I have done my due diligence and fulfilled my obligation to this company, complied with the Terms and Conditions that were posted on the internet site and they continue to bill my credit card company.

In addition to billing me for a product that I have cancelled well within the 14 day period, they have chosen to bill me twice for the amount of $87.13 for merchandise that I am not receiving nor do I care to receive.

I order a "free trial" & was charged $39.00 plus some kind of international fee. I cancelled but kept recieving packages. The last one was a return to sender do not want. They charged me $87.00. I have called & called but they will not credit my card. They have a so called policy of not excepting return to sender - you have to have a RMA number which is rediculous. I think Florida should investigate this Company & they should be made to repay people.

An order was placed for what was believed to be a free sample for the product Acai Elite detox cleanse. I discussed trying this product with my doctor, since I also, take medication for hypertension. I was instructed not to use the product, so I cancelled, however, I was billed within days of making the call for $87.13, $5.95, $3.95, 0.12, $2.61, a total of $99.76. The unopened product was returned to them, but I never received my money back on my Visa card. Today, I spoke with a supervisor named Kaycee Johnson and was told that since the cancellation occured in Feb.09, they will not refund my money, I am on a fix income and can not afford to lose or give money away, due to fruad.

I too ordered the trial of 2 different products. The trial samples did not even arrive during the 15 day period alloted and I assumed that the orders, for some reason, had not been processed. Of course, they arrived on the 16th day! Shipment was to be made in 3 - 5 days, which was sorely missed. I immediately called the customer service # given in the "Terms & Conditions" which I read carefully, and made copies of when ordering the trials and informed them that their free trial had not even arrived during the 15 day free trial period and that I DID NOT want any further product delivered. I was even given cancellation numbers and assured that nothing further had been or would be sent. Well nothing more has been received but my credit card bill arrived and had shipping charges (which I agreed to) but also had two $80-something charges, plus charges for Foreign Transaction Fees, which were never mentioned anywhere. I am in the process of disputing the charges in written form w/my credit card company and will close my account if necessary and do whatever is necessary to put an end to this company's fraudulent practices. My husband just happens to be a Fraud Investigator for the Federal Government, so I think FWM Laboratories has messed with the wrong people this time!

I too got ripped off. I tried to cancel today 8/26/09. I only had their product for 1 day and was charges the $87 +. Because they start the 14 day free trial from the day you order, it does not matter how long it takes for you to get their product to your door. If you do not get it for 2 weeks that is tuff luck on your part. You will be charged for the product like I was

This company needs to be put out of business. Rachel Ray, Oprah, and MSNBC all need to be sued for fraudulent endorsements. Next time they should just say bend over so we can screw you in the a$$ until you have to close your bank account because you are broke. With all the complaints they have on the BBB website how come nothing has been done to shut this scam down?

