I ordered a necklace for my daughter for a Christmas present on November 29th the payment was taken out of my account and still have not received it. I didn't receive a confirmation number or a tracking number. It has been 13 days since I ordered and money was taken from my account and I have heard nothing. I also called customer service and left a message to call me no return call yet.

After accepting the order & mailing the receipt#[protected], I got an attractive offer for a similar item(2) on a reduced complementary price US$27.93, I immediately paid the amount again from my Debit Card VISA---9703 and order was confirmed by another return mai/receipt# [protected].
I received another mail later confirming that BOTH the items (1) & (2) have been shipped via DHL Tracking # LX992025972DE and Via USPS Tracking#UA425102704US.
I received Item #(1) sent by DHL at my given address 180-E-2, Johar Town, Lahore-Pakistan in around Mid November, 2018, Whereas no trace of the item#(2).
While going to the website of USPS and Tracking my item#(2), I am receiving a HISTORY OF TRACK that this item was shipped by GEARBUBBLE people to aUSPS Fecility in CHICAGO on October5th, 2018 for onward shippment to the NEXT FECILITY, till today the USPS Tracking # UA425102704US is not showing any movement after OCTOBER 5, 2018 and NEITHER IT HAS REACHED MY GIVEN ADDRESS:- 180-E-2, Johar Town, Lahore-Pakistan.
I have also lodged a COMPLAINT on the web-Site of USPS to no AVAIL.
Now I am pretty convinced that I have been CHEATED either by M/S GEARBUBBLE LLC or UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE.The amount of MENTAL TORTURE I HAVE TILL DATE IS UNBEARABLE SPECIALLY at 72+ Years age with Heart BY-Pass done.
Since I placed order with GEARBUBBLE LLC and made the payment to you for which I have the receipt with me, I would hold you responsible and if I don't receive my item sent by you via USPS in next few days, I shall have right to proceed for any LEGAL REMEDY from US Embassy in Pakistan.
Hoping you resolve the issue as soon as possible.
NB: In this period I have shifted to my New Residence i.e. House#204-A/1, PIA Employees Cooperative Housing Society, Johar Town Lahore-Pakistan.

I just received the necklace I ordered, for like $29.95 I have to say I'm very disappointed in what I got. Its the cheapest looking thing I've seen for this amount of money and I'm sure it will break the minute its put on. I can hardly read the writing on it. I will never again purchase anything from this company, and I make sure other people see this. this was purchased for a present, and it will be real embarrassing sending, I would request my money back, but it cost to much to return the item, I lose either way. Bad for business.

Never even received the necklace either, so since no product, then no subscription. To be quite honest I’m not the one who authorized this charge. A person I know actually did it and then told me. I am a middle person, so therefore it is unauthorized. That’s probably why I never received the item. If I myself would of did it then I would of read the fine print and not purchased anything. Canceling anything from your site is almost impossible. I had e-mailed a representative on August 5th and cancelled but wasn’t given a confirmation number. Then on the 15 th when I was charged I was surprised. So I have my lawyer working with your company as we speak to file a civil complaint to take Gearbubble to court. So I will be seeing whoever represents this company in court so this never happens to any other person, especially a veteran who served our country to give your company to exist.

I bought this necklace as a gift for my soon to be daughter-in-law. When I saw this necklace I thought it was perfect. When I received it, I was very disappointed in the way it looked. I can not even read it. The writing on the pendant is so small that it can not be read, by anyone. I paid $34.95 for this necklace I did not expect it to look and feel like something that cost less then $15. And I certainly want to be able to read it, without having to get out a large magnifying glass in order to read it.
