I have done my due diligence and fulfilled my obligation to this company, complied with the Terms and Conditions that were posted on the internet site and they continue to bill my credit card company.

In addition to billing me for a product that I have cancelled well within the 14 day period, they have chosen to bill me twice for the amount of $87.13 for merchandise that I am not receiving nor do I care to receive.

Placed an order for reservatrol "free trial", received the bottle of pills quickly followed by a call from my credit card company fraud unit stating this company had charged my account one day for $ 87.13 and again the next day for the same amount. When I called the company to complain they stated I was required to notify them within 15 days for they would charge me the full amount...which is not true and certainly isn't the meaning of a "free trial"...and denied they had charged me two days in a row. Big RIP OFF ! ! !

I have even tried to write negative remarks on people's website about them, but your post gets read and approved before it's posted. That doesn't work either. I have finally gave up. I hope someone gets somewhere with this company because they are pathetic. I wonder why Racehl Ray and Oprah back such a horrible company.

Rachel Ray and Oprah DID NOT back such a horrible company

Those where just false statements made by CPA affiliate on their fake blogs.

Illinois Attorney General Lisa Madigan's office is investigating so anyone who has been caught by this should contact her office:

I was ripped off by this company. Two amount of $87.13 & $78.53 were taken from my bank account when I DID NOT even order or recieve any of their products! Now my utilites are about to be shut off and they are still telling me to call back in 3 days for an update on my refund. BULLCRAP. It sure didn't take them that long to STEAL the money from my acct. Why so long to put it back! They wouldn't even give me their address when I asked for it. They said they were not allowed to give it out...OMG, these theives need to be stopped !

Consumers beware. There's no such thing as 'free' these days. It's either you pay a very small amount or you'll pay for the amount later on. FWM has another helpline: [protected]. Don't waste time. Call now and cut your subscription.

Oh dear. I wish I wouldve found this website before I ordered the product! I made my order on 06/11/2009. I received the order 06/15/2009. I barely got to trying it and noticed today a pending charge for 06/28/2009 for $87.13. I immediately called the number listed on my bank account and canceled through the automated system... I then called back and waited for a respresentative--who told me---that since it has been past the 15 day trial period...they charged me $87.13. I explained that it hasnt even been 15 days! (its been 14 from the day I ordered the product). She explained that she was just following the company's terms and conditions. I told her---it had NOT been 15 days! I dont want the $87.13 to charge to my account! I even asked where I send it back...she told me the product was mine to keep since I paid the $87.13! OMG! This is horrible!

NEVER AGAIN!

After posting my complaint...I went to the Reservatrol Ultra website and reviewed their terms & conditions. The terms and conditions state that the product must be returned and postmarked within 15 day trial period, from the day I made the order (which was 06/11/2009). The return product also had to have a RMA # on it in order for the money to be refunded. I called the number they had listed in order to receive the RMA #--
[protected].

I called this number and asked for a RMA number. The representative then gave me one. Now, I am to mail the product back to this address:

Returns Dept
3007 Greene St.
Hollywood, FL 33020

Then-according to the terms & conditions...once they receive the product they will process my return within 2-5 business days.

Ugggh. What a pain...but...hopefully I get my money back.

Hello Everyone!

I ordered the sample in December and the envelope came to me empty. I looked as though someone helped themselves to it. I never got any resolution from the company and they charged my credit card many times for $87.13. I finally called my card company and they gave me credit and charged back the merchant...FWM Labs. CALL YOUR CARD COMPANY AND EXPAIN THE SITUATION. TELL THEM ABOUT ALL OF THE COMPLAINTS AND TELL THEM TO CHARGE BACK FWM LABS NOW! Good luck!

When my husband and I returned from our vacation three packages were waiting on our porch: (1) Cologenix (1) Life Cleanse and (1) Colon Revitalize except this one lists Nature's Perfection on the label 4877 Fairview Avenue, Boise ID 83706. Supposedly ordered on 6-19-09--our anniversary! I assure you one thing I did NOT do on my anniversary was order COLON CLEANSERS! When I called they hung up on the first call, pit me on indefinite hold on the second, and on the third call I left my phone number and when they returned the call the Caller ID said Capital Financial Group?! They could not (or would not) identify exactly when and where I placed the order. After the charges from our vacation cleared we cancelled our Citi card--for the second time in six months. Frustrating!

