I have done my due diligence and fulfilled my obligation to this company, complied with the Terms and Conditions that were posted on the internet site and they continue to bill my credit card company.

In addition to billing me for a product that I have cancelled well within the 14 day period, they have chosen to bill me twice for the amount of $87.13 for merchandise that I am not receiving nor do I care to receive.

I ordered AcaiBerry Detox and was charged 3.95, 14 days later my account was charged 87.13, I never agreed to this charge. The number [protected] puts one on hold and never answers. I called my bank, they are aware of this scam. The only way to prevent them from further charging your account is to change your account number and file a formal fraud charge with your bank. I have never been caught up in such a scam. I should have known better.

Yes, I had the same problem. I had to go so far as to close out my bank acct, because of the same problem: Charging me $87 bucks twice inside a month! How ridiculous! I wasnt about to let them get me a 3rd time! I only had one shipment, which was the one I ordered for what I thought was just the shipping fee of $3.99!
2 weeks later they charged me $87.00! I called them to find out why, aftter a long wait on the phone, they informed me that I had to cancel my membership in 14 days of the 1st order! I wasnt even aware of a "membership". It stated nothing of the sort on their website! Anyway I told them to cancel it, and they gave me a "cancellation code" over the phone, and then proceeded to charge me a further $87 bucks from my account! How ridiculous! They never answered my e-mails, I couldnt get anyone on the phone next time I called. It was just an answerphone, or just kept ringing!
Theres no excuse for it! I had to close my acct, cos I didnt trust them not to charge my acct again!
This company is a sham!

I did the same thing! I am still waiting on that e-mail...2 weeks later. Still hasnt come!
I have closed out my bank acct.
I suggest you do the same! Dont delay, cos they WILL take more $87.00 charges out of your account, at least twice a month!

This company FWM Labratories has charged my card 174.26 after a week and a half of me calling in telling them they are not to charge anything to my account. I was given a confirmation number and everything. I have called and talked to a number of people all telling me my account has been credited, it has been over 30 days and still nothing has appeared on my account. I have tried calling [protected], the only thing i get is a recording telling me the number is disconnected.

I had the same thing happen to me. I ordered the trial sample of the Acai berry detox because the ad said that Oprah and Dr. Oz endorsed it and now I out$87.13. They tried to debit my account again for $78.13 in the same month But luckly my card protected me. I called the [protected] three times and the told me that my refund was being processed. They gave me an e-mail address to the refund department which is fwmcompliaints4@gmail.com. I have not heard anything yet. The lesson I learned is that there is no magic pill...Love yourself or go to the gym!

Can't you get your credit card company to revoke these charges? I emailed my bank to try to stop any further charges and emailed the BBB. If you have any information on the address of this company or anyother information please post it as I am getting no where with this company. It seems they really want anyone to know but I don't know how they are getting away with this as I am reading allot of complanits about this company. I will never order anything else on line again.

same as everybody elese - charged for $87.13 without disclosure of anything but initial free (S&H only) shipment of product;can get no results from # for FWM Labs and they directed me to an email of FWM cancellation5.com to discontinue and this site does not exist. I do not know how to get these charges off my credit card nor how to stop further product shipments - telephone reps speak very poor English and will not put supervisor on the phone - waited over 25 minutes
HELP - this is a potential financial hardship for me as I am on SSI income only

Also, my CC company Fraud Dept. contacted me to verify the unusual charge; they said it was listed as a company called "Convenience Store". This company is definitely pulling a scam.

The same thing happened to me! I didn't even get the product until the day they shipped it. Then the man I spoke with gave me a false e-mail address. Now I have no way of getting a hold of these people. I am going to talk to my bank to see what I can do about this because this is crazy! I am also going to see what legal action I can take because he tried telling me that no matter if I got the product or not it was still part of my 14 day trial period... lets just say I told him where he could put the 14 day free trail period crap! I WAS ALSO A VICTIM OF THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY AND I WANTED TO ADVISE YOU TO MAKE SURE YOU CANCEL YOUR CRED CARD IMMED. AND GET A NEW ONE WITH A DIFFERENT NUMBER...IF YOU DONT THEY WILL CONTINUE CHARGING YOU MONTHLY FOR PRODUCTS YOU DID NOT ORDER NOR RECEIVE. THAT IS HOW THEY ARE DOING HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE. I ALSO AS YOU DID, SENT THE UNOPENED BOTTLES BACK VIA USPS TRACKING CONFIRMATION SYSTEM AND LOOKED AT THE WEBSITE AND THEY DID RECEIVE THEM BACK. I strongley agree the complaints made about FWM Laboratories it is nothing but a big rip off. They charged me $3.95 for shipping for a 14 day trial period which was fine but then 4 days later they charged me $87.13. When I called customers service all they do is give me the run around when I ask to speak to a supervisor they put in to a que which I held on for and hour. I called back again and they gave me an e-mail address and told me someone would get back to me what a joke that was day five and still have not heard any response back. All I can say is buyer beware if you buy this product you will definately be getting ripped off.

