FocalPrice think twice before buying

Not my first time ordering from them. When I got into troubles I didn't know their customer service was a joke.
My problem was in getting a low-quality item from them. Honestly, everyone would call CS, so did I.
And it was a real circus, especially when they tried to convince me not to ask for a refund. Ok, offer something instead of. Nothing? Ok, give me my money. You have no right holding it.

FocalPrice Do not waste your money!

I have ordered many products from FocalPrice and paid for rush shipping. Shipping was very slow and it took them over a month to deliver. The funniest part was that they finally gave me my tracking number only after I received my order. When I opened the package I saw that three items were missing, so I contacted them and asked about my order. They promised to ship the missing items as soon as possible. When I received the second package there was only one item inside and two were still missing. That was not funny anymore and I already was extremely angry at FocalPrice. Emailed and never heard anything back! I do not recommend wasting your money here.

FocalPrice Bad service!

I bought many products in this store As long as everything is OK, so no problems Once they sent me a defective product, the store starts to answer, regardless of content. Both times when i encountered problems with their products, they tried to do everything they can to shake of the warranty, that include assking me to take pic of the product, the to take a video of them(hey, this isnt an Aviation Accident Investigation) both times I had to ask for help from paypal and both times paypal found my complaints justified In short, recommends you to think twice before buying, if you will get defective product or will not get it at all, no one will solve it for you .

FocalPrice Missing Product/Terrible Service

I ordered a Smart Watch on the 23 March 2015 from Focalprice.com
Order No: FPTZAPBMU2XK
I paid for express shipping and it all came to $103

My watch was stolen and arrived at South African Post Office violated and damaged.

I requested a refund but i keep getting told that i must submit a claim to my post office. They received the box but the watch was missing. they informed Focal Price.

Now i am told that certain products need a license. What nonsense is this?

I would like my money back as soon as possible or i will seek legal aid

I have the emails from my post office and i have the proof of interaction from the RUDE assistant at Focal Price

FocalPrice Refund my money back

Scam! Scam! Scam! Fraud Seller Beware Guys please don’t buy anything from this seller……..!
Guys, Please be careful to buy anything from this seller as you won’t believe after 3 months I haven’t received my item and refund back from them till today. I have been using online website for consumer purchase last 10 year using EBAY, Ali express, China Buy, DHgate, Ever buying, tinydeal etc…but I never face such a worst purchase and ridiculous experience in my whole life.
Just explain my story may be take time to read but I try to save your money as I have bough tablet with registered post on 4th April 2014 after not receiving item after 20 days I start asking regarding delivery status, they have provided tracking number, checked and contacted our local post office with this tracking number which is not valid in your country yes, correct tracking number provided by them totally rubbish and they keep going with this and waste my time. Then I have made RMA request (copy from website) RMA No.: RMA1404230092, Order ID: FPTZFEQG12NH Request Type: Request refund, SKU: CE0895P/1; Complaint Reason: Order Not Received, You started this RMA Request at 23/04/2014 17:43:39. After RMA request just keep going till today. Also in between I have contacted by email info, info19, info01, deliver @ focal.com and finally I have also contacted legal @ focalprice.com millions of times but helpless and feel like I am bagging to them for my money but they all are heartless. Also try to contact PayPal to not allow using their service and made complaint to them and still in contact with provide all information.
Guys, you won’t believe it till today 28/06/2014 I am keep asking refund from this seller and finally decided to forgot my money and try my level best to help other people will not part of this kind fraud from this seller as we couldn’t not go to China and get money. Please check and compare price & review some of this websites before you buy from Focal price. everbuying.com, banggood.com, tinydeal.com, dinodirect.com,

The worst company to buy from... I have contacted them about my parcel which did not reach to me. They have thrown me around with pointless answers that have no meaning. I did not get the refund or the product.

