GC Services is the owner of an account that I owe debt on. I have been working with them since May 2023. I have automatic debits that come out of my account monthly. As of September, I noticed that the payments have not come out. This is a serious issue for me as my financial aid for university is dependent on all of my accounts being in order. I have reached out to this company everyday since September 28th. I have called and send complaints through the we form. They do not have an official email address to reach them through. Since the beginning, they have only allowed communication through snail-mail and telephone. Which I find archaic and intentionally obtuse, but I digress. Every time I call, there is an auto-recording stating that I there are technical difficulties and to call again tomorrow. I need this organization to reach out to me so I can resolve my payments for this past month, and for the current month. If this is too difficult for them, then perhaps a letter, on letterhead, noting my good standing would suffice. The poor communication and bad business practices of this business are greatly affecting my life and I need to see results.
