GearBubble son necklace

I received a package that was not only empty but was never sealed from the company. This necklace was a christmas gift for my son. I tried calling customer service but all i get is the answering machine and not able to leave a message. I am very frustrated over this situation! I would appreciate it if you would send another one via express overnight delivery free of charge since i have already paid for it once and recieved an empty unsealed package! Thank you in advance.

I got the same thing. The post office labeled it damaged and showed me the envelope which had been opened or not sealed at all during the delivery. I sent a picture of the envelope via email and explained it to them that there was nothing in it. I still have yet to receive a response and they sure didn't waste any time taking the money from my card when I placed the order..

GearBubble heart pendant necklace

I received notification by e-mail that my order was mailed on 12-15-2016. Everytime I try to track my order it keeps coming up that it can not find my order. They promptly took their money out of my account. Now I can not reach anyone. I called their number posted and all I get is a recording and then disconnected. I want my money back or the item I purchased. Preferably before Christmas.

I have exrienced the same problems. Ordered some necklace charms on November 11th for Christmas presents and the order kept showing " in Process". I contacted gear bubble 3 times asking for a ship date and they could not provide one. On December 18th I emailed again asking for a ship date by Christmas or I would cancel and they just emailed me back with " your order has been cancelled.

I am now looking for the executives email.

I ordered this necklace for my wife, not what I expected . The quality was poor, and the message on the necklace cannot be read unless you have a magnifying glass. I notified them to either send me a return label or a RMA number. I want to return a get refunded. As of this date, no reply. Please take care of this matter.They gave me a request number 57854. It's been nearly 1 month since I ordered a pendant for my son for christmas. Well, christmas is just about here and I have no pendant. I am a single mother with limited funds.

I want my item or refunded in full w/i 10 days or I am filing a complaint with the bbb as well as hitting media, social media and maybe even a small claims suit (Worth the cost just to prove my point).

It's just not fair. Thanks to this error, my son will have nothing to open up on christmas day.

GearBubble ordered a christmas gift - mug

I ordered a gift mug for my Father in Law on November 12th, 2016 and as of
12/20/16 I still have not received my order. They will not return calls or emails and yet they did have the time to take the $25 out of my bank account.
This is maybe the worse company I have ever dealt with. Call after call is not returned and no answers to when it will be ready. They said 7-10 days and it has been 5 weeks!

GearBubble order is a month old and no response from customer "support"

I ordered an item on November 25. When I ordered, GearBubble said it would take "10-14 days max" to produce the item. I was ordering a Christmas present so I thought I had plenty of time.

After three weeks I contacted the support e-mail to ask for an update; there was no response. Then I talked to their online chat, but they couldn't offer any more information. The agent directed me to a phone number, which was a recorded message instructing me to... send a message to the support e-mail.

There's no way this gift will make it before Christmas, but at this point I really want answers more than anything. Will they ever actually produce the item? Why is it delayed? When will it be shipped? Their silence makes me wonder if this is a scam company. I've wasted a lot of time, and I'm not going to be able to give the Christmas present I wanted to.

Is that how you talk to your customers? "Did you bother tracking the order on the website?" "Did you bother"? Are you serious? What is Gearbubble? A bunch of wanna-be's? A bunch of kids sitting around drinking wine and playing at being grown-ups? You talk to your customers like they are ignorant and dirt under your feet. You people are going to go out of business - and your customers will be applauding. By the way, "campaign" is a ridiculous term although you must think it's really cool. You people can be specific about NOTHING. You can't tell your customers anything because YOU don't know. You don't answer emails. You don't answer the phone. How many of you are there? 3? 2? You are depending on your suppliers -a bunch of start-ups at the very most. Close up, get your ducks in a row, and try again when you grow up.

I'm so pissed right now I place my order on 12/8/2016 gearbubble.com as you can see that's when they took my $32.90 out I did not get a conformation that it had been shipped until 12/12/16 they sent me a order # #gb_8f674e370ab816b3 and tracking # which is useless because all it says is your item has shipped, I ordered it for my son at the start of dec hoping to get it by christmas but it looks like it may not happen gear bubble is a scam as yes they got me now I have to find my son another christmas gift.

Has anybody been able to read the words in the pendants, I now must provide a magnifiying glass for him or her to read what they say!, my daughters is soo small there are words under the gold heart frame I cann't evev tell what they are!. i'm now looking on line to find these pendants to get at least then wording so that I can tell them what they say. what a hugh rip-off! a friend looked at them and told me I should contact a show on a television station called, something I don't know, on your consumer something? it could be an oppstion to worn other prospective buyers!

I ordered a shirt on 12/13/2016 the cost of the shirt was taken out of my account but I have not received any confirmation on my order or any idea of when it may be shipped or been processed . I ordered the shirt in memory of my dog who is no longer with me, I ordered the mug and was happy with it that is why I ordered the T Shirt I would like to know what is going on with it

GearBubble coffee mugs

On 12/9/16, I ordered 2 coffee mugs with the hopes of getting them in time to ship to a friend for Christmas. When I placed the order there was no estimated delivery date information provided. On 12/11/16, I received an email that said they had processed my order and sent it off to be made. I was never told when I made the order that these mugs would have to be "custom made" "after" my order was processed. The only delivery info said that "it shouldn't take too long to make", "sometimes a few days", "usually just under a week or so". They provided a "link" to track my order. When I clicked on the link, all I got was a statement that my order was being processed. This is the most unhelpful website and tracking information I have ever seen. They don't provide a customer service phone number so you just have to hope and wait for a response. It's like my order is out there in some "LaLa Processing Bubble"! I will never order anything from Gearbubble again!

