Hello everyone. Long story short.
Here are some reasons not to buy anything from this website:
* shipping. takes forever
* delivery. takes forever
If you need an item by a special date, forget about it, you better go to a local store and buy from them. GearBubble will let you down
*quality. It's terrible. Everything you will order you'll be embarrassed to wear, to have and to see in your house.
* customer service. it sucks.

2 t shirts not delivered but money taken from account
Ordered two t shirts on same day (21/8/17), paid separately, but both through PayPal.
Money taken same day but no email confirmation from gear bubble.
No good received as of 12/9.
Contacted gear bubble who say they can not trace payment details, my name, address or email address.
Now trying to get money back from PayPal.
Wont be using again thats for sure.
3 necklaces
I've ordered 2 necklaces for my daughters and 1for my son and I have not recieved them I'm wondering when they will arrive it's been ages one was for my daughters birthday and that was the 3rd of September and I've ordered them well before then I would like to know what's happening thankyou I want this fixed as soon as possible don't think I'll be in a hurry to buy anything else thanks

Ordered 6 July, have not received it as of 31 July. Enter tracking number and shows nothing. Entered order number to track it on GB site, nothing. Attempted to use their "chat" on their website, nobody answers it. Click on a link to send a msg to their "support" returns a message of "the address is not valid". I suspect that after all my years buying online I have finally been scammed.

I placed order and was paying with my credit card, they stated that the card was invalid after they had all my info, they also had another card on record and said that was valid. They billed both cards, the fraud department of one bank, called to see if it was valid purchase. I received the product in the morning and talked to bank that afternoon May 10, an said I received item. So bank added the cost to my account. On May 12, 2017 I receive a credit card invoice with a charge for same item. I would like to have the amount credited back to my credit card.
I ordered the dad to son gold plated pendant necklace.
I was surprised as to the quality and size of the pendant. the chain is very cheap and wouldn't last 5 minutes. I thought by the picture in the add the pendant would be of a size, where as you could at least read the lettering without a magnifying glass. My son is 44 yrs. old and has Down syndrome but is highly motivated and very active.
I would like my charges of $32.90 refunded to my account. And will send the item back with a return label.

This product I received is not what I ordered, it is not 1 pound, nor made of gold, it is cheap plastic painted with some gold coloured paint and it is just overall something I could have got at the dollar store, so I am displeased with this product. I will request a refund and would never recommend anyone to buy products from these people as they are just scammers

I received my Pendent yesterday and it's very beautiful but my complaint is that the chain that came with has already broke and now I have to purchase a new chain so my daughter can wear her pendent. Is there anyway i can receive a new chain on this matter or do i have to return it for a full refund which i don't want to because my daughter just loves the pendent.

I received this necklace for my wife in january 2017 and when I received it, looked very good and I was very pleased.
Within the very first month, the necklace had tarnished so badly that I could no longer read anything except the word "wife", the gold had turned to a coppery color as well as the chain.
My wife is in a long term care home and this seemed a great gift to tell her how much she meant to me but after it tarnished so badly, I took it from her and told her that I took it away to fix it. She keeps asking me when I will bring it back to her.

I ordered a daughter and son necklace and it was taken off of my credit card and I did not get a conformation number or receipt or anything sent to me. When I try to look it up by email there was nothing showed up. If this is not resolved in two weeks and I hear from somebody or have at least your receipt or confirmation on when I will be getting my product I will let my credit card company deal with you and they will get my money back period just getting tired of being ripped off from people like you and them two necklaces was for my daughter and son they cost me about $90 Canadian so either want my product or I want my money back

I was a seller at Gearbubble... they suspended my account almost 4 months ago and will not answer an email to tell me why. Yet on Every one of their ads I see they have at least 3 out of the 5 products are my campaigns. They continue to sell my stuff everyday as though it is a regular seller, except they are not paying me my profit, , , they are keeping it for themselves ! They owe me over $4000 at this point, I see them selling and they report it to me but will not allow me to access the account to get paid money owed to me. If you are considering selling products for them be very aware ! They will close your account for any little technicality they can then keep all your money!
They will not return emails or phone calls... ONE GIANT RIPOFF !

It first tells you about they will update you with a tracking number and then when you put it in it tells you no order has been placed. It's on my bank statement that it has. I should have checked the reviews and a company with no phone number is a scam. I will be posting everywhere I can so the next person won't get taken. I encourage anyone who has done business with this shady company do the same. Let's take this company down with the power of social media and the us postal service for mail fraud. Contact the the postal inspector they view this very seriously. It's not about the money it's the principle. I paid and expect service not to be ripped off.

I saw an advertisement on Facebook for the best Valentine's gift ever and being skeptical I reviewed it and like that it was made in America so I bought it but I sent an email in regards to the purchase two days before Valentine's to check in because it had not shipped well today after Valentine's Day I get an email that it shipped pull in my original email I said I wanted to return it so I can buy another gift locally since it wasn't going to be here so now I can't get ahold of anybody and I'm stuck with this thing on its way and I already did Valentine's Day. I ordered a necklace on feb 4, through paypal and have not received it yet. after making purchase, I waited a few weeks and went to my paypal account and found 3 unauthorized purchases that were done after using my paypal to purchase your product. someone there must have used my info to do these purchase . they were for video games? I am in my 50's and do not play nor have I purchased video games... it is my belief that one of your young employees made these purchases. I have a dispute open with paypal for these charges. I haven't used paypal for a long time until I made the purchase from your company, funny how these other purchases were made the same day after purchasing one of your items. please screen your employees better.

Order a necklace for my wife for Valentine's Day, the money was deducted from my account but I wasn't given a receipt no, email to confirm order and delivery date. What a ripoff, will not be dealing with this site again.
This is the third time I have tried to log this complaint, it seem like they are trying to make it as hard as possible to get it resolved.
I am now thinking that the complaints department is as bad of service as the rest of the site

My mom ordered a valentine mug for my dad. When the mug got there. It said to my wife. It was supposed to say to my husband. I have been trying everyday to get this order fixed for her. But keep getting the run around or no response at all. This GearBubble place is a complete ripoff. I always read reviews on places before i order from them. But my mom didn't know any better. Sadly i think she was duped. The stupid mug looks cheap. And she paid way more then she should have in my opinion. And didn't even recieve the right one. And they refuse to send the right one. Because they won't get back to me. I've tried 4 times and only got 1 response that just said. (How do you like your order?) Are they freaking kidding? Do NOT order from this place. I want my money back! I used my paypal to order this for my mom. She paid me back in cash. But she is the one who got ripped off here. I've never had trouble trying to fix an order before until now. My mom said she will never order from this place again. I introduced her to a more legit place to order from. Anyone else who orders from this GearBubble place. Good luck on trying to get the right order if they send the wrong one. And the quality of the items are very cheap. Not worth a penny in my opinion. Especially not 20 plus dollars for a stupid cheaply made mug. Be warned is all i can say. Order from this company at your own risk. You'll probably waste money.
The issue has been resolved. GearBubble sent another mug. The right one this time and told my mom to just keep both the mugs. Now she has a husband and a wife mug. And she is happy with that.

I am usually very careful about ordering anything online but this time I let my heart do the thinking rather than my head. Was hoping this would be a terrific Valentines gift, but here it is, February 14th, and no package. Never been scammed in my entire life but I guess I'll add my name to this list of disgruntled shoppers on this board. Sucks to get scammed.
