The Ladies At the Desk Were Nice, But When I Stated I Did Not Want Any Liability Insurance, Laura Became Slightly Rude. And Just Said "If Anything Happens You Will Be Liable For Any Damage Your Insurance Does Not Cover. Initial Here To Deny Coverage" Nothing Major, Just Mildly Rude The Way She Said It. Then She Tells Me, "The Return Time Says 12:00pm, But We Give A One Hour Leeway. You Do Not Have To Return Vehicle Until 1:00pm" I Signed All The Places She Said And Left To Get the Vehicle. Ares Was Awesome! Both When I Left & Returned (12:20pm). When I Read The Bill, You Have Charged Me For The Hour Late Fee (My Bad For Listening To Laura), But Also You Charged Me For Insurance That I Had Declined (She Asked Minimum Or Maximum Coverage, For Which I Stated Neither). I Called Your CS Line Only To Talk To A Rude Woman Who Stated "I Can Give You Credit For Your Next Rental" I Stated I Wanted A Refund And Wanted To Talk To A Manager. She Stated "I Will Send An Email To The Desk Where I Had Gotten The Vehicle, But If They Refuse To Give A Refund, I Would Lose My Money All Together" I Told Her To Send The Email. I Do Not Want Credit For Something I Denied Wanting In The First Place