I have also been robbed by FWM Labs in Hollywood, FL. I was trying a free trial sample it was supposed to be of ColonZen, which the price was $87.13 S/H 4.99 Discount of $87.13 so total due $4.99. This was on the page to print after you placed your order. Also at the same time I placed an order for Acai Berry Breeze, from www.berryslim-trial.com that was to cost me $4.95, they had an offer to buy 4 for the price of 2, but I declined that offer, but I received my Acai Berry Breeze, and was only charged $4.95. But the ColonZen I received two different phone calls to confirm my order, well I thought I was confirming the free trial offer, and as others have said, the people you talk to don't speak English very well, so it is hard to understand them. Well I received 1 bottle of ColonCleanse which is not what I ordered, the order wa supposed to be for ColonZen, the 2nd phone call was to confirm and to add Acai Berry Detox, and it wasn't supposed to cost that much, so in the end from FWM Lab I received 2 bottles of ColonCleanse, and 1 bottle of Acai Berry Detox, I was kind of confused by this, so I went online to check out my credit card bill, and found the following charges: 8/28/09 revampdetox $1.95, 8/28/09 revampdetxo $3.04, 9/2/09 xtremeberri $49.95, 9/4/09 hydrocleanse $39.95. So on 9/14/09 I called and complained and they cancelled my subscription, and gave me comfirmation #'s for the cancellation, I kept tell the man that I wanted a refund for the $49.95 and $39.95, but he said I needed to return the items, and I explained that I had ordered a trail sample and had paid for it, and that I hadn't received anything else to be charged the additional amount for, anyway he said he would send the information on to refunds. Well I received my credit card statement, and those charges were still on there, and then on 9/24/09 there was also listed Foreign Transaction Fee $2.96. So I called again and got into a heated argument with a man that couldn't speak English, and he kept saying that to get my money back, I needed to send the product back, and I kept telling him the same thing I had ordered a trial sample, I finally was so mad I just hung up. Then I called back, and got a woman whose English was bad, but I explained that I needed an address to send the product back to, she said I had to have some kind of R-#, so she gave me the numbers and an address so I'm boxing this crap up and sending so I am going to be out the shipping cost to send them back, so hopefully I get my money back. I told all of them how bad their company was, and how illegal this is, but since they are foreigners they don't really seem to understand when you tell them you are going to contact BBB, but all of us need to keep letting others know not to order from them, and hopefully they get put out of business. Oh I did ask the woman where they were located and she said Florida. When I got off the phone with her, I called my credit card company, and was told that they send things through Cyprus, that is why there was a Foreign Transaction Fee, and she also said they have all kinds of complaints about this company. She did offer to stop my credit card, but I told they were supposed to cancel any further shipments, hopefully I won't have to call her back and cancel my credit card. PLEASE BEWARE OF FWM LABS IN HOLLYWOOD, FL DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM, THEY ARE A REAL RIP OFF, AND THEY ARE THIEFS.

I saw this Ad on the INTERNET Try ACAIBERRY DETOX and ACAIBERRY Diet Pills The Acaiberry Detox was Free Trial Just Pay the $ 3.95 Shipping and Handling Fee. Little did I know what I was Getting into So I Ordered it as well As the Acaiberry diet Pills for $4.95 Shipping and Handling which I thought was also Free Little did I know that the pills was not Free It was a Free 14 day Trial. Beginning When they were ordered, And if not Canceled before the trial ran out they Bill your account. My account was Billed by FWM Lab on 1/2/09 for 89.74 For the free Acaiberry Detox and I had not had the Product 7 days ? It was Christmas Time. I used my ATM card from Sun Trust and asked for their Help with this. Well they had disclaimers at the bottom of the page I didn't See ! FWM has stated that they will Refund My Monies in 7 to 10 Days from Jan 30 / 2009 As of Feb 16th No Refund. I have called them numberous times and they keep telling that they will contact the Refund Dept and they should Email Me. I have heard this For Well over a Month. I aso filled their Coustomer Service Mailbox up with complaints and pleeded with them for my refund. I was told I would Get $87.31 instead of the $89.74 that they took out of my account without my permission. The other Company Suprem Brands, wwwacai8.com Also took $81.28 without my permission the same scam as FWM Lab. And I never received the Product with this one. But the were nice and Refunded 78.91 of the 81.28 they took with out Permission and refunded the $4.95 Because the product Never came ? I Do'nt understand where the $2.37 went But I guess I was lucky to Get what I Got.

I too tried a 99 cent plus shipping and handling of Acai berry and Colon Cleanse. I received a second shipment which I returned. I just received my credit card bill where I was charged for 4 full price bottles of these products to the tune of $320! I cancelled my credit card and filed a charge. I called the company to cancel and was told that I would not receive even a credit for the returned products because I did not call the company before returning the products to get some code. I would also recommend that fellow fleeced folks file a charge with the Better Business Bureau and shut these guys down. This is the slimiest shell game I have ever experienced. Tomorrow I will call the Hollywood, Florida Police, Governor Crist and anyone who will listen. They have messed with the wrong person.

