GearBest never again!

I ordered a watch from GearBest website and it took them over two months to deliver. When I opened the package I saw that my watch arrived broken. I contacted their customer service and asked for a full refund since the product I received was broken. They offered me a partial refund but I refused. I contacted them again and they finally agreed. So I sent the watch back and paid for the return shipping, but never received my money back. Then I contacted PayPal and opened a dispute. Really terrible company!

GearBest nightmare!

I've ordered several products from Gear Best. Items arrived in reasonable time, one item was ok, but the second one arrived broken. I immediately contacted GearBest customer service and provided some pictures. I wasted about two weeks of my life fighting with them fro my money. In the end they offered me a discount on my next order and refused to give me a refund for the broken item. Absolutely appalling customer service. I will never order anything from this lace again!

GearBest avoid!

Avoid this scam company at all costs! I made an order and I knew things were coming from China. When my order finally arrived things were damaged because of poor the packaging. I immediately contacted GearBest customer service and was told to provide some pictures. I was offered a 50% refund. I refused and demanded a full refund, but there was no response. So I contacted PayPal and opened a dispute. Then gGearbest finally answered and said they would refund me only after I close PayPal complaint. Seriously avoid this place!

GearBest ridiculous company!

I ordered something from GearBest four months ago and received nothing yet! Tracking system showed that my package was shipped long ago, but it was never delivered. I contacted customer service and informed them about missing package. They said that I have to pay $30 if I want them to resend the item. Then I asked for a refund and they said that they can refund me only 50% of the original price to my GearBest wallet. Absolutely ridiculous service!
I don't think I will be buying anything from them again. Very disappointed!

GearBest never received my order

I ordered several items from GearBest over two weeks ago. I received no confirmation emails and no tracking number, so I contacted the company and asked about the status of my order. After two weeks, my order is still processing. I was told that few things that I ordered were out of stock. Then I asked them to cancel my entire order and asked for a refund. They agreed, but since then I heard nothing from them. They ignore all my messages and I have no idea will I ever get my money back. I contacted PayPal and opened a dispute. Avoid GearBest at all costs. They are very dishonest and unprofessional.

GearBest very professional thieves!

I ordered a watch from GearBest back in December. Two months passed and I received nothing yet! After I checked the reviews I feel like I was scammed and robbed. I have no clue where my order is or when it will be delivered. I actually doubt that I'll ever receive something. Of course I tried to contact them, sent tons of messages regarding the status of my order, but no one ever answered! I want to speak to someone from GearBest, I need some explanations! I'm so disappointed and disgusted with this company. Are they even human? They just take peoples money and deliver nothing! They are real criminal, and they are allowed to steal! That is not right!

I have asked 4 questions:

When will the item arrive to destination?
Why is it taking sooo long?
Can i ask my money back?
Will i receive the actual money or something else (not good...)?

Item has not arrived after more than 2 months... I believe that it is time for gearbest and you to acknowledge that the package is lost.

I fear that i have lost the money, since i believe that you are trying to avoid paying my money.

As far as i see, i have 2 options here:

Either you resend the order...

As i have said before... i have legal insurance.

Be carefull of what you say, because it may be used for legal reasons.

1. What is the latest status on that?

2. At what stage did you lose the package? Bear in mind that i know that it is in Greece from 21/1/2016. Where and at what stage did the shipping agent lost it?

There is a problem here. I have placed an order to GEARBEST and:
1. I have not received the parcel after 2 months and 10 days
2. GEARBEST has no idea where the parcel is.

In your last phrase, you mentionned:

Lets say that i want to wait more. Lets say that i wait for another 25 years...

1. Will you, after 25 years, give me the full ammount?

2. You mentionned: "Please note that it is out of our control" This means that from the moment you take the money, you have no resposibility?" Sorry but international commerce does not work like that. You are only saying this, just in case i got tired to ask for my stolen money back.

So please answer the question:

And also asking 100 dollars (previosusly it was 90 dollars... what about consistency!...) to send a parcel is theft... Courrier service does that for 20 dollars...

And i really liked your phrase:

This phrase is the definition on monkey business. Gearbest is responsible BUT I HAVE TO PAY.

GearBest scam company

I purchased an item from GearBest before the Chinese New Year. I contacted customer service and asked about the status of my order, and was told that my item was shipped. I couldn't wait to get it! I waited and waited, but nothing arrived. I could not even track my order, because the tracking number they gave me was invalid. It is now February 18th and still nothing! I am very disappointed. Do yourself a favor and don't order anything from these guys. Total scam company with poor customer service.

One of the items I have purchased from GearBest is this phone. Im really happy with it. Thanks to GearBest it came for 3 weeks as written in the site and in perfect condition. My firs order, in which this phone came, was with number W1603242327422571.
In the site I can always find what I need for the perfect price. The iste is easy to use, provides good quality and reasonable prices.

