This has been by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had
This has been by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I called multiple times to place an order for some parts, but each time I was transferred to a full mailbox and eventually got hung up on. After a lot of frustration, I finally managed to speak to a live person and place the order. However, despite being told it would only take two days for the part to arrive, I had to wait a whole week. The dealer never bothered to call me, so I had to follow up myself. When I went to pay, the parts guy had no idea how to process a Mazda e-gift. After wasting forty minutes, he eventually got some help but would only accept one of my $100.00 egifts. He expected me to pay the remaining balance out of my own pocket, even though I had two $100.00 egifts. Frustrated, I left without the parts. I decided to email their Sales Manager and requested a call from their . However, I never received a call back, so the next day I called again and asked for the . To my surprise, the sales manager answered and instead of apologizing or trying to resolve the issue, he blamed everything on the phone system. Feeling unsatisfied, I hung up and called back for the . He informed me that he was never given my message to call him and also blamed the phone system for all the problems. Not once did he offer to help me get the parts or assist with the payment. I didn't even ask for a discount, I just wanted my parts. Both managers showed no empathy or sympathy for the difficulties I faced. After ten phone calls and dealing with two managers, I gave up and went to their competition to get the parts I needed.

I purchased a 2018 Cadillac XTS from RAYSKILLMAN Dealership on 2/26
I purchased a 2018 Cadillac XTS from RAYSKILLMAN Dealership on 2/26. My financing was done through COMMUNITY WIDE FCU located at 1555 W. WESTERN AVE. SOUTH BEND IN. 46619. Additionally, I made a down payment of $2000.00 and provided proof of insurance from STATE FARM INSURANCE in order to drive the car off the lot. I have signed a RETAIL INSTALLMENT CONTRACT AND SECURITY AGREEMENT, as well as a SALES ORDER AND CONTRACT with RAYSKILLMAN. However, I am confused as to why RAYSKILLMAN is taking the car back despite our signed agreement and keeping my $2000.00. They claim it is due to mileage, cleaning the car, and the first month's payment of $638.75, which is not due until 4/11.

I bought a 2017 Nissan Sentra in August and added GAP coverage through American Auto Guardian Inc to ensure my car would be protected in case of a total loss. Unfortunately, my car was totaled a few months later. I have been asking the dealership for the necessary documents multiple times, even visiting them in person, but they keep giving me the wrong ones and delaying the process. They are refusing to provide me with the correct documents needed for my GAP coverage to pay off the remaining balance on my car. This claim has been ongoing for several months now, and it is incredibly frustrating. I purchased a warranty specifically for situations like this, and it is not being honored. I kindly request that Rayskillman Northeast Mazda sends or emails my Bookout sheet and Ziebart gold refund amount to American Auto Guardian Inc. Additionally, I would like them to cancel my auto guard refund amount. I have tried reaching out through email, phone calls, and visiting the dealership, but nothing has been resolved. I am hopeful that the ComplaintsBoard.com will be able to assist me in this matter.
On October 31, I purchased a 2017 Chevy Impala from Ray Skillman Mazda East
On October 31, I purchased a 2017 Chevy Impala from Ray Skillman Mazda East. My wife and I worked with a salesman named James. Initially, the car we wanted was not available at the Shadeland location, so we found it at Ray Skillman West Auto Mall through their website. The listed price for the car was $18,988. We informed James about our choice, and he assured us that he would acquire it for us. However, when we went to buy the car, they increased the price by almost $1000. During the signing process, I pointed out that the price was incorrect, but another salesman named Christian insisted that $19,831 was the correct price. At the time of purchase, I also had a trade-in, a 2004 GMC Yukon XL, for which they offered me $1000 in value. Additionally, James sold me gap insurance and a warranty without discussing it with me in detail beforehand. I have the buyers guide for the car, which states that it was priced at $18,988 and included a warranty. I reached out to Ray Skillman and James, but they refused to rectify the situation with my loan. Their explanation was that the price was incorrect due to repairs made to the car. I questioned why I was not informed about the price increase and how they could know about the repairs since the car did not come from their lot. James also claimed that the price of the car was not listed online, despite every car on the Ray Skillman website having a price tag. We were aware of the car's price before James arranged for its acquisition. In the end, James inflated the car's price by $1000, resulting in me not receiving any value for my trade-in. I feel that James essentially took my 2004 GMC Yukon XL without fair compensation.

