I have done my due diligence and fulfilled my obligation to this company, complied with the Terms and Conditions that were posted on the internet site and they continue to bill my credit card company.

In addition to billing me for a product that I have cancelled well within the 14 day period, they have chosen to bill me twice for the amount of $87.13 for merchandise that I am not receiving nor do I care to receive.

A $3.99 trial size was advertised (30 day supply) and then an unauthorized charge of $87.13 on my credit card 15 days later. Customer Representative of company states they are authorized to charge card if I did not respond to e-mail within 15 days of trial size purchase. Only e-mail I got was confirmation of delivery. So basically, I get my 3.99 trial size and nothing for the additional unauthorized charge of $87.13. That was the penalty for me not responding to their invisible e-mail.

We shared the same experience. I also wasn't able to return the products. Luckily, I contacted [protected] and they allowed me to cancel future orders. Try calling this no.also. But do control your temper and avoid vulgar words.

There is a charge on my credit card entitled "Ultra Cleanse" for $87.13. When I called the toll free number I spoke with someone who did not speak English. I asked for his supervisor and 20 minutes later a supervisor came on the line and after I told them I did not order this product nor did I ever receive this product and that I would like a refund he gave me a refund confirm number and said it would take at least 30 days to receive a refund. I am skeptical as to whether a refund will ever come. The communication between myself and these individuals was very difficult. I reported this to my credit card company and they are investigating this incident.

I too ordered the "free" trial of acai berry detox. I followed the guidelines in reference to canceling the order and was still charged the $87.13. I have contacted my credit card company, which you should do also, and they will not pay the charges or they will retract any payment they may have already processed. I think most credit card company have the power to get the funds back for you.I guess we should have known this was a scam. You can't get something of value for nothing. This shows what kind of company we were dealing with. If they have to scam to make sales, then their product must be useless. I am doing all I can to tell friends and loved one to avoid this product.

I too was taken in by the "free" trial offer of Acai Berry. As soon as I received the product I called and canceled. They gave told me all future orders would be canceled and no charges would occur. WRONG! I never received any more product, but I did receive charges for it of $87.13. I called my credit card company. They are going to reverse payment and credit my account. I suggest all of you that used a credit card to do the same thing. I guess we should have known that you can't get something of value for nothing. And this goes to show that this company has to scam customers to make sales. I am telling everyone I know about this, so they will not purchase any products from this company.

I just had my battle with them. I am putting a complaint into Florida Business bureau. They took out 87.13 from my checking account. Anyone that reads this and still deals with them is in for a nightmare. It's ashame that they have to make their money ripping people off. I hope I'm not in for the nightmare of them continuing to take money out of the checking acount. It's sad they they can get away with this. This will keeping me from ever buying again this way. To bad for the honest business people in this world. The sad thing is a lot of us may have kept ordering if we liked the product but they make us so mad that hell with the product. I would not touch there business ever again. I see the bottom line of the 15 days but boy they make sure you don't really see it so they can get your money. Wished I had seen this sight first.

I too believe I was misled by the ads. I called the number to cancel within the 14 days and was not able to leave a message. I tried to cancel through the website but kept getting bounced off UNTIL my trial period had expired and my bank account had been debited for the $87.13 Trial bottle I received. I am livid and intend to pursue this a bit longer.

My physician (who is also my sister) saw the bottle on ny kitchen counter and went ballistic. She provided me with information outlining the risks involved with both the FWM acai berry detox product as well as Acai berries in general. Her primary concern is that these labs are not really regulated by the FDA (even if they state they are) and they can be putting any number of ingredients in product. Who knows what yu are putting into your system.

I should know better than to fall for this type of scam.

I thought I had a problem when yes, I received my revestrol ultra, on the 16th of April, then on the 15th, I had another charge on my statement for the 87.00, plus, 1.00, and another for 2.00. The charge said it was for pure berry max, which I did not order. I called the number which was on a slip of paper that came with the ultra max.I got right through to a customer service, sounds like she was from another country, but she did explain that was for the next shipment of revestrol ultra, and before the next order after this one, to call, and they would set up a 40.00 discount. I am fairly satisfied, because the revestrol ultra has actually helped with some intestinal problems I had been having, and was afraid I was going to have to have more surgery.Seems to have opened me up some. So, all in all, unless I do not receive this next bottle, I am satisfied so far. We will see if I receive it or not in the next few days.

