It is now 7/23 and I have no product, but my account was charged. No one is responding to issue me a refund. I think this company is fraudulent.

On May 20th I order merchandise from Moonmandy on the internet. I purchased 7 items and paid $138.35 through ***. I purchased the items and paid for 7-10 day shipping. I have yet to receive my items and I have gotten poor cusomer service from this company. I have received only 1 notification over the past several weeks. There is no email, phone number or address to correspond with this company. I have reached out to *** and they have not assisted me in getting my money back from this scam company.

The instructions say to email them within 10 days to get an address to send the item(s), then a refund will be issued. I emailed the day I received the item, June 10th, and never heard back. I emailed MoonMandy again on June 16th and June 30, still no response.

I ordered several clothing items from Moonmandy.com in 3/2022. I did not receive the order until mid-June. Upon receiving the clothing, I found them to be of poor quality and fit. Since mid-June I have emailed the website customer service THREE TIMES to request return instructions as per the directions on their website. They have not contacted me. June 12th was the date of my first email. I have followed their instructions for requesting return of unacceptable items.

Order number * for $83.67 a usps tracking label was created over 6 weeks ago and I believe this to be part of the fraudulent service because they have no intention of shipping anything. They say the delay is due to covid, but this is well beyong acceptable. I'm a firefighter and and actually working through this pandemic. The lies used by this company are grossly negligent and I hope you will provide this consumer with a rectification. I made an online purchase Order #MN16393 and I still have not received my package , I asked for a refund but they refused , I later got an email from them stating that my package was on its way . I have called their business only to discover their number is a phony number. have written to them numerous times and it takes me over 2 weeks to hear back from them and they simply respond saying to check the tracking number..in which, THEY DO NOT PROVIDE. I ordered 5 items from this company in March 2022. I never heard from them about shipping. I contacted them mid April to find out about the status, they stated that it was ready to be shipped in two separate boxes. They gave me a tracking number that I checked frequently. It never was even dropped off at the post office. I emailed them again and they said it would be mailed in 3-5 business days which is was not. 6 days after that email I finally got a shipping update for 1 package. The package came with 4 items. I immediately emailed them and told them that I did not receive all my items and they requested that I send pictures of the items, shipping label and also the bags that the items came in. I replied to that email reminding them that there were supposed to be two packages. I just want to give them their items that they did send back and I want my money back. There was no package invoice in the package or item content.

I contacted them at the end of March asking how long it would take to receive my order. They told me on April 1st that my order was not shipped yet because an item I ordered was no longer available & to choose a replacement. I did so that same day. On April 9, they told me that made the change & that my order would be shipped in 1-3 days. On April 24, I asked them for tracking info since I still had not received my order. They responded on April 26 that my order was returned & that they were re-sending. I immediately asked for tracking info once again. They then emailed me on April 28 again telling me that the same item was unavailable & asked me to choose a replacement. On April 29, I responded & told them not that this issue was supposed to already be resolved and my order was to be shipped by now. I then told them not to send me anything & that I wanted a full refund. They responded on May 6 by telling me that they were preparing to ship my order. I immediately responded by telling them that this was not acceptable and that I was demanding a full refund at this point. To date I have not received my order or my refund. There is no address or phone number anywhere to be found on their website, so I have no recourse other than emailing the company. All I want is my money back. I do not want to have to deal with this type of company in the event that I would have to return or exchange any of the clothing items I ordered, even if they did end up sending me my order.

After 13 business days with no shipping info I contacted the business who stated the item would be shipped in 1-3 days. The company later stated would refund 10% of the cost of item for delayed shipping. After 3 weeks I requested a refund of total cost of item due to no shipping info provided and no refund shown. The company advised if I closed my case within Paypal that they would refund the cost. When contacting the business again they advised that the refund has been settled. No transaction was ever processed for a refund after contacting Paypal. The business refuses to ship the item or refund the charge and over a month later has now stopped all communication. This online store is a scam attempting to steal money with no intent to distribute items.

I wish I could give them negative 100 stars. They are based in China - you know what that means. After more than one month later you receive garbage. Nothing looks like what you saw on the website. I can’t believe how they deceive customers like this. Please refund me ASAP. They deleted my comments on ***** so there are some human beings work behind. And they do steal your money for trash.
I wish I could give zero stars. As everyone else on here says, the company is totally a scam. Purchased 3 items for $71 through ******* Money was taken 4/17 but never received my package. It's June. They reply with bogus tracking information, blaming CoVid for the longer shipping times. It makes me so mad that they have scammed so many people and are getting away with it. Scum!