I bought my 2012 Chevrolet Sonic on 03/21 for $10,000, which was $4,600 more than the price given by Kelly Blue Book
I bought my 2012 Chevrolet Sonic on 03/21 for $10,000, which was $4,600 more than the price given by Kelly Blue Book. On 06/18, I took my car to the dealership for a free oil change and to address the temperature warning light issue. After waiting for about 2 hours, they informed me that the repair would cost $703, but they could lower it to $668. I found this price to be unreasonable, so I asked them to explain what exactly needed to be fixed. They mentioned that the A/C compressor, coolant reservoir, one tire, and another tire needed to be addressed, as well as an A/C recharge. While I'm not a mechanic, I do have relatives who are, and I know that three out of the five items mentioned should not cost $250, specifically the reservoir, tire plug, and tire replacement. Additionally, Jiffy Lube usually recharges my A/C when they change my oil. I declined the service and asked them to identify the cause of the temperature warning light. The employee informed me that the coolant reservoir needed to be replaced. He also mentioned that there was a nail in the sidewall of one of my tires, which is why they suggested replacing it. I agreed to let them finish the work and bring the car out to me. However, as I was pulling into a tire shop, I noticed smoke coming from under my car, not the hood. One of the employees at the tire shop pointed it out to me and mentioned that it had a distinct smell. This made me anxious, so I checked to ensure that everything was tightly screwed on. During this inspection, I noticed something dripping, which led me to believe that it might be coolant dripping onto a hot surface, causing the smoke. I informed the employee about what the dealership had told me, and I also mentioned that the smoke stopped once the engine was turned off. I explained that there was a nail in the sidewall of one tire on the passenger side, and the driver's side tire just needed to be patched. The employee agreed to examine the tire with the nail in the sidewall, as it seemed unusual to him. After approximately 15-20 minutes, he returned and informed me that he only found a nail or screw in the tire treads, not the sidewall, and that it could be patched. I agreed to have both tires patched, which cost me $8. I then went to an auto parts store and purchased a reservoir for $45. I had my mechanic install it for $50. Before installing the new reservoir, my mechanic flushed the coolant system and noticed black gunk pushed back into the reservoir. He also squeezed the hose connecting the radiator to the reservoir and found it difficult to squeeze, indicating that the radiator was not receiving proper coolant flow. After these repairs, I was driving home when the car started smoking again. I immediately took it to Belleman Tires, where they informed me that the radiator and water pump needed to be fixed, costing approximately $259. To confirm this information, I sought a second opinion from a mechanic shop near my home. They also identified a radiator issue but did not find any problems with the water pump. At this point, I only had $100 left, and I needed to go to work the next day. On Sunday, I visited a friend's house, and her mother noticed the smoking issue. She asked me to park the car in the driveway and open the hood. She observed the leaking and questioned why I was experiencing a leak even after replacing the reservoir as advised by the dealership. I couldn't provide an answer because I genuinely didn't know. She used paper towels to determine the source of the leak and discovered that it was oil. This puzzled me because I had just gotten an oil change on Thursday. On Monday morning, 06/22, I returned to Rayskillman and showed them that despite replacing the reservoir as instructed, the temperature warning light was still on, and my car was still smoking. However, they have not contacted me about my car to this day. They initially refused to provide a loaner car until I expressed my concerns about the pandemic and the scarcity of work, as losing my job would make it impossible for me to make the car payments. Furthermore, I had brought my car in for servicing four days ago and left with more issues than I had initially. Today is 9/22, and I have to take my vehicle in for the same issue. I am extremely frustrated with the car, as it feels like a death trap. I refuse to continue paying for a car that is unreliable and potentially dangerous.
