Gabriel Travel I bought a ticket from Gabriel Travel but then I had to cancel it

I bought a ticket from Gabriel Travel but then I had to cancel it. Delta airlines gave me my money back but Artem, the guy who works there, kept it for himself and didn't give it back to me. I need my money back ASAP!

Gabriel Travel Our flight got canceled by *** Airlines

Our flight got canceled by *** Airlines. We called them and they said we can get a refund, but we gotta talk to the third party booking agent. So we called Gabriel Travel and a lady who spoke Russian picked up and started being mean to us and my wife. She said our flight wasn't canceled and wouldn't listen to us. We told her we'd dispute it with our credit card company if she didn't give us a refund, but she said no and hung up. It was so unprofessional and rude. We've never been treated so bad by a company. It's crazy that Turkish Airlines lets them represent them.