FWM Laboratories has an "F" rating with the Better Business Bureau - how ironic! I ordered my trial offer and beleive me this product is a JOKE ! By no means did it "cleanse" my body - it did the opposite. DO NOT ORDER!
Yes, I cancelled my order thru the [protected] # - got my cancellation # and cancelled my credit card as well.. They will get NOTHING else from me or my account!

This company is definatley not operating above board. They give you the option of cancelling within 14 days via phone or email - but emailing them at the email address they provide in their Terms & conditions will only get you an "undeliverable" error and they don't answer their phones or return phone calls when (after waiting 20 minutes you finally get forwarded to voice mail). THEIR SCAM IS THAT YOU CANNOT GET THROUGH TO CANCEL YOUR ODER! Do not do business with them. I am in the process of obtaining a refund. We'll see how long it takes - if ever. I also am filing a dispute form and have cancelled my credit card and ordered a new one to prevent future charges. What a hassle because of these con artists!

I too, fell into the same trap of ordering this free sample product before reading all the little details that tell you they will send follow up orders at $86.13 a mo. I believe. I was amazed when I called my Visa credit card and was told they could not stop the payments unless the company billing me agreed to stop billing me.
My Visa account told me they would CANCEL MY ACCOUNT and issue me a new account and transfer everything from my old account. True I will have to pay for what I received, but I will not see future charges from them.
A hard lesson to learn to read everything before we order anything. There are no free lunches!

I must say this is a scam. I have been trying to get a refund for 3 weeks. I did cancel my credit card so that they would not get another penny. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was placed on hold forever. No one picked up. Each time I call about my refund, I have been told that the request was not completed and that they were sorry for the inconvenience. I would have to wait another 7-10 days. I will continue to call until I get results. I may never get my money, but they will get tied of me calling.

This company is totally bogus, within 10 days I received 348.72 worth of charges against my credit card. I attempted to contact them within the 14 day trial period and was left in their holding cue for over 4 hours and was cut off before reaching an associate. After the first round of charges began I again tried to contact the company, after waiting for almost an hour on hold I finally was able to speak to some one about the charges. They were only able to tell me that they could cancel my order, and would forward a refund request to their refund department. The associate advised me I would be receiving an e-mail regarding my requsest. When I requested to speak to the refund department regarding my request I was told they only respond to emails and there was no way to contact them by phone. Needless to say after this runaround scam I more than frustrated. Demanding to speak to a supervisor is almost a futile effort, however I was transferred and left on hold for over three hours. When their offices closed my call was cut off without having this issue resolved. I called the company back the next morning and without wasting time with their "customer service associate" I again demanded to speak to a supervisor. I was told they only had one supervisor working with their complaints. With that I was transferred to the supervisor's hold cue. After over 5 hours on hold I was finally able to speak to a so-called "supervisor", and within 5 minutes was assured I would be receiving a refund within 3-5 business days. During this phone battle I contacted my bank and began a Credit Card fraud grievance for the whole amount and any service charges and interest accrued against my account. My bank has been more than stellar going to bat for me with this company. The associate in the grievance department told me this company has been nothing short of a headache for his department about the phony charges they are racking on peoples accounts. To make this long story longer after almost 2 months this issue is finally being handled by the people with the real power, the Fraud department at my bank. They have already credited my account the full amount plus interest and service charges, and will be going after this company for fraudulent credit card charges.

I was able to get ahold of someone, but it was at 5:30am CST to cancel future shipments. They did, I haven't yet received anything else. My credit card company is disputing the first charge and all I need to do is return the product and have a proof of the return. They said they will take care of it completely and not let FWM charge anything more to my account.

one way to try and stop them is if eveyone filled out this form and sent it to the attorney general of florida it may make a differance and shut them down

I also have been constantly calling and getting the refund e-mail run around, when I ask to speak with a supervisor they put me on hold for so long that I get pissed and hang up. To this day no supervisor has ever answered my calls. I just want to know how to get my money back...Shelly

I suggest that you call this no. [protected]) and tell the FWM representative that you had really canceled your order before the 14 day trial period ends. This was the exact no. I used when I decided stop availing this product. Very accommodating and helpful operator they have on that line.

I am also being charged for Acai Berry in which i cancelled in the 14 days . They say i have not, i returned the product delivery confirmation with theUSPS. i have proof, but you get the same run around every time you call. I cancelled on 1/9/09 and i received a bottle and called back on 1/26/09 because they charged my account. Then i was charged again on2/7/09. I called back 3 more times and Just again on 2/23/09. I have received one credit and they still owe me for the returned item on 1/26/09. this is a fraudulent company and they need to be put out of business. If anyone knows anyone we can call or write to put them out, i would glady help...

I think this occurrence was partly your fault since you didn't read carefully the terms and conditions. However, to help you solve this problem, better call this no. [protected]). Several months ago, I also ordered Acai Berry products but decided to cancel my order. This was the contact number I used.