I have the same story, I also fell for the ad, but was only to pay $1, 99 for S&H but less than 2 weeks later was billed for the same $87.13. A week after being billed for the new package I recieved it. It took them 1 week to bill me and 2 weeks to send it to me. they are certailny a SCAM AND RIPOFF COMPANY. However, I have not let them do this to me without a fight. I call them daily and get a Supervisor and let her have it. I have notified the Attorney General's office in writing I will do whatever it takes to drive these people out of business. They keep telling me my refund is in process but, I don't seem to get it.
I almost don't care about the money anymore, though I need it badly, it is getting to be the principle of the matter.
The money they took from me was to pay for food on my table or medicine for my husband or myself. Thank God, we have a won-derful daughter who gave us the money we needed to buy the things necessary to stay alive.

I have had the same INFURIATING experience. I just filed a complaint with the Better Business Burea. The local department that will be handling it can be contacted at 4411 Beacon Circle, Ste. 4, West Palm Beach, FL 33407. You can call them at [protected](day) or [protected].
I have been charged a total of $93.81 and have received one bottle of 60 pills. So...that's about $1.56 per pill...I also tried to cancel my order within the trial period and could not get through. After my account was charged, I called the company too. I spoke to two or three different reps. who were all so extremely rude and heartless. They alluded to the existence of a Refund Department but refused to give me the phone number for it.
If I am charged anything more, even a penny, I am going to completely lose it. Nothing makes me angrier than this type of injustice!
Please, everyone, file a complaint now!

This company is a COMPLETE scam. Never, not once in the lead website is there a disclaimer that notifies the consumer that they are going to be charged almost 90 dollars EVERY month for a subscription. All I did was sign up for the "free" trial and get ripped off. Instead of 3.95 the crap was 87.75 and the stupid customer service rep was from somewhere (not Florida like the intro on the phone says) and I could not understand her. I am appalled that when I asked for my money back she told me I could not have it! I thought that the contract was applicable to MY satisfaction. The crap DOES NOT WORK and I will never use anything from them again. I want my money back now and I cannot get anyone to refund it. I would even send the rest of the crap back to them but even they don't want it. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. I WANT MY MONEY BACK I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOWWWWWW! I actually demand to speak to the president of the company. If he/she sees this, call me and we will have a nice discussion about how I am going to report them to the BBB and anyone else that will listen. People if you are wise, don't fall for this scam, I would hate for anyone else to be ripped off.

Same situation with me in regards to my account being charged, but the difference is they charged my account three times on the same date for $87.13, for a total of $261.39. they did cancel my account even though I didn't know I had one. I also never received an email saying I must respond within 15 days. One thing I am lucky for, Bank of America is crediting my account back the money and they are going after FWM Labs with a fraud claim. so, you guys who have been duped, go to the financial institution which your credit card is through, they'll get your money back. I ordered this product a week ago...may 16. Within 30 minutes I canceled because I felt I had ordered the product out of impulse and then I also realized I was going to be charged $87 and didn't want that so I canceled. I did receive the package 4 days later. So I called and yes I spoke to some guy named Mike or David...we all know his real name is probably Ali Patel...and that he is from India...but the point of it all is to read the fine print and cancel anything your not sure of WITHIN 14 FREE TRAIL DAYS...that clock starts the minute after you hit the submit for rush delivery button.

I have been trying to cancel my free trial, I cannot take it because I have thyroid problems. I have called FWM Laboratories and they will not help me. They said I have to call [protected], I did that and I get the automated phone system. I keep getting hung up on after being on hold for at least a half hour everytime I call.
I know they are going to bill my credit card again, I don't want anything to do with them, they are just money hungery! or they wouldn't make it so difficult to cancel anymore shipments. I will have to alert my bank and I won't accept any more mailing from them.

Immediately cancel the card used to place the order for your "FREE" supplement and place any additional charges "in dispute" charging FRAUD.

The call center is in the Philippines hence the individuals who answer your call ( if you can get them to answer!) are completely clueless as to what is really going on with their "employer." Initially they will placate you. By your third call they become caustic.

