I signed up with Gaia 8 months ago
I signed up with Gaia 8 months ago. .99 for 2 weeks introductory offer. After several days I called and cancelled my account. (They answered their phone back then but not now) I just discovered they have been drafting my card ever since - $11.99. I have emailed them and they responded with ludicrous instructions on cancelling thru their website. However, they have a system set up that I have to reactivate my account to cancel my subscription that I already cancelled.? Their email also suggested I use their live chat which does not exist on the site. I finally received my 2nd email reply from them today from the email I sent Oct 25. It said to reply to that email if I needed service.
I saw that my bank had a charge of $99 from Gaia
I saw that my bank had a charge of $99 from Gaia. I never signed up for this service, so I tried to call them, and a recording said that there were live agents that could help me. I told them that I did not sign up for this service, and did not even know who they were. I asked several times, who are you and what are you. She then ask what I had done so far, I told her that this was my first step, and my next step was to contact my bank. She then said she would refer me to a lawyer, and for $5 dollars, I could ask him. I then called my bank stating that this was a fraudulent charge. Of course then I checked the reviews on this company, and many complaints were like mine, warning that this company was a scam.

signed up for a one year subscription of this channel
signed up for a one year subscription of this channel. $99.00; *** "cancel at any time " they say- *** unbeknownst to us they set this up on auto renewal. i contacted Gaia; very, very very difficult to say the least getting a hold of these guys. i probably spent the better part of 2 hours in attempt to reset passwords. i finally was able to cancel on-line and request for reimbursement of charges. i am not out to cheat anyone- if i agree to a 1 year commitment; i will pay that 1 year. i find a real ethical issue here guys with you taking it upon yourselves to NOT REIMBURSE CHARGES. pro-rate the 1 month if you feel justified. This is cheap business practice if you ask me; this is how you turn a profit ? shameful.

I have been charged for a service that I never ordered
I have been charged for a service that I never ordered. I contacted my credit card but they have not been able to settle the issue. I continue to be charged for a service I never ordered and no nothing about. I have called, they say to write, I write, they will not answer. My issue is that I have changed the credit card and hope they won't continue to bill me, but I would like to be repaid the money for the charges that have accrued. They say I ordered for $20 in November and have been charging me $9.95 a month subsequently. At the time I did not even have a tv or physical address, I know I never ordered it. I have emailed the company for months trying to resolve but it goes in a loop of never getting an answer.

I tried out the 1-week free subscription and came to the conclusion that I was not satisfied with it. I am a very busy person and forgot to cancel my subscription before they billed me and I would like my $99 back because the service provided is not interesting to me.
I have tried Gaias free week trial, and without any notice or anything after one week they took 99$ from my card. That is literally half of my monthly salary in Bosnia, so i want my money back. They didn`t send any e mail or anything. I need that money for food. Please assist me in being refunded!
I signed up for a free 7 day trial of gaia.com. I cancelled my subscription before the end of the 7 days. I received a confirmation email for my cancellation. However, I was still billed for one year, at 125.00. I wrote to the company but the person who answered my email was unwilling to understand or make a refund.
I wanted to try Gaia (yoga) for a couple of months and see if I would use the service
I wanted to try Gaia (yoga) for a couple of months and see if I would use the service...this was February ... by March - I knew I wasn't going to use and I've been trying to cancel my subscription ever since... I've gone through the online instructions multiple times and have tried to reach out to customer service (no phone number) and they just send a standard email with cancellation instructions WHICH I'VE DONE! At this point, they've charged my $150 for a service I don't want and don't use and have tried to cancel several times! I suppose I'm going to have to go change my bank information which I really don't want to do because so many legitimate accounts are linked to it. This business should be run OUT OF BUSINESS... surely what they are doing is illegal?

