I'm sorry in advance for the rant, I am quite annoyed still. I have never ordered from Gap online before. I am typically an "in store" shopper, but like anyone in this modern era, sometimes I like the convenience of shopping from my phone at night. I ordered two (2) items, a simple Cashsoft sweater and a cute set of flannel pajamas. $85 happily spent. When I received my package, the sweater was inside but not the pajama set, no, in its place was a pair of HIDEOUS glittery pink boots that were not even my size. Customer service only offered lukewarm apologies and said once they refunded me I was free to purchase the pajamas again. Excuse me? I have to buy the pajamas I already bought AGAIN because you messed up? You didn't pack them and now I must wait for a refund to order the item I ordered a week ago... AGAIN. Here's the kicker, folks... I go to order the pajamas and they are sold out! So now I cannot even purchase the item I already purchased and ordered 2 weeks ago. Never buying from Gap again. Don't waste your time with buying online, the clothing is nice but it is not worth this run around.