Call them every day (place the phone on speaker and get about your other business; do not let them frustrate you) and inform them of the fraudulent activities their "employer" has perpetrated upon so many innocent people.

You will need an RMA # in order to return the ReservatrolULTRA. The call center will tell you that it takes 3-5 days for you to receive that number and the address you will need to use for the return. They will NOT send this to you. You must call every day and ask for the number. Prepare yourself for the same song and dance routine. On the fifth day you'll finally be connected to a "supervisor" with instructions and the RMA number.
The return address is in Nevada (a post office box no less). The billing comes from the UK. The company is listed in south Florida.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. IF YOU HAVE ALREADY DONE SO DO NOT DESPAIR. THESE CREEPS WILL GET THEIR JUST DESSERTS!

To the probably now thousands of people who have "supposedly" ordered the 99 cent one time free trial of Reservatrol Ultra and are finding themselves being charged the amount in the below paragraph and read that it was just a one month trial bottle for 99 cents.

I also ordered it and printed out my receipt where there was no information regarding a charge of $87.13 being charged to my account after 15 days of receiving the product. Nor was the information available when I ordered it.

TODAY the same company deducted a charge of $19.95 for a protection plan. When I called them all the representative wanted was my debit information.

FIRST OF ALL TO ANY ONE WHO IS READING THIS! PLEASE CALL AND CANCEL YOUR CREDIT CARD IMMEDIATELY OR YOUR DEBIT CARD IMMEDIATELY AND HAVE A NEW ONE ISSUED WITH A DIFFERENT NUMBER.

I am with Bank of America. Once both charegs have gone from PENDING to POSTING there is an "unauthorized charge" direct line to call. If you are with Bank of American the phone number is: [protected]. Wait for the cue and press 2. Tell the representative it is regarding an unauthorized charge.

Tell them the unauthorized charges are with FWM Laboratories Company in Florida. The representatives with B/A are very nice.

ANOTHER IMPORTANT NOTE: If anyone out there is in a political position to get an attorney to help all of us please contact she/he.

Besides my own situation which is that I am 59 and on disability I suspect because of such national coverage with Dr. Oz, possibly Oprah, etc. that this is hitting the pocket books of many who do not have the money and are being charged.

THIS IS A VERY THOUGHT OUT SCAM THAT IS MANIPULATING SO MANY PEOPLE.

I hope and trust this will help all of us. I began by saying thousands have been affected. But because of the national media promoting this specific form of Reservatrol (or Resveratrol), it may be affecting millions of people.

I order my Resveratrol online from Doctor's Trust. Type in Resveratrol and order the bottle on the far right side of the page. The picture of the bottle is enlarged and made by a company called: Puritan's Pride.

This is what I was taking before the SCAM with FWM Laboratories. I only ordered the one month 99 cent trial bottle to see if it made more difference. Doctor's Trust is a reputable company and their products are reliable.

its apparent that many people have been dooped by this company and have been charged astounding amounts of money at the same time. my girlfriend was one of them as well. she purchased a free trial version of the acai berry diet pills and was told she only had to pay shipping and handling. she recieved the product and it seemed everything was ok. then yesterday after posting 250.00 into our account we looked online at our bank account to find that we had been charged 87.13 which put us in the red. im now negative in my account and after speaking with the bank manager apparently they've had alot of people come in dealing with the same thing. Unfortunately, it seems as though there's nothing the bank can do but dispute it and hope that it rules in our favor. We too called the company back and waited, and waited, and waited until finally we got ahold of somebody and talked for about two hours just to get her apparent membership or whatever canceled. this is not only fraudulent but in everyway illegal. No company can make charges to your account for things a person didnt buy or agree to purchase. My bank manager said if a person gives there charge card number over the phone to an online company its possible they could continue charging you many times for things you dont want or never even agreed to buy and there's pretty much nothing you can do about it. Im sure these overdraft charges im being hit with (secondary income for the bank owner) help pay her salary though. it seems to me this company needs to be shut down and the only way i see this happening is if there is legal action taken. anyone who's been dooped by this needs to contact me at765-356-4005 with full name and number u can be reached at so that we can contact legal team to help assist us in pursuing a class action law suit against this company. if possible please respond at the soonest that way we can get this process started as quickly as possible.