I started a free week with Gaia on my television
I started a free week with Gaia on my television. I did not have the time to fully explore the channels within the week, so I figured I would pay 11.99 for one month to see if I would keep it. There were three options to choose from. I chose the middle option rated at $11.99 Not only was I charged for the month but Gaia also charged me an annual rate of $99.99! I was EXTREMELY surprised. Especially because this was right before I had to pay rent. There is no way to contact Gaia other than an email..which they do not respond. I would have NEVER chose the $99.99 annual option because it is way too expensive for my budget. I did some research and see that this is a common problem. I would appreciate a refund of $99.99 immediately please Why did they charge me annually and monthly!?

I joined the Gaia online streaming site due to the company's advertisement and promotion of a premiere series on their site
I joined the Gaia online streaming site due to the company's advertisement and promotion of a premiere series on their site. Within weeks of joining and while I was only a fourth of a way through the series, the company completely changed the series and the individuals in the episodes but kept the same series name so that the original series is no longer available (which I consider an unethical bait-and-switch tactic). I have attempted to reach the company to resolve the matter numerous times via email, Facebook messenger and calling the business's listed phone number, but all I receive are impersonal, unhelpful form letter type responses. The phone number immediately defaults to a voicemail system that is full and cannot receive any more messages. I have been unable to connect with a live person.

I signed up for Gaia yoga app two years ago
I signed up for Gaia yoga app two years ago. A week later I broke my ankle and was unable to use app and completely forgot about the app until last Feb 2019 I saw a charge on my credit card for a renewal. I tried multiple times to contact. The phone number said go to to website but apparently none of my email addresses were working. I tried messaging them and contact us. I never received a credit but I assumed I at least cancelled this. Yesterday I received another charge of $95! Please help me, I am such a busy person and have had 2 surgeries in the last year, I am so frustrated. I am out almost $300 for something I used 2 times. I get I probably need to eat the first year due to my injury but the last 2 charges are downright wrong and that is not right how hardd they are making this, there are hundreds of complaints and messages on there website even.
On 5/30, I saw a $99 charge from Gaia to my checking account
On 5/30, I saw a $99 charge from Gaia to my checking account. I knew I had an annual subscription, but had no idea it was going to be automatically renewed. They did not send an email to notify me my year was up and that I would be automatically renewed. I went on their website, which had no number to call, so I searched for How to request a refund and cancel. The answer was that they don't give refunds, saying the "no refund" was in the Terms and Policies. I did find a chat button and chatted with Joyce. She told me she could not issue a refund as it was against the terms of the subscription. I told her I had received no email to notify me. She said they don't send them out. This is all so unlike other companies I deal with and very user unfriendly in my opinion. I would like my money back. At the very least, I'd like other people to know about how they do business.

I have a subscription on a yearly basis but was not expecting it to auto-renew
I have a subscription on a yearly basis but was not expecting it to auto-renew. I noticed the bill on my credit card in Oct. and contacted the company for a refund and then to cancel my account. They proclaim they do not provide refunds. Why? Because this business is a SCAM. Their practices are predatory and rely on consumers to forget a specific date a year out and TRY to contact the company to stop the billing. Their phone number is off-line. There is no way to manage auto-renew preferences through the online portal.! This is what they count on. Most people will give up. So not only did I not get a refund, my account was canceled with 9 months to go. I was billed this year without my permission, consent, or any notice at all. This is a fraudulent business practice and I want my $99 refunded. I've also filed a complaint with the Colorado Attorney General, which I said I would do if they did not refund my money.

I signed up for a free 30-day trial, but was charged on the 17th within that trial
I signed up for a free 30-day trial, but was charged on the 17th within that trial. My mom paid for this membership as a gift to me in April, so her card is tied to my (former) membership. Gaia was not clear that this membership would be an automatically renewal annually. I did not receive an email notification that an annual fee would be charged, so I could choose to continue or cancel my membership. I did not receive an email notification of the $99.00 charge either. I contacted Gaia's phone number, , but the message said they do not have anyone to speak to and recommended to go to their website, Gaia.com. I cancelled my membership. The website response read that refunds are not possible. It read that even though I cancelled my membership I have access until April 17, 2022. My mom opened a dispute claim with her bank against Gaia. I am requesting for a refund of $99.00 for my mom's card ending in 2410. Thank you.