The same happened to my husband and I. We were just surprised when an array of products arrived on our doorstep. I immediately searched for their help line. It's [protected]. I talked to supervisor and demanded my name to be removed from their list. I made sure this was done before I put down the telephone.

I postmarked and returned my product on the 15th day--so on June 26th. I got a delivery confirmation today...so...hopefully in the next 2-5 days I get my money refunded... If not---I go to my credit card co and claim fraudulent charges--since--at that time I would have complied with their Terms and Conditions.

To all of you who have posted your comments THANK YOU.I'm so furious with myself that I didn't see this page before I sent for the "free bottle of Resveratrol".I've been charged$87.83 THREE times because stupid me didn't call in time to cancel. As of today June 30th. I still have not received the product that I was billed for on June 8. I'm contacting the company and asking why is it taking so long because this shipment is going back to them, and tomorrow I'm contacting my Visa company. I'm also going to contact the BBB here in New York.People should be made aware of their fraudulent practices.

I also ordered the Natra Pure, Extreme GreenTea, Acai Berry, and Resvertatrol (anti-aging) and I did read the small print that said I had 12 days from the day I ordered to cancel. So, I ordered it on June 4th and canceled the order on June 12 for all the products. I got my cancellations numbers and all. Then they charged my credit card on June 18. I didn't see it till today and I called them to find out what the deal was and they said that I canceled all the product except for the Natra Pure on June 12, but as for the Natra Pure they claim I called back on June 17 to cancel that one. I did use my Capital One credit card so that I could dispute the charges, which is easier that using a bank card, but still I have to go through the run around. Oh and by the way if you ask to talk to a supervisor they are ALL in a meeting. I will also be contacting the BBB. And I encourage everyone else to do the same, maybe we can't get this company shut down for scamming innocent people.

Yes, I too saw a story about this product and thought i give it a try. Apparently, they billed me the shipping and the product cost for the berry and the pills. I cant believe they are auto shipping the product to you and billing you at the same time. I have seen no result from this product and i think it should be banned. If your not getting your money back, I recommend canceling your card before they can bill you again or just cancel the order. I haven't even tried to get my money back and hearing the horror stories of the refunds, i doubt they will. I'd say buy your supplements in a store at least you won't have to worry about being ripped off with shim shams online.

I too was using this false product. I haven't yet to try to get my money back as they are shipping the second month order. Thank goodness, I called my cardholder and canceled the card they were billing. So, now i don't have to worry about inquiries i never made. Please be aware, these guys are shim shams and trying to get your money back is just as difficult.

I am VERY upset with these people. I can hardly understand the persons on the phone to start, trying to get to a supervisor is next to impossible. I tried several times to get it trough to these people I was charged to soon, and only wanted the 'free (hahaha) trial' samples. Finally I had to have my bank get on the phone with them then we got to a supervisor. She said it would be 7-10 days...It was 10 days but I got 1/2 my refund..yes 1/2. So now I still have bank fees and I just got off the phone with a girl name of 'Erica', yeah right..anyway I got so furious I just hung up. I know these people do this because they feel you will get so mad and upset you will give up and they can keep your money and keep doing what they are doing by cheating people. I am filing a complaint with the BBB here in Atlanta and I will get my bank to call them again, if they will. BEWARE of stuff on the internet, this was my first time and it will surely be my last.

I just went online and saw the ad. I was going to order the free trial and the deal of the day was 99 cent shipping. Boy was I surprised when I said NO THANKS to the extra month supply for $87.00 and they billed it to my credit card anyway. I have filed a complaint with the SE Florida BBB and also contacted the FDA and asked if they could investigate since they are making claims that you can have extra energy and lose weight. I guess we all have learned a lesson from this scam. It seems like somewhere on that ad I saw mention of the UK. That is quite possibly how they get away with the scam.

