Dear Fly Dubai,
As Fly Dubai frequent customer i had an extremely bad experience from the service representatives from Kyrgyzstan, Bishkek.
I have booked a return ticket Bishkek-Dubai-Bishkek. However due to cancellation of return I have send my Mother to get refund with authorization letter from me as was required by Fly Dubai in Bishkek.
And I was really unhappy with the customer service there and how they treat my mother:
1- They were not listening to the problem
2- They did not want to help
3- and they behave very unethical and intentionally tried to put my Mother down which is unacceptable.
I kindly request you to expedite the issue as there is no quality and service control and lowering the standards of the company in Kyrgyzstan.
Will appreciate your feedback and will be waiting from their representatives official apology to My Mother for the all moral stress they caused to my Mother.