I agree with everyone that has written in. i bought the product, for .99 and then later charge 79.95 twice. then when you call to talk to someone you have to repeated everything over and over again, still not getting anywhere. My thing is if call to let them know that you was, over-charged. why can't you get your money back as quickly asthey took it. I'm really upset about this because, every cent is counted right now. People don't have this kind of money to just give away. IT'S NOT FAIR!.DISSATIFIED CUSTOMER

Charged $87.13 on my credit card for Oxi-Berry. The product was advertised as Acai Berry Detox, and I called to cancel it before the 30 day trial. I never received the product in time to have it 14 days. I was told the trial was 14 days, and I had 30 days to return the product. I disputed it on my credit card, but they want more information about the cancellation policy. Don't have the credit yet! It is nearly impossible to find the website again - and there are so many acai berry trial samples offered out there.

I am very sorry to hear you all had such a bad expirence with FMW labs, I work for the company and I never knew such things were happing. I've heard these things happen, but am truly supprised. I was recently on a call with a young lady who said she wasn't looking to recieve anything from us, due to the the fact she was charged tripple what she ordered, and a charge for several flat screen T.Vs on her card, she also went on to tell me that she only put in her contack info just to see if we were still on business. After I had spoken to her I started to do my own reseach and am not a happy camper.

I saw the ad online and read about the product. It had been on 60 minutes and the Oprah Winfrey show. I sent in Postage and handling and received the bottle. I was not made aware that I should return the bottle within 14 days! When I saw $87.13 debited from my checking account I called and got no response from customer service at FWM Labs. My bank put a hold on the amount until they heard from the company. The company lied to the bank and told them it was for 14 days only after that I would be billed. If I thought that to be true at the time I never would have ordered it. It was supposed to be a FREE bottle in exchange for P&H. I want my money back ASAP! I have also reported this to the BBB.

I ordered this FREE product and after a couple of days of my ordered, they call me to offer me other products, which I refuse and I asked them to please not sending me any products at all, that I was just going to keep my free trial. But even before the 17 days they say they give you as a free trial, I got charged $79.95, I called them and they gave me a long explanation that free trial was not really free, that you could use the product literally for 14 days and then they charge you automatically. Their website says 17 days: http://www.extremeacaifatburn.com/offer/extremeacaifatburn/ I agreed to return the product so I could get my full refund and they told me it would take 3-5 business days to process the refund. They received the product on November 9th and today November 20th they have not process the refund one more time and now they tell me that it takes them up to 30 days. They are thieves, liers and they represent themselves as a FREE product and they are just stealing people's money, check out the internet for FWM Laboratories and you will see all the complaints.

Dishonesty is the best (most lucrative) policy according to the practices of FWM Laboratories, 2007 Greene Street, Hollywood FL [protected].

In early November, 2009, out of curiosity, I responded to one of many internet ads for acai berries and a colon cleanse offered“ risk free” by filling in, as required, my name, email and home address, and Visa debit card number.

The only charge was $.99 for shipping/handling. No other charge was listed nor notice given that fully priced products would be sent every 30 days if the “subscription’ (by default) was not actively canceled within a limited time period.

On 11/02-03/ 2009, two separate emails gave November 06, 2009 as the scheduled delivery dates of MaxAcaiBoost, priced $0.00, authorization Number [protected] and Probiotic Cleanse, Authorization Number [protected], also priced $0.00. These two “free” products were delivered. However, on 11/23/2009 my Visa debit card account was charged $78.62 and $86.42 for two products listed on my account as TOPHLTHLINK [protected] CYP. The product label and phone number for this product did not match the labels for the “free products”and the customer service number, [protected], provided in the emails.

A significant drop in my checking account balance alerted me, on 01/02/2010, that I was the victim of a fraud when I found to my astonishment a series of charges, only the first two, $.99 each, dated 11/04/2009 for XTREMEBERRI 8772055816CYP and REVAMPDETOX 8772348488K could be accounted for as Visa debit card expenses I had consciously incurred.. Subsequently I learned that without notifying me in a delivery schedule email or otherwise, that on 11/06/2009 FSW or its subsidiaries had charged my Visa debit account a total of $166.04, the full price, apparently, of these “FREE” items advertised on the internet..

