I firmly told her that she wouldn't be helping me and that she was being rude and disrespectful, not only to me but also to the previous customer. It's unacceptable to treat people so horribly, especially in front of other customers. I definitely do not recommend this store, especially the one located in Fashion Valley on Fries Road.

Their site glitched and unselected the correct address, instead sending my order to an address from 2 years ago. But of course, it was a three-day weekend when this happened, and even though I emailed and tried calling, their offices were obviously closed. I didn't get a response until I called on Tuesday. She told me she'd correct the address, but the shipping company might still send my items to the wrong address, even though my package hadn't been shipped yet at the time. On Thursday, I received an email at 11 am stating that my items had shipped, displaying my correct address. So, I was under the impression that it was being sent to the right place. I then received a delivered notification at 5 pm THE SAME DAY. It was only then that the tracking information provided by FedEx revealed that it was sent to the wrong address. It was listed at the bottom, along with a picture of my front porch from 2 years ago. Great. Of course, since no one at Francesca's was answering me, I took the initiative and contacted my old apartment complex. I was able to retrieve the package myself, but an item is missing. I am still on hold as I write this, almost an hour combined from my now 4 phone calls, and I have yet to reach a person. I would just like the item that I paid for, please and thank you. And if it's conveniently sold out, then I don't just want my money back, but I'd like some kind of compensation for having to go through this whole hassle. Very hostile, unsympathetic, and unhelpful. I was a frequent shopper at Francesca's. Typically they are just ok-- not very attentive, just does the minimum. I went to the Mall of Georgia location for a sale and an employee, Paige, was closing the store door 11 minutes (at 7:49pm) before closing time (8pm) listed on the website hours. I continue walking towards the store at 7:50pm, not completely sure if they were closed or just preparing to close, and she tells me that they are closed. I had driven 30 minutes to get there in time for the deal; I told her this, and she said I should have come sooner... Which I could not have. She proceeded to tell me that they close early on days they do signage. I had no way of knowing this ahead of time. Most stores I have seen do signage in the morning shift since customers are not there yet and it doesn't inconvenience anyone. Paige said she was trying to close the store and be out by 8:02pm and that I was delaying her closing. I was in there to purchase one item and made it during store hours, but I was told that I was inconveniencing HER from closing 2 minutes after closing time. She gave me no solutions, only looks of annoyance for still being there (during store hours). I told her I was not trying to get her in trouble or anything, but I wanted to know the customer service number to see if they would still honor the deal since Paige was claiming they couldn't do anything from the store's end. She continued closing the store and was ignoring my question. I asked again nicely and she said I could find it online. After all of this, I still left the store before 8pm when they were actually supposed to be closed. I understand if a store policy prevents her from being able to open the register back up, but if that was the case, she must have been closing the registers while the store doors were open, so a customer could have come in at any point. Closing early and being cold to a customer telling them that it is "not my fault you didn't come earlier" is very disappointing.
I called the next morning to speak to a manager, Julie, and she said she tells her girls they can close early to be able to leave early. I understand the want to not be there closing for an hour, but it is their job to be there helping customers during operating hours, not do everything they can to leave 2 minutes after closing. Julie told me there was nothing she could do about it but that I could call customer service to see what they could do. Again, no sympathy or accountability on their part.
I then sat on the phone for over an hour waiting to speak to a customer service representative. I still have not been able to speak to someone. Absolutely disappointing. Will not be shopping here again.

I've spent over 1000$ at Francesca's and I still haven't received any of my rewards points from when the system was down between February and April of 2023. I sent all my receipts in and 2 weeks later still nothing. When it initially said in the email that it would only take 1-3 business days to get your rewards... then I've made several in store purchases as well since the system went backup in April and they started taking phone numbers again and I never received my points for any of those purchases? Strange? So I sent more receipts in still haven't gotten my points for those weeks later... then on my first online purchase I was missing an item, they gave me something else in replace of it that I did not order. I brought it to the store and got my money back. Then I made another online purchase on April 11th it took money off my card but the status says "errored" now I'm just getting very frustrated... good luck calling customer service unless you have hours in a day to wait on hold. I have a life and work nobody has all that time in the world to sit on a phone and wait to get help that you've been dealing with for weeks. It should not be this hard to get ahold of someone? I'm on hold right now for 2 hours now while at my job and I shouldn't be on the phone at work but I'm just getting so tired of this. I will not be ordering online anymore it's just too much to deal with. I want my points that I spent tons of money on and I want my order I placed on April 11th to be fixed! I have finally got off the phone with a live person after being on hold for 3 hours and they did resolve a lot of my issues. As for the rewards they said they are working on that now and everyone should be receiving their missed rewards by the end of April. If I do not receive it by the end of April they will issue it back to me right away they just can't do it before the end of april. (so once end of April comes I'll be re editing this post) as for the online order they were able to fix it with in min and they offered a refund or to still have it shipped out to the store. I chose to have it shipped to the store still and I received the order confirmation showing that it was fixed. I have no further issues until end of april comes if I actually receive my 300$ in rewards. They also resolved why I wasn't receiving rewards for my most recent purchase when the system went back up, it was bevatae apparently I had a duplicate account? I'm not even sure how that happened but they merged both together so I should be receiving new rewards now.

Don't buy from this company! It's a scam. I ordered sneakers 12/18. I received an email that it shipped 12/20. The item tracking never changed from label printed waiting for courier pickup. I sent two emails with no response. I called and after a half an hour on hold I spoke to someone who I could barely hear because it sounded like she was at her house and there was a TV on. She said I would be refunded. Then I get an email saying your refund is in the way. I spent 41.08 but the refund is only for 10$?! As a first time buyer, definitely will never attempt to shop here again.

I Fed-Exed my return according to their rules and instructions. I used their return label.
On 6/24/2023 I Fed-Exed the package and the tracking details say it arrived on 6/27. I expect a $118 refund. I contacted customer service on 7/17, 9/7, and 9/18 (today).
Despite contacting customer service (both via email and through their website email interface) I have received no form of response from Francesca's - zero emails (except some automated emails), zero confirmations that my return has been received, zero credit to my account balance, gift card(s).
Before initiating the return, I carefully read their entire return policy, which turns out to be a lie. I previously had one positive and efficient refund experience with Francesca's before this one in early 2023, so I thought I would be fine. I was clearly wrong. I am heartbroken because I really love their unique clothing and jewelry selection. This experience has obviously changed my mind: I will never shop here again.
Desired outcome: (1) I want a response that my return has been received. (2) I want a full refund of $118 or more. (3) I want a professional and complete apology. (4) I want at least $20 store credit for the inconvenience.
As of December 5, 2023 I still have received no response from Francesca's. I also lodged a complaint through the Better Business Bureau and after months of waiting, I did not receive any response there either.

I ordered 10 items from Francesca's website during their semi annual sale and paid for all 10 but only received 9/10 items. My order delivered on a Friday and they don't open again until Monday and customer service is only available during business hours as well of course. I sent an email so hopefully I'll have someone get back to me soon and make sure this issue is resolved.
