I am an old employee of GE. I worked for many years and had only GE products. I an very disappointed in the product of a refrigerator I bought from Home Depot about 5 days ago and it was delivered this morning damaged. I returned it back and had to make several calls to the delivery service to no avail to learn I cannot have a replacement until 11/7/23. Right now I do not have a refrigerator in my home due to the breakdown of my own. I return to Home Depot immediately, where I purchased the refrigerator at New Castle, DE USA. and try to purchase another, but have to wait until the damaged refrigerator is back in the warehouse before I can have my money transfer to the new one. This is ridiculous. I did not sign for the damaged one, and I should have my money transfer right away so I can have the one I now ordered by tomorrow. This does not seem to be the first time that your products are being delivered damaged, You should have your packing people take more care of sending these products out. VERY DISAPPOINTED