On 12/04/2009, my Visa debit card account was again charged $86.42 for SUP WEIGHT MAX [protected] OH and $79.62 for SUP COLONCLEANSE 862767906OH. I did not receive delivery of either of these items, nor was I notified –as in the case of the two “risk free” $.99 items in early November shipment – of a delivery schedule.

On 12/07/2009, my Visa debit card account was again charged $86.42 for SUP WEIGHTMAX [protected] OH and $79.62 for SUP COLONCLEANSE 862767906OH. I did NOT receive delivery nor an emailed delivery schedule for these items or any other acai berry or colon cleanse items at any time in December. After the initial delivery in early November I did not receive any further deliveries in November or December. At that point, according to my calculations, my Visa debit card account had been charged for products I never received a total of $502.07, including a delivery charge of $3.95 posted on 12/07/2009 by FWM. “free” with only a $.99 delivery charge.

Using the various phone numbers listed on my statement, I contacted FWM several times on 01/02-03/2010 to no avail, except to close the account on 01/02/2010. I was repeatedly lectured by preprogrammed robots that this was company policy.

I responded to a 'Free Trial' for the product. All I had to pay was shipping and handeling, which I charged to my credit card. There was no information that I saw that indicated I would be charged later if I did not return the trial order within fourteen days. I was surprised to see a $40.00 charge on my account when I received my current statement. It was charged under a different ID than the shipping charges, so until I called the telephone number on my CC statement, I didn't know what the charge was for. They couldn't refund my money because I was supposed to have agreed to the additional charge if I didn't cancel within fourteen days. I went back to the website and still could not find the 'fine print' that tells you to cancel in fourteen days. This company should be closed down.

I called twice & canceled my acaii berry order WITHIN the 14 days but was not given a cancellation number. Didn't know there was one. My bank account was debited $87.13 anyway. Upon my third call, I reached a very rude Philippino man who told me that since I did not have a cancellation number that I had never called. He kept interrupting me and would not let me speak. My bank, Wachovia, will do nothing about it. I now have a cancellation number for acaii berry and am in the process of changing banks. If they won't help me, I'll go to a bank that will! And, believe me, I will NEVER order anything on line again from anyone!

Same experience. When I called to cancel trial and get return instruction, found that the phone number given when ordering was a bad number, as was the number on my bank statement with the original shipping charges. On my bank statement, the company name was given as 'Liphen' for the shipping, while the $87 charge to my account was 'Acaiberry [one word] Detox' while the sample was shipped from FWM Laboratories (no listed phone #) and was called 'Life Cleanse'. Smoke and mirrors.

This complaint helped as it gave a different phone # where I did reach a person who promised to refund the charge within 7-10 days (we'll see) and told me to keep the trial bottle. Thank you for taking the trouble to complain.

I just received my order. I noticed on my bank statement an additional .12 charged to my account so I called to ask why. The male was rude and had not clue. It turns out my bank charged me for the international transaction. I am so glad I called because it was then (today) that I learned I would be receiving another bottle 2/4/09! I quickly cancelled it today. I hope that is the end of it.

The number I called was [protected]. I am not sure if they have different ads going, but I got some one on the phone after about five minutes.

So, there product fake?

I totally agree with you, because the same thing just happened to me. If you do not mind, could you please send me a copy of their return policy, I would be very appreciative. I have not received my trial bottle and they have charged me $87.13 for more. I have gotten through on that number you have - but I just as soon not have because they lie to you and tell you they will put a supervisor on the phone, and you wait and nothing happens. I am contacting my attorney about Credit Card Fraud. Also, placing a complaint with the BBB, Consumer Protection Agency and have put my creditors onboard about this charge and am having it disputed. Thanks for your post.