For all of you, here is a sample letter that you can edit to your liking:

Subject Line on your email: A story well worth investigating

To the Dateline Team,

On behalf of thousands of Americans, I hope your team will do an investigative report on a company that has multiple websites and is ripping thousands of Americans off.

Here is my story: It all began when I saw a small ad on my Comcast homepage featuring Dr. Oz, mentioning your show and 60 Minutes. It was an ad for Resveratrol. It offered a free 30-day supply for $3.95. Finally, I gave in and ordered it, placing the order on my debit card on 5/20/09. I was charged $1.95 and $2.95 on 5/26 and then--surprisingly--the bank issued two .06cent "International Transaction Fees". I immediately called the companys' customer service number--of which they have many and on many websites--and cancelled my order. The company, I discovered is known as FWM Laboratories and cancelled my order. They INSISTED that they were based in Florida. I should right then and there also have cancelled my debit card.

It gets much worse. On 5.26.09, I was charged another unauthorized fee of $49.95 from a company called Biolabs, supposedly in Carson City, NV (I also discovered this through yet another customer service line). I googled FWM Laboratories and found 11 pages of complaints! I called both corporate numbers and both are no longer in service. They are now operating out of the country...hence the two .06cent charges initiated by my bank.

On the initial order, it asked whether they could include a FREE sample of a skin creme (this is where Biolabs comes in evidently). There was a 14 day cancellation window for the Resveratrol, but I had NO IDEA about this skin creme, which I have not received as of today. I called them three times yesterday and demanded a credit. They gave me the run-around, stating that they will "escalate" the refund to their "Refund Department" (yeah, right...please read the many complaints). I finally got an RMA # to return the skin creme once it comes, but their reasoning was that there was also a 14-day cancellation on the skin crème—which has conveniently passed! This company is a scam company and is ripping people off left and right.

I personally find your show to be the best and most thorough when it comes to investigations. You are real reporters, and there are not many left, who dig deep and get answers and help people.

This company is now located out of the country (could be in the Phillipines). Perhaps the FL. Attorney General's Office--where I filed a complaint, in addition to NJ's Atty. General--cannot even prosecute these thieves. PLEASE, ON BEHALF OF MANY AMERICANS WHO HAVE BEEN RIPPED OFF REPEATEDLY, DO A PIECE ON THIS. Resveratrol can be obtained through various websites, but whichever website I go to, when I hit "contact us" and call the number, it is (guess what?) FWM Laboratories. I believe it is one company that is manufacturing this product along with Acai Berry and other products, and who knows what is in the products? Perhaps your show could have the product analyzed and do some research into this company and also contact the FL. Attorney General's Office. Many people have been ripped off...we desperately need your help. Here is the companys’ address and phone number that is listed on one website: FWM Laboratories; 2495 Stirling Road #20;Fort Lauderdale, Florida, 33312; United States; Phone: [protected] and [protected]. Additionally, here are the various customer service numbers: [protected]; [protected]; [protected], and [protected] (supposedly, this is Biolabs Skincare at 1802 N. Carson St.; Carson City, NV 89701).

Thank you kindly for your consideration and time.

Hello,
I ordered the sample bottle of the Acai product back in December. I received an EMPTY envelope from them. It looks as though someone openned the envelope and took the product. I was charged in both January and February $87.13 totally $174.26. Once I realized what was going on I called and they did cancel any future charges but I HAVE NOT received a credit on my card for $174.26. I called again and the manager told me that he has sent a ticket to the refund department and he couldn't guarantee how much they would credit me. What a scam! FRAUD, FRAUD, FRAUD! I will continue to call until I get my money back.

Awesome letter Hunter!

