I have to say, I am extremely disappointed with FastTech. I placed an order with them and received a defective item. I returned it to them and it has been a complete nightmare ever since. I think it's important to keep in mind that everything in China is owned by the government. So when you get "free" shipping from FastTech, it's actually the Chinese government using taxpayer money to pay for it. All of their products are mass-produced in Shenzen, which is one of their largest sea ports. If you don't pay for shipping, the government will ship your item out the cheapest way possible, which means it will be coming across the ocean by boat. Your item will be put in a shipping container, which has to be full before it's put on a boat. The boat also has to be full of containers before it leaves port. This process can take up to 12-14 days at sea because the boats make stops at other ports too.
When your package arrives, it has to go through one of three international ports. Once it's there, customs has to inspect every single item on that boat, which can take a lot of time. This whole process can easily take up to 6 weeks. I've made about 3 purchases from FastTech over the last year and a half, and every item took from 3-6 weeks to arrive at my door. If you're upset about the shipping aspect of buying from them, you might want to rethink buying from China altogether. This is how every Chinese website works.
If you want to save money, you should keep your orders small, like less than $20. That way, if something does go wrong, you're not out very much money. These people are 3,000 miles away on another continent working for pennies on the dollar. They don't speak English, and I don't think they generally care if you have a problem or not. Then, on September 29th, I received a message from FastTech apologizing for the delay and promising to improve their inventory control process. They informed me that item 9648160 would arrive on September 29th and that they would ship my order as soon as all the items were in stock. They also offered me a gift from a list of items on their website.
It's now October 8th, and I still haven't received anything. I responded to their offer of a gift, but I didn't really want any of the items they were offering. I asked for item 9655892 as my gift and as a replacement for 7775702, with no refund required. I also offered to pay a small amount if they couldn't give me the item I wanted.
Their response was disappointing. They couldn't send me item 9655892 as a gift because the price difference was too big, so they offered to deduct USD$1.5 as a discount if I wanted it as a replacement. They also informed me that they were off duty from October 1st to October 7th due to the National Day Festival.
Finally, on October 8th, they replaced item 7775702 with item 9655892 and sent me a link to pay the balance of USD$17.43. I paid the balance, but I was frustrated that I had to pay so much more than the original price of USD$1.88.
It's now November 12th, and I still haven't received my order. I regret making a purchase from FastTech and would advise others to stay away from this website. I also asked if there were any committed to my order and if it was unavailable because I took their last stock. He replied with a blunt "no." I then asked why Ivy did not mention this earlier when I was already speaking with her and if he had an ETA on when it would be available to ship. I waited for 10 full minutes without a reply.
I then opened a new tab and spoke with another representative, Kenneth. He was very polite and helpful, despite the matter being out of his hands. He told me the same thing as Patrick, that the item would not be available until at least October 9th. I checked the listing for the SKU and saw that it now said "ships within 3 business days" instead of out of stock. This was frustrating to see, as it was still inaccurate.
Long story short, I may receive negative feedback from my customer and have to issue a refund and file a PayPal chargeback. Unless my customer decides to wait and receive a partial refund on the order, I will be stuck with a gift certificate to use at FastTech. This was my first and only order with them.

Now, I'm just waiting to see if the "staff" can send me the vape mod that I ordered, with or without the tank combo. The right thing to do would be to send the combo even though I don't care for the tank and just want the one I paid for. The tank I paid for, SKU 6821802, might actually be discontinued, but they have multiple TFV12 cloud beasts still available for sale. They could just send a rebuild-able head to make it the actual tank kit I paid for.
All of this just to squeeze extra money out of the customer is disappointing. I hope that FastTech.com can rectify this situation and provide me with the products I ordered and a fair refund for the tank that was falsely advertised.

Fasttech is a website that I have had some experience with, and let me tell you, it's not all sunshine and rainbows. These guys will give you the runaround for what seems like forever, even after you've sent them pictures and videos as they requested. It's pretty clear that they have no intention of giving you your money back, even if the item you received is not the one you ordered. Suddenly, it's your fault that they sent the wrong item, and if you receive a defective item, it's obviously because you did something to it.
If you're patient enough to deal with their back-and-forth messaging for about 5 or 6 months, you might get a small refund, but it won't be anywhere near what they owe you. I think the only reason I got any refund at all is because they realized they were going to have to deal with me on a daily basis for the rest of their lives. It's a shame that it has to come to that, but sometimes you have to fight for what's right.
The first, second, or even third order usually arrives after taking over three months, and it's usually what you ordered. But at some point, they start treating you like you're less than human and just a means of getting free money. What can you do about it? You can't call the Better Business Bureau because they're not based in the United States. Once these scam artists get your cash in their hands, you have no recourse whatsoever to recoup your losses.
So, my advice to you is to listen to me and learn from my experience. Don't make the same mistake I did. Stay away from Fasttech if you value your time and money. Have a great day, everyone.
FastTech Review: Defective Vape, Terrible Service, and Dangerous Experience
So, I recently purchased a vape from FastTech and I must say, I was not impressed with their service. Firstly, it took them a whole month to ship my order, which was quite frustrating. When I finally received my vape, I was disappointed to find out that it was defective. The trigger would activate itself when I left it on the table unlocked, which was quite dangerous. However, the final straw was when it burned me. The vape turned itself on, burned all the juice in the tank, and burned my leg. Its internal temperature was 200 degrees (f) which is just insane.
I contacted FastTech to return the defective vape, but they made it quite hard for me to do so. When I finally managed to return it, they never contacted me for my refund. I had to make a YouTube video showcasing the defect, which you can find by searching up #c041007138 on YouTube. They even asked me to bring it to a vape shop and fix it, giving me only half of my refund. What a load of BS!
In the video, you can see that I brought it to my local vape shop and the vape was burning the worker as he was touching the battery cap. It was quite dangerous, and I'm glad I didn't have it in my pocket when it overheated. It's been two months since I made the video and sent back the vape via USPS priority mail, so it should've arrived in three days max. However, they have not reached out to me since, and I feel like I've been scammed.
Overall, I would not recommend FastTech to anyone. Their service is terrible, and their products are defective. I've attached a photo of when it overheated on me and burned my leg. It's just not worth the risk, and I'll never make the mistake of saving a couple of bucks and buying online again.

