, which they now have. HSBC said they will take this further only after I have applied for a refund, and if this request is refused once I have written to FlyDubai.

Complaint for ticket transfer without any notice in advance
I booked connected tickets from Doha to Dubai to Bahrain, FZ18-FZ25, and already checked in online.
But the first flight FZ18 delayed 40 mins, and I arrived Dubai at 8:10pm, and Fly dubai just changed my flight to FZ029 and without any communication or notice in advance, and didn't wait for me in the case that I have already told the stuff on the flight and they answered I'm safe.
I had one important business dinner at 10pm Bahrain time, this change made me lost much.
I don't accept this disrespectful behavior and I require Fly dubai explain and compensate me for my loss.

I have purchased 3 tickets business class from flydubai for my family and myself thinking that the ticket is refundable as mentioned in the booking so for me it means money back to my account . Now i see they only give vouchers like this .G4P9K7 to be used by same persons in a year.
I think it is a real mistake by flydubai to use this to force clients to spend in flydubai as the food gets a very good quality and in many flights seats are even 180 degrees in business class and a good service makes clients happy and willing to come back like myself .
I called few travel agencies to ask about this and they said that they don’t use flydubai for these reasons whereas emirates refunds in cash with no problem so flydubai despite all efforts to improve quality and spending a fortune to make clients happy is loosing clients for a very strange policy .
I hope I can get my real refunds otherwise i will find a way to use these vouchers but not by choice and by force and will think twice next time I have to use flydubai t.

We have booked our return flight from Entebbe to Mumbai on Nov 10th, 2022 for journey of Nov 17th, 2022 (14 hours journey) to Feb 05, 2023 (15 hours journey).
Suddenly we only received mail from Fly Dubai on November 14th, 2022 that our flight on Nov 17th, 2022 will not operate and I was only allowing to re-book another flight with extra fare.
So I cancelled the flight and re-booked again with the vouchers from November 24th, 2022 to Feb 05, 2023.
This time we have traveled on November 24th, 2022 and Two days back on November 29th, 2022, we receive only mail from Fly Dubai, that our flight on Feb 05, 2023 will not operate and they have only alternate of 31 hours journey flights, which is not at all convenient for a Lady with Two Children.
We have discussed with the Customer care and asked them to give flight with convenient hours journey and they are helpless, so they have given us the mail Id of Flydubai support.
Yesterday I mailed them that either help us to book the flight from Mumbai to Entebbe with there travel partners flights or give us hotel stay in Dubai for long halt of 22 hours, they executive named Manzoor is just mentioning that they can only offer Vouchers in exchange and not reverted again, when I mail him again.
So it means you are purchasing Vouchers of equivalent value (instead of 150% value other airlines offer) with your hard earned money with a validity of only a year (needs to be without validity).
Desired outcome: 1. Book a flight with your partner flight Emirates on February 04th 2023,from Ahmedabad to Entebbe at 4:20 am and reaching Entebbe at 14:25 pm.2. Give a full refund into my bank account through which I have madethe bookings.

we had a flight from Najaf to Dubai (flight No. FZ222 at 16:00). before us there was a problem between your supervisor with one lady & he is shouting at her.
after finishing his conversation look at us & shout at us" check they have Visa?". we Told: "yes, we have Visa". he shouts at us I did not ask you. we ask him why you are shouting? he went up to the suitcase bet & told us:" I am supervisor & if I ask you any information you should reply".
his behavior was too angry & rude. we request you to check the video's & see is this behavior is correct with customer?
we always use your good airline & it was the first time to face this subject & specially in Najaf that most of the passenger are pilgrimage & need special attention.

Let’s talk Flydubai
On 30th of October, because I got infected with COVID 19 I went on “Manage my booking” in order to change my flight days but for some reason the available dates suggested were only until 18th November.
Then, because I couldn’t manage my booking on the website I called the call center and the operator made all the changes I needed, fairly paying a fare of aed 140 and that’s ok but before he could confirm the changes the line dropped off and this happened 2 or 3 times in a row. (They can check because they register all the calls for quality purposes). Moreover they didn’t call me back because they are not allowed to do it, that it looks absurd to me, especially when a customer has already called more than once.
After the line dropped off 3 times, I wrote an email to Let’s talk Flydubai explaining my problem and they answered me back saying to go to “manage your booking”. Ok, let’s try again but of course I had the same problem (I have the screen shot)
Yesterday I called the call center again, and because I called within the 24 hours from the flight, now the amount to pay is aed 900 and not 140 anymore. But when I started calling them and writing them it was more than 24 hours Otherwise how could I know that I had to pay aed 140 if not from them and this proves that I called in time.
Even though they have all the evidences proving what I did, this operator, Magdeline, very unprofessional, instead of trying to find a solution, just gave my case to a colleague of her.
And this guy, called Raheel, wrote me saying just to go to manage my booking again and do the changes at the price of aed 900 and he also told me not to write them again because they consider the case closed 😳, the basically told me to go to f… myself.
I’m very disappointed by Flydubai and by these 2 very unprofessional operators.

Fly Dubai cancelation of flight
We have booked out flight in sep for 30th nov and it was way in advance and now we got the mail that flight has been cancelled and the next flight they are giving is on 2nd dec.
Unfortunately i didnt expect that Flydubai can do this as well and my all hotel bookings are not cancelable.
Now when i contacted customer care they are providing me flight voucher which is not acceptable to me.
I want to reach Pisa on 30th Nov and you have to provide us the alternate flight .
Now when i am checking all other flights are very expensive and if there is no change from my side then why i should bear the cost for your change .

I received a email from flydubai 14 October that your flight FZ369 Dubai to Sialkot is cancelled, and scheduled next flight.
Which is with 7 hours stay in Dubai. But i checked , the same flight will be depart on time. And also flydubai was selling the same flight tickets after i received cancelation flight.
This isn't fair, if the flight isn't going to Sialkot, i will manage. My complaint is , that why flydubai kicked me out from this flight?