Don't ever risk a purchase from this company you will regret it. I did it cost me £100's and what did I get a faulty mobile phone on arrival (Doogee F3Pro that would not take charge, the USB cable just fell out as soon as inserted), a used pair of headphones (Idea USA that had hair on the headphone pads no cable ties for the leads and instruction sheet clearly opened and refolded to make it fit), long delivery delays (they use a courier consolidation company who collect the products until they have a complete shipping container to save money, whilst you pay Gearbest an expedited shipping fee and the tracking information only relates to when it left the Gearbest packing department), expensive customs admin fees (although I paid for expedited delivery of my total order Gearbest sent in in two parts therefor each attracted a £21 admin fee from the UK courier company for their services, yes I got stung twice and Gearbest insisted they were not at fault) in addition to shipping (if you want the product with insurance and tracking you have to pay) and VAT (they ship from China and Hong Kong so you are charged VAT and import duties unless you buy from their European warehouse which has very few products) and when something goes wrong (you complain through their grand sounding "Support Centre" who tell you your can have a replacement if you buy it again! As to your original not fit for purpose product they offer you a credit against a future purchase in my case US $24.00 on a purchase price of £142.00 excluding shipping and insurance and tracking fees!) what happens you are given a $5.00 credit (on a Ulefone that had a broken screen) on an account that you never want to risk buying from again.
An awful company who take no account of UK and EU purchase protection laws, have no idea of what constitutes good and fair customer service and whose staff appear to thrive from giving you frustrating and helpless information that reiterates their apologies and the rest says, to sum up and paraphrase "Tough we are not interested" This will get you infuriated as they make ridiculous requests for photos and videos less than 2MB in obscure formats. As the review says a scam YES in my opinion

GearBest absolutely appalling service

I purchased a phone from GearBest, but when it arrived it was damaged and there was no charger. I really hate this company! I have told them many times to send me a new phone with the charger, but still nothing! These people don't want to listen. I continue to receive ridiculous offers from them and my issue is completely ignored. They keep offering me a store credit, but I don't need it because I'm never ordering anything from these scammers again! I have enough of this, I'm reporting them to BBB. They refuse to send me a replacement, they don't want to give me my money back. Horrible scam company!

GearBest worst website ever

Unfortunately I cannot say anything good about this company. I ordered headphones and paid extra for the expedited shipping to have them in 7 days. 7 days passed and I received nothing so I contacted GearBest customer service and was told that my headphones were not in stock. It has now been four weeks now and still no contact on the progress of the order. I tried to contact them again, but since it is Chinese New Year, I received no replies. I contacted PayPal and told them about what happened. They promised to help. I really hope I'll get my money back.

GearBest do not waste your money!

GearBest is just another horrible Chinese scam website. I accidentally found this website, saw an item I had wanted and decided to order it. At first I had some problems with my account. I created it, but was unable to log in. Emailed their customer care and received no response. Several days later I went online and saw I had an account access. I finally logged in and made an order. I paid for my item, but did not receive a confirmation email and tracking number. I contacted support and asked what was going on, but heard nothing from them. It was two months ago and I did not receive anything yet. They took my money, wasted my precious time and that's it! Save your money and don't order anything from this horrible company.

GearBest don't buy!

Don't buy anything from GearBest. This is a scam company that wants only your money. They will steal your money and you can just hope that paypal or your bank would be able to help you. I made an order and received a message from their customer support stating that my order was delivered. But it was not! And now they keep telling me to pick it up in my local post office. I went to the post office like million times and nothing there! This company is so annoying. Ok, they basically stole my money, never delivered anything and I'm fine with that. I'm just sick of all those messages telling me to go pick up my order. I called the post office and they can't track anything without a tracking number. I never received any tracking numbers. I really hate this company. I wish they could just leave me alone!

GearBest I sent the product but they do not fully refund

I bought the product on Apr 10, 2015. The product stopped working properly. It is guaranteed by GearBest to freely repair the product that stop working within 360 days period. I had a request about this by opening a ticket (ticket no: T15111604622). I sent the product properly and three of the tracking websites says the product was delivered (http://track-chinapost.com, http://www1.ptt.gov.tr/tr/interaktif/kayitliposta_yeniweb221214.php and http://www.17track.net/) Although, GearBest said they do not have the product and can refund me 50%. I refused it but they said they could not fully refund. The product was delivered to them but they lose it in the office. And they charged their fault on me. I will not buy anything from GearBest again!

GearBest defective product.

Don't order anything from Gearbest because these people seems to be selling a lot of faulty and damaged items. Better save your money, or find some other places to shop. I ordered a watch from GearBest, but I was very disappointed when I received it. The product was fake and it was also used. So now I'm fighting with them trying to get me money back. I'll give them few more days and after that I'll report them to BBB. The said that I need to send the watch back to them, but return shipping is really expensive. Do not purchase anything from Gear Best. I'm done with this horrible company since l don't want any more of their broken products.

GearBest terrible

I decided to try GearBest because they stated they had a USA warehouse. They have very low prices, their website looks professional and they have a US warehouse. Those are the reasons I decided to give them a chance, but that was a big mistake. Actually the warehouse in USA doesn't have even a half of their products so most items has to come from another country. So it has been more than a month since I ordered and received nothing yet. I just wanted to save some money so ordered from GearBest, but in the end I just wasted my money and received nothing.