You should have read the terms and condition carefully. I gave also Acai Berry a try a month ago and canceled just in time for the 14-day trial period. Better call this no. [protected]) because I believe there would be a great chance that they'll give you a refund.

I was also thinking this was a free 30 day trial and I did recieve the pills but they dont work! The paper that comes with the pills does not state anything about having to return them... It only has their phone number and a list of other products you can order. After I saw that there were charges pending in my bank account, I put 2 and 2 together and realized it was this company. I have now spoke to 4 different people in 24 hours trying to get a refund and was also told I have to wait 2 to 3 days before my refund request will be processed. I was also giving a special price quote of 2 dollars for shiping and handling but after reviewing my bank statement was charged 2 seprate times, one for 2 dollars and one for 1.95, 2 hours apart. This company is a total fraud and a total rip off! I also found another website with the same product and company that had completely different terms and conditions...how are you to know what terms and conditions apply to you?

This is too familiar! I too ordered the free trial product. It did not arrive when it was supposed to and my account was charged $87.13 before the product arrived. I called to cancel any further orders and was given a cancellation number. Three days later new charges appeared on my bank account. When I called them to complain they insisted that I owed the money. I informed them that I had called the Missouri Attorney Generals office and filed a complaint. At that point they said a refund would be coming. I will have to wait and see if that truly happens. I would recommend that no one buy from this company.

I made the same mistakes you all did...This company is a FRAUD they are out of the country, they have put over 200.00 dollars in foreign fees and mamebership fees and 4 fees for the same month. I hope any body reading this will learn from my mistake DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Also I will be writing Oprah and Rachel Ray to notify their people that their names are being used for such a bogus company!

I ordered my free one month supply and my card was charged 2/9/09 for the shipping of 3.95 and an international fee of .12 because it was being shipped from the UK. I then noticed on 2/24/09 there was another charge of 87.13 with another international charge then on 3/8/09 there was another charge of 40.00.

I called the number on my statement [protected] and got a foreign person on the line and asked what the charge was and he told me that it was for my second month of ACAI ELITE which I have never received and told him I wanted my account credited.

Today on my account there is ANOTHER charge of 40.00 and a different phone number of [protected] in Florida listed as FWM*LIPAPHEN. I called it and asked what this bogus charge was and the foreign woman told me it was my second month supply.

When I asked her different questions about the origin of the shipments and the 2 different phone numbers she told me they were the same company and that the 87.13 was actually the BILLING FOR MY FREE TRIAL and the 40.00 was the second month shipment.

I have revisited the website where I ordered my "FREE" sample and the notice that states you have 14 days to evaluate the product. You can cancel at anytime. It also states that "Our product will recur at a 21% saving of 19.95 off the regular price, for a low price of $87.13 with a fresh one-month supply of Acai Elite shipped every 30 days from the initial order..."

No where does it state that after 14 days your credit card will be charged for 87.13 for the "FREE TRIAL". Also there are 2 different merchants listed on my statement and products.

Is there someone out there that has received their money back or filed a complaint with someone that can help? The card I used is a debit card that is tied to child support payments and I am VERY careful what I use the card for and this sure wasn't something I had planned on happening.

This company should be stopped at this and to make matters worse, the 'customer service' is located in India and they are taught to repeat the same thing over and over again without any thought to what they are saying or doing.

OMG. I wish I would've seen all these postings about FWM labs months ago. All these stories are just like mine.
After calling "customer service" for 2 months I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and yesterday 3/10/2009, they told me that my case was closed b/c the company hasn't responded to ALL the complaints against them.
The contact person a Brian Weiss, has kept everyone's money and is probably out on his boat bought off of this scam he's got going on.
I was told that I could contact the Consumer Protection people. I filed a complaint in hopes that someone can help. I was calling/emailing these people every day and then started sending letters. I really hope that someone out there can help everyone who's been SCAMMED!

Did your cancellation Dec 16, 2008 still within the 14 day trial period? If ever it wasn't, then it was the reason behind the charge they made on your account. But the good news is, you can still get a refund. Call [protected]. This no. is not bogus. Just a month ago, I used this no. to call off my order. Things went smoothly and I got my money back within three days.

I just called this [protected] number and finally reached a person named Rose. Her master of the English language was not clear and she would not let me speak to her supervisor. I received this product, a 15 day free trial, on March 14th but the envelope says the tril ends on March 20th. What a rip off! She even offered me the product for $40. Of course, I declined. I am returning the unopened bottle to FWM and I will inform my bank that any future charges are fraudulent. Wish I had seen this information earlier...Shirley

I, too was scammed and deceived by FWM Laboratories. They deceived me and led me to believe that my cancellation was within the time limit when I called to cancel...I only learned that they had charged my credit card on that very same day that I cancelled the acai berry order when looking at my statement...They won't fess up to their misconceptions...I have filed a complaint with the BBB of Florida...I would sugest that everyone who has been scammed by these con artists to do the same!

1 time is enough for me!

The error usually committed by consumers is that they don't read carefully the terms and conditions. Be reminded about this the next time you purchase online. I got this no.