I have the same complaint. I replied to the Free Trial offer for $2.95 shipping charges and on 6/19/2009 I found myself billed for $87.13. I have notified my bank who told me to contact the company. My bank gave me the [protected] number and I spoke with a representative named "Francis" on 6/19/2009. I told Francis that I never agreed to a monthly account and to please cancel immediately, that I had notified my bank of the unauthorized charges against my account and requested a refund of the $87.13. "Francis" asked said that they would cancel my account immediately and provided me with a Confirmation Number and that I would receive notification from the Refund Department in 2-3 days by e-mail to inform me about my refund. To date (7/13), I have not heard a word from anyone at FWM Laboratories about anything and have not received a refund to my account.

Same situation. Same lies. Same runaround. Same foreign accented individuals running the scam. DO NOT WAIT FOR THEM TO CALL YOU OR EXPECT A RETURN CALL! IT WON"T HAPPEN! Finally received email notification today that a refund is being processed after I returned the product to them...2 months ago! If it doesn't actually go through, I'm going to my bank and having the charges reversed. They screwed up when they charged my account for Acai Berry Cycle when I ordered BioLab cream (reluctantly). It clearly states the item name on the transaction receipt the bank printed out. This makes it an unauthorized transaction!Their customer service dept. also gave me RMA # s which were incomplete according to the 3 individuals I actually was able to reach. They attempt to put the blame on the customer when it's their reps. giving us false information. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!

The same thing happened to me. I cancelled my free trial on the 14th day of them charging my account the $3.95 shipping. And the very next day they charged my credit card $87.13. I called to get it refunded and they told me it would be removed from the credit card and the gave me a confirmation number, just as they did for you. Although they told me it could take up to three billing cycles for the refund to come through. So I waited and waited. It's now six months later and no refund. I called them again, and as you, I was on the phone about 45 minutes. I also asksed for a supervisor and she told me she WAS the supervisor and they were not going to refund my money because I was one day late in cancelling. I gave her the confirmation number, but it made no difference. I told her I would be calling the BBB and she didn't seem to care at all. And this time I got her name--Maggie Cruz. At least that's what she said her name was.

I ordered the free trial and paid the shipping readin the terms and conditions first, knowing nothing is free, decided to try. the company called me to ask if i wanted to sign up for the colon cleanse as well, i stated on the recorded phone call i did NOT want anything from this company, do not charge my card she said ok and hung up. i was charged 87.13 plus 2.97 foreign transaction fee. i am a single mother of two so i manage my bank account down to the last dollar, so when this was charged i over withdrew from my bank, so in total i am out 122.00. this is a scam im calling my local news company to get the word out. DO NOT TRY THIS!

There is hope! I just checked my bank account and they issued my refund! I still believe they should be investigated and shut down! They are only out to scam everyone. No legitimate company in good standing would submit their customers to such dishonesty and expect to continue operating. CAUTION! I don't think they're going away any time soon either. I've seen first hand that they are posting jobs for this company in Hollywood, FL under FWM Laboratories so they don't appear to be running scared.

I ordered the free acai elite product only to be charged 89.01 to my account. apparently there is nothing i can do other than cancel the order which is impossible to do as I can't reach anyone and when i did, they said that this is not the product they support and they can't find my information. the merchant telephone number on my credit card bill does not work either. This is a real SCAM. I am devastated and I can't beleive that I have put myself through this heartache.

I orded this product and cancelled before I even recieved it in the mail... I got it 8 days after I ordered it, and I live in the same state it ships out of... I contacted some guy who was hard to understand and sounded like a robot and he told me I was only charged 3.99 for shipping and the acai berry detox is cancelled, but I also ordered some other product, and it ws 39.99. I said I didnt order that, I only ordered the first one, I did recieve a 2nd bottle, but i didnt order that, I want my money back. He gave me some bizzare number that didnt even work and told me to call it before sending it back to get my money back 3-5 days after they recieve it.

