Warranties for fabric, finish and frame exclude normal wear and tear and require that furniture was properly maintained as outlined in care instructions".
We ordered a pair of outdoor patio chairs from this company because of the quality of the items we had previously purchased, and based on their 10 -Year Frame "Worry-Free Warranty". We trusted their product especially since my husband, a 41 year Active Military Veteran is now a 100% Disabled Veteran and wanted a safe product. The attached photos show the whole story. I contacted customer service and after a period of time they sent us a set of steel plates and told us that would fix the problem. Obviously, they did not understand the even I was describing. As you can see the chairs look to be in great condition except for the bottom section the sheared off one of the chairs. The other chair is extremely wobbly but not sheared.

Desired outcome: We'd like the bottoms fully replaced if possible, or a refund.