When I tried to contact Gearbubble by phone with the number you provide, I only get a recording that states that due to the high volume of calls during the holiday season, that I need to contact them via email.
Worst customer service ever! Stay away from Gearbubble!

GearBubble my order for love my daughter necklace said shipped november 28 and I still haven't received it.

Product was supposed to ship to 540 Lewis st D, Morgantown, wv 26505 . I received wife necklace and still have not received the daughter one. I was really happy to hear that I was going to get this by Christmas and now it still has not arrived. You were very quick to take my money and didnt even tell me it wouldnt ship right away until after I paid.

GearBubble color changing mugs

Ordered 6 mugs from gearbubble. Received 2. Other 4 "shipped" 11/23/16 via usps. Order # gb_9d444cf5397771f8. Tracking number 9405511699000819060120. Order never received. Tracking shows pick up in pa on 11/28 but no activity since then.

Emailed customer support, received an email that they will look into it.
Never got another response.

I want my money back!

GearBubble I made a purchase a couple of months ago and never received my order...

Order #: gb_f17ea0e4ef6e16b6 this is my order number which I have not recieved yet, you said you would send me another pendant, I got 2 emails.. .1 saying it was being made and the other saying it was shipped and I didnt recieve that one, then I got a second email saying you were going to send another which I have not recieved either... The way this is going I want my money back, it has been over 2 months now and I feel like I am being played with and maybe this was a scam

GearBubble notre dame color changing mug

I placed the order on November 21st. I have yet to receive any confirmation on when I will receive the product. It was paid on the same day and I received an email that said my order was being processed and I would receive another email when it was shipped. I have not gotten any more emails since then. I want the product I paid for. It said it was going to be made but I haven't received any other communication.

GearBubble a shirt I ordered for my daughter!

I ordered 2 T shirts one for me and one for my Daughter, it was a picture of our dogs that are no longer with us, anyway I ordered her a purple one XL, she's a tall Woman & this is not an XL, it will never fit her. I emailed them on Nov 14th, & I haven't heard a thing from them, they could at least acknowledge me, but I've heard nothing. I only hope when I wash mine, the picture on it won't crack & peel, but I want something done about my Daughters because it's not an XL that I ordered. the shirt says No LONGER BY MY SIDE, ALWAYS IN MY HEART, with a picture in the middle of it..

I ordered a size Large in a T-shirt for my grandson I received a size medium. The date of my order is 10/31/2016. I've attached a copy of the order and the shirt received. I have tried on two different attempts to find out how I can return the shirt and have the correct shirt shipped that I paid for. I've yet to receive an answer. This is a Christmas gift for my grandson.

I would like to return the shirt and have the size shipped that I ordered.

i received the necklace today, no1 not the necklace i order gearbubble.com/tomyson01 this one that came is square and cheap no the 23.59 witch i paid no2 had to pay £11.25 to the customs no 3 not happy i have order many things from the USA and had no problems AND I CAN NOT GIVE THIS TO MY SON FOR CHRISTMAS AS HE WILL THINK I GOT IT FROM A CHEAP SHOP FOR ABOUT £00.50p KEVIN

I received my necklace as a gift from my husband it seemed beautiful when advertised on the Internet but now I have received the necklace it is cheap jewellery turned black at the back claiming it is gold plated more like false advertising not only that so over priced and had to pay a customs fee of £11.23 to collect it. Not happy more like costume jewellery do not purchase more like false advertising. My husband was most angry at this piece of cheap jewellery never again lesson learnt. Angry right now a waste of money. 😠

I ordered two necklaces, one for my son and one for my daughter. They have wording specifically for each one. I have received the one for my daughter, but not the one for my son. My bank account shows a debit taken out for each one. Please resend the one for my son or credit my bank account for the amount of the product not received. i ordered a nacklace back in October, where is it. this is ridiculous i call the 1888 no. and they say its after hours, no matter what time you call its always after hours. dont order anything from gearbubble.

My husband ordered a necklace for me. According to gearbubble support they sent it but it was undeliverable, so he emailed them to make sure they had the correct address. They said, they would resend and they did but they didn't send it to us. Apparently, it was delivered today in Connecticut and we live in Georgia. Ridiculous! We're extremely frustrated and requested a full refund.

GearBubble missing orders

I've ordered some items from www.gearbubble.com and at the beginning customer service seemed nice and helpful. I often emailed them and asked about my order status and they always replied and told me where my order was. But one day they just stopped replying to my messages. I can't reach them and still have no idea where my order is or when will it arrive. I don't know the reason why are they ignoring me, but that's not the way a good company would treat their customer. I'm very disappointed!

GearBubble poor quality of the product

I have ordered a shirt from GearBubble and was very disappointed with its quality. They delivered it very fast and that was the only positive thing about them. After the first wash the print almost disappeared and it was hardly visible. Their products look really interesting and unique but quality is way off. Since it was not very expensive I did not want to waste my time and nerves and decided to keep it. But think twice and better shop elsewhere.

Type quilty on pendant for wife, son and especially daughter, no other word, "sucks", can not read them, Now I can not even find them on the Web site to copy the words so that each person can at least read what they say, Thanks buble OR bobleworld Merry Christmas to all you signers, drawers, techs and those CEO'S who I'm sure have gotten major PROFITS from very sub-par products. Please don't mention RETURNS, or maybe something can be worked for the these people, it took weeks and I mean weeks for them to get here. So I'm guessing these will be the joke gifts for this season!