So Im pretty much screwed, I only had enough for the trial, and im a 20 year old jobless young adult, and there goes the rest of my money and my bank account. These scammers will pay one day when they meet their maker.

I understand what you are all going through, as I have been through it too.Mine was through dazzle white though. If you have sent the product back & let the company know that you do not want it.Go to your bank and dispute the charges. If used a debit card, then all you should have to do is tell them you did not authorize it.If they take anything else out, go again & hot card your account. That way no one else can take anything else out..Good luck.Hope this helps..

I too ordered the pills & was charged the $87.00 before i even received the product. I didn't even receive the product until the 14 days were already up and the information was in Chinese! I emailed them several times only to receive messages with the terms (in case i got confused during check out) or the offered to take $20 off the price. I then got the phone number from my bank & was told that i could leave a message or be placed on hold, which I did & stayed there for like 2 hours & finally was disconnected by them. I had to cancel my card & am currently going through my bank trying to get my money back. How do places like this continue to operate? I am completely aggravated & can't understand how place like this can get away with it over & over & over! At least I dont feel so bad now knowing that I'm not the only was that fell for it!

"In fact, FWM is one of the most complained-about companies in the nation. I ordered this product as a trial on a whim 9 days ago, and received several missed calls from one of their representatives for days. I finally was able to answer one of the calls and it was a man confirming my order, telling me they were throwing in a free trip to Cancun (weird) and colon-cleanse. After this call I kept receiving calls in my missed calls list from several different 1-866 numbers for a good 6 days. When a week went by and I hadn't gotten anything in the mail yet and was noticing weird activity on my credit card (a hundred dollars to be exact). I called the customer service line that I had gotten and asked the guy if my order had been sent out yet, and he said no; I then asked if I could cancel the order because I was no longer interested in receiving this product, he said no because my card had already been charged. So I asked him to cancel my account so that after this trial I wouldn't get charged anymore. He tried to offer more things and I said no. He finally gave me a cancellation number and we ended our conversation. 10 minutes later I got another call from their confirmation department, this time I talked with a woman and she gave me the same speech that I had gotten a week earlier. I told her that I already confirmed my order and that I also had just canceled my account so I wasn't sure what the call was for, she ignored my question and kept giving me her speech saying I would be charged $40.00. When we hung-up the phone I called and canceled my credit card. I became concerned they were charging my account every time their confirmation department called me to confirm...I mean how many bottles can they confirm and send out? Let alone the fact that they're telling me my order hasn't even been shipped yet. Too weird. I'll never order something like this again! Definitely wish I had done more research about this company before ordering from them, it's ridiculous.

I had the same experience happen as all the other custormers. They do not give all the details and seem to care less if they don't.

I not only went online to their customer support to cancel the service, but I also called to make sure before the not so free trial. Still I was billed! I went to my bank and filed a dispute. I WILL never again fall for these type of "free trials" again. OH, also, becareful because you also get signed up for things you never asked for from their other sister companies and get charged their fees too because they have your credit card number.

This is a SCAM from the start. No chance is provided to see the amount to be charged to your credit card before the order is actually placed, and the "FREE" offer turns out to be over $87. Phone contact [protected]) or internet contact (www.myordersupport.com) is impossible.

"Their friendly operators are very eager to help you."

BULL. How misleading is a "free trial" when you only have 15 days of said "free trial" and you don't receive your product until AFTER the "free trial" period is over? HOW CAN YOU POSSIBLY TRY A PRODUCT YOU HAVEN'T RECEIVED? That's right, folks, YOU CAN'T. It's a SCAM and it stinks.

Not only that but there were FIVE charges for 87 or 88 dollars on my card within 15 days of my "order"! Yeah, this company is legit, alright...legitimately crooked. They even DENIED that they had charged me all those times, even though i have a bank statement that says I am telling the truth. There's a special place in hell for swindlers...

maybe you would question the validity of this comp. if it was known that the state of new mexico has filed security violation charges

claiming the products have no value--and practice frauduently in their representation

question is if there is such a long history--then why has no action been taken on a federal level

after all there is new legislation and more enforcement available for internet security ?