Who was lying to me? Was it FastTech or DHL?
I decided to request a refund at 100%, and not in store credit, since I would not be using their site again. I used PayPal to complete my transaction, so I will dispute the charge and get my money returned. I work hard for my money, and $11 is not a small amount for me. Disappointing Experience with FastTech: Cheap Products and Poor Customer Service
I recently made an order on FastTech for some vaping mods, and I must say, I was quite disappointed with my experience. Firstly, it took over a month for my order to arrive, which was quite frustrating. When I finally received my order, I was excited to try out the Eleaf Istick clone called "Smart 20". However, right out of the box, it did not charge, no matter what cable or charger I used. I was quite disappointed to find out that it was just a cheap board and battery inside, which made it feel like garbage.
Additionally, I also ordered the V-35 Vamo clone, but when I tried to use it, the firing pin was too big. I tried using my Protank 3, Nautilus, Mini Nautilus, iClear, and other tanks, but none of them worked. I had to change the pin with one I pulled from an old eGo, and finally, it worked. However, I soon found out that the variable wattage did not work properly. The display showed wattage change, but the output remained at 35 watts. This was quite frustrating, as I ruined three coils in just 10 minutes trying to figure it out.
When I tried to contact customer service, it took them five days to respond, which was quite a long time. They asked me to make a video and post it on YouTube before they could give me a RMA, which was quite ridiculous. I refused to do that, as it was quite inconvenient. I also found out that I couldn't send the video directly to them, probably because of Chinese government internet restrictions. I was quite disappointed with their customer service, as they should have believed me when I told them that the device was broken.
In the end, I gave up on trying to get a replacement or refund, as it would take months for anything to get resolved. Shipping each way takes 4-6 weeks, which I believe FastTech counts on. I will use these items as parts, but I will never order from FastTech or China ever again. Overall, my experience with FastTech was quite disappointing, and I would not recommend them to anyone.

This is simply disappointing and unprofessional. My order was made in August 21st. It is still not here. I paid for a 7-12 days period and it's been more than a month now. I have already had to buy a replacement via amazon. I am pretty certain this is the last time I am using your services.

Moreover, I have paid USD1.64 more for the shipping.

Scam and ripoff
oh what a mess their website is! It takes them forever to finally ship your items, but it takes them only two seconds to charge your hard earned money. It's what they usually do with no problem. But what next? Long long waiting. The longest waiting that a store like this can provide. 2.5-3 months... So ordering from there is like checking your ability to be patient and stay calm at the same time. oh and if you get a non-functioning part and will want a refund, they will give you a hard time, but won't do anything.

I searched online for replacement coils for my atomizer on my ecig. Fasttech was the only place that claimed to have them. I thought it was great because every other website said they were out of stock. I placed the order for 10 5packs. 10 days later I received an email from Fasttech that explained they did not actually have this item and I could receive store credit or a refund. I responded immediately that I wanted a refund. That was the last I ever heard of them. Although I sent multiple emails to them they would not respond. Well one month after I made the order And 20 days after I told them I wanted a refund there was no response.
It was clear that they were not going to refund my money. I was lucky that I paid with PayPal. I decided to complain through PayPal and SHOCK! within 12 hours and on a weekend the money was returned to my PayPal account. Of course they don't want to loose their use of PayPal. How else would they be able to milk unknowing people out there in cyberspace?
I recommend never to purchase anything from these scam artists. They are not trustworthy and WILL steal from you if you are to trusting.
Shipment lost
I placed my order on March 12th and it was shipped out March 13th. I have ordered two other times from this company and the item arrived within 10 days. It appears that USPS has lost the package and I requested assistance from the shipper to try and help me locate the package. I got the sorry message as well as telling me I needed to contact the post office which I told them I had already done that two days ago. Their idea of customer service is to copy tracking information, paste it into an email and send it to you. This was purchased through PayPal so I am going to contact them for assistance. My advice is avoid this company at all cost.

They don't deliver to my country and refuse to give my money back
I have ordered some stuff from Fasttech and paid for my order. Later I received a message stating that they don't ship to my country. Seriously? When I placed my order I provided my address and they said nothing! And only after they took my money they informed me that they don't deliver to my country. Then I asked for a refund but they refused. I told them that was not my mistake, they saw my address and they could have told me about that! Do not order from these guys! Scammed
I made an order in early January and nothing ever arrived. I still communicate with these clowns and they keep saying my stuff is on its way. Asked them to cancel my order a million times now, but they refused and told me to be patient. They said that my order was shipped on February 2nd, but when I asked for some sort of confirmation they ignored me. Extremely slow
If you order from these guys do not bother paying extra money for shipping. Even if you pay extra you will be waiting for your package like forever. I purchased three items from FastTech and paid extra for rush shipping. I actually expected to receive my items within two weeks, but it is already two months since I ordered. I contacted customer service, they apologized and asked me to be more patient. Paying extra for shipping is useless, it’s just a waste of money, and will only cause your order to take much longer to arrive. Still hoping to get that package.