GearBest product not shipped - what a scam!

I am experiencing an issue with Gearbest. I ordered a Tarantula quadcopter on 27 Dec 2015 along with associated spare parts order# WW1512271921213778. 30 Dec they sent me a shipping number. I checked the DHL shipping number and it showed info sent to shipper but package was not picked up until over a week later after inquires made as to why it had not been picked up as I had paid for expedited shipping! Sure the original picture of a shipping label was emailed but it just shows a shipping label attached to a piece of plastic nothing showing an actual package. DHL tracking ([protected] ) info shows picked up 07 January 14:28 Singapore (funny shows picked up same day I made inquiry) returned to shipper 07 January 21:14 Singapore, Signed for by Benson 08 January 11:49 Stirling delivery area. Quite the scam they have going to even show delivery in Canada approximately 15 hours later. Amazing delivery system if they could pull that off as this is just physically impossible but at least DHL info shows the final route as Singapore. I am now receiving all the canned answers wanting me to wait 7 days for a response so they can ensure package was returned to warehouse (not my problem man). I have seen way too many positive reviews on sites. In a number of years dealing with Hobby King I never experienced anything like this after learning to upgrade shipping to obtain a tracking number, Update response from GB: As stated in above which you chose to ignore in this post and PM is that package was returned to shipper YOU and confirmed by DHL. Correspondence with your customer service has been going in circles with a bunch of canned non answers. When asked to refund order GB says they will refund $6.70 out of an order of $102.79 as remainder of order shipped 3 days ago. Customer service tell me package has been reshipped but WILL NOT provide me with a tracking number. A PAYPAL dispute was opened and GB provided PAYPAL with a tracking number for a package destined to MEXICO NOT CANADA! What a warm fuzzy feeling dealing with your company! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AS MOST REVIEWS ARE WRITTEN BY COMPANY EMPLOYEES (far too many positive posts with broken english) THAT MONITOR VARIOUS WEB SITES!

GearBest avoid

I purchased a vape kit for my uncle for Christmas. I was so excited when it shipped to my house in record time. The problems started within a week of receiving it. The vape stopped responding completely. wouldn't turn on and wouldn't charge. When I checked the return policy and later contacted the customer support I was given two options that left me frustrated. The first option was to return the vape kit and get less than 20% of a refund in store credit. The second was a replacement. But in case of replacement I had to pay $40 for shipping! After going back and forth with customer support I was left with a defective item and a lot of frustration. I would have gladly shipped it back for a full refund, but there was no such option. I just wasted so much time and money on this company.

GearBest never again

It actually takes too long to get a package and the worst part is that I'm still waiting for it. It should have arrived last month. I even sent them messages asking where my order is. The tracking system says it arrived in New York and being processed. I wasted $250 on an electric unicycle which I was planning to use for a temporary ride for work and back. Yet some how it never even arrived at my door. Better order from Amazon or Tigerdirect. And don't buy anything from GearBeast. Guess this is punishment for paying too cheap.

I purchased a mobile phone from GearBest. There was a sale that day, so I paid only $100 for it. It was quite cheap, so I decided to pay extra for Expedited Shipping. After weeks of waiting, I sent them a message asking where my phone was and when it will be delivered. But I was told they are not having the phone in stock. All those weeks they waited for me to ask first about the phone before telling me that it was out of stock! Why didn't they tell me that my item was out of stock when I placed the order? They told they would get it in 10-15 business days, and then send it to me. I sent them another email after waiting for three weeks and asked if the phone was in stock yet. But they ignored my messages. Then I sent another message asking for a refund, which they also ignored. Stay away from this website.

GearBest avoid this website, it's a scam.

This company offer you items that they don't even stock. After placing an order and paying for it, you receive a message from their agent. He asks you to select another item, which will not be discounted, and you must pay any difference. If you say no, they’ll send you only those things which are in stock. But they will never give money back for items which you didn’t receive. You don’t have any protection when buying from Chinese websites. This is trap for trustful customers. You should not be afraid of them and if you’ll press them very hard, they probably will give you a refund. Shipping time is ridiculous as well. Avoid this website, it’s a scam. There are other better places to shop.

GearBest very cheap company

This is very cheap company. All the products they have are horrible and poorly made. I don't recommend buying from them. Their site contains broken English and It's hard to understand something there. They say that customer is their priority, but I assure you they don't have customer support at all. There is no phone number on the site. You can't call the company and their chat service that is never online. I used this site to order things which are quite special. I have several orders, that were supposed to be shipped out in 2 days (I even paid extra for shipping) and over two week later items are still processing. I didn't want to wait anymore longer, so I decided to cancel those orders. But there was no response. I filed a support ticket and but got a message with the tracking information about my order! Then I replied and told them that I very disappointed and that was the end. They stopped replying. I had one of their agents on Skype, but as soon as I contacted him he blocked and deleted me. I don't know anything about my order. The tracking system says that still it have not been shipped out.