FocalPrice Dishonesty

Bought a tablet from Focalprice.com and it took many weeks longer to receive it than they promised. The tablet failed right away and now I have been waiting MONTHS for them to honor the 1 year warranty on this lousy piece of junk. Focalprice continues to ignore my warranty requests which means they simply are an EXTREMELY DISREPUTABLE COMPANY. Only a fool would buy anything from Focalprice. RUN from Focalprice, they CANNOT BE TRUSTED ! ! !

Terrible experience dealing with this FocalPrice company. Paid alot of extra money to have our purchase delivered extra fast, however the delivery process is instead EXTRA SLOW. Instead of a couple of days, we are approaching a couple of weeks. And the item IS STILL SITTING IN CHINA ! ! ! ! And FocalPrice is refusing to refund the Fast Delivery Charges too! This company cannot be trusted. BEWARE ! !

iPad 2 smart cover is not genuine Apple product and it does not wake and sleep the device as advertised. Despite compaining to the company I get no satisfaction - their returns system cannot be accessed and I can't get a refund.

FocalPrice PRODUCT UNDELIVERED

I had ordered an digital thermometer on 06th JAN 2013 and payment made through Paypal account. Its been more than 2 weeks, neither the customer support is functioning nor could send an complaint from their website. Its the first experience for me to order online globally through Paypal. Paypal has written a message to contact directly the company and no support rendered. Below are the complete order details and have lost the money now.

FocalPrice Don't buy from Focalprice

Don't buy from Focalprice! I don't usually write reviews especially bad ones but I am so disappointed by shopping from "focalprice" that I need to let people know about it!

I bought an android tablet from them which came defective. To cut the long story short, after two and a half months of e-mailing back and forth I haven't yet managed to get a refund. To be honest, I don't believe I will ever get one! The excuses these people can come up with are impossible, let alone that most of the time they reply with templates!

Unfortunately, there is only one advice I can give to people about focalprice! Don't buy from them!

FocalPrice Order not received

I started emailing FocalPrice on March 15, 2011. I emailed again on March 18, 2011, March 23, March 24, March 29, April 3, April 8. Received an email from Helen on April 11. She emailed me again on April 13 and 14. Emailed them again April 18, 20, 22. Earlier I received emails from FocalPrice.com, from Lily on March 15, Renee on March 28, Amoon on March 17, Julia on March 25 and Lily again on April 6.

I received an email from FocalPrice.com on April 22 stating that the Power Bank is lost. How could they say that when I had emailed them on March 15, 18, 23, 24, 29 and April 6, 8, 13, and 18 stating that I wanted help with the thing. I got emails from different people but no one did anything even though I sent the information they asked for. Unless they make good on their promise I will not order anything from them again.

Would someone please help. I still have this thing which does not work. I tried to get them to send me a postage page return slip and they did not. I tried the RMA but it did not work.

The absolute worst company to buy from... I have contacted them about a laser that was WAY below specifications, and they have thrown me around with pointless answers that have no meaning. It is not worth dealing with them...

These can never work outside of China, even though I bought a pair with the Mi Chip in them . As Focalprice customer service was absolutely useless and did not want to know. I contacted the manufacturers XiaoMi who told me that they should not be on sale outside of China. As the App latform is for the Chinese marketplace only. So why sell them outside of China, to pocket the money of course.
Focalprice just said go away hard luck, not interested.
If you like throwing you money away on rubbish goods this is the co. to use. NON existent cust. service.

I had recently ordered a replacement laptop battery and 16GB SD Card from Focalprice through their website. I opted to pay by paypal.
I didn't receive any sort of shipping notification from them. After two weeks the ordered laptop battery arrived and the memory card was missing. Basically, they didn't ship it.

Also, the battery that arrived was not the one that was shown on their website (basically incompatible with my laptop).

Looks like they never intend to respond to customer queries. Very disappointing service and top of it - highly unreliable. You have been warned.