In March I subscribed to GAIA channel
In March I subscribed to GAIA channel.. From the beginning the online platform did not work well in any way. I emailed and tried to call-you will see they have no reall people to speak with-I had no idea until I called their "Customer Service" phone number [protected] which is totally a scam because when you call a recording says that there is no way to speak to anyone! Then I emailed and also tried the "Chat" and the "Chat" is also a scam because all they do is verify you have an account and then they say they cant help and they will forward your tech issue to the tech group-which I already had received several emails from. I had clearly defined in a step by step manner the tech issue and in both emails they never addressed the issue at all and basically said to "contact the chat line" which as Ive said the chat line says they cant help and they will forward your issue to the tech group-which as Ive shown doesnt address your tech issue.

On May 5 a $99 membership fee was charged to my MC thru my PauPal account
On May 5 a $99 membership fee was charged to my MC thru my PauPal account. After my membership trial to Gaia.com had expired (year 2020), the membership fees to Gaia began that May with out notice. I thought I had successivly notified Gaia that I did not want automatic renewal of my account with them via a checkbox on the Gaia.com website. I attempted to contact Gaia customer service to discuse the issue The phone number provided was a recorded message explaining personal conversation was not available and refered me to the Gaia website. I also checked a box on their website telling Gaia that I did not want automatic charges made to my cerdit card they had on file. That failed to. I have not saught nor recieved any services by Gaia this membership year, May to May 2022. I have opened a dispute charges claim for the $99.00 fee with my MasterCard as with my PayPal account the charges to this card went through. The Gaia website does not use fair business practices.

I subscribed at the beginning of the year for the 99 eur product and free cancellation
I subscribed at the beginning of the year for the 99 eur product and free cancellation. I was charged before the free cancellation expired and I immediately reported the issue, I didn't really used the app. After a while, a response came with the resolution that i will get my money back and to wait 20 business days or so. From January it is may and did not received anything back. I made from then at least 10 tickets with my problem and finally in 8th april the same response: Please wait 10 business days for the money to be reflected in my bank account, so it's over a month and no money was received. The id ticket is ***, answered by *** from Zendesk, no other way to communicate with them. It is almost half an year and my money were not refounded what kind of business is this? I tried to look for an e-mail, telephone number, nothing found, I also wrote them on facebook. I will give them any possible negative review and complaint at the Google Play and at Federal Trade Commision.

I subscribed and immediately cancelled a year ago, but have been billed $99. I re-cancelled and went through the exact same process I did the first time but they claimed the initial cancellation didn't go through and will not refund my money. The service has been unused this whole time, why would I not use something I thought I was still paying for? It's obvious from other complaints that their system is glitchy and I want the benefit of the doubt and a full refund.
I do not have an account with you. I have not been emailed by you. You ran my credit card on May 18 for $0 at which time I cancelled my card since I did not authorize a charge from you. On May 26 when I received my new credit card you charged my card $11.99. I did not authorize this charge and cancelled my card once again due to unauthorized charges. I was advised by my credit card company that you are set up to make recurring charges to my account. I cannot contact you because I have no account info at all for your company. The only thing I have are charges on my credit card from your company.
A week ago I downloaded an app called Gaia , It is a in app purchase type of app available in the App Store of Apple. I checked out the app and it popped up subscription options ans I decided I didnt like the app and did not subscribe, I did not enter payment info. A week later on 7/9 I was charged $99 without my approval. I called Apple right away and they would not refund the money even though I cancelled the subscription that Gaia signed me up for. When a company gives you options of a subscription and you dont choose one, they should not be able to sign you up without your approval. I am now out $99 and dont even have their product.
