Dont buy car from these guys. They dont stand by there word and once your out the door they give you the run around. I been charged way more then it cost. Every time I call they send me to a full voice-mail. Very bad biz.

Horrible. No stars is not even an option. Don't buy a car here. They're dishonest, corrupt, and bad businessmen. The finance guy wouldn't answer my mom's questions about the papers she was signing and tricked her into spending WAY more than she planned. She left with a car she couldn't afford, almost $10k over her budget. They say they have a 3-day exchange policy if you're not happy, but then they treat you like dirt when you return it and rush you to make a decision you don't want. We've never been treated so badly when spending money. If we could have canceled the deal, we would have. Go somewhere else, especially if you're a woman over 50. I wish we had read more reviews. It seems like they push people around and take advantage of them, not just us.

i went to gatorland toyota to buy a car and it was a pretty good experience. the salesperson was nice and not too pushy. i found a car that i liked and they gave me a good deal on it. the only thing that was a little annoying was that it took a long time to do all the paperwork. but overall, i'm happy with my purchase and would recommend gatorland toyota to others.

I sold my car and I'm tryna get my money back for the warranty but these guys at Gatorland Toyota ain't hittin' me back. Me and my agent been tryna reach 'em like 15 times and they either got us on hold forever, sent us to voicemail, or straight up missed our calls and meetings. It's been a real hassle and I ain't too happy about it.

Got a new car from Gatorland Toyota on 7/3 and got a temp tag that expires on 8/1. The finance people said we'd get a permanent tag in two weeks, but we didn't. Called them up and they said it was backed up and that the temp tag was okay if the cops pulled us over. Called again and they said they'd send a new temp tag, but they didn't. They said they'd FedEx the new plate, but they kept lying and being dismissive. We gotta drive 80 miles round trip to get a new temp tag because they haven't even filed with the DMV yet.

I buyed a new Toyota Camry from Gatorland Toyota and paid for my out of state registration with the car purchase. The Finance Manager said I had to complete a military clause to get my registration. I told him I'm not military, I'm Civil Service. I finished the buying process and left the dealership. 2 weeks later, my trade-in was still not paid off and the DMV didn't get the paperwork for my registration. I called the dealership and spoke to a manager and the finance person. They said they would pay off my trade-in once I completed the form they need. I told them I'm not in the military, I'm a Veteran and it's illegal to commit fraud. They insisted I complete the form and they would only do what I need once they get what they want. I called back the 3rd week, still no payoff on trade nor paperwork at dealership. I spoke to a manager again and he said they would pay off my trade once I complete the form they need. I agreed to complete the form and they agreed to mail it to me. I received the form and it was for ACTIVE DUTY ONLY to be exempt from paying Ad Valorem Taxes. I called the dealership and spoke to finance guy and explained to him that this does not apply to me and it is illegal. His manager is still insisting I complete this fraud. It's going on month 2 and they still refuse to send my registration docs to the DMV. I have no idea what is going on other than they want me to commit fraud for entertainment purposes and ignorance. I bought a car and they are withholding my documents preventing me from being a lawful citizen. No one returns my calls.