I make a list of 10 reasons to don´t buy in focal price:1 - The products don´t have quality. I receive a broken phone.2 - The products take a lot of time to arrive (I am waiting by 3 months for a functional phone).3
- If you have problems with the product, to have your money back have
to send the item to china. Normal, but you have to pay 70% of sending
cost, even if the fault is them.4 - Focal price take a lot of time to respond too messages.5 - They receive the money and only after this, say to you that don´t have the product in stock.6
- The comments, rantings and videos don´t are real. I post a comment,
rating and a video and don´t be aproved by them. They select the
information that show in the website.7 - The live chat don´t work.8 - Most of the products they don´t have in stock and don´t ship in 3 days like say in the webite.9 - Don´t meet the delivery deadlines.10 - If your phone is broken, focalprice tell you to pay more for new one.

I bought a tablet from focalprice, which I paid for immediately. When the product came about a month later, the user's manual was in chinese only. I sent them an email requesting a manual in english and they replied that it only existed on paper, so would I purchase something else so they could send it alont? Next I discovered that the tablet froze and/or shut down unexpectedly sll the time. I wrote two unfavorable reviews and they were REJECTED! Then I put in an RMA request and they answered by an email advertising how they have my best interest in heart and so offer sales all the time. I believe they systematically pretend to misunderstand in the hopes of tiring the angry customers into giving up all efforts of getting their money back or at least a working product.

"Buyer beware" is what I'll say about Focalprice. Their prices are competitive, but if you have a problem afterwards then good luck! One out of the 2 items I have bought has developed a problem within a couple of months. They do not honour the warranty they offer, and want you to send money for any replacement. The emailing to & fro is purposely designed to wear the customer down until you forget about it (as I have & learned from my mistake). They let on that they don't understand because of the language differences, but it is clear that they know exactly what they are doing.

Bought an iCou10GT 10.1" tablet from focalprice. Paid for it through Paypal, money came out of my acct instantly ($217). Got an email from them two days later telling me that the tablet was not in stock! Why wold you let me pay for an item that you didn't have? They offered me a lower quality one and after thinking about it I decided to cancel my order completely. The next day I received another message saying that the tablet I had initially purchased was shipped? They gave me a tracking # that did not work, so after three weeks the thing arrives at my door. After unboxing it I fount that it didn't have the original power supply, furthermore, I noticed that it had burnt pixels on it's screen that were quite noticeable. You can even see the light of the screen through the back panel! The online add said it had a flash on the rear facing camera...no flash. After opening a dispute through Paypal, I had asked if they could refund a portion of the cost, instead of me sending it back at my own cost and waiting god knows how long for a refund, if I even would get one. I offered a reimbursement of $75 and they offered $30. Paypal suggested I take it. So I did.
Bottom line...BEWARE. Items are not as they are described, and are extremely cheap in their construction. Pay the extra bucks and buy locally, at least If your not satisfied, you can return it, without having to travel to China!

This is the WORST online shopping experience I have had in my life time!

I ordered a $23 "Mesh Design WII to HDMI Conversion Cable" from focalprice.com on 12/25/2012 which is used to connect Wii to TV. I received it on 1/4/2013, but it did not work. I contacted focalprice.com the same day. They requested that I send photos to prove that it is not working which I did right away. They responded by saying that they would make a decision soon. I didn't hear from them for more than 2 weeks until I send another email requesting a refund and threatening that if the issue is not resolved I will dispute the transaction. Since then we have exchanged multiple emails. In their emails they suggested a few way to fix it such as having it repaired in local store, offering me a coupon, resending me a new one, etc. This has been my worst online shopping experience.

I paid ~$100 for Angry Birds wall borders for my son's room. I ordered them on New Year's eve and have never received them (it's March 12th). I have sent several mails and received no response. I have sent mail demanding my money back, and still get no response. FocalPrice appear to be out and out thieves. To add insult to injury they keep sending me promotional emails for their latest products.