I agree with everyone. I ordered the sample (Acai Berry) in December and received an EMPTY 6x10 envelope. Someone opened the envelope and helped themselves to the product. I called and cancelled the shipments once I say the first $87.13 charge in January. Of course they charged me another $87.13 in February. Still never received anything for FWM Laboratories. I called to get credit and was told that I would receive an email stating that my refund was being processed. I did not receive any emails from them. I called again today, June 3rd and was told the same as before. The couldn't tell me if they were going to credit me the full amount of $174.26. Very angry I called my credit card company. They were able to credit the full amount. The card company will turn around and charge back the merchant...FWM Laboratories! HA! Don't know why I didn't call them earlier. Call your banks or card companies and see what they can do. Do it now as most only have 120 days to do this. I am sure they charge back merchants everyday. What a scam...total FRAUD! Good Luck Everyone! :)

I don't know about you guys, but I read everything when I sign up for stuff on the internet, which I started doing after trying out free credit report which no one ever complains about, but they have things in their "fine print" saying that you are going to be charged. Every company on the internet has terms of their order and in most cases for a "free trial" where you pay shipping it is because they are enrolling you into an auto shipment program just like proactive, which I haven't ever seen a complaint on. At any rate, I signed up for the trial because I wanted to try the new fad, and after I read through their terms to get the phone number (not in fine print) I called and cancelled any future charges, and have not had any further billings or problems with this company at all. If you would learn how to read you wouldn't feel like you were taken advantage of or feel that a company has scammed you. You should all be ashamed for not taking responsibility for your own actions.

I JUST HAD MY DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY, AND DID MY RESEARCH AND DISCOVERD THIS WEBSITE, I TOLD THE COMPANY THAT I WILL BE FILING COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB, AND THAT I WILL NOTIFY THE NEWS STATION ABOUT THE FRAUD. MAYBE 60 MINUTES CAN DO AN UNDERCOVER INVESTIGATION. I CONTACTED MY BANK AND CLOSED MY CARD. I NOTIFY THE COMPANY OF MY PLANS, TO PUT A STOP TO THIS, AND HOPE THAT THERE COMPANY GETS SHUT DOWN.

Thank you so much - to the posters who said to contact their own credit card company! I just got off the phone with Visa, and I may have a resolution.

I've been fighting FWM for months! I'm furious with myself that I fell for this baloney. I thought it would be okay since it was endorsed by Oprah! Live and learn.

I'm going to file a complaint with the Illinois Attorney General.

Good luck everyone!

Didn't check my statement b/c of hand surgery, but it's a huge issue.
I am out more than $400.00!
Had my account number changed!

I ordered a trial offer of acai berry detox, paid for the shipping and thought I had 14 days to try it. I received the product and 3 days later my debit card was charged the full amount of $87.13 for the product I had not yet tried. When I called customer service I was told that was 14 days from the date of ORDERING the product and that was the terms and conditions. I was also awakened early one morning by a salesperson from the company who tried tricking me into accepting more product for an additional $39.95, thankfully I was awake enough to say NO! when I tried to ask for a return # so I could return the product for a refund I was told that the rep would not help me and he was ending our call. I admit I WAS irrate but at NO time was the rep willing to offer my returning the product for a refund as stated in the literature online.

I made the mistake and ordered the "free" sample. After doing so I checked the Better Business Bureau website and saw they got an "F" rating and nearly 3, 000 complaints! I cancelled my order with them within 5 minutes and after sleeping on it I cancelled my credit card due to the horror stories out there regarding this company.

They called me twice since, I called them back and a person answers the phone, the # is [protected].

I checked by credit card on line and they did charge me $3.95 so far. I'll keep you posted if they charge any more. As of today I have not received anything from them.

I hope the phone # can help someone.

This company is a big scam...they stealing. It happened to me also. I ordered the product back in May 20th, expecting the product by the 23th...one that never received. As you know, when you first order they are supposed charge you only $3.95 S&H...but they don't they charge my card twice $2.01 and $2.06 (not a big difference but still), on May 31, (not even 14-day trial) they charged my account $87.13. I called my bank on June 1st to disputed the transaction, which is under investigation, and my bank gave me the phone number on the transaction, called the number [protected], an agent answered and promised me a refund within 3 business days but never got it, called back on the 6th and another agent came with the same story. I called once more on the 10th and spoke to a supervisor and he told me he would process my refund, I finally received an email stating the my refund was processed and it should be in my account within 5-7 business days. Hopefully! DO NOT LET THEM STEAL YOUR MONEY FIGHT AND OF COURSE DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM ANY MORE...I learned my lesson the hard way.

I have done my due diligence and fulfilled my obligation to this company, complied with the Terms and Conditions that were posted on the internet site and they continue to bill my credit card company.
